I genuinely don't think a better wedding venue exists! The food was particularly exceptional! Susan and her team were fantastic and so so helpful throughout the planning and especially on the big day!

We got married here last Saturday, its an absolutely stunning venue, there is a whole area of the hotel dedicated to weddings, a stunning lantern lit hallway down to the venue and a glass room then with the stunning scenery of Killarney. The food is top class. Most everybody commented on the quality of the food, it was piping hot and they run a silent service. The manager of the hotel Jason was on hand every step of the way keeping everyone calm and having fun with it all. He was amazing, then you have Susan the wedding coordinator that was literally everywhere I turned on hand to do anything we needed. When she was off duty there was Jane to step in. They really do have the experience together to make your day perfect. You have Olga over the rooms who cannot do enough for you and Jackie on reception who's quirky and great fun. If I'd to do it all again in the morning I wouldnt look anywhere else. I really can't praise this hotel enough and thank you for the amazing memories

My husband and I got married a The Heights Hotel few months ago and it was everything we wanted it to be. The hotel staff was extremely helpful from day one and made sure all our wishes and came true and needs were met. Despite planning a wedding from a different county, communication between the hotel and wedding organizer provided and ourselves was very good. The hotel itself is beautiful and the ballroom was lovely and bright. The area itself is great with lots of opportunities for wedding shots including the backgarden of the hotel. Food was delicious and left all our guests satisfied and full! We look back fondly and we're very grateful for everyone that helped make our day special.

We were lucky enough to be able to celebrate our wedding in The Heights Hotel, Killarney, late December 2021. Despite last minute restrictions to numbers and closing hours, the team at The Heights were nothing short of amazing!! The support received from Megan and Jason on the lead up was brilliant. The hotel was decorated beautifully and as we had a few additional pieces to add on such as a photo booth, the maintenance staff were quick at hand to assemble and arrange this for us. The food was amazing, we still, months later receive complements on it. We celebrated night two there also and there was such a relaxing feel around the hotel for the day, the staff were extremely pleasant and efficient on both days which made everything so much easier for us and our guests. It rained the entire day however, that didn't stop us taking some amazing photographs indoors around the hotel!! If only we could do it all over again!! We would highly recommend anyone to have their wedding here.

What can I say about the heights hotel. Just spectacular. We got married there on November 20th and it was our 3rd date. Nothing was too much. And the Christmas decorations were just out of this world.
Jason, Megan, Olga and the whole team are just amazing. I genuinely can't credit them enough. I would highly recommend checking out the heights for your wedding.

For anyone considering the Heights Hotel Killarney for their wedding we cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very start we fell in love with the hotel and the lovely friendly atmosphere you feel when you walk in there. There is a beautiful drinks reception area and walkway/ballroom area. We were originally to get married May 2020 but due to covid we had to postpone to Aug 2020 and decided no matter what we would get married then. From the very start of planning and up to our wedding date Jason & Katie kept in continuous contact and kept us updated on the changes needed, they were so helpful throughout and on 20th Aug we had the most amazing wedding day. We want to thank Jason, Katie & all the staff in the heights hotel for the beautiful food & excellent service we received. A number of guests commented saying it was one of the best weddings they had been to. Thanks Heights Hotel for giving us a very special day in these strange times.

we had our wedding here on the 19.10.19 from the day we started enquiring till after the wedding the service was amazing. Natalie is one of a kind! she helped to make our day everything we imagined and more... on the day she kept us so informed of what was happening and when, she even convinced the best man to say a speech! he doesnt like talking infront of crowds! all the guests were so impressed with the layout of the room it looked spectacular. after the main course guests were offered the extra beef, Turkey and salmon. this went down a treat! the staff were efficient and courteous. I would recommend anyone to have their wedding day here it is a truly magical place that caters to your every needs.

