About Shane: For the past seven years, I have been a featured musician at many weddings in Ireland. I am also a guitarist, singer/songwriter, and performer who tours internationally. Career highlights to date include a sold-out solo concert at the National Concert Hall in Dublin, collaborations with internationally renowned artists including Tommy Emmanuel and Bill Whelan (Riverdance), and appearances at major music festivals and arts festivals in Ireland and abroad.

Whether it is for your wedding ceremony, your drinks reception, or even your second-day party, you can be sure that the music I provide will create the perfect, memorable, celebratory atmosphere for your special day!

My repertoire is extensive, taking in the full breadth of music from Bach to Billie Eilish - nothing is off the table as far as the 'playlist' for the day! While I am better known for my solo-guitar work, I am also a vocalist with a speciality in the jazz/swing style. I work with each couple to curate their perfect repertoire list, and even offer unique bespoke arrangements of music for your big day, be they jazz standards, movie themes, pop songs, or anything in between. I also collaborate regularly with other musicians, and can provide numerous duo and trio options, including guitar + vocals, guitar + strings, guitar + piano, and much more!

Could not recommend Aoife and Shane enough for reception drinks music . We had them playing instrumental at our wedding and our guests and I loved it . Shane is so sound to deal with which makes everything easier . You defo need this duo to start off your day .

We had both Shane and Aoife play for our wedding and couldn't have been happier with the day. They played for our ceremony and the drinks reception and they were both amazing. We got tonnes of complements from guests on their performance. They were very reasonably priced and having the vocals, guitar and violin was worth every penny. We had our wedding and reception in Ballyseede Castle and it really fit the venue. They were very quick to respond to any queries and helpful throughout. They gave great recommendations for songs. Really helped to make it all run smoothly. They were both very professional and they were really friendly on the day. Both genuinely nice people

We are so thrilled we had Shane and Aoife play at our wedding ceremony. They were absolutely amazing from the minute we first got in touch with them. Communication was brilliant, they always got back to us so quick and could literally play any song we wanted. We requested a particular song that meant a lot to us for the ceremony and they learned the song and it was played so beautifully, better than we could have imagined. So many of our guests have commented on how incredible the ceremony music was. We loved that we had the options of guitar, violin, vocals, instrumental and we could chose for each song. We would highly recommend Shane and Aoife to anyone getting married.

Having Shane and Aoife play the music at our ceremony was one of the best decisions we made in the lead up to the wedding. There was no song they couldn't play and they made them fit beautifully into the ceremony. They even personalised one of them for us which was a lovely suprise. Very easy deal with all the way through and outrageously talented both of them. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. Superstars.

Shane and Aoife were absolutely wonderful and we cannot recommend them enough! We had an outdoor ceremony and we’re very passionate about music so our vision was to have our favorite songs as a couple played throughout the ceremony surrounded by nature. Shane and Aoife created this vision for us seamlessly! With planning from abroad (we live in Canada) they made the entire process so easy. The craziest thing is that they got married just one week before us, and still managed to create the most perfect set for us. When they played Cherry Wine as I walked down the aisle it was honestly like a fairytale. Such a lovely couple and extremely talented! Thank you for being part of our day Shane & Aoife!

They were by far our favourite vendor to deal with for our wedding and they are an extremely talented duo. Their music was beautiful and really set the mood for the entire day, and we're still getting compliments from our guests about how fantastic the music was. They also played at our Day 2, where we had an informal get-together at a pub in Cork. They played some fantastic music, and everyone had an absolute blast. What impressed us the most was how quickly they learned and played the songs we had requested. They were always willing to go the extra mile and make sure everything was just perfect. From the first day we made contact with Shane and Aoife they have been so professional and helpful. They were happy to play our requested songs- and play them sooo well!!! We had Shane and Aoife for our wedding in Slane and they were just fantastic from start to finish!! From we booked with Shane, he was more than accommodating and very friendly, I couldn’t fault him! On the day, they set the tone from the guests entered the venue! Shane sang and played the guitar and Aoife played on the violin and their set list was beautiful, we asked for it to be outside as it was a lovely day and they had no problem being able to accommodate us!! We had Shane and Aoife play for our day day in Kilkenny, and they were just amazing!!! Great mix of music that suited everyone and took on all requests from guests. They set such a great tone for our evening, and created a real buzz, all our guests were singing along and dancing with them. Shane was so accommodating, and the nicest man ever to deal with. We were very lucky that Shane and Aoife braved storm Eunice in February to play our drinks reception for our wedding. Shane is the consummate pro and we were absolutely thrilled to have him perform at both our wedding ceremony and reception. There's nothing he can't play, he accommodated all of our requests, and riffed his way wonderfully throughout our entire reception – gauging the mood of the room and taking the atmosphere up a notch or three as and when needed.
