We chose Florantine to do the flowers for our wedding. From the moment I met Liz and her team and saw some samples of their work I knew we had made the right choice. I wanted something different for my wedding flowers and Liz was able to create exactly what I had in mind. In fact Liz did such a good job on all the wedding party's flowers that we decided to ask her to arrange the flowers for the church and left her to make all the decisions on it. When I saw the outside and inside of the church on my wedding day it absolutely exceeded all my expectations, it was beautiful. We received so many comments from our guests about the flowers, even the photographer commented on them and have played a big part in some of our wedding photos. Thank you Liz to you and your team, you were fantastic.

I know its not a wedding but I thought I would share my experience with this shop
I rang up this shop and got speaking to Sean.Due to it being a sunday, I thought I had no chance in getting what I needed but from the moment I explained my situation the more relaxed I felt.
My Grandmother had just passed away and I looking to make some arrangements for flowers for the funeral.I had originally ordered roses but at the last minute I rang Sean back to ask would it be possible to change my order to a flower that my Grandmother grew in her back garden. From my very vague description of the type of flower Sean was able to tell me exactly what it was. Unfortunately they didn't stock this flower but without a seconds hesitation Sean told me he would ring his supplier and see what he could do. No sooner had I put the phone down when I got a call telling me he was on his way to collect what I needed and asked where I wanted them dropped to.
Its the attention to detail,knowledge, understanding of my needs,the caring and thoughtfulness of the way in which i was dealt with that would make me use Florantine everytime.
Thank you to the staff in Florantine for a making a difficult time that little bit easier

I rang Sean from florantine shortly after my grandmother died looking to get some flowers arranged for the funeral. We had ordered roses but at the last minute had asked Sean could he get a certain flower that we remembered growing in my grandmother garden. From my very vague discription Sean was able to tell me what type they were. unfortunately they didnt carrying these flowers in stock but without a second thought Sean was on the phone to the supplier and within minutes rang me back to tell me he was on his way to pick some up for me. He was very understanding of the situation I was in. I was then asked if wanted them delivered anywhere. It's is the attention to detail and the understanding of what the customer is looking for, the advice, caring attitude but most importantly the willingness to go that extra mile that I would use florantine every time without a second thought. thanks to all the staff there for making a tough time that little bit easier
