We cannot recommend The Trips enough! So many of our guests were asking us what?s their name so they can recommend them to their nearest and dearest. Neil was absolutely superb, and so responsive! There wasn?t a soul who wasn?t on the dance floor and their finishing song was a really special moment that will forever be instilled in our memories! Thank you so much!

We are over the moon with our decision to have The Trips as our wedding band. From the beginning, Neil was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process very easy. The music was incredible. Between their musical talent, crowd interaction and choice of songs, it?s obvious they really are experts at what they do. Their performance was really high energy and the dance floor was packed from start to finish. We?ve had so many comments from our guests about how much they enjoyed the music. I would 100% recommend the trips for your wedding, we only wish we could do it all again!

What can we say about Neil and the gang! We hired the guys for the whole day and they were simply incredible from start to finish. The energy Neil has onstage is infectious and we couldn?t get people off the dancefloor from start to finish. If you?re on the fence, do yourself and favour and book them asap!

The Trips were just brilliant from start to finish and we couldn?t recommend them more highly for your wedding celebration! From the moment we booked them, they were just so responsive, positive, flexible and honestly, no ask was too big for them, they were a pleasure to deal with! We're absolutely delighted we booked the Trips and we wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone. They were just fantastic, and their music made the day incredible. From the moment we went to see them play at The Roost in Maynooth, we knew they were the band for us. They are excellent musicians, and the energy they brought to their performance was exactly what we were looking for at our wedding in Rathsallagh. Neil's enthusiasm, attention to detail and professionalism meant that dealing with him was an absolute pleasure. Nothing was ever a problem and anything we asked for he delivered, and then some. The lads supplied music for the entire day. Neil & David played during our church ceremony, and reception, and then the band absolutely rocked the party, and the DJ set. How Neil was still going at the end of the night, we have no idea!! There were so many unforgettable moments throughout the day, all thanks to the lads - from Neil & David's performance of the Led Zeppelin track Thank You during our ceremony, to Brian's unbelievable drumming on Foo Fighters Everlong, we honestly can't thank you enough for making the day so amazing!!!

If you want a proper band who play real music and get people up on the dance floor without resorting to typical wedding band cliches, book the Trips, you won't be disappointed.

The Trips played our wedding in October 2016 and were absolutely amazing! From the first time we got in touch with them, right up until the day of the wedding itself, they were so supportive and responded really promptly. We had a particularly complicated mash-up that we wanted for our first dance and they were the only band we asked that had no hesitation in taking it on. And when they played it on the day it was phenomenal. It was a moment from the day that we will treasure always. They have a really extensive set list and were excellent at reading the crowd and getting everyone, young and old, on the dance floor. If you're looking for an alternative to a "traditional" band these are the guys for you. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I actually can't say enough about the Trips. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and made the build up so so easy. They supplied music for the entire day including the ceremony, the reception and the party. We have been getting nothing but compliments about them since with people wondering where we found them. If anyone asks I will be saying "book them now!"

The Trips were fantastic! Everybody at our wedding loved them and were all blown away by Neil's interaction with the crowd. From booking the band up to the day they were professional and kept in close contact on any questions we had. From the first interaction to the night everything was made so easy by Neil and the band.
Neil was extremely responsive which was key as I was organizing the wedding from Canada.
They learned 4 songs for us and played them perfectly. From the word go they had the dance floor packed, and the crowd interaction was something most of the people at the wedding had never seen before.

We contacted Neil from the Trips from Australia over a year ago and from the very start they were so professional and responsive. Nothing was an issue and they were by far the best of our suppliers to deal with. They went out of the way to incorporate some Australian songs for our guests. They were amazing on the night too with the best songs played and over 180 guests rocking the dance floor. Neil and the guys were so fun and cool and made our night so much fun. We then had Neil DJ for the latest session and that was just as great. The guys were beyond brilliant and I wish I could do it all again to dance and sing the night away with the Trips! Look no further, you have found your band!!

We could not recommend The Trips highly enough and they were absolutely amazing on the night. They had everyone on the floor from shy cousins and friends to elderly grandparents who can barely walk and everyone in between! People told us we were mad getting a band to come all the way from Dublin to Sneem in Kerry but those same people were the ones on the floor the longest! If you're lucky enough to have The Trips available on the day of your wedding book them straight away!

Having been to the last NINE Electric Picnic's, along with a few Pukklepop, Oxygen's and many live music Gig's in Dublin we felt qualified to select a live band for the Wedding. We had 'The Trips' down to Ballybeg House, Co Wicklow on the 14th of June 2014 after a couple of meetings with 'The Trips' we put together our list of tracks.

We were the luckiest people in the world as we had beautiful weather for our wedding day and we asked 'The Trips' to play outdoors on the lawn!!

This band absolutely rocked our venue and every person who could move at all, spend the night dancing on the grass in their bare feet. We had the best day of our lives and 'The Trips' were a huge part of the whole day. All our guests could not believe how excellent this band were and they really were the talking point of the weekend, one comment was that, "it was a great wedding as it did not feel like a wedding at all."
