“We couldn’t recommend this venue highly enough. It was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The food on the day was spectacular and all our guests were very impressed by all accounts. The service was also fantastic and extremely professional. Every aspect of our wedding was catered for and not only was the day itself fantastic but the lead up to our wedding, the food tasting and the planning of our day was perfect. We couldn’t have been looked after better and we look forward to returning here in future as it is now a special place for us.”

“Myself and Darren had our wedding reception at Garryvoe Hotel on the 29/10/16 and what can I say, from the moment we booked the hotel two years prior for our special day until the wedding reception had ended that evening/early hours of the next morning, the service we received exceeded 5 stars from Ben, Andreas and Stephen, the managers at Garryvoe and all the staff that looked after us the whole way through. They took a big pressure off our shoulders and we didn’t have to worry about a thing – nothing was too much trouble for any of them, the food was delicious, so much so guests are still raving about it today! We had friends and family travelling from the UK and Malta that were staying in the hotel for a few days and they were made to feel very at home almost like family. We fell in love with the hotel immediately when we saw it and the ballroom sealed the deal for us as we loved the romantic feel of it along with the beautiful library where we had our drinks reception. Thank you for helping to make our day special!”

“Words cannot describe the job that was done in organising our wedding on the 12th of November. From the initial meeting almost 2 years ago to the day after the wedding, the level of care and attention given to our wedding was phenomenal. Denise Meenaghan was fantastic in taking our suggestions and putting them into action. The constant communication that she maintained with us was amazing and made the day run so smoothly. The team of people working in the Radisson Blu Sligo helped in making the day so successful for us. From the chef Joe Shannon, to Pawel the fantastic coordinator, no stone was left unturned. It was not only the big things, but the small details and little gestures made by all staff in the hotel that impressed us both. It may have seemed insignificant to the staff but it meant the world to us. Amidst a very busy venue, we were made to feel special on our day, as if we were the only event happening. The venue itself looked beautiful and was set up better than we could have imagined. Thank you to all the staff at the Radisson Blu for making our wedding day the best day of our lives.”

“We had an amazing wedding day at Glasson Golf Club and I would highly recommend it to any bride and groom! Gareth was extremely helpful, friendly and flexible from the start. All of the staff were very helpful and accommodating to our guests. The hotel itself is beautiful inside, the views are fabulous, the food was delicious! We chose the steak and hake as mains, we got so many compliments on the food, wine and service. There are plenty of options for amazing photos around the grounds and you are whisked off in the golf buggy to save time! Glasson Golf Club was an excellent wedding venue, with excellent staff and exceeded our already high expectations. Thank you to all of the team there!”

“We had our wedding in Kilronan Castle on 26 November 2016 and we can honestly say that it was the most wonderful day of our lives. Myself and my mum visited Kilronan Castle earlier in the year and we knew instantly that this venue was superb. Our wedding co-ordinator, Monica, was soo helpful from the first time we met. She responded to all our queries and recommended excellent suppliers (photographers, videographers, b&b’s, florist, bands, DJs etc.) and this made our lives very easy. I felt that I had discussed every detail of the wedding with Monica well in advance of the wedding so that there was nothing really to do the day before the wedding except to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. I got to stay two nights in the amazing bridal suite which was soo comfortable and such a beautiful setting to get ready in on the morning of the wedding. On the wedding day itself, all our guests were delighted with the food and drinks. They were especially impressed by the quality of the service provided by all the staff in Kilronan and the beautiful scenery that surrounds the castle. I would recommend this hotel to any couple getting married.”

“We got married this December in Barberstown Castle and could not have picked a more perfect venue. From the moment we first walked in to view the venue, we both knew it was the one and could not have been happier with our decision. The venue was decorated for Christmas with lots of trees and open fires which was so cosy and magical. All the staff were amazing and could not do enough for us with a special mention to Anna our wedding coordinator who was always happy and quick to reply to my many emails and looked after all our requests and Matthew the banquet manager who made sure the reception ran like clockwork. The food was exceptional with all our guests commenting on how amazing it was. We can’t say thank you enough for making our wedding so special and stress free, wish we could do it all over again! To anyone considering booking this venue do it now as you will not regret it!”
