We hired Stevie Dee for our wedding at Barberstown Castle. We went for the full day package which included music/MC for our ceremony and reception. The package also includes a selfie mirror during the reception which our guests loved. Few weeks after our wedding, Stevie Dee sent us a digital copies of the photos as well which looked amazing.
We highly recommend Stevie Dee. He's very professional, flexible and entertaining. Leading up to the wedding, he provided us with 3 online meetings to make sure everything is organised and exactly what we wanted. We can't recommend Stevie Dee enough and have no regrets going for the full day package.

From the moment we booked Stevie Dee he was absolutely outstanding. He sent checklist reminders from 6 months out right up to 2 days to go and they were very useful! He listened our wishes music wise and he was spot on on the night. An absolute pleasure to deal with, professional in every way. We got the selfie mirror. The photos all have the wrong spelling of my name and I was challenged at the wedding for not paying. I had to sit and open my online banking to prove that payment had been made. Overall left a very sour taste! ?450 for photos with the wrong name!

Stevie was amazing and so instrumental in the lead up to our big day and he was just brilliant on the day. He took care of us and our guests. He had everyone on their feet all night even though it was only a small wedding. And he did a super job as the MC to the wedding also. Would highly recommend.

Stevie was An absolute pleasure to deal during our wedding journey. He chased up ideas for me , priced around for extras and gave me advice on what would and wouldn't work. He's super professional but knows exactly how to get a crowd going even if he is trying to drag them away from the bar cause there's a 12 o clock curfew lol!!! He knew exactly what our guests wanted to hear and even threw in a last minute surprise at the end which just topped off the whole day for us. If you go with stevie you will NOT be disappointed

Stephen was amazing to work with from start to finish. We booked Stephen last minute for our wedding and he was nothing but professional and helpful. He was always at the end of the phone or an email with song suggestions etc.

Every one of our guests had high praise for Stephen and the music he played all night. The dance was always full of guests dancing. We had made suggestions for what genres of music we wanted and Stephen did not disappoint! There was music for everyone's taste. He had people dancing from the ages of 6 to 91!

We couldn't have dancing at our wedding due to covid so Stevie had arranged bingo and some other games to play instead to entertain our guests, which turned out to be great fun and everyone got involved. Due to unforeseen circumstances Stevie couldn't be there himself the night of our wedding but he had somebody lined up to take over and we wouldn't even have noticed. Everything was done very professionally and we were very happy with the service we received.

My husband and I planned our destination wedding in Ireland at Kilkea Castle from Texas. Planning a wedding overseas can be stressful, but with the help and support of amazing vendors like Stevie Dee it is well worth the effort. We had the absolute best time at our wedding and wish everyday we could relive it over and over again. Stevie was recommended to us by Frog Prince, which we used for our venue styling and florals. One year prior to our wedding we visited Ireland to meet with vendors in person, and Stevie took the time to meet us for coffee and go over logistics and details for our wedding day. He truly went above and beyond to ensure all of our requests were met. The music was perfect, and we had so much fun dancing the night away. DJ Stevie Dee has a warm personality that truly lights up the room. We already can't wait for our next visit to Ireland whenever that may be. We highly recommend Stevie Dee!

Stevie Dee DJ?d at our wedding and provided us with a selfie mirror for 3 hours.
From the beginning I found him super easy to deal with, he responds quickly, is professional yet personable and we really enjoyed having him on board!
In advance of the day he asked us to send on a list of song requests so he could get a feel for our taste in music; and we also sent on our guests requests and he added those to the playlist. He was also great with advice when we weren't sure if we wanted a first dance, he helped us get around it in a way that got everyone up onto the dancefloor. On the night itself he was super friendly and accommodating and all song requests were listened to! He was great at rallying the crowd and having some banter with the guests; and despite my wedding being a small affair, there was always loads of people on the dancefloor!
In terms of the selfie mirror, it was fantastic - everyone had great craic with it! I know everyone says it and I was sceptical - but it's well worth the money and Stevie's selfie mirror is FANTASTIC quality. The photos are fab, everyone could take theirs away with them and we have a gorgeous little photo album with personal messages As a keepsake. There were fun props provided and the operators were lovely, patient (consider messy drunk people!) and encouraging us to get the most of the service. Everyone got involved, young and old!

Overall the service was fantastic, Stevie Dee made our night! Would highly recommend!!

We had DJ Stevie D for our wedding on New year's day in the cavan crystal hotel in cavan and we were so happy with the service he provided. He played all the songs that I had requested and he had the dance floor full all night. He played a great variety of music and had such a great atmosphere about the place.