We had our wedding in the Heights Hotel in September 2019. I cannot stress how much I recommend this hotel.
Natalie their wedding planner went above and beyond for our wedding. I didn't have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding she was there to look after everything. Even before our big day any questions I had were answered nearly straight away and she really makes people feel special. You can see how she wins all her awards!!

Natalie the wedding coordinator was absolutely fantastic..any email, and there was plenty was answered straight away...she has won awards for a reason, she is in a league of her own! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she put us at ease the whole lead up to the big day! The whole day ran so smoothly all thanks to her and all the other amazing staff!

The food was delicious and plentiful..everyone was offered seconds of the main courses which is always a lovely touch!

I wouldn't change a thing about the day, everything about the hotel was perfect!

My husband and I had our wedding here last month it was so perfect. Natalie was a diamond from start to finish nothing was ever to much. Her staff on the day were completely amazing. The food that the head chef Jamie sent out was out of this world our guests are still on about it as they couldn't believe the high standard and quality of the food. To Natalie and the staff of the hotel I would like to thank ye personally from the heart as ye made our wedding absolutely beautiful and perfect.

When we were searching for venues we did what most couples do, we picked our budget and what we wanted from our day and shortlisted our venues. The Heights Hotel took the lead from the beginning. We visited for a wedding fair and just fell in love. In love with the venue, with the views and with the amazing staff whom were all friendly and so professional. We booked it that day because we just knew it was the venue for us. No it doesn't have fairy light backdrops or colourful uplighting that many venues offer but for us, breath taking views and the natural light was exactly us.
We were such a chilled couple to a point where I though "oh maybe we're too relaxed", but Natalie is so good, we didn't need to be stressed or worry about what we wanted or how to make it happen, she just knew the answers, before we even formed the questions Natalie knew!
The emphasis was put on how it was our day, our wedding and the hotel would help us do it our way.
We are from Cork and with both of us working full time and having two small kids, trips up and down to Killarney weren't an option, thankfully it didn't have to be. Natalie was our point of contact and every email was answered quickly and it was just so easy. We arrived on the Friday night, where we were met with smiles, the reception staff, the bar staff, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. We ate in the bar on the Friday night and the food was amazing even then. We sat outside as it was beautiful weather and the staff would stop for a chat while collecting glasses and one bar man Mark was very witty and funny, the bridesmaids nearly invited him to the wedding.

On our wedding day there were lots of last minute table plan changes and things that should stress you out, but no, the staff has solutions to whatever issue we brought. Honestly, as a bride and groom we thought we'd have more to do, we thought we'd have to sort things but no, Natalie and her team were just on fire.
We had our ceremony in the hotel, which was nothing short of beautiful, their set up is fab, lanterns lining the alise and just a relaxed theme to the whole thing. Prior to the ceremony, Natalie met me and the girls in the room and ran through what we'd have to do and how it would go which really settled the last minute jitters.
The drinks reception conservatory is just beautiful, one of the plus sides was having the option to provide our own beer for it, the set up is great and the donut wall is just icing on the cake.
After the drinks reception we went back to the ceremony room, the set up is lovely, the table centre pieces were beautiful, the placement of everything from the Mr & Mrs sign (which is provided by the hotel), the sweet cart had a divider so it was reasonably hidden from our 17 child guests and the tables were just beautifully set up. The dinner was amazing Rachel waited on the top table and she was so friendly and again a bit of banter which worked so nicely for our day. The food really was phenomenal and we had guests with stomachs like bottomless pits telling us how impressed they were about portion sizes!
As we stumbled to bed at 515am, we were met at reception by the night porter whom took our room service order for the morning before we fell into the bridal suite, which, I must stay is nothing short of luxurious.
Finally, if I had to give a bride and groom any advise when planning their wedding it would be, book The Heights Hotel.

