We are a husband and wife photography duo. Before wedding photography, we worked as commercial photographers producing profile and product imagery for business websites. Until one day, a client of ours approached us and asked if we would consider doing the photography for her sister's wedding. Sadly, our client's sister had terminal cancer and one of her last wishes was to give her partner and children a special day to remember. As a wife, mother and photographer, that poignant day had such a profound effect that I decided there and then that wedding photography is what I wanted to do. As a photographer you are instantly swept up, chasing and capturing every emotion, every action - smiles, laughs, tears, kisses, hugs, secret knowing looks - that in years to come will be relived through memories and wedding albums. As a wedding photojournalist, telling a couples story through visual imagery is both exhilarating and an honour.  With both myself and Emmett, you get double the skills.and double the styles. While I like to get in close and capture emotion, Emmett sees the bigger picture - the surrounding landscape, architecture - that perfect backdrop to frame a couple so they can hang that special moment proudly on their living room wall. While getting great photos is our aim we are mindful of people's individual space and instinctively know when it's the appropriate time to take a shot. The best shots are often the ones you don't even know are being taken. We are based in Co. Meath but we are available for wedding photography all over Ireland and abroad.
