The Italian Wedding Band was one of the best wedding decisions we made for our intimate wedding in Cinque Terre, Italy! We truly had THE BEST experience with the Italian Wedding Band! They absolutely made our night the most special! We had a wedding in the Dolomites region of Italy (quite far from Rome), and they traveled a long way to play for our wedding night. Our evening was quite laid back, with no set agenda. The band was super easygoing, yet so professional: they knew exactly what to play and when to play it without us telling them anything! They started with a little preview during the sit down dinner portion (I still play the videos on repeat and cry happy tears), they promptly played a "cake song" when we cut the cake without us asking, and at the end of the night, after an amazingly fun set, our friends sort of took over karaoke-style to play with the band, and the band was totally cool with it/into it! They also learned several new songs just for us because they were meaningful to us. The Italian Wedding Band really just made our night superb, super fun, and unforgettable. Thank you guys SO MUCH! MARINO AND HIS BAND ARE THE BEST!!! From the very first email with Marino, it was nothing but professionalism. Wedding planning can be very stressful and Marino and his band were absolutely the least of our worries throughout the entire process! They were a dream come true. They were so sweet and played absolutely beautifully during our ceremony and reception! We were so happy they were there and our guests absolutely adored them! They were so cool and easy going. They played from the heart! We asked them for some last minute song requests for the father daughter dance and they said, no problem, and played it perfectly!! The Italian wedding band was everything I wished for and more. They are all talented musicians and a good looking band.

I do not give out five stars lightly. Marino's band saved my wedding. Due to rain and poor planning, the proceedings were suspended and his group sprung into action; turning our venue into a house party/karaoke party that had all my guests glowing. As Marino put it, "Jack, don't worry about things, we show up at 4am, we'll leave at 2am. What happens between that time is up to you." I say all these great things about his flexibility, without yet mentioning the quality of the music. It's amazing. Both in terms of his band learning several songs for the ceremony and reception, improvising with my friends who jumped on the mic, catering to both the musical needs of my Italian friends and my American friends, and providing a DJ who can do live mixes based on the crowds interests. We were a small bit apprehensive of the music at our wedding. As all Irish people know, the band is a huge part of any Irish wedding, albeit it was in Italy.

We need not of feared, the music for the whole day was done by the Italian band and people are still talking about the quality of it. I had been in contact with Marino several times about the ceremony music. Every time he was so quick to reply and I loved the music in the church. I had two of my cousins singing also and they did a run though before. The church music was exceptional. My husband is called Daniel and they did a gorgeous rendition of Danny boy

After the church, they played great music down at the reception. They played us into the reception and everyone was on their feet, clapping and dancing.

The dancing was fantastic, the dance floor was packed for the night. The d.j. after was very good too but no body wanted the band to stop. They played some Irish classics like "Dirty Old Town".

A month on and people are still talking about them. People who never dance were on the floor for the night.

I would recommend the Italian Band to anyone who is getting married, they added so much to the atmosphere and the day would not have been the same without them.

The Italian Wedding Band made our day so special! The guys were so much fun and really got the party started! Our guests loved them and danced the night away. We first saw Marino and his band play at a wedding in Rome. It was an Irish wedding and they were fantastic. I being Irish married my Italian wife in Bologna on the 9th of June. We looked for a band to locally but could not find one that would bring the same energy we experienced in Rome back in 2011. I contacted Marino ( The Italian wedding band) the were flexible and open to negotiation. They came to Bologna and the Irish Italian wedding was a great success with many compliments from the guests about the band. Typically in Italy bands play slow relaxing music at weddings. This does not appeal to the Irish guests who want to dance late into the night and Marino and band understand this. We strongly recommend this band for a great nights entertainment with all the Italian and some typical Irish wedding classics for a great night of energy.

What can we say?! We were worried about picking a band as our wedding was an intimate group of family only...Marino and they guys definitely exceeded all of our expectations..despite it being a small group everyone was dancing, there was such an amazing atmosphere...it really made the whole day for us. One of the best decisions we made for our day, especially as Marino even gave us the recommendation for our stunning venue! Cant recommend the guys enough.

