Myself and my husband Jack got married in Boyne Hill House on 23rd March 2024 and we had the best day ever!
From the moment we viewed the venue in 2023 we knew it was the venue for us. We loved the decor and overall vibe of the venue and loved that it had so many different rooms & things to do - from the beauty room, cinema room, billiards room it really meant that our guests could entertain themselves during the drinks reception.
Every member of staff we dealt with were amazing from Catherine in reservations, to Claire who was on hand for any (and there were many!) questions and guidance along the way to Elaine who was great at our menu tasting and absolutely outstanding on the day! We had so many compliments from our guests about the quality of the staff on the day.
And last but not least - the food! The food was exceptional - it really was restaurant standard! So many people are still talking about the canapés at the drinks reception, the main meal, sliders and chip cones and then tayto sandwiches to top it all off.. the food really did just keep coming . The chef did a fantastic job!
There was not one single thing we would change about the day - we’d just love to do it all over again!!

The minute we stepped onto the estate we knew it was our perfect venue. Any questions and queries were all dealt with very quickly. Claire was an absolute pleasure to deal with in the run up to the day putting any worries I had at ease. The day itself was incredible staff couldn't not do enough for us and our guests we had the best day and cannot thank everyone at Boynehill House enough for helping the vision we had for our day come to life

Amazing venue. Claire was a dream to deal with and nothing was an issue. The food on the day was out of this world and the guests mentioned the meal for weeks following the wedding. It was really a joy having our wedding in this beautiful venue

We got married at Boyne Hill House on 18th August 2023 and it was absolutely amazing. Couldn't have chosen a better venue for what we wanted. Everything was perfect from getting ready in the prep area that morning, to the ceremony that afternoon and then dinner that evening - just amazing. The team made planning our wedding so easy and enjoyable. Can't thank everyone enough, especially Elaine, Claire, Gillian and Dean. Nothing was too much for them. What an astounding place for photos too! Couldn't have been happier! Sad that we can't do it all again! Would recommend Boyne Hill to anyone getting married as it really caters for every couples individual needs. Superb venue. ??

We had our wedding here two weeks ago and can't speak highly enough of the venue. The staff were easy to talk to and very helpful during the whole build up and planning part. But when it came to the day itself they really excelled. All of our guests and ourselves were extremely well looked after, the food from early canapés to late night snacks was all amazing, and the grounds/buildings were in immaculate condition which lead to plenty of beautiful photo opportunities. All of our guests had a wonderful time, and we had the wedding we'd dreamed of, in no small part due to the excellent service and attention to detail provided by Boyne Hill and their amazing staff. What a venue!

Claire, Gill and the gang at Boyne Hill House made sure that our whole day ran smoothly, from our arrival at 8:30am, til the last guests went to bed in the wee hours.

In planning our day, the wedding team at the venue made sure to answer any questions promptly via email, and we were invited to visit the venue many times before the date, meaning we were very comfortable with the layout, which helped our organising. The day before, they even let us bring our dog around to ensure she was comfortable walking down the aisle!

On the day, everything ran so smoothly. While there were a few questions about decorations in the morning, the team worked tireless to make sure that our personal pictures were laid out around the venue. As the day progressed, they even moved them to be in all the rooms we were in.

A compliment I still get from our guests is that the day ran so smoothly from the moment they arrived. On checking in before the ceremony (something which isn't always available), the guests could have a drink in the bar before moving to the stunning secret garden. After the ceremony, we all enjoyed the food and drinks at the reception, and our guests were amazed at the tunnel to the other part of the venue. We were able to have our speeches at the bar before dinner, and were looked after so well as the food was served. The food was delicious from start to finish.

During the band, guests who needed a break were delighted to have seating away from the music, and the opportunity to get some air in the lit courtyard.

The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, especially in the house, and breakfast (for those who woke in time) was just what we all needed.

Overall, there is nothing else I could have asked from the venue. The staff were hardworking, friendly, and made it seem like nothing was to much of an ask.

We are still so happy with all aspects of this venue and look forward to a visit in the future!