Stevie was incredible, a brilliant combination of friendly & professional, extremely helpful and responsive - not only was he entertaining us until the end of the night during our wedding but he went above and beyond for us.
All of it started as my husband and I were planning our wedding in Westport, co Mayo. We are living in America and decided to have our wedding in Ireland. A destination wedding is never easy so we chose a venue, the Westport Woods Hotel & Spa, which proposed wedding planners in their package. Thanks to the great advice from the wedding planner, we posted a enquiry on WDJA and found Stevie. Even with the five hour time difference, Stevie was flexible when scheduling skype meetings to go through our special day. He went out of his way to meet us in person while we were traveling through Ireland before the wedding and go over the details of the big day with us. During our big day, all our guests were raving about our DJ! He selected a good mix of songs (even the french ones!) and everyone was on the dance floor all night!
Thanks to his network, we were also able to find a duo band for the ceremony and the cocktail!
We chose the DJ MC elite package which included a selfie mirror. We had the pleasure to meet Stevie's son and wife as they were taking & collecting the selfie mirror pictures and organizing an amazing Guest Book for us full of memories we will cherish.

From the minute Stevie met with us prior to the wedding to the moment he left which was very very late on our wedding day (night) he was a total gentleman, nothing and we mean nothing was a problem, extremely versatlie. Leading up to the wedding, he worked with us (via email and Skype - we were planning from the U.S.) to make sure he understood our music preferences and "must have" songs for the ceremony. He also did a great job at the wedding. First, he helped us orchestrate the Horah dance, which very few guests had ever done before, but with his help, it was a success! The playlist during the wedding was exactly what we wanted. He also does a good job reading the room and moving onto the next song when the crowd isn't feeling it. Lastly, Stevie Dee is competitively priced compared to other vendors. All in all, we highly recommend DJ Stevie Dee!

Booking Stevie for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. We had our wedding reception in a marquee at home on our farm so we booked Stevie for the day forgoing a live band and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was set up from before the meal and he ran the whole evening for us from announcing us into the marquee, running the speeches, announcing our first dance and taking endless requests from our enthusiastic guests, nothing was too much for him and the dance floor was packed all night. From initial contact to the last song the service was excellent. The dance floor was full all night and and everyone was happy that he played their requests! We went for the full evening package(9pm to 2am).

I struck gold when I booked Stevie Dee the DJ. I can't praise him enough. He rang a few times coming up to the date and we got along so well. He really listened to everything I mentioned and asked for an idea of the music we like. Including the first dance, father daughter dance and any extra special requests, which we had! He went out of his way to ensure he had a special song for our toddler to dance to and was surprised but very willing to play The Muppets Theme for him!! Once Stevie saw the toddler take off dancing and the floor fill to watch him he played it again. The whole crowd were thrilled with the way he read the room and knew to play the hit again! The dance floor was full all night night, Stevie really knows his stuff and read the room well. He was a pleasure to deal with and even asked during the night if I had any more requests. He took requests from all our friends and family! He played our end of night song and called us back in for one more rendition of the Muppets, (even though smallie was in bed) he even had a Stadler and Waldorf line to finish the night :) PERFECT

Stevie Dee was easy to deal with and we knew we were in good hands. We didn't have a band so we wanted a really good Dj, and that's what we got. On our wedding night he played the right songs at the right time and even though ours was a smallish wedding he kept everyone going. We were asked by people where did we find him and got great compliments about how good the DJ was. All age groups were happy with the music and we couldn't of asked for more. My husband and I had our wedding a few weeks ago, and opted not to have a band but instead have just a DJ. My concern was being at weddings where there's a band playing to an empty dancefloor for the first hour or so, and I didn't want that at ours.
My husband had found DJ Stevie Dee online when we were looking for DJ's and from our first conversation with Stevie we knew we were in safe hands. He was hugely accommodating of any requests, and really helped to guide us through the process.
On the night itself, Stevie set up discreetly while dessert was being served, and once everyone had finished eating he was ready to go.

I have to say, I was really taken aback at how Stevie managed to keep the dance floor full from the moment he started to the very last song. We had given a handful of song's that we wanted to hear, but other than that we left it up to him, and he didn't disappoint. All of our guests commented on how good he was, and really enjoyed his playlist.

The icing on the cake was when Stevie invited our 4 year old niece (who's Frozen mad) to the DJ box and gave her a mic, encouraging her to sing "Let it Go". She was only delighted with herself and all of the guests thought it was a lovely touch.

I couldn't say enough good things about Stevie Dee, so whether you're looking for a DJ to play after a band, or someone to do all of the music, he's definitely your man.

We found Stevie very easy to deal with. I knew from speaking to him first that we had a similar interest country music along with the more contemporary tunes. On the wedding day Stevie was there in time and set up well in advance, when the band finished there was a seamless transition to the dj and the floor was kept full all night. Towards the end of the night Stevie had us both out on the floor with everyone surrounding us which made a special and great ending to our wedding. Thanks again Stevie.