I got married on the 1st June 2019 and I have to say it was made so much more special due to the staff and the set up at the hotel. Natalie the wedding coordinator was just amazing to deal with. On the run up to the wedding nothing was a problem and she made me so relaxed and assured that the day would run smooth. It was a humanistic ceremony in the hotel and the room set up was stunning. after this the guests were brought to the amazing drinks reception area to enjoy beverages before being brought back into the dining room where they had a meal of beef and Hake. Every guest commented on how beautiful the food was and how fast the service was. As it was the same day as the champion league final the hotel were able to live stream the game into the room during the meal at my request. Like I said nothing was a problem. I would highly recommend and future brides planning a wedding to please check out this hotel and speak to Natalie. Thank you again Natalie and all the staff for everything you did.

We cannot recommend the heights hotel highly enough. Our wedding day was amazing from start to finish. The food was outstanding, staff were fabulous, rooms were lovely and Natalie the wedding co coordinator was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and she made our day run seamlessly. A massive thank you to everyone involved.

We held our wedding here on 28/12/2018. The hotel went above and beyond our expectations. Our wedding co-ordinator Natalie was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and she put us very at ease to the lead up of the wedding. The staff on the day were excellent and very friendly and the food was amazing, our guests at the wedding are still commenting on how good it was.

Where do I begin?! There is so much to commend the Heights Hotel on. To begin with, we were overseas when we got engaged & when my sister viewed and recommended this hotel, from then onwards it got better and better. The staff, whether it was on reception or in reservations, always were courteous and professional with me, each & every time I rang/emailed them. I know I was one of many contacting them but I always felt my queries were dealt with promptly. Thank you!

A special thank you to Natalie, she is superb at her job. Everything appeared so effortless in how she worked to accommodate all our requests & changes. Again, I know she had other weddings & events to organise but we definitely felt solely focused on whilst dealing with her. This is a credit to her as I know organising and coordinating the wedding is a major responsibility to be given & she did an amazing job right up to the day and on the day itself. We had a great day, arrivals, seating, food etc was excellent & most of all we didn't have any worries. I highly recommend Natalie Bader to organise anyone's wedding, thank you Natalie!

Attended a family wedding and wow do you know how to host a wedding reception. Everything was perfect, food was in all honesty probably the best food i've had at a wedding and they catered well to my child's dietary needs. The staff are young but very accommodating and kept the flow of wine going. I do need to give a mention about the wedding manager, she knows her stuff and ever so friendly to guests. Hats off to you, a very well run event and I hope I get to attend another here soon

We got married in the Heights at the start of October and we could not fault Natalie or the Heights. From the moment we met Natalie we knew the Heights Hotel was the venue for us. Nothing was ever an issue for Natalie, she allowed us to tailor everything to the way we wanted. Natalie made sure the day went off without any problems and made sure she got around to each table during the meal to make sure all the guests were happy. We would highly recommend the Heights Hotel for any couple looking to get married in Killarney.

We had our wedding at the Heights Hotel in September. Natalie, the wedding coordinator is amazing at her job. She is just so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone was complimenting the food. We just loved everything about this hotel and we couldn't recommend it highly enough.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The location is great, just a short walk from the center of Killarney with a couple of shops right next door for convenience. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and reasonably priced. The water in the shower took a while to heat up but that is very minor. We had breakfast included and it was a great spread, perfect for recovery after some late nights. We attended a wedding and the meal there was also stunning, particularly the starters (I'm still thinking about the pudding in pastry!)

To top all this off, the staff were simply amazing. From Olga, who checked us in so friendly and efficiently, to all the F&B staff we met across spending time in the bar and at the wedding itself, it felt like every member of staff wanted to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. I don't want to list everyone as I'm sure I'll forget someone but a special shout out to Derek, Kyle and Mark who put up with us in the bar, young Pat who made sure I was never without a glass of wine and that I got to try both desserts, Ivor and Joan, and all the lads at breakfast. Whatever you're doing, keep doing it. It makes a world of difference.

Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to getting back there myself sometime soon!

We got married here Friday, and honestly if I could do it all again I would. Absolutely amazing, everyone was complimenting the food, and the staff just couldn't have been any better! Natalie the wedding planner was simply amazing, she went above and beyond. Our cake never got made, so Natalie ran to town and got a cake which my best friend then decorated. We had a fantastic time and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. 10/10 best hotel I've ever stayed at!