We got married in Boyne Hill House in December 2022. I cannot recommend this venue highly enough. The main house and grounds are absolutely stunning; the decor is just gorgeous and makes for some beautiful photos. The staff are all so lovely and helpful. Special thanks to Barbara, Claire, Gillian, Katie, and Dean in the run up to and on the day for helping us with anything we needed. Everything was so well taken care of that on the day of the wedding, we had to think of absolutely nothing. We could just let the day unfold and completely enjoy it. You can tell the staff really care about making the day special for you. The main meal was superb, all our guests commented on how delicious the food was. This is one of those venues that you have to see to believe - it is hard to put into words just how nice it is. I would implore anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, intimate wedding venue to pay Boyne Hill House a visit!!

Boyne Hill House is a fantastic venue. We had our ceremony on site which our guests loved as they didn't have to travel to different places.
The Manor House is fabulous. The rooms are beautifully decorated. All the bathrooms are luxurious. Everyone complemented the comfort of their rooms.
The food was amazing. We were constantly being fed. Tayto sandwiches went down a treat at the end of the night! Breakfast was so tasty.
We were blessed with the weather and got gorgeous photos in their beautiful walled garden.

Mark and I had our wedding in Boyne Hill House on 9th October 2022. We decided to have a wedding of 100 people and set off to find the right venue for us.
From the moment we drove down the forest-like road decorated with fairy lights and saw the stunning manor house, we fell in love with the venue instantly. Every part of the venue was special and had so much attention to detail. We knew instantly we wanted to get married there. Not only is the venue stunning but every staff member we met was so friendly, lovely and made us feel like we were the only couple ever to get married!
And finally, probably one of the most important aspects of the wedding day, the food: the food was delicious, and all our guests spoke so highly about their meal.

We got married in Boyne Hill on 17th Sept 2022 and decided we would have a 2 day celebration with afternoon tea and a bbq the next day.

We fell in love with the venue when we viewed it 1.5 years ago. It's so unique we loved the way old meets new.

I really don't know where to begin. Hayley and Barbara are the absolute dream team and everything went to plan from the very beginning. Nothing is too much hassle for them.

The venue is absolutely spotless thanks to the amazing cleaning team. We were so impressed how they turned around the venue so quickly.

Darren the night manager is one of the nicest guys you?ll ever meet and he went over and and above the 2 nights doing things for guests that he didn't need to do.

The food and beverage manager and all the staff were incredible. They served 150 for the wedding and kept calm under pressure. The food was excellent and consistent all weekend.

All our guests were stunned and many said it was the best wedding they've ever been to!

The staff are absolutely flawless and we would highly recommend Boyne Hill House, 10/10 for everything.

We can't thank Boynehill House enough for our amazing wedding day. We got married on 30th July and it was the best day of our lives. The staff, especially Elaine and Hayley were fantastic on the day. We met Elaine on our first visit to Boynehill House and she is amazing. Every person on the staff were great. Boyne Hill House is a fairytale come true for any bride, from the secret tunnel to the beauty room you will feel like a princess from the moment you arrive the morning of your wedding....I know I did. Barbara and all the team that supported us at our two day event there were absolutely amazing. They were attentive and personable and went above and beyond to make our time there run smoothly. I can't recommend this venue high enough. Thank you to all the gang who assited us from start to finish, I'm so sad its all over but we have taken so many happy memories that will last forever.

Beautiful venue but a severe lack of communication and bad co-ordination on our wedding day meant there was quite a few big issues that were unacceptable such as giving a vegetarian bride meat, the entrance to my ceremony was badly managed and resulted in me being forced down the aisle not ready and upset and getting our table plan wrong to name a few. Clearly hosting too many weddings to give proper attention to detail and lack of staff. Guests complimented the food as it was very nice. Unique venue and lots of room to spread around. The venue was flexible and Elaine was very attentive.

We had the most perfect day at Boyne Hill House and that's all down to the incredible staff they have. Every step of the way was a breeze, they're so easy and pleasant to work with. Nothing was too much work or ever felt like a chore to them. Never mind that the venue itself is absolutely stunning! We got married in the Secret Garden and coming down the steps in the sunshine to the sound of birdsong to this magical tree filled valley to my future husband is a memory I'll cherish for the rest of my life. The food was beyond incredible and the beds, wow! I would happily stay there just for one more night in those rooms! All I have heard from my guests since the wedding is how fantastic of a day it was from start to finish, I cannot fault them. Thank you to every single person who made our day faultless and if you're looking for your dream country estate wedding, this is it!

Where do we start! From the moment we visited Boyne Hill we knew it was the perfect venue for our wedding. It is the most beautiful and unique estate and every single one of our guests commented on how amazing the venue was. The newly refurbished rooms in the Manor House are incredible particularly the bridal suite and I (Shauna) personally found it such a nice sanctuary on the morning of the wedding.

