‘From the very beginning, my role was to bring their dream of a destination wedding in Italy to life — one that felt elegant, personal, and effortlessly joyful. We collaborated closely to design a celebration that reflected their style while ensuring a seamless experience for their guests.
With my local expertise and strong network of trusted vendors, I guided the couple through every detail — planning the best logistics, styling, and coordination — allowing them to fully enjoy the planning process from abroad. We worked with an international team of talented professionals, reflecting the couple’s global background and creative taste.’
The theme, Prosecco & Pearls, reflected sophistication and timeless beauty, blending seamlessly with the venue’s grand historical setting. The colour palette featured white, pearl, champagne, and deep green tones — a combination that created a luminous and refined atmosphere reminiscent of sparkling Prosecco and soft, romantic pearls.
The ceremony was set around the castle’s main fountain, surrounded by lush greenery and a breathtaking view of the valley below — a scene that perfectly captured the beauty and romance of the Italian countryside.
As a destination wedding photographer herself, Martina personally selected her photo and video team, while all the briefings, timelines, and coordination were curated by me as their planner, ensuring that the event flowed seamlessly and stress-free from start to finish.
The floral design, by Elisa and her team at Anneris Flower Farm, played a central role in bringing the couple’s “Prosecco & Pearls” vision to life — combining lush textures, soft ivory and champagne blooms, and a natural elegance that enhanced the beauty of Castel Brando’s architecture.
The ceremony was officiated by Nelly Grange, whose heartfelt words made the moment even more personal and memorable. A champagne tower became one of the signature highlights of the day, a sparkling nod to the Prosecco & Pearls theme that delighted guests and symbolised the couple’s celebratory spirit.
The day was beautifully captured by Sand and Odysseas Photography and filmed by Patrizio and Sofi, who perfectly documented the warmth and emotion of the event. Makeup and hair were curated by Sfumato Weddings, creating a flawless and elegant look that complemented Martina’s custom-made gown by Schape Design. Live performances by Double Soul and GoodVibes Live Music set an unforgettable tone, carrying the celebration from ceremony to dance floor.
Martina had a clear creative vision and a deep appreciation for design. She curated beautiful custom welcome bags filled with thoughtful gifts for each guest and even designed a personalised newspaper sharing their love story and fun quiz games. For the dinner, she chose silk napkins in a bespoke pearl shade, flown in specially to match the wedding theme. These unique details made the celebration feel intimate, stylish, and unmistakably theirs.
Music played a central role throughout the wedding. The ceremony featured a moving oboe and piano performance, with the bride surprising the groom by walking down the aisle to one of his favourite pieces — Gabriel’s Oboe. After the ceremony, guests were led to the aperitif area by the smooth sounds of a live saxophonist, setting a joyful, elegant tone. During dinner, performances by Double Soul and GoodVibes Live Music kept the energy vibrant, inviting guests to dance and celebrate well into the night.

‘Beatrice is, without a doubt, the reason our wedding turned out to be as magical as it was. From the very beginning, she showed incredible patience and understanding, truly listening to what we wanted and translating our vision into reality. Our wedding took place at Castel Brando in the Treviso area of northern Italy. It was the perfect choice for us as a destination wedding, offering privacy, breathtaking views, and on-site accommodations for our guests, which was so important to us since our loved ones traveled from various parts of Europe. Being from Croatia, we knew planning a wedding abroad would be challenging, but having Beatrice on our side made it not only manageable but genuinely enjoyable. Her understanding of the local culture, language, and traditions was invaluable and helped us create a day that truly felt like a perfect blend of our personalities and the Italian charm of the venue.
Beatrice’s attention to detail is unmatched—nothing escaped her keen eye, from the perfectly folded napkins to coordinating all the vendors to be on time. She somehow knew exactly what we needed, often before we did, and was there every step of the way to guide us with her expertise, calm demeanor, and warm support.

She wasn’t just there for us as a couple; she made herself available to our guests, ensuring everyone felt cared for and included. Many of our friends and family couldn’t stop raving about her warmth and professionalism, and it was so comforting to see how easily she won everyone over.
