I just wanted to drop a line and say how much we appreciated the quality of our wedding video and your entire approach in dealings with us.
It was an absolute pleasure to deal with you in advance of our wedding, on the day and afterwards.
I really feel like we got great value for money and I have already recommended Focus to friends that are taking the plunge.
The highlights of your service for myself and Siobhan were:
1. Superb finished product with attention to detail that was second to none. When Siobhan grandmother was mentioned in the speeches the camera picked her out and similarly the families were caught on camera when mentioned in the speeches. Not sure how you got this right! Tim only asked us to strike 2-3 poses during the entire day and each looked well on the video. The final video is over 2 hrs long and includes a lovely highlights scene at the end that captures all the best bits.
2. Great value...I found focus beat or matched all competitors on price. Both Tim and his son were working on the day so the video was shot from different angles catching everything. Both were a pleasure to deal with. Tim is very accommodating and nothing is too much to ask.
3. Most people who have seen the video said that they did not even realise there was a camera man at the wedding.
4. Tim put all the footage onto an external hardrive for me so we can watch back all the footage that didn't make the final cut.
We were thinking of not getting a video but are both glad that we did in the end as we have a video we will cherish for years to come.