Marino and his guys did a great job for our wedding! Very professional, responsive and flexible, it was a great pleasure to organise the event with them. Since the day we booked them we were sure that there is one thing we can stop worrying about - music! And our feeling was good: the band did such a good job playing at our ceremony, during aperitivo and finally party. Everyone was dancing, from young to old, 13 different nationalities, even people we would have never guessed that like to dance! A jazzy swingy mood was added to our entire day.

We couldn't have asked for a better band to play at our wedding! Planning a wedding for 70 people in Italy coming from all parts of the US was no easy task, however when it came to working with The Italian Wedding Band, it was the easiest part of the entire weekend! They were very responsive, detailed and were open to all suggestions. They were incredibly versatile with their music selection and had something for all wedding guests to dance to ages 20-80. I myself am not a big dancer, and the band had everyone up and dancing, including my 84 year old grandfather.

The most memorable part of my wedding had to be walking down the aisle to one of my favorite songs I've loved ever since I was young. When I asked The Italian Wedding Band to play this song at my ceremony that they didn't know, they quickly took it upon themselves to learn this song, and hearing them play it on my wedding day was one of those moments you want to bottle up and remember forever.

Marino and his band put on a fantastic show at our wedding in Borgo Colognola in Umbria in July. They were the icing on the cake of what was a fantastic day (btw - we can't recommend Francesca and her team at Borgo Colognola more highly either). The Italian Wedding Band performed at our wedding in Hotel Quirinale in Rome on 7th July 2017. We had around 45 guests (mostly from Ireland) and everyone enjoyed the music! They were simply fantastic, they had everyone up on their feet dancing away all night. The band played a variety of songs suitable for all ages. They were very professional and made everyone feel very welcome. The music was brilliant and if there was a song everyone was enjoying they would make it last longer which added to the fun factor. Just don't hesitate booking these boys, they were absolutely tremendous from start to finish! From the outset Marino quoted very quickly & included all accommodation & travel costs within his price. On the wedding night we were at least 2 hours late starting the party, not a mention from the band they just started when we were ready & they played a great set from midnight until 2.30am, judging the playlist brilliantly. Shouts of 'MORE' when they finished! Seriously, you won't be disappointed with these guys.

It was a risk for us with a smaller budget for our wedding to go with The Italian Wedding Band over the one-man-show alternative. However immediately we knew it had been more than worth the risk. Marino was a pleasure to deal with from the start, so if their website alone does not convince you, just contact him straight away. The band were willing to negotiate with us and in the end for the price what we received can only be described as exceptional value. The band played for the church ceremony, wine reception, the main reception and even surprised us with an added bonus.

Marino himself went above and beyond the call of duty even helping us with preparing the software for our speech when the staff at the venue could not.

Our wedding passed off better than we ever could have hoped and what is striking is that two weeks later the comments I keep receiving from our guests are 'that the band made it so special' and people are asking 'how did you find that band? Incredible!'.

We booked the Italian Wedding Band for our wedding last month (Oct 24th 2015) at the Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Rome. We wanted something really different for our day and with a half Italian / half English guest list - something that translated across both languages and tastes. We are a slightly older couple but really wanted a good party in the evening and a night that both ourselves and our wedding guests would never forget. I found Marino and his band on the internet and started communications 11 months before the wedding. I wanted to see them play prior to making the commitment to book however that did not work out as we have a small child and don't live in Rome - so I booked anyway. Lucky for us that we did! The Italian Wedding Band were fantastic! They really did an amazing job and our evening party was just so much fun - everyone was on the dance floor all night regardless of age and nationality! Every one of my guests said it was the best wedding they have ever been too and without a doubt Marino and his guys were a huge hand in this. I also had 2 of the guys play me down the aisle with a beautiful trumpet duo. Marino and 2 other gents played all the old Rat Pack stuff for us during the cocktail hour which was absolutely brilliant and the icing on a very lovely cake. Marino is very flexible to your requirements and will work with you to complete your vision for your day / night. If you are thinking of booking them for your once in a life time event - my advice to you would be to just do it - don't hesitate - you absolutely won't regret it. Just brilliant - they made our night - and they were the easiest wedding decision we made. Book them - you will be very GLAD you did.