We decided to have a rehearsal dinner in Boyne Hill for about 50 people as we were very keen to stay down the night before the wedding. Everyone at Boyne Hill went above and beyond to make us, and our extended family feel welcome and at ease. We had a lovely 2 course meal in the conservatory and it was the perfect warm up to our wedding day. The standard of the food for both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day was amazing and our guests were so well looked after.

From the moment we both woke up on our wedding day we felt so calm and that was down to all the staff at Boyne Hill and our amazing suppliers. I am a planner myself and I love to take control but for once, I really didn't feel like I had to. Boyne Hill did the most incredible job running our wedding. Nothing was forgotten or left out and I can hand on heart say not a single thing didn't go to plan. The staff at Boyne Hill are so experienced and this shines through in everything they do. I spent the morning in the gorgeous beauty room getting ready with my bridesmaids and it was the perfect wedding morning. Dale and his groomsmen were close by in the magnificent billiard room and men's changing room. This venue really does have it all and it was a morning we will never forget.

We utilised as much of the venue as we possibly could throughout our wedding day as we wanted our guests to experience the estate in the same way that we could. We made sure to bring the guests through the picturesque tunnel that links the Manor House and the Conservatory and everyone was blown away.

We want to thank Barbara, our wedding coordinator and the incredible staff at Boyne Hill. The few days we spent at the estate will be etched in our memories forever and we are so thankful we chose Boyne Hill as our wedding venue.

As soon as I walked down the twinkling walkway and up into the beautiful conservatory in Boyne Hill House I knew I wanted to get married there. What also struck me on viewing the venue was how enthusiastic and friendly all the staff were. This was evident all the way through the planning stages and when we had our amazing menu tasting evening. They have always just been a joy to deal with. The venue itself is just gorgeous. It was so fantastic to get ready on site in the beautiful bridal rooms. The Manor House is a quirky mix of modern decor and original features which give it such distinctive personality. Everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. The food was just outstanding from the light breakfast through to the dinner in the evening, it blew us away. A special mention should be made about the desserts! We were lucky enough to party into the early hours and everyone had the best night. Our wedding Co-ordinatior Barbara was so lovely and helpful and guided us through the whole process so well. The whole place has a fabulous relaxed vibe while maintaining five star service at all times. It really is such a special place.

Words Cant describe how amazing the Boyne Hill House is from every interior detail to all there wonderful team they have looking after you, They go above and beyond to ensure you have the most Memorable day and they do not disappoint. We had our wedding day on the 28th August 2021 in Boyne Hill House and it was hands down the best day of our lives. Boyne Hill was the first venue we visited and we knew within the first few minutes it was where we wanted to get married.

Each one of the staff members were so genuinely warm and welcoming. The venue itself is like something out of a fairytale. From the stunning decor, the girls beauty room, the secret tunnel lit up with fairy lights and the stunning grounds, we couldn't have dreamed for more.

One the day we were blessed with fabulous weather and were lucky enough to have our ceremony outside in the secret garden. It was truly magical.

I cannot tell you how many guests came up to us complimenting the food (which was exceptional & plentiful), the venue itself and the helpfulness of the staff.

On the day the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us and our guests. By the end of the night they felt like part of the family!

I honestly don't know how to begin thanking ?ine, Barbara, Elaine, Katie, and the rest of the staff in Boyne Hill House for everything they did for us in the run up to our wedding day. I started searching for venues last July and instantly fell in love with Boyne Hill House. The staff were so welcoming, and nothing was ever too much to ask. We visited the venue a handful of times in the run up to the big day and we were always greeted with open arms. It wasn't easy trying to plan for the day during Covid restrictions, but the staff always put David and I right at ease and told us they would do everything in their power to help us plan the perfect day within the government guidelines. After a lot of chopping and changing dates (which was never a problem) we had the most perfect day on August 13th ? my family and friends are still raving about the day. The food and service were incredible from the minute my bridal party and I arrived at the venue early that morning and all the guests are still raving about the dinner that evening. The only word to describe the bridal suite is LUXURY ? the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!! I'm so sad the day is over as it was magic from start to finish. A huge thank you to Aine and all of the staff & management at Boyne Hill House for their seamless organisation, attention to detail and tireless assistance in making our wedding celebration so special! We got married 9 months after getting engaged, and although this may phase some venues, Aine took it in her stride and took on the challenge without hesitation. During the wedding planning stages it was very clear that all of our requests were being catered for, and every effort was made to accommodate our personal preferences. Aine's charming, warm and professional manner made the wedding planning experience really enjoyable.

