- Is our preferred date available, and are there backup dates?
- How many weddings do you host per day?
- What is the maximum and minimum guest capacity?
- What areas are included in the package? Getting ready rooms, ceremony space, reception areas, bar areas etc.
Pricing & Payments
- What is the total package cost, and what does it include?
- Are there additional fees we should know about such as corkage, overtime, security, service charges?
- What is the payment schedule and deposit amount?
- Is the deposit refundable under any circumstances?
Food & Bar
- Do you have in-house catering, or can we bring in our own supplier?
- Are tastings included in the package? If not, what do they cost?
- What drinks packages are available, are they customisable? Such as drinks reception, toasts etc.
- Can you easily accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
On the day suppliers & Setup
- Do you have a preferred or required supplier list?
- How much time do we have for setup and breakdown?
