Roganstown Hotel & Country Club is a beautifully restored country house romantically nestled in the Dublin countryside. Conveniently located just 20 minutes from Dublin City Centre and a short distance to the M50, N1 & N2 motorways. This makes our venue an easy find for all your family & friends.
The manicured lawns and Japanese Gardens are surrounded by an 18 hole golf course that sprawls over 300 acres of grounds. This ensures endless photo opportunities, a highlight of the day is often a romantic escape to the lake for a glass of bubbly before the reception begins.
The main house is perfect for both intimate and large weddings. We have a number of designated suites that can host your civil ceremony. We also offer a one wedding a day policy that ensures you receive the most excellent service on your special day.
Our majestic staircase leads to the Aungier Suite which boasts its own heated terrace with views over the golf course.
Here at Roganstown your guests will be looked after from head to toe. The day after your wedding your guests can use our facilities which include a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym. Also, Sakura Spa offers an array of beauty treatments. Our championship 18 hole golf course was designed by golfing legend, Christy O’Connor Jnr.
We can also arrange a post wedding BBQ or dinner for your second night, we would be delighted to sit down and create a package that works well for both you and your family.

Oana and all the staff at Roganstown did a fabulous job. We only had a very short time to plan our wedding and Oana was always helpful, quick to respond and nothing was too much to ask! It was the ideal venue, especially for our small wedding of 30 people. We had the most amazing day, with great drinks, tasty cookies, a very tasty, hot and quickly served 5 course dinner and delicious finger food later in the evening. Our picky eaters and special diets of our guests where catered to without any problems as well. Hotel rooms and public areas where always perfectly clean and if you needed assistance there was always staff available happy to help. We had the most amazing wedding day at Roganstown and would recommend it to anyone looking for the ideal location to get married.

From the moment we met with Oana the wedding coordinator everything was smooth running and taken care of she made us feel so relaxed on the lead up to our day and was so understanding with many situations that came up along the way of planning . We will forever be grateful to her ! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful stunning views yet cosy vibes which is exactly what we were looking for ! The staff were all so friendly and helpful and all made our day very special and memorable. We cannot wait to return here to stay as a married couple . Thank you all for everything .

Eric and I had our wedding in your hotel on the 18th of June 2023. It was a fantastic day. Everything went smoothly and was exactly what we wanted. Oana and the team were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. We were able to drop off stuff for the wedding on the Friday morning and everything was set up beautifully on the Sunday when we got there. Then after the ceremony we were told to go into the residence bar while they set the room up for the afters. The Bridal Suite was beautiful and even had some of the old elements of the house in it. Overall everything was perfect. We could not fault anything and we couldn't have done it without Oana and the team. I'd definitely recommend your hotel and staff to anyone I know getting married. Thanks so much for everything.

Dean and I wanted to say a huge Thank you to yourself and the team. It was more than what we could of imagined. The staff was unbelievably attentive, not to mention the food which everyone complimented on. There was so much food that we barely ate the rest of the weekend! We celebrated our wedding here on the 5th of February. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful to us when it came to organising our big day and on our wedding day. A huge thank you to the head chef and their team for a wonderful meal that was bursting with flavour and cooked to perfection. I am a chef myself and I know what it's like to be doing events and trying to keep food flowing at a steady pace and most importantly hot - they definitely did it no problem to them. Also we would like to thank John and Avi and their team for an excellent service. The waiting staff were very attentive to each and every one of our guests. Last but definitely not least we want to hugely thank Gwen. This lady is an absolute professional, she is not long with company and we would like to wish her every success in her role as wedding and events manager. Gwen went above and beyond to ensure we were getting our dream day and we have no doubt she definitely made this dream come true for us. We remember her saying 'she likes to treat her bride and groom the way her and her husband would like to be treated on their big day?. We can honestly say she passionately does, her attention to the finest detail is second to none. We would also recommend the hotel as it gave us plenty of photo opportunities inside and out. On Monday last 21st of June we had the pleasure of having our wedding at your beautiful Hotel. On behalf of myself and my husband Darren we would like to thank you and all staff involved on what turned out to genuinely be the best day of our lives. Over the past year and a half we had the pleasure of dealing with Norma Carkery your corporate and events Manager and can I just say on what was possibly one of the hardest years of most peoples lives this lady was absolutely amazing. Our wedding had to be cancelled twice as a result of the pandemic and Norma went out of her way to rearrange everything we needed while putting myself and our family at complete ease. Norma is absolutely top class at her job , she is professional, friendly and makes you feel that nothing is too big or too hard for her. We have two small children with special needs so we don't have a lot of time on our hands, this probably made Normas job even more difficult then usual but not once throughout the whole time was she anything but brilliant.
We will never forget our special day and are so grateful to everyone involved.