We had our wedding at the heights in August 2018. We loved the bright spacious room from the minute we walked into it. We had looked at quite a few before this and hadn't had that gut feeling. From the minute we booked, Natalie couldnt have done enough for us and nothing was too much hassle for her. We don't live in Killarney, so for me the coordinator was as important as the hotel itself. She is worth her weight in gold. I didn't have one worry or concern about our reception at any stage of the process. All my emails and calls were responded to ASAP. I have to say on the day, all of the staff were just amazing. The food came out steaming hot, everybody was offered seconds and loads of people commented on how nice it was. Also everybody complimented the wait staff and bar staff and what a fantastic job they did. I honestly couldn't recommend Natalie and her team enough. You wont have to worry about a thing. It's no wonder she's an award winning wedding coordinator.
The day itself went down perfectly. The food was top class and the service likewise. The guests commented on how much they enjoyed their accommodation, stating the rooms were top notch.

I had my wedding here on the 18th Of August. We came from England so we had a 3 day wedding from Friday to Sunday. Married on the Saturday. From start to finish it was amazing. The wedding planner Natalie was so professional and everything we asked of her she done to the tee. Natalie was lovely to us and the guests. The hotel rooms especially the honeymoon suite are just lovely. The food was soo good and we had a buffet style thing on the sumday that was perfect. It was the best weekend of our lives. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants to have a perfect wedding without the worry. I wish I could do it all again and genuinely would not change a thing. Everyone said the venue,food and staff were second to none. Go check this place out if you have upcoming nuptials. You will not regret it.

We had our wedding reception in the Heights Hotel on 10/08/2018 and we had the most perfect experience from start to finish. Natalie Bader worked as our wedding organiser and she was amazing. She was always at the other end of the phone or email to answer any questions, offer advice, recommend local services such as florists, hairdressers etc who did not disappoint. Natalie had the ballroom set up better than I could ever have imagined and all of the little details that she had added made it even more amazing than what we could have possibly hoped for. The food was amazing and we received compliments for days after. Everything ran on time there were no delays and everyone could then enjoy an evening of music and dancing. We can't talk highly enough of the hotel or Natalie and we want to do it all over again!

Attended a family wedding 4th August 2018, it was our first time attending a wedding at this hotel and I cant wait for another wedding here!

The service, food and overall venue was flawless. the food that came out was pipping hot even though there was over 300 people at the wedding and they even came around with extra meat.

The waitresses and waiters were very professional. We wanted for nothing.

Wedding Reception
We had our wedding reception on 21st July at the Heights Hotel Killarney and we couldn't speak more highly of Natalie (the wedding coordinator) and her team. We had attended a wedding in the Heights prior to getting engaged and we enjoyed it so much and thought everything about the venue was great that when we got engaged it was the top of our list of venues to check out. From the minute we met Natalie, we knew that our special day was going to turn out fantastic! From the food to the bedrooms, it was all top class. We had many of our guests compliment the food and how there was plenty to go around with many getting second (and even third) helpings!! We enjoyed working with Natalie and any unusual/maybe challenging ideas we gave her, she took it in her stride and ensured that we celebrated our day the way we wanted to without any worry that things wouldn't work out. We would recommend the Heights Hotel to anyone for even just an over night stay or as a wedding venue and to have Natalie as wedding coordinator, you wouldn't need to worry about anything! We are so delighted to have had our wedding venue as the Heights Hotel. We planned our wedding from London and it only took one visit to choose our venue, The Heights (We visited 5 in total).
The venue was everything we wanted and more, it was able to cater for all our ideas and Natalie also made that happen! It was recently undergoing refurbishment so it felt so new and fresh.
From the beginning, Natalie was so helpful and understanding, as stressful as planning a wedding can be, Natalie always made me feel calm and at ease (even through emails!)
She was able to visualise all my ideas and helped me make ALL of them happen. Even the smallest of details!
On the day of the wedding our guests were treated so amazingly by all the staff at The Heights! We received so much nice feedback the next morning at breakfast about how polite the staff were, how amazing the dinner was (and the portion sizes!).
I loved how I didn't feel at all stressed or overwhelmed when it came to the days before the wedding. I felt like everything was taken care of. I wouldn't have changed anything from our special day, id love to do it all again!
We are even planning our 1st anniversary to return to Killarney and to return to The Heights as this will always be a special place for us!

