About Mike & JillThe best thing about being wedding photographers is that we get to work together, we were competitive in college (Jill won) and we've continued the rivalry to this day, pushing each other to be better. We have different approaches and styles because we see things differently, which means your wedding photographs will have plenty of variety: Jill is very good at coming up with natural poses and guiding people, while Mike prefers a more informal and candid approach.It also means couples get plenty of backup for their wedding day: two photographers; four cameras; six lenses; two on camera flash units; two studio flash units (in case the weather acts up and we're indoors); and two people who'll look after you if you need a helping hand.Honestly, it's wonderful to be a part of every couple's wedding day because it reminds us of our own and how we're very lucky to live the life we have.
