We recently had our Christmas Wedding at the Muckross Park Hotel, it was the best day of me and my husbands life. From start to finish, the Team couldn’t do enough, especially Niall, we will always be so grateful. The Hotel and Team are pristine, friendly and always on hand to make sure all our Guests were so well looked after. I can’t wait to return in the New Year, it really is a dream wedding venue, thank you.

Myself and my husband Conor were impressed with Muckross Park Hotel from the very beginning. They got to know us as a couple and really listened to our vision. Nothing was ever too much for them. Anything we asked to bring into the hotel for our wedding they agreed to. Even last minute changes. Orla, Niall and Dean were so amazing to chat to from 18 months out planning the wedding to the actual day. I felt so at ease. The waiters and waitresses were so attentive and our guests were so happy with the meals service. We highly recommend it as a venue.

Got married here in may 2024 the hotel was spotless and the service we received from the minute we arrived until we left was fantastic! The best we ever received! I can't think of a time I had to ask for anything as they were always one or two steps ahead and had it already done! So glad we chose muckross park and can't wait to come back. The Hotel venue is stunning and very beautiful no matter the weather. With Kerry, you are not guaranteed weather and the hotel, wedding area and wedding rooms are perfect for any style wedding.
The staff here give you 5 star service and are extremely accommodating. This includes everyone from Reservations (Regina), Management (Garrett), Wedding Restaurant ( Chris and team) and Wedding Co-ordinator/planner ( Orla). They could not be faulted in any way. Upon booking a consultation, we were greeted and shown around and instantly you fall in love with the venue. The fittings, furniture and layout will take any stress from you and your wedding guests away on the day and planning period. Little worries become nothing when the team take care of it.
With regards to the special day, it went very smoothly. We were allowed use the hotel for photos and spa area even though we were not in the main hotel for the reception, as like above the weather was awful. However from talking to our guests they were hugely impressed with the wedding venue and staff. The food was to die for. You want to pick everything because its so delicious. And you want to eat everything too. You will not be disappointed.
Our wedding Co-ordinator Orla was fantastic. Any questions, whether from team calls or appointments or finalising details, she was extremely knowledgeable, professional accommodating in whatever we chose. Its difficult making these decisions as you want you and your guests to have a great day. With Orla and the team, they take the difficult part out and make it easy for you. You could not be in better hands, as she was extremely helpful to not just the bride and groom but also to the bridal and grooms party.
The accommodation is beautiful also, the rooms carefully decorated and suited to both singles, families and couples. Its a place where you don't want to leave. Reservations (Regina) answered every ask we had regarding triple rooms or rooms beside each other.
What makes this hotel special is not just that its in the most beautiful place in the world(Killarney) but that its a one wedding hotel. You are the centre of attention and thats whats wanted on your special day. We cannot recommend Muckross Park Hotel enough.

Nothing but happy brilliant memories of our wedding in Muckross Park Hotel. From the minute we walked into the hotel back in February 2023, we knew this is where we wanted to have our wedding reception. Its a rare gem to find a venue that blends 5 star luxury and professionalism with a fun and welcoming ambience.
Orla was a breath of fresh air to work with in the months coming up to the wedding. No idea was off limits and she worked tirelessly to bring to life all the special moments of our day. Her calm confident presence reassured us that we made the right choice in venue and everything would land just right on the day regardless if things didn't go to plan.
Weather conditions on the day meant we needed to have our drinks reception indoors - Orla, Niall and team made all the necessary movements without any interruption to the celebrations. From shoe shining to car washes, flower deliveries to LED light up wristbands, nothing phased Orla or Niall and they took care of all the random tasks with a smile. This sort of friendly professionalism is a rare find!
All our guests couldn't speak more highly of their experience staying at Muckross Park. Great fun and craic was had in the Monks lounge the day before the wedding and most took advantage of the Spa and National Park to knock off the cobwebs.
So glad we chose Muckross Park for our wedding celebrations and would recommened without hesitation to any future couples.
We can't wait to get back down and know for sure it will be our special place of choice anytime we are in the Kingdom. Well done to all the staff and management (in particular Orla!) - you made our day:-)

I highly recommend Muckross Park Hotel for your wedding. They went above and beyond to make our day so special. The venue is spectecular and the surrounding areas for photos is stunning. The food was delicious and the staff were just exceptional, they couldn't do enough for us. This should be your number one choice for your wedding venue.

