We are known for our excellent food and hospitality. Our wedding food is personally overseen by our Head Chef.

The McWilliam Park Suite ballroom is exclusively your for the day. A chic and elegant neutral palette, the space provides the perfect canvas for you to personalise your tables and layout. This beautiful and spacious room opens out onto our private garden, a charming location to take photographs.
Ceremonies
We are approved and registered for Civil Ceremonies should you choose to spend the entire day with us. Our Wedding team can discuss all options with you and even recommend a celebrant.

Celebrations before and after the big day are easy to plan with us. Our team can tailor-make a menu to suit your budget and plans. Just ask one of our Wedding Coordinators to help you plan the perfect weekend celebration!
Accommodation
We offer a number of rooms on the night of your wedding at an agreed wedding rate. All guests have access to our Evolve Leisure & Fitness Centre, including pool and gym facilities. We also have electric car charging points for guests travelling with hybrid or fully electric cars.

I can't recommend the Mc William enough, Everything we requested was no hassle, food was hot and served promptly no guests left waiting. Service was second to none. All guests really enjoyed the hotel.

The staff and management of McWilliam Park Hotel was outstanding, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great day and all our guests had delicious meals and anything else they desired. The management put on a excellent reception for when we arrived and from the minute we walked in the door on our wedding day we had nothing to worry about. They really put you at ease with their professionalism and good manner.

I cannot recommend the team at The McWilliam Park highly enough. Their attention to detail is outstanding and they really made our day even more special than we thought possible. Suellen McKenna in particular as the wedding co-ordinator attends to her role with superb professionalism, she is extremely knowledgable and sensitive to deal with and I felt fully confident from the very first visit with her that our wedding day was in very safe hands. I have to commend the entire team also, from reservations right through to the waiting staff on the day, Richie and Arthur for their fabulous assistance and manner throughout, I cant say enough about how fantastic The McWilliam Park team are, and how thrilled we are that we chose it as our venue.

The McWilliam hotel was the perfect venue for our wedding catering for guests from Northern Ireland and locally. The hotel staff could not have done enough for us, very professional. We had our wedding in McWilliam Park Hotel in September 2016 and I could not praise Suellen the Wedding CO-Ordinator and the rest of the team more for the service they provided on the run up to the wedding and on the big day. Firstly the hotel itself is perfect for any Wedding, with a big Lobby area which was great when we arrived at the hotel to meet everyone and they can cater for bigger weddings without any issues. Suellen was such a pleasure to deal with from beginning to the end and always there if we had any questions or needed advice. She made us feel so at ease and is such a lovely person. All the staff were very professional and friendly and all our guests are still talking about the excellent food & service received on the day. Darragh was there to make sure everything ran smooth during the meal and keep us all at ease also. They really made our day so special and we are so happy that we celebrated our day in the McWilliam. I would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone getting married. Thanks again to Suellan, Darragh and all the team for their help and support and for making our day so special, relaxed and fun!

Everything was fantastic with the mc William hotel food was excellent staff very friendly and polite and very helpful very good service and manager very helpful as I dealt with her the day before wedding with the cake and was very helpful was beautiful venue for wedding.

I would highly recommend the mcwilliam park hotel for a wedding venue, the team are so professional and easy to talk to, we really did not have any thing to worry about when it came to the wedding reception and the food was amazing with plenty of seconds going around....

Had our wedding here on Friday (2/9/16). From the minute we walked in the door Suellen had us sold on booking here! We could not be happier with our choice. All the guests are still going on about the fabulous food and amazing service we received from all the staff. They also went out of their way to cater for my metabolic disorder which requires a special diet . A big thank you to Suellen and all the staff ?

We had our wedding in McWilliam Park Hotel in August 2016. From the very first appointment to the big day itself we received nothing but the best service with very friendly and professional staff. There was no request that was too much trouble which took sway any stress leading up to the wedding. Suellen, the wedding co-ordinator was s dream to work with and put an anxious bride at total ease.
All guests at wedding were full of compliments on how the function room looked. The food was top quality served by friendly waiting and bar staff.
I would highly recommend McWilliam Park Hotel for a wedding or any special event. There is no request too small or too big. We definitely had a day to remember.

From the moment we booked our wedding in the mcwilliam we knew we were in safe hands. Nothing was too much to help us with. We never had to worry about the venue during our planning. The staff are amazing the food is amazing.

The mc William park hotel was outstanding for our wedding. The food and service from both management and staff was top class. Any request we had was never a problem for the hotel. The were so nice and helpful coming up to the event and also the wedding day. I have spoken to many of our guests who only had good things to say about the hotel. We got married in May 2016 and from our initial contact at the very beginning to checking out the day after our wedding our experience with the McWilliam Park hotel has been nothing but positive. Suellen was great to work with very accommodating and nothing was ever a problem. Arthur was amazing both on our Menu Tasting night and on the day itself, a gentleman that runs an exceptional food service team. Everyone complimented the fantastic food and service. We had our wedding at McWilliam Park in March 2016 - from the first day we called to enquire right through to the wedding day itself Alan, Suellen, Richie and all the team could not have done more for us. They were a pleasure to deal with and extremely accommodating to any special request we had. On the day itself we were delighted with everything from the welcome reception, the room d?cor and especially the meal. Accommodation, leisure centre, kiddies club and every other aspect of the hotel was also to the highest standard and we were proud to have guests from all over the country and beyond stay at such a high class hotel on our doorstep in the west of Ireland! I would highly recommend the Mc. William for a wedding. Anything we asked for, they were more than helpful and helped to arrange all of the little extras that make the day special. They were always contactable and available when you had a question to ask or a query.

Mark & I had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding reception in the hotel on 16th May 2015 and what a super day we had, thanks to you guys.
From the very start of our wedding journey coming to view your hotel up to and including our wedding day itself we were treated so professionally. The manner and friendliness of all the staff we came across in the hotel was second to none. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble with you guys and ?no? was never the answer. From the littlest query, question or idea we had there was always someone there to help or to answer. We had a lovely evening in the lead up to our wedding at our menu taster, we've never eaten so much food, it was so delicious. We had some specific requests and one very special request for dinner and ye did not disappoint. We were in the hotel the night before with our bridal party for food, to decorate our candy table and to drop off the last minute bits and you were more than accommodating, ensuring us that everything would be safe and all in place for our special day.
The day of our wedding was the most enjoyable day, the hotel staff treated us like royalty and were more than helpful. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. When we walked into the banqueting suite, our breath was taken away. The room was decorated so perfectly, we were speechless. Everything ran on time and it is all down to your excellent organisation. We absolutely loved the food and so many of our guests complimented and still talk about the quick and generous service. We did not receive any complaints at all. Even my very fussy eater brother, whom we had ordered special dinner for was so happy with his, now that says something! All the waiting and bar staff were so friendly and helpful on the day also.