We had the most amazing day for our wedding in the Killarney Heights hotel on 09/06/18. The hotel and staff could not have done more for us, our every wish was answered, and we had a few, as we had a fancy dress at midnight so we gave the hotel a lot of extra work. Natalie the wedding coordinator was really brilliant and helped us every step of the way. My partner Eoin and I had our wedding reception at The Heights Hotel on 2nd June 2018. At the time we made the booking we were living abroad however Natalie was more than accommodating in helping us get a real sense of the venue and what they could offer. From day one Natalie was very easy and pleasant to deal with. She is very professional in her work. Nothing was ever too much for her and we appreciate her going above and beyond to ensure we had a brilliant day. Our family and friends couldn't be happier with the food and service they received on the day. Even the venue itself was set up and decorated better than we could have ever envisioned. I would also like to say a special thanks to Jack who ensured that our guests with specific dietary requirements were more than looked after. This was much appreciated. We had our day two at the venue as well and the food, music and service provided again were great. The whole weekend was fantastic.

Myself and my partner Owen had our wedding at the heights on Friday 4th of May.Everyone commented on how nice the venue was.I stayed for 3 nights and loved every minute of it,the bridal suite is amazing the decor and jacuzzi bath.Planning a wedding can be stressful but Natalie the wedding co ordinator in the heights relieved us of any stress when it came to the venue,no ask was too big she really is on the ball and she is an asset to the place.The chef will also have to get a big thanks as the food here is just gorgeous and there's always plenty of it everyone was raving about it.From the cleaners to the waiting staff and receptionists everyone is so friendly, warm and helpful.If any future brides are looking for a venue you will not regret booking the heights and it's now a place I will always hold dear in my heart ?

Well where do we start!! Dan and I booked our wedding well over a year ago with Noreen who really was wonderful to deal with,after that Natalie was dealing with us and nothing was too much trouble to her.Well we finally had our big day last Friday and from the moment we arrived for the service it was just amazing the way everything was set up.All our guest's couldn't stop taking about the meal and how efficient the staff were.Natalie and the staff of The Heights Hotel Dan and I just cant thank you enough for making our special day absolutely amazing,cant recommended this hotel enough.Thank you guys,Dan and Sheila Hourigan.