Huge compliments to all the staff in Muckross. The Wedding Co-ordinator was very welcoming; warm and efficient. The Banqueting Manager was very pleasant and calm and had the service run very smoothly. The food was well complimented by guests and they really enjoyed the hotel facilities including the spa.

I honestly hope that my review will do this Hotel justice. We had our Full Wedding Day, Ceremony and Dinner Reception at the Muckross Park Hotel on Friday 17th March 2023.
From the minute we arrived the day before our wedding every single detail was looked after. The Hotel staff were utterly exceptional, helping us get organized and ready for our big day.
The Thursday night we stayed in two of the self catering apartaments, one for the bride with her bridesmaids and one for the groom with his groomsmen. The apartment took us by surprise, they were absolutely immaculate, very spacious and the perfect place to wake up on your wedding morning.
We had the Infinity Package for our wedding so the whole wedding journey was such a breeze for us, this package supplied us our Photographer, Makeup and Hair, Band and Dj, Flowers and All Decorations.
The wedding morning itself was extremely relaxed. Joanne henderson (Hairdresser) and Sandra Flynn (makeup artist) were absolutely unbelievable. They worked together like a dream, everything flowed so naturally and easy making the whole morning such a beautiful memory.
The photographer who was also supplied by the Hotel, Micheal O? Sullivan was just simply terrific. He made all the pictures feel so easy and natural. Micheal has such a great personality making all the photos so fun to do.
We had our Wedding Ceremony in the Atrium, and there isn't a good enough word to describe the beauty of this particular room. It is just utterly breathtaking! The hotel staff had this space arranged and decorated to perfection.
Our Dinner Reception was in the Abbey Suite. A stunning room with such a warm vibe, all the tables were set up so beautifully with excellent attention to detail, the candles all around the room set such a romantic mood.
Our guests commented that the food was some of the best they had ever had at a wedding and we completely agree!
The bar and wait staff were beyond attentive and professional, the whole dinner service ran so smoothly and was extremely enjoyable.
The band Arklight who was supplied by the hotel were out of this world. This is all our guests spoke about for days after our wedding. Finbarr and the rest of the band are super talented. We are extremely grateful to Muckross Park for getting them for us. The night would never of been the same without these lads.

We would like to give a special mention to Niall who has to be the calmest man I have ever met, absolutely nothing phases him. Niall is a total gentleman who assisted us throughout the whole lot of the wedding day - Niall is absolutely fantastic at his job!
During the whole wedding planning journey and general build up to the big day we had Orla who was just brilliant from start to finish.
Orla's professionalism and excellent organisational skills made the preparation for our wedding day seamless.
Orla was always quick to respond and bent over backwards to help us with any queries or worries - she's such an asset to the hotel!
We will be forever thankful to Orla for helping make our wedding an absolute dream.

We were so happy that we choose the Muckross Park hotel for our Wedding Reception in October. What a beautiful venue!! Orla & Niall were a dream & nothing was ever a problem or any trouble. They made the whole experience even better! The drinks reception & room (We had the Valentia suite) were set up so beautifully, the room was so elegant & more than we could have hoped for on the day. The food was amazing! Everyone loved it & are still talking about it. The service was fabulous! I would highly recommend the Muckross Park to host your wedding day. (If only we could do it all over again ????) Thank you to all the staff who helped make our wedding day simply perfect.

We had our wedding at the Muckross Park in September 2022 and we are absolutely thrilled with our choice of venue.
From the day we booked the venue to the actual day itself, everything was perfect.

The staff went above and beyond for any request that was made. Our guests absolutely adored the hotel. Food was delicious and we are still getting compliments to this day regarding the meal and how much the staff went above and beyond.

The decor that they offered with their wedding packages was beautiful. The bridal suite was brilliant - from having enough space for 6 adults to get ready to still being romantic for the bride and groom. They even had our room decorated for us with rose petals and another bottle of Prosecco after the wedding which was a nice touch. All our guests were thrilled with their rooms and spoke about how lovely the rooms were.

It is an absolute dream to have your wedding here. I can't thank the staff at Muckross enough, they really made our day. Nothing was too big or too small for them. Special shoutout to Orla, Niall and Oisin who were absolutely fantastic.

