Hilton Park is fairy tale venue! Fred and Joanna, the family who run it, did everything in their power to accommodate all our wants/needs. I just gave 4 for flexibility as it being an historical site and not officially a hotel you will find some limitations. On the day we had to have the photo booth moved (a self made one that was already set up) and those arriving in the evening couldn?t come through the house, which really is a draw dropping experience so we had wanted that but due to restrictions out of their hands it wasn?t possible. Also there being a limited number of rooms
Meant we had to be very particular about who stayed and we had to decide that my family would stay the night before and his family and wedding party stay with us on the night. If you want your wedding in such a personal and unique venue with the lavish history Hilton has those are not even considered problems really, more of just a little compromise.
We stayed the night before and that couldn?t have worked out better. Truly the dining experience they provided really opened up the palettes of our guests and everyone really enjoyed being forced to sit down, relax and enjoy themselves and simply just enjoy being together (when we could have just kept organising and missed the opportunity).

To have your wedding at Hilton feels like a privilege, and an honour to be trusted with such an epic historical site. Be prepared for a lot of organisations skills required, as all catering etc is separate. I didn?t have a wedding coordinator so it was all on me and my amazing bridesmaids, but that is what a signed up for and I knew it so i just enjoyed getting to be the one who decides every intricate detail.

Myself and my husband really didn?t want to just go in somewhere and book a package (nothing wrong with it just not our dream), we had never really thought about what exactly we wanted we just knew what we didn?t want. When we went to visit Hilton we got in the car after and high fived, smiling all the way home because we knew that we had found our place! every time we got over a hurdle we were so glad we didn?t skip over Hilton!

We couldn?t recommend it more highly!