The whole team, but especially Natalie did an amazing job hosting our wedding. Selecting this place as our venue to the day itself they did their utmost to guide, recommended and generally just provide the most incredible service! We had our wedding in the Killarney Heights Hotel on Friday 26th January 2018. From the day we considered booking the venue for our special day until we eventually checked out two days after the wedding, we were treated to a five star experience. We?re already counting down the days until we return for our anniversary stay. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. The staff, the facilities, the food and everything else the hotel has to offer are absolutely superb.
We made an appointment to meet with Natalie (the wedding co-ordinator) approximately 10 months before our wedding was due to take place. Over a coffee, she made us feel that our wedding was the most important event this hotel would ever host and talked us through how The Heights would cater for our big day. She made us aware of the very reasonable wedding packages on offer, as well as highlighting the extra little touches the hotel could add to ensure our big day would be a truly memorable experience for us and our guests. I know having attended weddings in other venues that many of the perks we received in the Killarney Heights are not offered, or simply do not exist elsewhere. The Heights Hotel is a family owned business and the personal touch they provide was evident from the very beginning. We always felt as if our wedding was extremely important to the hotel and its staff. We were never just another booking/number.
In the months leading up to the wedding, Natalie and her colleagues were always on hand to answer questions, offer opinion and make suggestions on absolutely anything in relation to the wedding. Their feedback was available at all times no matter how silly or small our queries may have been. Planning a wedding is a difficult, complicated and stressful process. However, knowing that our arrangements were in the hands of such competent consummate professionals made it virtually stress free for us as we were confident that every aspect of our day was under control at all times.
We met with Natalie a month before the wedding to discuss how exactly the day would go from start to finish. Every little detail was discussed and no stone was left unturned. Any last minute nerves were eliminated knowing the team at the hotel were on top of absolutely everything, while also being capable of following a contingency plan to ensure minimum disruption if anything unforeseen occurred.
The day itself ran like clockwork. We had an absolute ball. Every one of our guests had a ball. That obviously made our day even more enjoyable. The staff were polite, attentive and efficient at all times. The food was gorgeous. And there were seconds for anyone who fancied some. The bars were well staffed, with no guest waiting more than thirty seconds to be served from the time they arrived at the drinks reception until the early hours. All of our guests were effusive in their praise for the hotel, the food, the staff and the facilities.
Natalie was brilliant on the day, keeping every aspect under control and ensuring the day ran smoothly and to plan.
I cannot stress how impressed we were with this hotel for our wedding. We had the best day of our lives and Natalie and the staff of the Heights Hotel had an awful lot to do with that. I wouldn't change a thing about our wedding day and I would encourage anyone thinking of booking their own wedding there to do it now. You won't regret it!

We had the most amazing day! The staff were outstanding, as usual!
The food was amazing! The venue was beautifully decorated.
The hotel, as always, was spotless!

On the night, the Bar Manager was Jack, when we finished dancing and the pains in the feet began to set in.....he offered us a cup of tea!let me tell you it was like gold! exactly what I needed but didn't know it!

Where do I begin to complement Natalie......to put it in perspective, when deciding which hotel to hold our reception at, we narrowed it down to The Heights, and The Brehon. What made the Heights stand out was your orangery and Natalie ! and there was only about ?200-?300 in the difference, so it wasn't a decision about money.

She was so nice, helpful, honest. She made the whole process easier. She always replied to emails promptly, nothing was too much trouble for her. she had great ideas, she is a good listener, she is always so happy to see us. she really made it feel as though, our wedding was the only one on in the world! She is such a hard working person.

We had our wedding here in October 2017. From day one meeting Natalie she made us feel at ease and there was nothing we couldn't achieve on a budget. Every step of the way she was there to talk to from little things to big things, nothing was ever too much to ask or do. I cannot stress how amazing she has been in organising our wedding. The staff were so friendly it felt like they were guests we had known for years. Nothing was too much to do or organise for us. Even when our best man lost the safe key they had no problem breaking it open. The food was perfect from starters to dessert to evening food.Everyone at our wedding complimented the food and venue. It was definitely the best wedding ever. We only wish we could do it again or make the day last longer. It was perfect in every way and I cannot credit the hotel staff enough for the most amazing day ever.Giving a good review is only a tiny thank you to the hotel and staff. They went above and beyond to give us a day that surpassed our expectations and we will never forget it.

I would highly recommend the Killarney Heights as a wedding venue. The wedding coordinator Natalie went above & beyond and to make sure the day ran smoothly. We found Natalie very approachable and helpful; she looked after every little detail and couldn't possibly have done any more for us! The venue itself is absolutely fab from the bar to the function room to the bedroom all spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Everyone commented on how fab the drinks reception and function room was and I was blown away when I saw it fully decorated!