After an amazing wedding weekend in Rome- I can honestly say the Italian wedding band were one of the biggest highlights of our reception! Absolutely fantastic song list, unbelievable musicians and really gave us the wow factor we were looking for at our Italian wedding!

The Italian Wedding Band were fantastic and such a memorable part of our wedding day. We first got in touch with Marino ten months before the wedding and found him so responsive, helpful and overall very easy to deal with. We were in Rome 6 months beforehand and were delighted to meet Marino in person.

On the wedding day we had two of the musicians play fantastically at the reception before our meal. It was perfect background music and really suited the setting. Some guests said that when they arrived out to the terrace to hear the music being played they felt like they had just stepped into the wedding scene from The Godfather!

We were also overwhelmed with a serenade after our meal, this was one of our favorite parts of the whole day and was wonderfully performed. Marino had also set up the sound and mic for our speeches which was a great help for us.

The band entertained everyone after the meal outside on the terrace for hours. Marino happily agreed to learn a new song for our first dance which we really appreciated. The music was brilliant, and was enjoyed by everyone whether sitting or on the dancefloor. The mix of Italian and international hits went down really well, this band definitely know how to entertain the crowd.

We had also booked a DJ with Marino who played for another couple of hours with a playlist that included our requested songs. For the night after our wedding we booked musicians Paul and Sal again with Marino's help and were really impressed with these guys.

We would not hesitate to recommend The Italian Wedding Band to other couples. We had amazing feedback from our guests, this is a totally different experience to most Irish wedding bands- when you're getting married in Italy isn't this what you want? Really, our party- or what we remember of it- would never have been the same without you guys! It was not like employing band to play, it was more like having guests playing music for all of us. You played non-stop from afternoon to way past midnight and instead of having our neighbors complain we had them ask for your contact details the next day because they so much enjoyed your stuff.

The Italian Wedding Band made an already special day even more amazing for my wife and I! I cannot say enough good things about them to justify just how great they were but we are both very happy they played at our wedding. When you have the Italian Wedding Band play at your wedding, you have top quality professionals, they look and sound the part. I would especially like to thank them for the surprise when our wedding meal was running over time, Marino came in and serenaded my wife, much to the delight of her and our guests. For our wedding song, we gave them a difficult task by picking a song which is very different to their genre but they played it beautifully and we loved it! They then sang some great songs to get everyone dancing and with the mix of Italian songs to keep the Italian theme going along with Irish and English language songs, the guests loved them. They were great fun and sounded brilliant. They played for as long as they possibly could and even apologised to us they couldn't play longer which I can definitely say everyone would have loved if they could. All of our guests spoke to us about how much they enjoyed them and for anyone considering them I would 100% say go with them because they are worth every penny. We used Marino's second band, The Waistcoats. We had originally booked Marino's band, The Italian Wedding Band, but after I sent him our playlist, he said we were better to choose The Waistcoats as they were more appropriate for our requests. They didn't fail. They were fantastic. Marino himself is an excellent manager and replies to your emails day or night and at a very fast response rate. He knows immediately what you want and makes great recommendations also. We used his DJ services too and he was also brilliant. The band and DJ were very professional, arrived well ahead of schedule to do the sound checks and set up and played well past their times. You won't find better music services in Italy!

OK first off I'm a somewhat cynical man with an over-inflated sense of my taste in music being better than everyone elses. When I saw all the 5 star reviews I found it hard to believe. Seriously though guys, this band is pure professional quality. Pre-wedding we asked them to prepare a tricky wedding song and another favourite of mine. There's 6 parts in the band so that's no small request. No problem was the reply. We had a trumpet and clarinet for the service and it was beautifully flawless. They dress well and act with a quiet professionalism. They played great music through the reception. I don't want to give away and secrets but the little extras surprises they do was the best bit about them. Marino (front man) is a legend. He went out of his to make the whole day special. It felt unique to us. We're Irish and can be a reserved bunch from a dancing point of view but the after dinner we hit the dance floor in spots, immediately. Appeals to all ages. We had the good fortune to book Marino and the band for our wedding in the Tuscan hills in June 2015 and it was the best decision we could have made.