The food was excellent. It was very important for us to provide our guests with a high quality meal and generous portions. Elaine, the banqueting manager, ensured every guest was satisfied. I would like to thank Elaine especially on her impeccable service, attention to quality and meticulous care.
The house itself is beautiful and the ground are immaculate. We had out photographs taken on the grounds itself and they turned out fantastic.

We couldn't recommend this venue highly enough, we were lucky enough to get a date in the summer and got married outside in their secret garden and a sunny day! The food, the mansion, the service, their flexibility, everything was perfect with no last minute suprises. The price was very competitive but does get driven up for the actual Mansion, but no regrets, it was worth it! As part of your package you will also get a very attentive, professional and super nice wedding coordinator who made our lives a lot easier during this stressful time, who ticked off a lot of items from our to do list. Overall, we had an amazing wedding and Boyne Hill House played a major part in that!

We had our intimate wedding reception at Boyne Hill House in March during Covid19. We had to change our original plans because of covid restrictions, and the incredible staff at Boyne Hill House helped us organise the perfect small celebration within two weeks! From when we first spoke to them nothing was a problem and we actually began to feel excited about our wedding again! The house is just perfect for a small wedding party and we felt so relaxed and at home all weekend. The rooms are even more impressive in person and the grounds are beautiful for wedding photos too. The food was delicious and there was a lot of food to keep everyone happy! We had cocktails for our reception drinks which we wouldn't have done with bigger numbers, so it made it special for the family who were there. The staff couldn't have done more for us to help create the perfect day and we are very grateful for all their hard work and dedication.

How do you organise a wedding in Three months during a pandemic, is it impossible/hard, not with Boyne Hill Estate and its wonderful staff. I had viewed a few venues before boyne hill and had very little help from these considering nobody knew what way things would go. I stumbled upon boyne hill estate and contacted them. They were very quick in a response, it was come along, have a look and we will take it from there. When I pulled into the drive at boyne hill estate I knew straight away this is the venue. After having a look all around, the staff were only too happy to assist with what I wanted. The venue is spectacular and over whelming, very cosy and well decorated. After booking my date, there was constant contact with some updates and changes, couldn't have asked for more. The special day came and went way too quick. Everything was perfect. The staff go out of their way to help in any way. They even remembered my dad was not good on his feet and facilitated him first. Very impressive. Food, what can I say, everybody said they put on 1/2 a stone. It was beautiful and forever coming, you would not go hungry. Fabulous buffet breakfast the next morning with all you can eat. To all the staff, chefs, housekeeping, Katie, Barbara, Elaine, Aine, thank you all soooooo much for a beautiful day. My guests are still talking about it and I'm sure you will see some of them soon. We got married in Boyne Hill House in December 2020 after rescheduling from May. We can't say enough about how great the staff were in helping us through such uncertain times. We've heard other stories of couples that have struggled with their venue during Covid, however Boyne Hill couldn't have been more helpful and reassuring. They were always so accommodating and knowledgeable about the restrictions and how we could still have a really special day with 25 guests, it all went amazingly for us on the day and it didn't feel like a small wedding at all. All of our guests remarked about how beautiful and intimate the venue was. People were especially blown away by the amazing food. We would definitely recommend getting married in Boyne Hill, especially around Christmas time as it is absolutely magical!

We had our wedding on the 27th of November in Boyne Hill House and it was just incredible. From the minute we booked with Boyne hill they could not have been more helpful, Aine and her team were so easy to chat to and eager to help in any way they could which helped take the stress out of planning a wedding especially in the current climate. We reduced our numbers so our day could go ahead and it was the most beautiful, intimate day we could have asked for.
The venue was stunningly decorated for Christmas and all our guests raved about the decorations and how welcoming it felt. Catherine and her team served an array of fabulous, tasty food throughout the day and certainly no one was left hungry. Our photos and video show how incredible the venue and the beautiful grounds are, it was like something from a fairytale with the secret garden and the tunnel all lit up with fairy lights.
All our vendors also commented on how well organised the day was and the make up artist and hair dresser loved the newly renovated beauty room which they felt made their job much easier as it was beautifully lit and the space well designed.