Cannot recommend this hotel more highly. From the first day we walked into the hotel we were made feel so welcome. Natalie, is an absolutely brilliant wedding planner. Nothing was too much trouble. She made us feel comfortable from the first meeting. The staff who worked for our wedding were so pleasant and seemed to enjoy their job. The hotel is beautiful, the function room, the bar, reception area, everything was top class. All our guests commented on the beautiful food and service. The function room is great as its lovely and airy with loads of space for dancing. I stayed in the hotel the night before my wedding and I got ready at the hotel, best decision ever. The hotel were amazing. They gave me a big area with lots of light for my hair and makeup people to work. It was great. They served breakfast to us in this area and ensured we were topped up with tea and coffee throughout the morning. It was so relaxing and it was great for my parents to enjoy the morning instead of stressing over making breakfast and cleaning up. Thank you so much for the best day of our lives, everyone from the Killarney Heights Hotel helped us make the best memories. Special thank you to Natalie, who's professionalism, advice and kind words really helped to make our amazing day so stress-free and one we will always remember with smiles on our faces. Brendan and I were married on the 24th of June 2017 (less than a week ago). When sitting down to write this review we couldn't decide where to start as there is just so many positive things we want to say about the Killarney Heights Hotel. When we started looking at venues we read all the reviews online we could about different hotels and the Heights review were good but after experiencing what we did last Saturday they truly do not do them justice. From the minute we contacted them to the minute we left on the Monday after our wedding we received 5 star service. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff. This was not because we were the bride & groom, all our guests who had travelled from London, the States and around Ireland all commented on how friendly and efficient the staff were from reception (Jane & Susi), bar staff (Eamon, Jack, Miguel, Rory), housekeeping and our lovely wedding coordinator Natalie. All staff go above and beyond to help, they are exceptionally friendly, so approachable and always happy to help, nothing was too much trouble.

Natalie worked her socks off to ensure our day was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble, it was like she didn't know what the word 'No' was! Everything we asked for she went above and beyond to ensure it happened. We were not happy with our first meal tasting and together with the her support liaising with the amazing chef at the Heights we came up with a menu we were thrilled with. People are still commenting on how spectacular the food was. We had Kerry Lamb Shank / Chicken Cordon Blue, Lemon crusted Hake & a vegetarian wellington for mains. Every guest we spoke with stated how the lamb was so tender and fell off the bone, while our vegetarian guests stated it was the first wedding they attended where they could actually eat and wanted to eat the vegetarian option as it was so tasty. When the mains were coming to an end they came out again with seconds for anyone who wanted to try any of the other mains which I know a few of our guests went in for 2nd helpings some even 3rd helpings, that is how tasty the food was! In the days leading up to the wedding I dropped off props to make it more personal to Brendan & I, Natalie offered to set it all up which was amazing as I under estimated just how tired and such little time I would have in the days leading up to the wedding. Our drinks reception was beautiful, Natalie had set it up everything as I requested, it was perfect. She is very well organised & extremely cool under pressure which made us & our bridal party feel even more relaxed.

We had our next day event at the Heights also, it was my mums 60th. We had a BBQ for 70 people and surprised my mum with a cake. Again Natalie and all the staff were outstanding in ensuring the day was a huge success. Again the food was unbelievable with beautifully cooked salmon, chicken thighs and burgers + salads, and there was enough bar staff on to ensure no one was ever waiting to be served a drink. Natalie also arranged music for the BBQ which was a big hit with guests and added to the already great atmosphere. Later on that night due to the large crowd still in the bar staff brought out complimentary sandwiches & finger food of cocktail sausages & chicken nuggets to our guests. No one approached us to ask if we wanted snacks but management were great at reading the room and implemented it.

I could continue with even more positive things to say but I know it will still not do the staff / venue the justice it deserves. We cannot recommend the Killarney Heights Hotel enough. It will forever hold a very special place in our hearts and we cannot thank everyone enough for making our wedding weekend so unforgettable and so special.