From the moment they arrived they made sure that if we had anything to ask, want or request if they could play it they would and that nothing was too much trouble.

They surprised us with a rendition of 'on an evening in Roma' straight after the service in the grounds of the Borgo which was a really nice touch. They even created a new version of 'It had to be you' for our wedding song!

They had everyone up dancing, young and old and could not have ticked any more boxes for us in terms of the repertoire they had or service they offered.

From the very first moment we contacted the Italian Wedding Band and had a response back from Marino, we knew we had made the right choice. Marino was so easy to deal with from start to finish. We didn't really have any requests but Marino was helpful in all of his suggestions and we were glad of this as he seemed to have a better idea as to what would work for us than we did. We opted to have music played at our Aperitivo and we were so glad we did because the two guys playing were fantastic and it was even better than we could have imagined. Unbeknown to us Marino had made a playlist of very appropriate lounge style songs which were played as background music at our outdoor sit down meal. There were also another couple of amazing surprises throughout the evening but I wouldn't want to spoil the surprise for anyone else so won't say what was done - all I will say is that we were both very touched. After we cut our cake the band started up and pretty much got everyone up dancing. They were nothing short of brilliant. Everyone loved them. They sounded great, looked great and were so much fun. We didn't want the guys to finish (no one did!) and reluctantly we then switched to another area for a final party. The band had set up the equipment for a friend to DJ and luckily for us hung about to party with us for a little bit longer. Not only did we get professional musicians on our wedding day but we also had the company of a really great bunch of guys. A truly fantastic band in every sense.

We hired The Italian Wedding band for our wedding in Italy and I cannot say thank you enough to Marino and all the members on their performance. They were absolutely fantastic; all of our guests were amazed on the show they put on. I will never forget the special songs they performed for us. Marino and the band played at our wedding in Positano on 13th August and were completely amazing. I had read all of their reviews online so of course had high expectations but they surpassed even these! They are all so talented and the music they played just perfectly suited every part of the day. They learnt a special song for us which they played during the ceremony and surprised us with a couple of extra performances thrown in throughout the day which were utterly stunning. I can't imagine our wedding without these guys they really made it the best most romantic and fun day ever and got everyone dancing from young to old. I couldn't recommend the band highly enough. Marino is also very professional to deal with and was extremely helpful in arranging all the logistics of their performing for us in a pretty inaccessible location.

A huge thank you to Marino and the rest of The Italian Wedding Band for playing at our wedding in Castello di Gabbiano on Aug 23rd. They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We had them do the music for our wedding ceremony which was outdoors, cocktail reception and dancing after dinner. They also provided a DJ who played exactly what we wanted until the wee hours of the next morning! Everyone was commenting on how the music they played suited all tastes and everyone got to dance! The lead singer of the Swing Pistols Marino has asked me to write a testimonial about our wedding reception at Al Veluu on the banks of Lake Como and it's going to be an easy one.

We hired the Swing Pistols after researching them on YouTube. They appeared to be the perfect band to help us celebrate our special day and what a fantastic choice they were.

During our reception meal, Marino and the boys decided to play us an impromptu song standing up at our table. We had no idea this was going to happen and it really got the party started.

After the cutting of the cake, the band kicked in and the atmosphere went to another level. It was 3 hours of non stop hits and fantastic musicianship. The bride did not sit down for the entire set, as she did not want to miss one moment. That in itself is a glowing recommendation.

Unlike other wedding bands that I have witnessed, the Swing Pistols really got involved in the whole celebration and the interplay between band members and party guests was fantastic.

After a glorious encore, the guys said their goodbye's and left the guests to give nothing but praise to myself and the bride about how they were the perfect band to fit such a spectacular occasion.

