Karina is simply amazing at her trade! Highly professional and digilent! Karina created the most beautiful and delicious cake for our wedding day that surpassed our expectations!

Karina was fantastic from start to finish. I gave her my colour theme and a picture from her website. She had some ideas to change the design. I was planning the wedding from another country so I just trusted her vision and ran with it! When I went to collect the cake I was genuinely blown away by how impressive and beautiful it was! Karina's attention to detail is remarkable. We got married at the beautiful Harvey's Point and even the wedding coordinator asked me who made the cake as they were so impressed with the cake and the amount of detail Karina had included in her instructions. She is a true professional. I also had guests mention to me at breakfast the next morning how beautiful the cake tasted! Honestly, Karina and her creation far exceeded my expectation, I would not hesitate to recommend her or use her service again!

Cake Rise was one of the first suppliers I booked and I’m so delighted that I did. Karina created an absolute masterpiece for our wedding cake. She was very easy to deal with and always responded to my queries promptly. She went out of her way to make sure everything about our cake was perfect. I chose a design she had created previously but she worked with me to make it truly bespoke and special. Her creation surpassed my expectations. Furthermore, the cake flavours we chose were absolutely delicious, we actually found it difficult to choose our final flavours as all of the samples were so nice! I would highly recommend Cake Rise, Karina is incredibly talented.

Amazing wedding cake! My husband and I are from the States and had a destination wedding in Sligo. It was easy communicating with her via email. I got quick responses and helpful suggestions. On the wedding day she delivered the cake and put on fresh flowers my florist had left her. I couldn’t have been happier with my dream cake. It tasted amazing as well. I would highly recommend Cake Rise!

Karina was brilliant! Our cake was gorgeous and exactly what we asked for. Karina was always happy to help and very quick responding. Most importantly the cake tasted brilliant, everyone loved it and it was not dry.

Karina was very accommodating to meet with us over the weekends and helpful when trying to decide on what flavours and design we wanted for our wedding cake. All the guests raved about the delicious cake and I was delighted to have some left overs to take home and enjoy once the big day was all over!

Karina at Cake Rise was extremely professional throughout the cake making process, responding to our different requirements for the cake and offering some really useful advice about how to make the cake look great on the wedding day, e.g. stopping it from drying out. We felt the price we paid was certainly fair and definitely well worth it. Would highly recommend!

Cake Rise allowed me to pay in instalments up to the day of the wedding which really helped me when paying out for a wedding. When I first saw the cake I was blown away, it was perfect and everything I asked for, better than I imagined. Living in England I relied on emails to talk to through cake ideas, I always had prompt responses. I had never tasted one of their cakes but i was not disappointed. 5* from me

Karina is the most professional and perfectionist person I have ever met,I sent My inspiration cake and am a very picky and particularly person hard to please but honestly my wedding cake was the most beautiful cake I have ever seen it only outside even inside .she kept me updated on every step as making the cake...I can’t say enough about Karina but our cake was beyond our expectations I highly recommend her.

Karina was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we met her we knew she was so passionate about making cakes and accommodated everything we asked, from adjusting flavours to match our taste to the decoration. We also had a tight timeline and she was still able to do everything we asked and more. Her kitchen/showroom is beautiful, and immaculately clean, you can tell she is such a perfectionist from the moment you walk in. We had three flavours of cake, the carrot cake, the chocolate biscuit and the vanilla sponge, they were all amazing and the carrot cake was the best I ever tasted, everyone was commenting on how delicious the cake was. We cannot thank Karina at Cake Rise enough for our beautiful wedding cake. We had a vision of how we wanted it to look and Karina got it spot on, it was even better than we could have imagined and tasted amazing. We would have no problem recommending Karina, she was brilliant to work with and so talented. The time and detail that went into creating the sugar flowers and decoration, she must have spent ages on them, we cannot thank her enough.

We decided very last minute to order a cake and had some specific requests i.e. including a logo I had designed for our wedding. Was all fine and even though our wedding was troubled with bad weather (Storm Emma, loads of snow!) and we were late on getting to Ireland from England - everything was still perfect and the cake was in the venue ready to be cut! Great service and super helpful and understanding.

The cake Karina made us for our wedding last June was above and beyond my expectations! We were having a small rustic wedding and only needed a one tier cake, I showed Karina a few pictures but was happy to let her do whatever she thought would look good! The cake was both beautiful and delicious! Karina even used buttercream to decorate it as we don't like icing, and it still looked amazing! I didn't meet Karina myself as we were living abroad, but I talked to her through Facebook and my mum met with her, and she was really lovely and helpful! Overall, it was a really good experience and the outcome was perfect! I would highly recommend Cake Rise!

I cant recommend cake rise enough she was amazing. We had a beach theme wedding and she made our cake round the theme. She is a truly talented lady. As i hadnt a clue about cakes she was able to tell me wat size i needed.for tbe amount of guests we were having. The detail to put into our cake topper and the sides was just amazing everyone is still talking about tge cake. I will defo be recommending her to every bride.

Karina made our wedding cake and it was fabulous! Not only did it look amazing but it tasted devine! All our guests raved about how scrummy it was. A massive bonus is that Karina was lovely to work with - a definite bonus when everything else is so stressful when planning a wedding, I would have no hesitation recommending her to my family and friends.

I have got countless cakes off Cake Rise over the years and each time I go to collect I am astounded at the workmanship and creativity. Not only do Cake Rises cakes look flawless but they taste amazing (I am always fighting to get a piece ;-)) My Wedding cake in November 5th 2016 was no exception. Meeting with Karina and hearing her ideas for my cake was one of the highlights of planning my wedding. When I actually saw my cake on my wedding day it exceeded my expectations. I cannot thank Karina enough.

It was all perfect, Karina heard all our requirements (I wanted one of the layers to be pineapple/coconut) and she managed it beautifully.

One of the best decisions I made when planning our wedding was having Cake Rise make our wedding cake. My sister had previously had Cake Rise make her wedding cake and when I saw her cake I was blown away by it that I knew she had to make ours. The attention to detail on our cake was amazing and so many people commented on it on the day and took plenty of photos. With all the planning of the wedding, things can be a little stressful but Karina was a dream to deal with and made everything so seamless!!