Since we booked 3 years ago Boyne Hill house has undergone huge renovation work with the bar, ceremony room, mansion house, beauty room and bedrooms being updated and the work they have completed have made the venue a one in a million location it is just beautiful. I would recommend Boyne Hill House in a heartbeat to anyone looking to have their wedding or a private event, you won't be sorry you booked with them.

The interiors are so unique with the perfect mix of old and modern, and the secret garden is just stunning. We have been recommending your venue and services to all who will listen to us, and our families are still raving about how perfect the day was.

We felt so special and were absolutely spoiled from our menu tasting right up to our wedding day. The food was sensational and the vegetarian and vegan options were so flavoursome too. A special shout out goes to Elaine for going above and beyond the call of duty with Cuan, we are incredibly grateful for all your help. I can't believe it's over a month ago now, I can't stop looking over the photos and have to pinch myself at how lucky we were to not only have our wedding go-ahead during a pandemic but for it to be so perfect.

We've just returned from a mini honeymoon in Kerry (should have been Italy) and wanted to send a quick note thanking you for all your hard work towards our wedding.
Having moved our wedding from May 28th due to Covid, you quickly made it possible for us to reschedule our day in August. We are fully aware it must have been very difficult for you all to make our special day happen. So many changes and government announcements and hoops to jump through, but what impressed us most, is how you done all of this at ease. Always reassuring us and not allowing us get caught up in the stress of it all. A special shout out to Ain?, who was amazing at managing all of this.
We had such an amazing day from start to finish. Our guests also had a blast, many saying it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to, despite the circumstances. The scenery, the food (lots of it), everything was perfect! Luckily for us, the rain held off and we got to enjoy the beautiful ?Secret Garden?. Everyone kept speaking about how beautiful the ceremony was and for us it was just perfect!

We got married in Boyne Hill House in October 2019 - it's a really special venue which is full of character and surprises. The original house is beautifully decorated and the Secret Garden is a real treat. Some of our guests were very impressed to be overlooking the River Boyne at dinner. There are endless possibilities for photo opportunities or even just exploring the house and grounds. From our initial contact with Boyne Hill House, the staff there were very professional and accommodating. On the day itself, our guests were delighted with the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. There's a lovely laid back atmosphere and the staff help create this. The food was delicious ('fabulous' according to family members) and there was always plenty to eat throughout the day and night. Both the indoor and outdoor ceremony settings are beautiful, which is very reassuring when you can't rely on the weather. We booked Boyne Hill House after a recommendation from a friend, and since our wedding, our guests have gone on to recommend the venue to others. Boyne Hill House is a gorgeous, relaxed setting for weddings or any other type of celebration.

BHH ....where to begin. The management and Staff here could give a masterclass in Customer Service Excellence , Attention to detail, Professionalism and as a result value for money.
The venue itself is spectacular with a warm friendly atmosphere in no small way due to the amazing staff here.
The food was very imaginative and delicious with a couple of creative surprises.
Great variety on the menu too for Vegetarian Vegan Coeliac or any other dietary requirements.
There were plenty of waiting staff who were 100% aware and very attentive.
Everything ran like clockwork. BHH to us is a centre of excellence for Weddings and absolutely EVERYONE who was at the wedding was blown away by every aspect of the venue.
Nothing was any hassle to them and they were more than happy to facilitate any requests.

Breakfast too was delicious
I cannot praise the Staff and Management enough for making our daughters wedding perfect.
It's not everywhere you go that you can say everything was 100% but BHH was.

We can't praise Boyne Hill House enough as the venue of dreams. We literally had the best day of our lives & it was all down to the professionalism of the staff. The best wedding venue in Ireland in our opinion. From the second we arrived for our first viewing we knew it was exactly what we wanted. Caroline was a joy to deal with as was every member of staff there. The food for the whole weekend was plentiful and to as high a quality we have ever seen at a wedding. Anything you needed was taken care off. Its hard to explain but you feel like part of the family, all the staff treat you like a friend almost when you are there and it can be quite emotional leaving! We just hope to God that we end up attending a wedding at Boyne Hill House! 3 months on and people are genuinely still talking about it! Boyne Hill House is a stunning Estate with a lot of land and a beautiful walled garden. We picked it as we wanted a place just for us and our guests that has rooms for everyone to stay the two nights of our wedding without the hassle of looking for accommodation somewhere.