We are SO happy to have chosen The Italian Wedding Band for our recent wedding celebrations in Castello di Vincigliata, Florence. We had them play super cool lounge music for the aperitifs which the guests loved as it gave such a relaxing vibe while people mingled in the gardens. Following this, they played background music during dinner in the courtyard which was a lovely touch too.
We had requested that my brother in law sing our first dance song with the help of the band and this was never a problem for The Italian Wedding Band. Marino was so helpful when organising this and he even provided a guitar to my brother in law to play whilst they accompanied him. After the first dance, the band got started and played continuously for two and a half hours or so... They were absolutely fantastic! Even though we only had 80 guests at the wedding the dance floor was full all night (judging from past experiences even a big wedding can have an empty dance floor!)... And the band really got a feel for the music the guests were enjoying. All of the guests could not get over how good these guys were on the night and even they are talking about them after returning to Ireland.
The bands music suited people of all ages at the wedding. We would have no problem recommending them to any couple getting married in Italy.....out of everything on the day the band are one of the most important things to get right and with The Italian Wedding Band you can't go wrong!

The Italian Wedding Band turned up the heat at our wedding, played great songs and got the whole crew dancing. If you want a band that stands out a little from the rest, overdelivers and brings the party vibe I can highly recommend them. They also arranged a great DJ for the afterhours. The Italian wedding band are true professionals, but that's not all you get. They are a great band that will get everyone dancing, young and old. If you like jazz/swing music and you want to have a blast at your wedding there is no one that will come close. I did my research for months. Marino and the group even hung out with us late night to sing and dance off the clock. Just a great group of guys who will light up your night.

We are absolutely delighted that we chose you to play for our wedding in Siena in August.
Firstly the instrumental music in the church was so moving and the musicans even learned two requested pieces for us to add to the special memories of the ceremony. Then the guys played some cool background music at the drinks reception, which was some of the guests favorite part of the day, prosecco, delicious food, under the sun and the top class live music in the background just topped it off.
Thanks also for setting up the speakers and microphones for for our speeches during dinner (much appreciated).
After the meal, Marino and his band took to the stage and played That's Amore as our first dance, amazing!! The band are real entertainers and kept our 85 Irish guests on the dance floor all night (3hours+). Their music caters to all ages, our friends in twenties and thirties to our parents and older family member, everyone had a ball.
We hired DJ Enzo through Marino, who played after the band finished, he is also a class act and kept us dancing until 5am. Enzo (also a one man band) played live for us the following night after a bbq and then dj'd again into the early hours.

I have no hesitation recommending Marino, his band and Enzo if you want a party to remember. True professionals, excellent communication from day one to wedding day, everything ran so smoothly, you won't need to worry about a thing in Marinos hands. Only wish we could go back and do it all over again!!

We?re an Irish couple who got married on September 12th 2013 in Villa Pizzo in Lake Como. We wanted a swing type band to go with our black tie dress code and classic outdoor setting. I did some research and came across some material from The Italian Wedding Band a.k.a The Swing Pistols. They seemed to tick all the boxes so I got in touch with Marino to discuss our requirements and see if I could get a feel for them. I?ve got to say that from the start Marino was a professional and knew what we wanted from a wedding band. We wanted a band that sounded and looked great, played the right kind of music and ultimately got people on the dance floor. We also wanted a band that was able to have the craic with the guests even with the language different, but Marino the lead in the band spoke really good English and said he was well used to an Irish crowd (I think the fact his wife is Irish helps)!. So with that we booked the full band for after dinner and a two piece acoustic set for the welcome drinks.

On the wedding day they we all set up and ready to go by time we arrived to the venue so there was no messing around and two of the band members were playing their acoustic set in the garden. Our dinner and speeches finished late so we were a bit behind schedule but when the full band started they started with a bang and our first dance (Andy Williams - Can't take my eyes off you) which they had learned off for us sounded great, especially with having a brass section in the band. They played classic Italian hit after hit which got everyone dancing, mixed with a couple pretty cool versions of modern songs towards the end of the set. They even got guests involved and allowed a couple of them who have been in bands themselves to sing! It was really good fun and everyone loved it. Fair play guys!

Bottom line is the band was great and got everyone dancing young and old. They really were one of the highlights of the day. We would have no problem recommending them to others if you like this type of music (they will send you a repertoire). Also one of ours guests brothers had them for his wedding and he gave us similar feedback. Book them and they will go down a storm. Good luck and thanks again Marino!

Thank you so much to the Italian Wedding Band for playing our wedding in Umbria in August. The band were fantastic and created a great atmosphere with everyone up dancing, our wedding was quite young and everyone loved the music. Not only were the band great on the night they were the most professional and helpful of all the wedding suppliers we used, always responding quickly and helpfully. They made organising the music easy and one less thing to think about as we knew they had it in hand.

