Wedding Music Italy

Linda and I got married in Sorrento on the 24th of September 2009, Our wedding reception was held in the Ambasciatori Hotel. We decided to use a DJ for the music/dancing part of the evening as this would allow us to cater for our guests? musical tastes and it would also allow for the DJ to read crowd reaction and keep the atmosphere going.

I contacted Mick a few months before the wedding to start organising the main musical entertainment. We felt it was vital to get this part of the evening right as wedding guests tend to comment on two things in the aftermath of a wedding; the food and the musical entertainment. Over a few phone calls and a series of emails Mick got a feeling for the requirements and put a song set together that enhanced the celebrations and also included some individual favourites for various guests. Mick?s M.C. skills were perfect for the cutting of the cake and the first dance section. He also showed seamless flexibility in catering for guests as the night progressed whilst maintaining the song-set momentum.

All our guests left the hotel with a smile and also slightly out of breath from all the dancing, And yes, the guests did comment on the entertainment afterwards; it was all extremely positive! I would highly recommend Mick for both the preparation and advice leading up to the big day; and the smooth professional approach on the day itself.

Michael was kind enough to fly to the US for our wedding at Roche Harbor in the San Juan Islands in the State of Washington. Michael was absolutely fantastic from start to finish in the wedding process. Once we decided to use Michael for our wedding, he was immediately in contact with me via email from Italy. I provided Michael with a list of our favorite songs, including our "must haves", so that he would be able to have an idea of the type of music we wanted at our wedding. During the planning stages of the wedding, Michael was constantly in contact with us and also helped us in getting the right equipment and setup for the venue.

As for the actual wedding, Michael catered to every request we had and was there any time we needed him. Michael helped us pick up the equipment we needed, helped set up the venue, and went over all of the music with us in advance. As for the music itself, Michael integrated all of our favorite songs, along with ones that he chose for us based upon our taste, and the overall selection was perfect. I had many guests come up to me and comment on not only how good the music was, but also the personality that Michael brought to the event. My wife and I have been to quite a few weddings in the US and Michael blew anyone else we have seen out of the water.

Overall, the experience was wonderful, and Michael helped make our wedding perfect. I would recommend him to any of my friends here in the US, and to anyone abroad who is looking for someone for their wedding.