On the build up to the wedding Boyne Hill House was very responsive and also asked us exactly how we envisage our day, incl. decoration, food, drinks, entertainment and agenda for the two days. We had a multi-language wedding combining two cultures and Boyne Hill House was very flexible and accommodating to make it our day, and exactly the way we wanted.

On the two days we stayed there, all the staff very extremely helpful and very friendly. The food was delicious too. Everything went as planned and the whole place was also decorated the way we wanted. It was beautiful!

We are still getting a lot of compliments about our wedding and Boyne Hill House played a crucial role in it. I can only recommend this venue for your wedding!

From visiting the venue for the first time to leaving after my wedding I have very fond memories. The setting is amazing and so homely but the staff ultimately make this venue as special as it is. To have all your family and friends in one room is amazing enough but joined by these people it makes it even better. Everyone felt so welcome, organising our wedding was a dream with no ask too big or too small. We were allowed to create a wedding to suit us and the venue complimented it, having a venue solely for us allowed us to enjoy the weekend with our family and friends. Food was perfect with all dietary needs catered for. I have nothing but positives for Boyne Hill House and all its lovely staff :)

My new hubby and I got married in Boyne Hill House last June. To say we had the most perfect wedding is an understatement! I know that all (well most) brides think their weddings are the most perfect but trying to be as unbiased as I can I can honestly say that it would be very hard to top this venue or to meet a more professional, caring, attentive and supportive team from the estate!
From the moment I made the first phone call to the venue to enquire about their weddings I was greeted by the most welcoming and pleasant person, who turned out the be Caroline, the General Manager. She had a very different approach to the staff members I had met in other venues, willing to listen to what it was we wanted and her flexibility on making what we wanted happen was second to none?no request was too big. She, along with her team, were outstanding from this day on.
We knew that a traditional hotel wedding was not for us, we wanted to do something different, but didn't know what. After our first viewing of the venue we were 100% sure that this venue was for us. It was by far the most beautiful venue I had seen. Acres of land overlooking a river and a fabulous walkway, a 'secret garden? (where we had our ceremony)! The mansion house with its romantic vintage d?cor and a secret tunnel leading to a cute, rustic bar, comfortable seating areas which made us and our guests feel right at home and a function area which overlooks the most fabulous gardens and blossom tree which, when in bloom, is breathtaking! Every time we walked around the venue we found something new, little surprises in every nook and cranny.
As the wedding drew nearer we met and linked in regularly with the team! The meetings were so productive, we shared ideas with them and they would share their professional advice. The menu tasting was fabulous (an exact indication of the taste and presentation of the food on the day). Soon the wedding of our dreams was planned out. Caroline and her team made sure every fine detail was covered, things I hadn't thought about or would have easily forgotten about. It made the planning process so much easier and enjoyable as I could rest assured that these guys had it covered ?
We decided to go for a very different structure which lasted over two days. Day one my husband and I got married in a local church with only our immediate family and several close friends joining us. Following our intimate church ceremony we all went to Boyne Hill House for a BBQ, drinks and some relaxed celebrations. After the BBQ the children (11 children aged 1-13) ran riot around the gardens and mansion house and were in their element, while the adults relaxed in the bar. It was just perfect, everyone had a ball and the staff were so accommodating.
We enjoyed breakfast together the next morning before getting ready for the big day ahead. My husband and the groomsmen went one floor of the mansion house, while us girls had another floor to get ready. We were pampered by hairdresser and MUA, surrounded by platters of fresh fruit, chocolates, Champaign and anything else we fancied.
My husband and I decided to do a ?First Glance? which was captured by our photographer and videographer in a large drawing room in the mansion house and after this we took advantage of the beautiful gardens and got all of our photographs alone, with family and bridal party taken before coming back to the mansion house just in time to peak at our 150 guests arriving through the windows.
We had a short ceremony which took place in the secret garden, led by a family friend and including our friends and family in readings, poems and music. Without sounding clich? it really was like something from a fairytale. After our ceremony and with all of our photographs complete we had nothing to do but eat, drink and be merry?and that we did! The food, drinks and atmosphere was fantastic. Both we and our guests were treated like royalty. The food was to die for and there was any amount for everyone. To make things even better the venue offered free corkage on the wine. We luckily had friends who were visiting France early last year and brought back crates of the most beautiful red and white wine for the big day at a fraction of the price you pay here. This was a massive saving!
So this venue was ultimately our home for over two days, and it was truly the best weekend of our lives. Our wedding day exceeded all of our expectations, I could not fault one thing about it! Wow what can I say about Boyne Hill? It was the perfect venue for our wedding! Nothing was too much hassle! From the moment we "cold called" when out researching venues, to the day itself, we were made feel so special. Caroline, Myles and Catherine looked after us so well, it made us feel like we were the only people ever to get married there! The rest of the staff were wonderful too, everyone went out of there way to introduce themselves and wish us well!! From the moment we arrived on the Friday to when we left on the Sunday everything seemed (to us) to go without a hitch! Boyne Hill looked after it all! Our guests were blown away by the venue too (and the food is exceptional!)