Stevie was really helpful to us as we planned the music for our wedding. From the moment I contacted Stevie Dee I knew we had hit the jack pot with him been our DJ he is great,from the chats on the phone to our consultation with him was just wonderful,he is very down to earth relaxed man with a good sense of humour and was very professional within that he reassured us he would do a great job and he did ,even better than we had tought. Our only music for our wedding was stevie dee ,We had no band and Stevie provide the best music, people said they didn't notice there was no band and they loved his music. I told Stevie I wouldn't be off the dance floor and I wasn't that night , the dance floor was always full of people, he had people even off the dance floor dancing around the sides..we also had a large group of children and Stevie did a few games and songs for the kids which was a huge hit..I would highly recommend Stevie Dee for a full package wedding, who needs bands when you have Stevie Dee..thanks for a great job from your bride and groom Barbara and Kevin.

Booked Stevie for a joint party I had organised for my mam (50) and my little sister.(18) It was an amazing night thanks to Stevie who accommodated us in every way possible.

It was fantastic to see all age group up and dancing because of Stevies wide variety of music. Talking to everyone in the time after the party the one thing everyone commented was how brilliant Stevie was.

This event was a 21st birthday party for my Son, the music was chosen perfectly by Stevie Dee which kept the crowd bopping all night

Whilst I was only a guest at the wedding, I had the task of sourcing the DJ. I found Stevie to be very friendly and helpful pre the event, communicating via phone and email on playlists even going as far as telling me that I could choose songs that the couple really wanted played, songs they had on a wishlist and even songs that they definitely did not want played (which I thought was a good point to make). Since the couple wanted a Rockabilly theme - he went out of his way to purchase some Rockabilly CDs and then was able to come up with all the songs they wanted right up to the present day. He arrived on time and set up very quickly and the set up looked great - he has a lovely covering in front of his equipment with little fairy lights in it and it looked quite magical and much prettier than just seeing the equipment (I have never seen a DJ make an effort in this way about the appearance of their set up). He was great on the night and very good with everyone including the children. I thought the order of the music was great right down to finishing up with three anthem songs of take that which everyone loved and then finally 'Time to say goodbye' by Andrea Bocelli and Sarah Brightman which was a lovely (and very unique) way of winding the night down gradually and not ending it all abruptly and it gave everyone a chance for a last slowset (who doesn't want that? :) ). Stevie was very competitive pricewise and rounded down a figure that theoretically is what he might have charged given the distance he had to travel to it and the number of hours he had to play for. He is a very pleasant and nice man and deserves all the business he gets. Good luck in the competition Stevie.

DJ Stevie Dee was excellent and played all the songs we requested. He kept the crowd on the dance floor and played a good mix of music. I would highly recommend him to a friend.

Stevie is an absolute legend. We furnished him with a list of 'must haves' and he took it from there, creating a play list that suited our occasion beautifully. I cannot recommend Stevie enough, and I would certainly hire him again, for any occasion!

Great DJ really got the party going and kept it swinging all night

Right from the initial meeting Stevie proved himself to be the consummate professional. His experience on the night enabled him to read the audience perfectly and he managed to play something for everyone. This wasn't easy as our guests were aged from under 7 to over 70. We were delighted to see that, even after four and a half hours of playing, the dance floor was never once empty. It takes a really great DJ to be able to do this. We're delighted we booked Stevie and we can't recommend him highly enough.

I would like to thank Stevie Dee for the unique Aura he created at our wedding recently. From the moment, i was first introduced to Stevie at a wedding Fair he promised us a night to remember, and boy did he deliver just that. his willingness to take on board our suggestions for the evening and the level of accommodation to our requests, coupled with his own experience left us with a truly most memorable celebration, and we will remain eternally grateful to him for playing such a huge part at our wedding in the beautiful Cavan Crystal Hotel in Cavan.

Our wedding on 23rd Oct 2010 was the most amazing day made all the more special by having Stevie Dee as our DJ. He wasn't your average disc jockey, far from it as the whole evening was tailored to our requirements. Individual guests selected songs and got a mention making them feel involved, the music was a real ecliptic mix just as we wanted it to be. Lots of imaginative fun and games were put on by Stevie with the bride and groom at the centre of them making us feel so special. We went back to the venue 5 years on where we relived our day and raved about how great the evening 'do' was. The dance floor was constantly full and all guests said what a brilliant disco it was. The biggest accolade?...guests turned their taxis down and rebooked for later. I haven't attended any other wedding where that has happened! All of our requests were met and all promises fulfilled, in fact our expectations were exceeded. So thank you Stevie Dee for being the best DJ EVER we will be forever grateful. You are top of our recommendation list!
