Rua's unbelievable magic was the highlight of the day for our guests it seems, as they're all still talking about the different tricks he did etc. We booked him last year, and while he wasn't cheap, he was really worth it. We booked Rua for our wedding celebration back in Dublin, after our wedding abroad. We weren't sure about having a magician at our event but we decided that it would be fun and it would break up the evening for some of the guests. We had no idea how well it would go down. For weeks after the event we still had friends and family talking about Rua. For some it was the high light of the night. Everyone loved him! Rua service was professional from start to finish and his illusions amazed all. I can't recommend Rua strongly enough, he was worth every penny.

I had been to some weddings where the wait between the drinks reception and dinner seemed endless with no form of entertainment besides alcohol... and I definitely didn't want my guests to be bored. So we arranged for Rua to come along. I have to say we were not disappointed! He had even the most hardened sceptic bewildered. I managed to catch one of his tricks but with photos being taken etc I didn't get a chance to see many more. My guests are still talking about him and some are still trying to figure out how Rua managed some of his tricks! He was definitely worth every single cent - he arrived early and stayed late and just went about his business without any fuss! I would highly recommend Rua for any occasion - I'm already trying to think of reasons to have him come entertain us again!!

Brilliant performance. Everyone was raving about it and it was a great ice breaker at the drinks reception after the ceremony. We would highly recommend Rua .He arrived early and was enthusiastic and raring to go from the beginning and stayed longer than we had agreed no problem at all. Unfortunately due to the photographs getting taken outside we ourselves only caught the end of his performance (the bit we saw was excellent) but from all the responses and talk from people the performance was absolutely fantastic. All in all would highly recommend him. A total professional with great skills and personality. He will add to your day no end.

My fiancée (now 'Wife', or as I call her, 'New Management'!) had seen Rua on TV before and wanted to engage him for our wedding. While I was skeptical at first, he quickly had my jaw on the floor upon meeting him. He is quite simply the most amazing Magician I've ever seen. He worked the crowd during our reception, and the feedback has been nothing short of incredible. He made a huge impression on us and everybody else. Extremely easy to deal with compared to other suppliers, and very professional on the day. He was even kind enough to fill in on a slight delay we had on the day, which saw him staying longer than the booking entailed. Seems to love his job, and a lovely guy altogether. Myself and Nial were delighted with Rua on our wedding day. Nobody knew we had booked him, so it was a surprise for them when he suddenly appeared by them and began his tricks. The reports were great, even the science sceptics enjoyed it! Rua was very professional and accommodating, he even stayed behind to show myself and Nial some of the tricks as we had been so busy meeting and greeting during the drinks reception we had missed out. Would recommend for something a little different for drinks reception entertainment

He worked around all of our time restrictions and was such a pleasure to deal with, really put us both at ease! Rua was exceptional from the beginning planning process to the performance itself. We could not be happier that we asked him to perform at our wedding reception- our guests could not believe some of the illusions/ tricks/ performances he gave- they were in awe!! Rua was absolutely incredible at our Wedding in Laois a few weeks ago! We were worried that magic might be a bit cheesey, but after watching his videos, and seeing him on TV, we knew he was going to be different to everybody else...and we were right! He was making peoples phones and rings just...vanish in clouds of smoke, reading our minds...and doing card tricks that had us rubbing our eyes. We emailed everybody to say thanks for coming to the wedding, and 85% of the responses mentioned how incredible he was! Rua...you should wait by your phone, as I think you've impressed some other would-be brides! Book this magician while you still can! You won't regret it!

The easiest way to describe this guy is simply Mind Blowing! He kept our guests distracted (misdirected perhaps!) while we were occupied with having our Wedding Photographs taken. It gave us great peace of mind knowing that a real professional was inside entertaining our friends and family, and that nobody was bored! Everybody I spoke to had something great to say about him...some of which seemed far fetched and exaggerated, until I saw him in action. In a word...AMAZING! Rua, you were absolutely astounding at our wedding two weeks ago! The guests are still talking about you and everything you did. We had a few skeptics in and I think you've converted them into believers! The minute we contacted him, he came back immediately, and before we knew it he was booked. Choosing Rua to entertain our guests was one of the best decisions we made for our day. He had every1 in the palm of his hand. His tricks are amazing and I even got in trouble with my photographer because I didnt want to leave the room he was in!! :) from day one he was immediate with his responses and he is just a genuinely lovely guy. Rua was an absolutely amazing addition to our special day in Nuremore, Co. Monaghan recently. My Fiancée and I (Husband now!) had Rua perform at our bespoke Wedding at the James Joyce house on Usher's Quay - a far stretch from the fancy castles and hotels he's used to I'm sure, but he certainly treated us like royalty on our special day. It was an intimate affair with just close friends and family, and so Rua actually performed a short 25 minute act for the entire room. It was amazing - like watching Derren Brown except funnier! Everybody got involved and had a wicked time! He was very easy to deal with, really worked with us on the price as it was such a small affair, and really left a lasting impression on the day that I don't think we'll ever forget. Now, Rua...get out of my mind!!!:-)