I would highly recommend Boynehill house to any couples considering this as a venue. Unfortunately on our day the weather was awful and we couldn't get married in the garden however the house did not let us down. The venue inside is superb and the Georgian style interior looks stunning in our photographs. Caroline and her team offered excellent service throughout the day and we felt very special. Food was amazing and the attention to detail made it unique and great value

Boyne Hill house was the first and last wedding venue we viewed. We knew Boyne Hill was right for us within five minutes of Caroline showing us around. In the months leading to the wedding the staff couldn't do enough for us. When I put on my wedding dress on August 5th I thought I looked like a princess and when I got to Boyne Hill House I was made feel like one. The food was incredible. Our guests are still raving about it. We had fillet steak cooked to order as one of our options and each one was cooked to perfection. We were blessed with the weather which meant we used the courtyard for pre-reception drinks. We made great used of the beautiful Secret Garden too for our wedding photos. Many of our guests also enjoyed a walk around the grounds after dinner. Our day really couldn't have went any better and we truly appreciate everything that Caroline and her team did for us.

we loved every second of our day in Boyne Hill. each member of staff were so great to deal with and nothing was a problem. the place itself is just what we were looking for, cosy, homely &all to ourselves. the food was great, especially the starters, everyone loved the picnic starter & the steaks were cooked perfectly, despite there being almost an hour of a delay due to a medical emergency with one of our guests, which the staff handled so well. really hope someone I know gets married here soon so that we can go back and enjoy the day as guests!

Having sole use of the venue for your special day is a huge positive. At the time I had heard about Boyne Hill House and after a phone conversation with Caroline I knew the venue was what I was looking for. Within minutes of arriving at the venue to check it out I knew it would be perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff to help with. Caroline was also extremely helpful in helping me confirm a civil ceremony, on the day but I believe this whole process has become less complex in the last few years.
Super day had by all.

Boyne Hill house was by far the best desicion about our wedding we made. The location set the tone for everything and totally themed the day. 5 years on and 2 children later it is still discussed as the most amazing experience, not only for us but for our guests.

Where do I start!! Firstly, a massive THANK YOU to you every one for making our day a truly memorable day and not just for Gary and I but for our guests also. Our Guests still can't get over the quality of the staff and the food at our wedding. One guest said ? 5 star food at a wedding!, I never had that before?. And another guest said ? They never met staff like them before at a wedding?. I think that just sums up the quality in Boyne Hill.

From the moment we saw Boyne Hill back in Feb 2012 we knew immediately that this was the place for us. Michael had only shown us the lounge and the gardens and we knew that we have our wedding here. From every conversation had after that ,we were met with responses like ?no problem? , ?is there anything else we can do? and ? don't worry, we?ll look after that?. We were unable to worry or stress about our wedding because there was always someone there to reassure us and give us some advise. Even when we couldn't make up our mind on what date to get married,Michael was extremely patient and helpful and on the wedding day itself when I tried to stress but was unable too because Michael and Katie were there to reassure me, with a big smile and instantly I forgot what I was worrying about(at 5am the staff where still smiling, you don't see that in other places)

I never expected our wedding day to be perfect because things do go wrong at weddings but I can
honestly say that you all made our day beyond perfect. I cannot thank you all enough.

Boyne Hill is still the main topic of conversation when we meet up in our local at the weekends or when we meet up with family members. We don't think we have ever met a place that ticks all the boxes for an amazing venue.

Thank you does not seem like a big enough word to show our gratitude to all at Boyne Hill House. In particular we would like to thank David, the barman, who is possibly the best in the world!! He was so helpful and friendly and a great laugh. Anne who was running around after us in the Mansion House, could not have been more helpful. She was always there when we needed her.

