Vienna Woods Hotel

We highly recommend Vienna Woods to any wedding couple. We had our wedding here in June 2023 and we had the best day of our lives. Melissa, Michael and the team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. No matter what ask we had of Melissa, she was always on hand to help us. The level of service was exceptional. The food is always fantastic at Vienna Woods and our wedding day was no exception. Many of our guests have since told us how nice the meal was at our wedding and everyone was very satisfied. The new drinks reception area and balcony is ideal for guests to mingle before the meal and the accompanying music was also great. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful and they make the whole experience so enjoyable. Thank you Melissa, Michael and all the team for making our wedding day so special.

We highly recommend Vienna Woods as a wedding venue. From our first meeting to the big day itself, their wedding co-ordinator, Melissa was excellent. She was helpful and professional from our first meeting until we checked out after the day. She answered all our questions and more, and never once made us feel like we were bothering her. She also ensured that there was a space for our kids to spread out with their toys in the room. This meant they could take part in the day as much as they were comfortable with. She made everything look effortless and the day went off seamlessly because of her attention to detail.
Vienna Woods is a fabulous venue and the new outdoor area/reception area is fantastic (helped by the sunshine on the day). We were able to get some fantastic photos on the hotel grounds as they are beautifully maintained. The facilities are spacious and no-one felt crowded.
The food was excellent and many guests have told us how impressed they were with it. The menu options were extensive and catered for all diets. In fact of all the venues we looked at, other venues typically had a single A4 page of food choices for a wedding. Vienna woods had a book. Two pages for the starters alone.
In terms of value they were definitely the best. The space and facilities and food rival any wedding venue that we have been guests at.
Overall any couple considering Vienna Woods for their wedding should put them at the top of their list. We were glad that we picked them as we had no stress with regards to the venue.

From the first day we spoke to Melissa we knew we were in good hands, she was so easy to deal with and she answered all our questions. Melissa and Michael make a great team, they made everyone feel welcome on the day and they made sure myself and David had the most amazing day. I can't recommend this venue enough, it is outstanding! Melissa is second to none! She could not of done more for us. So quick and efficient with responses to emails or calls. So accommodating! We would one million percent recommend the hotel to other couples! It is such a beautiful building inside and out! We weee in love from the get go

Amazing service through out all our planning.. Michael and Melissa were there on hand throughout the day .. nothing was a big ordeal for them. All our guests complimented the hotel for its decor and the food words would not do it justice as it was simply devine. Catered for all our dietary requirements with no fuss . From the night before the morning of and through out the day we got first class treatment. Our day was magical and that was all down to the hotel ,staff ,management and their brilliant wedding co ordinator Melissa. I wish I we could do it all again.

Hotel was beautiful on the day we had an amazing time. Melissa and Michael do an amazing job and have top class professionalism and they know exactly how to run a smooth relaxed day.

We would recommend Vienna Woods Hotel without a shadow of a doubt. From our initial meeting with John to our big day with Melissa, we always felt looked after and knew that our wedding reception was in safe hands. The food was delicious, and there was plenty of it! Melissa was never fazed by any request. She was easy to contact, understood exactly what we wanted from our big day and is such a friendly and smiley person that she put us at ease in the run up to the big day. We had a fantastic day and our guests are still talking about the delicious food and warm welcome they received at Vienna Woods. The hotel, while close to the city, offers a peaceful stay and the new outdoor area where our drinks reception was felt like we were in our own private house. The ballroom is beautiful and the staff were so friendly throughout our wedding stay. Thank you again to Melissa, John and all the staff for helping to make our wedding day perfect!

Absolutely AMAZING service from the day we booked our wedding 2 years ago to the actual day. Every single person at the hotel was so unbelievably welcoming and did everything they could to help us and to be so accommodating. Couldn't recommend the hotel any higher.

From the first viewing of hotel & meeting Michael we just absolutely loved the place were made feel so comfortable. When we had to change our date it was no bother at all that?s when we had Melissa all I can say she was amazing to deal with, went above & beyond. On our day from start to finish everything was just perfect the food was delicious and the staff were just lovely all our guests said the same thing. Would highly recommend Vienna Woods Hotel.

We chose Vienna Woods for our reception after my brother got married there the previous year. They made us feel so welcome from our first visit right up until the big day. They could not do enough for us. The staff were amazing especially John and Adina who took care of everything for us. The food was amazing and there was plenty of it. We are so glad we chose Vienna woods and look forward to going back.

I would highly recommend to have your wedding at this beautiful hotel it?s a hidden gem you would not think that you are so close to cork city from here it?s just picturesque and such a gorgeous hotel! We had our wedding May the 4th this year and they could have not done anymore for us especially Mary Ann she was fantastic from the day we met her to look at the venue! Everything about the hotel is amazing the staff are all so accommodating and everyone has a smile on there faces and happy to help with anything you needed! The food was absolutely amazing everybody still is talking about it! We had our second day down there too and Mary Ann was always there to check we where ok eventhough she was busy with another wedding that was on that day! The entire weekend went off without a hitch thanks to Mary Ann Michael and the hotel and if you haven?t picked a wedding venue pick this place thanks so much for giving us exactly what we wanted would love to do it all again! 5 star

Vienna Woods was simply amazing. We could not recommend the hotel highly enough for anyone planning their wedding day. Michael and all the staff at Vienna Woods were always a pleasure to deal with, very accommodating and nothing was ever too big an ask. The food and service was exceptional - it blew us away. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. It is a beautiful setting and all our guests are still praising the food and the staff at Vienna Woods. Absolutely fab hotel, really high standard of service.

Myself and my husband were lucky to celebrate our wedding in Vienna Woods hotel in glanmire Co Cork. From the first moment I walked into the hotel I was made to feel so special but not just on the day, throughout the whole process Maryann was amazing for advice and quality of service. The food, wine, setting, helpful and friendliness of staff, the standard of cleanliness no other hotel compares in cork. Cork and surrounding areas Brides and Grooms if you are looking for a venue don?t go past Maryann and Michael in Vienna woods. Treated like royalty. Can not say anything more positive about this venue. Made our day so special xxx

Wouldnt change anything about the day. Anything we ask for we got.maybe it did get a bit too warm in the function room but we did have a big crowd at the wedding plus alot for the afters