Thank you so much to Marino and the band, they trully topped off our wedding with a rip-roaring and superbly lively set. Our party were entartained for the whole night with fantastic perfomances of classic ratpack and swing songs that kept the dancefloor full all night with everyone dancing away and singing along having a great time. ?Marino and his band played at our wedding on 1st July in Puglia. They played classical music for the ceremony, jazz for the cocktail hour, a big swing set after dinner and then DJ?d until the early hours (about 3.30am). We couldn?t have been more impressed. From initial contact Marino was professional, courteous and instilled a great level of confidence, which is very much appreciated when organising an overseas wedding with people you?ve never met.

As it turns out our confidence was particularly well placed in Marino. The band were superb throughout the day, even learning a brand new song with 2 days? notice to play on the night. Since the beginning the Italian Wedding Band have been extremely professional and reliable. Thanks to their music and energy, we had a fantastic time. In fact they managed to make people dancing all night long even if our guest were all from different nationalities such as Austria, Germany, England, America and Italy, not an easy task to achieve. We would totally recommend them to family and friends.

Marino and the band played at our wedding at Borgo di Tragliata and were fantastic!! They had everyone up and dancing from start to finish. Marino and the band came down from Rome to play at our wedding in Sorrento. From start to finish they were brillant to work with. Their professionalism made everything so easy, especially since we were doing most of the organising from the Middle East where we live and Ireland when we were home. Everyone loved them! They had everyone up singing along with them. The best man even sang a number with them too. We also booked the dj who kept everyone on the floor till the end. I can't recommend this band enough. They made the night for us.

The Italian Wedding Band played at my wedding in Rome on 21st September 2012 and they were brilliant. Everyone from all age groups was up dancing. I would highly recommend them for any wedding, they are excellent.

I booked the Italian Wedding band for our wedding in Umbria in August 2012. I had heard other bands but was not happy with them and having seen the reviews for the Italian Wedding band I took a chance and booked them. I was not sorry. The Italian Wedding band are simply brilliant. Everyone at our wedding raved about them (and are still talking about them) and we did not get off the floor for the night. My only regret is that we could not have them play for longer due to noise restrictions at our venue. I would highly recommend the band to anyone looking to dance the night away and who cater for all ages. Thank you for making our wedding so much fun.

We booked the Italian Wedding Band for our Tuscan wedding (30th June 2012) and could not have been happier with the service we received from Marino in the run up to the wedding never mind the fantastic performances the band put on for the day.
We had a two peice (flute and clarinet) play classical music for our church service. The music was so fitting and moving and I loved it.
We then had a three peice Jazz trio for our outdoor Cocktail reception. We have had amazing feedback from our friends and family about the trio music and our friends were saying that it made them feel as if they were in the coolest exclusive club in Ibiza!

And then on to the evening....

The Band provided us with Microphone & speaker set up for our speeches and then after our meal played about 2 hours of fantastic swing band music (with the full 7/8 piece band)
Marino and the band managed to learn our first dance at very short notice and just blew us away with how amazing his voice sounded and it's safe to say that, without doubt, it was the most memorable moment of the day for me. (I was so pleased that they performed live and we didn't have to play a CD)
The evening of dancing and jibes of fun from the band was just so brilliant and special. Everyone was on their feet dancing and the feedback again from our friends and family has been amazing.
All in all we could not have asked for better and I'm so glad that we chose the Italian Wedding Band (something a bit different than a man with a guitar)

The Italian Wedding Band are pure class. They gave our wedding a real Italian feel, the music was brilliant and they got everyone up dancing from start to finish. They look and sound great, are lovely to deal with and are very accommodating. They learned a new song for our first dance and everyone commented on what a great band they were. Absolutely awesome! We were really worried about music options and as such carried out an extensive search in both Italy and the UK (we were even considering flying someone over from the uk). I?m so glad we didn?t as The Italian Wedding Band were just perfect both the planning before our wedding and during the day/night itself. They had everybody up on the dance floor, without being cheesy in the slightest. They were brilliant - really!