Big plus, they were really flexible for any changes we made and everything just ran smoothly. If I could, I would relive that day over again and again at the Muckross

We had our wedding reception in the Muckross Park Hotel on the 31st December 2021. If anybody is looking for a luxurious wedding venue, in a stunning location, with exceptional food and top class staff then look no further. We were blown away by the professionalism of everyone working in the hotel. The lead up to our wedding was challenging given changes to government guidelines and new restrictions but the Muckross Park went above and beyond their call of duty. The enthusiasm and kindness they showed us for our day with weddings back to back all week was incredible. If there were 10 stars we would give them. We are bursting with pride with the experience our guests received. If you have your wedding here, it will be one of the best decisions you ever make. Thank you again to everyone, especially Orla, Niall and Caroline. It is a pleasure to work with people so excellent at what they do.

It is difficult to know where to begin in expressing how we feel about Muckross Park Hotel and its? staff. We are not natives of Killarney but from the first moment that we set foot in Muckross Park, we felt at home and knew right then and there that it was going to be our wedding venue. Bernie very kindly met with us ? unplanned, that first evening and that was the beginning of our very special journey with both Bernie and the hotel.
Over the next year and a half, we made many trips to Muckross Park from Galway and each time, we were made feel so welcome and treated like royalty. We knew that we were in the most incredible hands and when we met with our wedding co-ordinator Madina, we felt as if we had won the lotto! She ensured that each and every detail of our wedding was organised with exceptional professionalism. While she is incredible at her job, she also makes you feel as if you have known her forever. She is extremely personable and not only are you in the hands of an amazing wedding co-ordinator, you also gain a very good friend who is there for you throughout the process.
Each and every member of staff whom we encountered along the way made us feel as if we were V.I.P.'s. They carry out every aspect of their jobs with the highest of standards and always go above and beyond their duties. From the fabulous accommodation, to the impeccable service, to the most delicious food, we could not have asked for more, both in the lead up to and on our big day. Our wedding guests still talk about the beautiful hotel in the heart of Killarney. We felt as if we were living out a true life fairy-tale during our wedding weekend and the staff at Muckross Park played a massive role in that.
We will be forever grateful and only wish that we could do it all over again! The staff are absolute experts at what they do and any couple who is lucky enough to have their wedding there, is truly blessed. It is an exceptionally special hotel and we will forever hold a special place in our hearts for both it and its? wonderful staff.

Outstanding, I'd recommend Muckross Park to any couple getting married. From the 1st time I went to view the venue all the way up to and including the wedding their professionalism was 100%. Bernie was our wedding planner she was so lovely and I felt she really understood what I wanted and needed. Niall, well what can I say you made everything so seamless for us a million thank yous! Madina I felt like you were the 4th bridesmaid you helped so much that weekend. The hotel is stunning the food was delicious. All of the staff in Muckross were fantastic. Our guests said the check in staff made them feel special and made a fuss out of them. I've had comments of praise for the hotel from everyone who attended. Fabulous venue, unreal food. Value for money, excellent location...extremely helpful staff.

From Day 1, at our initial consultation to our wedding day. We were treated to every one of our wishes, we would recommend Muckross to anyone(we already have).

The staff of the muckross Park were fantastic. They were extremely helpful. If there was any problem Beirne was only a phone call away and was always there to help. On the the day the staff were amazing along with the venue. Food was incredible and all the guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Niall Tagney was the manager on the day and he could not of been more helpful. With the lead up to the wedding he was so professional and really took good care of us. We had the best day ever and could not recommend the muckross Park team more. The reservations team and Caroline were always in contact making sure all our guests were looked after.

Everything was A1 couldn't do enough for us

We were married in the Muckross Park Hotel (MPH) on May 19 of this year and there is literally nothing we could fault! The whole experience from start to finish was the best we could have hoped for. All the staff at the MPH are a credit to the hotel, there was no job too big or too small for them. From the porters, accommodation assistants, wait staff, wedding staff, and management - everyone went above and beyond for our weekend.

We had our wedding ceremony there in the Abbey Suite, our drinks reception in the Atrium, and our wedding reception in the Valencia Suite. All three suites are beautiful and well appointed, and the layout ensures there's a good flow to the day and everyone stays together.

Special thanks to our amazing wedding coordinator Madina. She really is top class and one of a kind. She gave us lots of ideas for our drinks reception which our guests were raving about afterwards, and most importantly she kept us calm and organised and made sure the day ran to schedule.

We cannot thank the staff at the MPH enough for making our wedding weekend so special and so memorable.
