Omg wow Aherlow House Hotel made our special day a very memorable occassion. The support from the very start to the finish....Eve had us guided, supported, problem solving, explained everything, and had our back...The staff were attentive, food was unreal, Venue and views were fantastic, we would highly recommend this venue to any couple who are contemplating a wedding venue...top class.

The bridal party stayed in a lodge the night before the wedding. The views from the lodge for morning pictures were spectacular and the lodge catered for all of the bridal party. The the wedding coordinator Eve went above and beyond for us. Everything about the day itself was perfect. The weather was beautiful and the views from the balcony where we got married were spectacular. Food was delicious and staff were on hand at all times. They catered very well for my son who had additional needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone getting married.

We had our Wedding reception in Aherlow House Hotel in July. It was absolutely fabulous. Eve, the events manager is just brilliant to deal with. She is meticulous in her planning and made our lives so easy in the run up to the Wedding. All the staff at Aherlow are incredibly friendly and make you feel at home. The views are incredible and the photos are just beautiful. The food and service is fantastic. We had the BEST DAY and want to thank Aherlow House Hotel for everything. It was just perfect!

We had our wedding at Aherlow House Hotel this past July and cannot say enough amazing things about the venue, staff, food, service, scenery...list goes on and on!!!

Eve, the wedding and events coordinator (but should be given the title of super hero), was so lovely to work with. We were planning long-distance from the U.S. and Eve made everything a breeze! She kept us on track throughout the year, answering any questions we had along the way, which was a lot! On our wedding day, the staff took care of every little detail, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy ourselves. The day before our wedding was America's Independence Day and they helped us plan a barbecue for our guests out on the terrace, which was absolutely amazing! We received SO many compliments from our guests on the service of the staff at Aherlow. They truly went above and beyond to take care of us!!! Not to mention, the accommodations are stunning and the views speak for themselves. Complements to the chef as well, as the food was truly unbelievable.

Words cannot express how thrilled we are with Aherlow House Hotel and we cannot imagine having had our day anywhere else. The biggest THANK YOU to everyone at Aherlow who took part in our day, as you made it so very special. We are looking forward to coming back on our 1st Anniversary (and hopefully every year after that!!!)

Aherlow was the best possible place we could get married. The staff are out of this world, so helpful & friendly. We still go back there & it?s like seeing friends. The food there is absolutely beautiful, everyone commented on it. The views you won?t find anywhere else. The hotel was so clean & comfortable. It?s like a home away from home. Love aherlow.

I would like to say a few words about the Aherlow House Hotel the venue for our wedding on the 9th June 2018. Everyone plans in their head the perfect day for their wedding, but the Aherlow House Hotel truly help makes it reality. My now wife?s parents were married there in 1976 and the venue means a lot to them and us as we spend a lot of time relaxing in the beautiful glen of aherlow when we have down time, therefore it was a natural choice for us. The backdrop to the hotel the imposingly beautiful Galtee mountains are a wonderfully scenic place for photographs and afterwards you can relax on the deck with friends and family and enjoy a celebratory drink hopefully in the beautiful sunshine, but regardless you have the lovely snug warm environment of the hunting lodge bar if the weather does not go your way.

From the very first day we expressed an interest in having the hotel for our special day, the entire management and staff could not do enough for us. We found that Eve and her wedding team where always on hand to answer any queries we had in the run up to the day and made themselves available for meetings to everything no matter how big or small.

It is hard to put into words how spectacular this venue is but it truly is the people who work their that make it special. I would like to say a big thank you to Sinead ( the bar manager ) and also Sadie and Grainne on reception who gave us a lot of assistance over the few days. We were treated like royalty for the entire day from the moment we set foot on the red carpet outside the hotel. Our guests where bowled over by the friendliness and helpfulness of staff and it was commented countless times the quality of the beautiful meal that was provided. It was evident anyway form the empty plates all round so a special word for the wonderful chef in residence. Bravo Sir.

It goes without saying therefore that we both are both delighted to recommend this hotel to any couples who are planning their big day and would actively seek people out to tell the about it, given how good our experience was. It truly is a magical place.

Eve, Caroline and team made our day so special. We both loved every minute of it. 5 Star service, It was all so amazing our day ran so smooth and it was all down to the brilliant staff at Aherlow House Hotel. Every little detail taken care of, staff were so friendly and attentive. We love coming to Aherlow house and staying overnight. There is just something so special about this hotel that we love. It has it all amazing views, small country feel. My husbands parents got married there some 41 years ago, now myself and Michael Dec 2017 with my sister in law getting married there this summer in June 2018. Already looking forward to getting up there again. Aherlow House has to be one of the top wedding venues in Ireland, it has everything. I know I will be returning again and again as its been so special to us. Love to all there for making our day so special that it was hands down the best day of our lives from start to finish. Could not recommend this hotel high enough! Our day was absolutely perfect. Great value also, and basically have the hotel to yourselves! Food, drink, staff, hotel, view, is all top notch and your guests will not be disappointed, as ours were not!! Eve is so organised and helpful. Could not ask for a better place, staff or wedding coordinator. It was perfect!

We had a fantastic day in Aherlow House Hotel for our wedding. The staff were excellent as was the food, etc.
Aherlow and the surround originally drew me to the venue but after dealing with Eve and all the staff I soon fell in love with the quaint bar and hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wedding. The guests loved the food and the hotel. I?ve even been told by friends that they will definitely now consider Aherlow as a venue having attending our wedding reception.

Eve and Caroline went up and beyond over the 2 years we organised our wedding day. The day went so smoothly. Whatever you needed they were there. Fast service with food. Everthing on time. Couldn't have asked for a more calmer day. The views are spectacular. Loads of photos to take on the grounds. We had civil ceremony in Aherlow House. Amazing. All of it right on cue. So helpfull with lists of caterers you may need or b+bs lists of everthing you need to help you on your way. You needed a number they had it.

We were so happy with absolutely everything in Aherlow for our wedding, they made it so special. Thank you so much for everything, start to finish. Will be highly recommending them for future functions. Aherlow is extremely lucky to have someone like Eve, the wedding coordinator, on their team. All staff did a fantastic job. All our guests commented on how fantastic a venue Aherlow is for scenery and said the food was just delicious.

I can not recommend aherlow house enough, it was the most perfect and special place to have our wedding and we so happy we picked it, from the moment we started planning our wedding eve and her team went above and beyond to help, we have a sick little boy so it wasn't easy trying to plan a wedding between hospital visits the staff were always there to help, the hotel it self it so cosy it really is the most perfect location we have fantastic photos we got out on the balcony, the food on the day was perfect iv lost count of any many people said it was the nicest food they ever had at a wedding, all the staff on the day were brilliant so friendly, the bridal suite is stunning, we also had a bbq the day after and food was so nice for that as well, it was the most perfect and magical day thanks to all at aherlow x

I found the staff very helpful and friendly and helped us both before the big day and after the big day when we had gusts staying for the extra few days , I would recommend the hotel as a wedding venue. The hotel went through a tough time durning the down turn and its improving all the time and the service the staff will not be beaten in any other hotel . The view is amazing and I would tell any one thinking of holding there wedding at Aherlow house hotel to go for it we had our ceremony in the hotel just a great day all round
