Ferrycarrig Hotel

We were blown away with the experience we had with Ferrycarrig from first meeting Karen and dealing with her in the run up. Everything was double checked to ensure the day would run smoothly.
For the whole weekend the whole staff were so attentive to us all and our attendees. Everyone commented on how good the service was and how approachable all the staff were

From the day we went to Ferrycarraig to enquire about having our wedding there we cannot fault the professionalism we encountered. No ask was too big or too small and everything was laid out very clear and concise. No matter when we emailed with queries they were always responded to very quickly and everything was sorted immediately. On the day they could jot have been more helpful from setting up specific areas to the service and the food was incredible. We cannot fault 1 thing and would highly recommend Ferrycarraig to future wedding couples ??

All the Staff at the Ferrycarrig Hotel went above and beyond to give us our dream wedding day. Nothing was too big or too small! The views are absolutely gorgeous. All our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was, definitely the best chicken vol au vents we have ever tasted! A special shout-out to our wedding Co-ordinator, Karen, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with for the 2 and a half years we were planning our big day, she really couldn?t have done anything more for us.

I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the first contact with Karen 2 years before the big day to the days after the communication was brilliant. The day of we were delayed by 1.5 hours due to no fault of our own or the hotels but the hotel staff really stepped up and everything ran so smoothly once they did. They were beyond amazing and could not have possibly done more for us than they did. We ended up extending our stay because we were enjoying ourselves so much there. 1000% recommend. All of our guest agreed that they could not fault the food, the rooms, the staff or the atmosphere.

Karen and Aisling , the two wedding coordinators, were excellent. They replied to emails quickly and they worked patiently with us as we planned our wedding. On the day itself, when the wedding car arrived we were greeted by Karen and hotel managers who explained what would happen next. We received food in the function room, which was set up exceptionally with all the little extras we had. When shifts changed, the new manager would seek us out and introduce himself. My Cape was taken and folded carefully and left in honeymoon suite. The night porter came over to me after the dj with a breakfast menu to fill out for room service! The suite is big with all the little extras...desserts, prosecco and Mr and Mrs pillows on the bed. The meal was excellent food wise, but the service was second to none and it was a highlight for all our guests who mentioned the good meal. I would 1000% recommend The Ferrycarrig Hotel. The grounds are beautiful for photos too! We were looked after well while planning our day, but the service we received on the day was way above what you would expect or maybe get anywhere else.

Karen and the team at Ferrycarrig were always very helpful. They provide a very professional service and nothing was a problem. The hotel and setting is picturesque for a wedding. We had so many compliments about the day so much so my cousin booked his wedding after attending ours.

Faultless, can?t recommend them enough.

What an amazing experience!! Our family, friends and Australian guests were welcomed from start to visit. The food, atmosphere and wedding, reception and whole day was just amazing. I couldn't flaw it even if I wanted too. We are so lucky to have had Frances and the team, planning a wedding from Australia isn't easy but they made it all worth while. Would recommend to EVERYONE