We had our wedding in the Heights Hotel on the 29th of October 2016. From the moment we stepped foot in the hotel, we were made to feel like our wedding was the most important day to every member of staff. The wedding coordinator-Natalie, was amazing. She supported us in every way and used her knowledge to guide us in every little detail. Every request we had, big or small was met with a 'no problem'. Our guests raved about the hotel. The food was exceptional. Every aspect of each course was simply delicious. Seconds and every thirds were offered. The chef even made a personalised surprise treat for the dessert, which ment a lot to us. The wine was beautiful. Service was extremely well staffed, highly trained and swift. The function room is the nicest I've ever been in, bright and airy with beautiful views from every window of the mountains. Many of our guests were from outside the area. They were extremely impressed with every aspect of the hotel; the bedrooms, breakfast, carvery dinner and restaurant food and the friendly helpful staff. Many guests have told us this will be the first place they will stay the next time they are in Killarney. Our wedding met every dream of ours and that is truly down to this fabulous hotel and its staff. Thank you.

We had our wedding in the Heights Hotel last September the 10th 2016. We knew from the start we had chosen the right venue, from allowing to have an individual and personal approach to details and accomodating our suggestions, it made the planning relatively stress free!!! From our initial meeting with Noreen to our follow up meetings with Natalie. We are so grateful to Natalie, no request was too big and you were so prompt in replying to any questions we had in the lead up to the big day!!! We had viewed a few hotels in Killarney but felt the Heights Hotel was the right venue for us. In particular, the setting of the hotel. Located on the edge of the town with stunning views of the Reeks from the function room from the beautiful french windows that ran the length of the room. The room is spacious and bright which was what we were looking for. With its natural decor, it makes a perfect background for applying your wedding details, ie. flowers, colour pallette. Also, the stunning reception area created a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests to mingle. The meal was amazing!!! The wedding package deals had alot to choose from and we were able to mix and match to create our own menu. The waiting and bar staff were very attentive and friendly and the wine flowed all day!! We are still getting compliments from guests from the food and the service, the atmosphere and how enjoyable overall the day was. The Castle Suite was beautiful and really made you feel like royalty. Sandra who overlooked accommodation was a dream to work with and every request was fulfilled. Overall, couples need not look any further when choosing a setting for your wedding day. The team in the Heights Hotel Killarney go above and beyond to create your perfect wedding day. We would just like to thank Sandra and all the staff at the Heights Hotel for making our wedding so fantastic. We had an amazing day and a truly wonderful experience with the Heights. Sandra made organising the day so easy and hassle free - she was always willing to talk with us or meet us. On the day, everything was superb from the drinks reception to the ballroom to the honeymoon suite. The food was divine! The whole evening ran like clockwork. All staff were so friendly, professional and helpful. We would certainly recommend the Heights Hotel to other couples getting married - you couldn't get better. Got married last year in Heights. Beautiful hotel and great staff. Very helpful with all wedding requests. Set up candy table and put all my table decoration. Food was fab and all guest said there was plenty of it. Would highly recommend.

We could not rate The Heights Hotel enough, from our very first meeting until two days after the wedding when we checked out they were fantastic. A lot of our guests had to travel for our wedding and stayed at the hotel and so far we have not heard of one person that wasn't more then happy with everything from food, staff, rooms and warmth coming from everyone involved, they complimented the speed at which 170 people were served there piping hot and very well presented meal, they also commented on how friendly, polite and very helpful each member of staff was. From the first meeting we had with Noreen we felt 100% happy that this was the perfect venue for our special day, nothing we asked for was a problem and if there was something we wanted but could not find they were more then happy to find it for us. As i said at the start we could not recommend this hotel enough and would like to thank, Noreen, James, Mary and all the staff at the hotel for making our very special day even more special...Thanks Guys, Big hugs and kisses

In my opinion The Heights Hotel Killarney is one of the best wedding venues in Ireland, from the first day we went looking at the hotel, all the way through the wedding planning process, Noreen was there every step of the way. They gave us honest advice on the menu, wine, drinks reception and were always in the background ready to assist. The weather was so bad on our wedding day, had we not chosen a hotel with such lovely d?cor and relaxing atmosphere I dread to think what would have happened!