Ron was a very calming influence on me throughout the whole weekend. Whenever I was in tizzy about something, he was there pointing out that there was no need to stress and he was right. Olivia was also a brilliant person to have around. So helpful and friendly and made sure everything was done just right.Caroline, Katie and Michael??what can I say?.what an ?A? Team. Katie, you are the reason we booked Boyne Hill House in the first place. After meeting you at the wedding fair, we booked an appointment come and view the place. The tour you gave us was fantastic and the image you put in our minds of how the whole weekend could go was inspiring. You painted a picture of perfection that made us very excited. From that moment we were sold and every time we brought people see it (of which there were many), we always asked for you to do the tour and you always delivered.

Caroline, my tears as we said goodbye should say it all. I couldn't have asked for a better person to be in charge of our wedding reception. You had absolutely everything under control from the word go. You put up with my many, many, many questions and always knew the answer. I put my trust in you and it definitely paid off.You, Katie and Michael were always there when I wanted to visit, ask a question or needed reassurance.

I have named some staff members as I dealt with them on a one to one basis but this does not take away in any way from all the other staff, both in the mansion house and the courtyard. You all contributed to our perfect day and for this we are truly grateful. I received so many comments from the guests about how incredibly helpful and friendly the staff were. Nothing at all was too much trouble for you. You all helped to create some magical memories over the weekend that we will remember forever!!

Somebody told me not to expect perfection, that it doesn't happen, that something always goes wrong. Well I did expect perfection and that is most definitely what we got. The whole weekend ran smoothly from the moment we arrived on Thursday till when we left on Sunday. (Even the weather) Thank you all so much for that.People are still (3 months later) telling us that it was the best wedding that they have ever been to!!

"Myself and John got married in Boyne Hill House in August 2011 and really it was better than I could have imagined. We were looking for a venue within an hour of Dublin, somewhere that most quests could stay over, not a hotel, somewhere with fabulous grounds, somewhere that didn't break the bank, and exclusivity!!!
Needless to say we didn't expect to find all of that, but really Boyne Hill had it all and more. The staff were honestly the friendliest and most accommodating people I have come across. Caroline, Tia, Katie and Owen were just superb; they let me have the run of the place to decorate as I chose, which meant we could put our own stamp on the place.
We were blessed with the day and had our drinks reception in the secret garden, John was a bit worried about the lads nipping into the bar, so we had bottles of beer in ice buckets along with the champagne, it worked a treat. The photographer was spoilt for choice; we got great pics in the orchard, by the Boyne and in the old house. We had the band downstairs, as we didn't want to split up the crowd too much with smokers,
I was a little worried that the dance floor was too small, but it worked out perfect. Everybody loved it so much my cousin is getting married there next year!! If you looking for a relaxed, elegant place to have a great wedding (party) this is it!! Thanks again to all the staff who made myself and Johns life so much easier, especially Tia who helped take all the candles and decorations down the next day!!"

Tony and I wish to thank you for helping to make Sinead and James' wedding day a most joyful and memorable occasion. To quote a number of guests, the setting was "stunning". We loved it from the first time we came to look around and having visited for one reason or another in all four seasons we would reccomend it highly to anyone.

The service was brilliant! Each time we visited,emailed or phoned, you and the rest of the staff were warm, friendly and efficient.No query/request was too much trouble.On the weekend itself you both looked after us so well. Although we were not there,(busy entertaining and keeping calm one bride and three bridesmaids) ,everyone has commented on the roaring success it was.We will never forget Saturday 9th of February 2013.!---- A warm welcome for all guests,delicious and plentiful food, all beautifully presented. We particularly enjoyed the ceremomy with which the main course was delivered and also the presentation of the 'sweet' course.

I have to mention Ron here too! On the day Ron kept asking me if I was ok, if I needed anything, if he could do anything for me. During the Drinks reception he would come and tell me what was going to happen next! And this didn't stop, the next morning before, during and after breakfast, he was there getting our stuff ready to leave, still asking me if I needed anything. And he helped load piles of stuff into two cars. You are credit to the Team Ron. We had a lot of praise for you from a lot of our guests. We appreciate all of your help. And I as a Bride really appreciate your support on the day, it stands out in my head as one of the nicest parts of the day!
We had an absolutely fantastic day at Boyne Hill House, better than I ever dreamed of. Everything went without a hitch and the whole team were there to guide us through the day!