We hired Rua as part of an extra, last minute surprise for the Bride and Groom last weekend, and he went down a storm with all of the guests. Just a quick review for this incredible young man! He entertained our guests during the reception, and the reactions were just brilliant! Better than we ever could have imagined. He was very very professional from the moment I called him, and if everybody was as easy and fast to deal with as him, we wouldn't have had an ounce of stress throughout the planning! Little bit more expensive that we thought, if I'm honest, but the fact that everybody is still talking about some of things he did makes it feel like it was the best investment we made for our special day. Rua performed close up magic and mind-reading at our wedding just gone, and he was absolutely astounding! We were scratching our heads all night! It was great peace of mind knowing that our guests were being professionally entertained while we were busy with the photographs. From the moment we emailed him he was fast and professional. Pricier than we expected, but thoroughly worth every penny - it made the day. Rua performed at our wedding in Ferrycarrig recently during the reception, and the response was absolutely incredible...screams of delight and rounds of applause bursting from different sides of the room all through the afternoon! It was such a weight off our shoulders to know that the guests were off being entertained while we posed for our vanity shots! He was beyond easy to deal with, arrived early, and I hope he won't mind me saying this, but he did an extra hour for free as there was a bit of a Bridal delay due to high winds and rain. The hubby and I hired this fantastic magic man to keep our guests entertained during our reception! There were laughs and screams coming from all corners of the room throughout the two hours. He was an amazing find, and we'd strongly encourage you to check him out while you can still get him. He did mind-reading tricks that would make Keith Barry look amateur, and magic tricks that would put Dynamo to shame! Everybody is still talking about him. Myself and the missus wanted an entertainer to keep our guests occupied during the reception at our wedding in October. To say that we're glad we chose Rua is an understatement. If you haven't seen him on TV, you need to see this guy in action. Mind reading, Magic, picking people's pockets...he's a machine! Everybody was raving about him from the kids to the older people, it worked a treat. Great value for money, and an absolute professional to deal with in the truest sense of the word. Rua was so very accommodating and his set was truly mind blowing. I had a number of guest come up and ask for his number for future weddings. He took a lot of pressure off because he was so professional. he really mad our day and our guests.

Rua performed at our Wedding recently and absolutely blew us away with his Magic and Mind Reading tricks. Everybody is still talking about him which is always a great sign.There were laughs and screams coming from all corners of our reception, which was a real relief as we didn't have to worry about whether or not everybody was having a good time. He was professional, courteous, and really funny as well! I would have marked 5 out of 5 for flexibility, only he was booked at a Wedding immediately after ours and had to dash, so we could only get him for our reception, but not the meal. (Sorry Rua! Hope that's fair!) Either way, he was really easy to deal with, extremely fast at coming back to us and answering our panicked organizational emails at 1am, and we thought it was fantastic value for the money we spent (we got him at a 25% discount!). Easy to recommend this guy! Thanks again Rua - can't wait to show you the photos!

I recently attended a Wedding in Ballymascanlon house hotel, Dundalk and saw Rua performing his close-up magic and mind reading at the reception! I used to think it was all camera tricks and actors until he was able to tell me my ATM pin code! This guy is absolutely incredible, and he has everybody in awe…when they weren’t busy laughing! Where do I begin? My wife and I hired Rua to entertain our guests during our Wedding reception in Castle Leslie while we were having our photos taken, and needless to say, he was absolutely phenomenal. Some of our guests were a bit skeptical at first, but by the end he had their jaws on the floor. His mind reading routines were absolutely incredible, and his magic was like the stuff you see on TV. From the outset he was consistently responsive and efficient in replying to our emails, which was a relief as we organised the wedding from Toronto! We hired Rua after seeing him on TG4 one night, and he was even better in person. He performed at our reception and in between the courses of our meal, blowing everybody away with his magic and mentalism. The buzz aruond the room was amazing and we kept hearing screams and laughter from different corners of the room! He was so fast at responding to our emails and calls, and he had him booked really quickly! He arrived early on the day, and made sure that evry single person there got to see something! Hey Rua, just a quick note to say thanks a million for doing such a great job entertaining our friends and family at our Wedding. I thought *I* was meant to be the star of the show, but instead, everybody was and still is talking about you! It's so obvious that you really love what you do, and you do it incredibly well. If any brides to be are reading this, I can highly recommend this cool character if you'd like an entertainer on your big day, and if you can get him. The cost was a bit higher than we expected to be honest, but it was worth every penny. I saw Rua perform at a family member's Wedding recently, and just had to leave a review for him here. One word: WOW. This Magician was just incredible...not what we expected at all. He read minds like Derren Brown or Keith Barry, and did tricks that would put Dynamo into cold sweats! Everybody was harping on about him all night, scratching their heads. Very personable, clean cut, nicely dressed and well spoken, he was a gentleman performer. I can't imagine you'll find any better than this guy, so get him while you can! We hired Rua for our Wedding Reception in Kerry's Ballyroe Heights, and he was absolutely fantastic - everybody was raving about him, from the kids to the older guests, he catered to everybody with card tricks, mind reading and he even vanished my Wedding Ring!. He was quick and easy to deal with from the get-go, and extremely professional on the day - he even put in an extra half hour's work because of a minor 'wedding dress emergency' that caused a slight delay on the day. I contacted Rua after seeing him on The Saturday Night Show, sent him an email and had him booked and confirmed within 15minutes. He was at the reception venue early and performed to all our guests until we left for our meal. He left our guests truly baffled and was a talking point throughout the evening. I can't recommend Rua highly enough to anyone looking for a bit of entertainment for the guests while your photos are being taken. He was brilliant. Our guests still talk about him and how he did his tricks. Very professional and fun. His tricks were a great ice breaker between guests and got people chatting so he is definitely worth booking! Rua on the day was brilliant, and very easy to deal/liaise with in the build-up. Our guests loved the entertainment and table service, it was a really good filler whilst waiting for us to arrive after pictures, in between courses and generally just mingling.