If the scuffed knees on trousers (from knee slides) and other dancing related injuries are anything to go by this band are the greatest! We've had so many reports from guests of the fun they had over the course of 5 hours of music from Marino, the band, and Paul the DJ...Marino & Co. trekked up to join us in Lubriano for our big day after recommendation from my sister who say them play at the Celtic Ball in Rome a couple of times.Great success - thanks!

We got married in Rome this summer, and we had the Italian Wedding Band for our reception. They were excellent, the music & singing was brilliant and suits all ages,everyone was up dancing when they came on. Marino was very easy to deal with in the lead up to the wedding day, and went through everything with us in detail about the bands music, and was very helpful. We would recommend himself and the band to anyone getting married in Italy!

Fantastic band, can't recommend them enough. They played at our wedding in Borgo di Tragliata in June, everyone loved them and the floor was full for the night.

We got married at the Borgo di Tragliata a few weeks back. Marino was fantastic from the start, we chose a song for our first dance which we played from a CD but Marino and the boys had all the chords learned off and when the song finished the guys did a reprise of the chorus on the trumpets. It was absolute class and a lovely touch on their behalf. I felt that the band made the night as they had the floor packed from start to finish. Also their DJ followed up with a great set made up of our selections and some of his choices. When my sister in law wanted to play musical chairs it was no bother and between Congo lines and Limbo dancing we all slept well that night.

We got married on 15th April 2011 with dinner in L'Archeologia ( ristorante Via Appia Antica) Marino and the guys were brillant and everyone at the wedding were talking about them. They gave the wedding a real italian feel yet playing all the classic s that everyone could dance to. they were so easy to deal with.Definately recommend them.

We got married on June 4th near Lake Albano, Rome. The band were absolutley fantastic - we danced all night! They are very professional, great musicians and true performers! The music suits all age groups and works really well in the Italian wedding setting. Would recommend!

Alan and I got married in the Irish college Rome April 16th this year followed by a intimate reception in the Castello della Castelluccia just north of the city.Marino and the lads were the highlight of the day for our guests. they had everyone up on the floor for the duration of their music. it was so different and quirky from the traditional Irish wedding bands and we absolutely loved every second!! think the italians think we are mad since.....but it was a day and night we will never forget

We got married at the Marriot in Rome last May and from the moment we contacted Marino from the Italian Wedding Band we knew they were the music of choice for our big day!
We have been to so many weddings over the last year both here in Ireland and abroad and the Italian Wedding Band are by far the best wedding band we have ever seen. From the moment they arrived our guests were curios and as soon as they started playing myself and John Paul didnt have to worry one bit about whether our guests were enjoying themselves, they never left the dancefloor!
The selection of songs suit everyone and they really know how to get the crowd (no matter what age!) going!
I would not hesistate recommending the Italian Wedding Band, they were superb!

we got married in borgo di tragliata on 19 july '10. we didnt have the band but we got the dj from marinos band. he was fantastic, prior to the wedding i sent a specific playlist for him and the order i wanted the songs to be played in and he played every song just like i asked. Great dj, very friendly and very professional, also e mailing marino felf easy as he was also very helpful and very friendly, i would recommend them to anybody planning on getting married in italy

Where do I start - Marino and his band made our wedding a night to remember! John and I got married in the beautiful Portovenere, Liguria, Italy in early Sept 08. When we stumbled on Marino's website we knew we stuck gold. The guys travelled from Rome, 4 hours north to Portovenere to play at our wedding. Noboby sat for the entire time they played. I actually think the footage on their website does them no justice. We had some very musical people at our wedding and the band were complimented continuously on how 'tight' they were. Technically amazing, performance second to none....Marino and his guys will make really make your wedding night a hit. Thanks guys for everthing. Edel & John.

We just got back from Rome where we had our wedding last week. I had heard from a few websites and a friend of mine that these guys were good. They didn't mention though, how good they really were!

Marino and the boys were unreal! Apart from being technically excellent, they got the crowd up and dancing from the word go and never let them settle! With a mix of swing greats that everyone knows and a few Italian classics (that we all know now!), we had such a brilliant night thanks to them.