Like many brides and grooms, amid all the covid madness and uncertainty the last few months, our wedding day has had more moving pieces than a chess board. Having had to postpone our big day twice with our original venue, we decided we still wanted to have a very small wedding ceremony and get married on our original date. We had 2 weeks to replan everything. We were so incredibly lucky Roganstown Hotel were available to host 19 of us and our guests in the Green room. We had the room and members bar area to ourselves so it was completely private. Norma and team made our day far more special than we could have hoped for. Where should I start ..We booked our Wedding at Roganstown Hotel a few years back, I've always wanted a private and intimate wedding with beautiful surroundings for pictures. My dream venue, simple but yet beautiful, romantic and timeless. Our wedding was supposed to be in May but due to COVID 19 we had to reschedule to a new date in March 2021. I was in so much distress and tears, planning it for so long and then just like that everything was out the window. I have to say I'll never forget how amazing was Norma, she went beyond and above to make sure that we are ok, checking up on me all the time and always treated with respect and compassion. And now we had to face a tough decision again and push it to October as it's too risky for our parents. And yet again hotel accommodated our new date. So I would just want to say a massive thank you for everything that you all have done. And we can't wait to celebrate our wedding in October 2021.We will never forget how understanding and compassionate this amazing lady was. Thank you sooo so much again for everything you have done for us !!!! I would highly recommend Roganstown Hotel to any couple that are planing to get married they are amazing !!!

Fabulous venue, all of our guests were very impressed with the venue, and those who stayed over were very impressed with the rooms.
All of our guests were very complimentary with regard to the wedding meal. The band we used for the music was supplied by the hotel, and they were excellent, every guest who commented on them were full of praise.
We availed of one of the packages offered by the hotel, and they were very flexible in changing and altering aspects of the package.
We found that the package as a whole, and the overnight accommodation rate was very competitive. We would be happy to recommend Roganstown to others, based on our experience.

We had the most amazing day in Roganstown. Nothing was too much for Suzanne, John, Avi and the team. Anything we asked for in the lead up to our wedding was responded to with a ?yes no problem?. The ambiance was lovely at the drinks reception on a cold November day. The reception room was dressed so well and I had requested a very last minute layout change (Moves the top table to the centre of the room) again this was no problem. All our guests raved about the food. Over all we had a great experience.

We had our wedding here in september 2019. Right from the start we know this was the place for us. On the day of the wedding we held our Cermony outside and what a beautfiul setting it was. The staff are great and all so helpful great food and really lovely atmosphere from the start. Had the best day ever. The hotel itself, the staff, Caroline the events manager were all great. Everyone was friendly no ask was too much. If there was any hiccups I wasnt made aware which was great.The food was fab. The room set up for both Ceremony & reception was gorgeous. If you want country house style wedding I would highly recommend.

Our wedding was amazing, the whole day went by so well, the timing of everything was perfect, the service was amazing, the food was delicious, John and Leo and all the staff were fantastic, myself and my husband in particular were so grateful and impressed with John who was very understanding and helpful with our young son who has autism, John blew us away with his kindness, the whole day was exactly how we had envisioned it, a very fun chilled out and relaxed day full of laughter and love, all of our guests have told us it was the best wedding they have been to, I would recommend roganstown for a wedding or for a place to stay for a break, it's fantastic there.

I know everyone says they had an amazing wedding but mine was so good we stayed an extra day and thats all thanks to roganstown. They make you feel like family and they could not do enough for us. All along the wedding process anything I had a problem with they went out of their way to fix including meeting the chef and changing my menu for the better the day before the wedding at no extra cost. They put on extra refreshments for my guests on arrival when they ran out. Caroline the wedding planner is the sister I never had she put my mind at ease and calmed all my worries. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

From start to finish we could not fault Roganstown in anyway. They made our day truly memorable and nothing we asked was too much even down to arranging a babysitter for us for our small children for the night for us to party! Food was fab, service was fab and the venue is gorgeous.

Had my wedding at Roganstown and I can't think of anywhere that could have made the day more perfect. The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful and the manager that day was even helping with my dress for the photos. The grounds are lovely and the staff even brought us out in golf carts to get some picturesque views around the golf course which was great fun. Food was excellent, they were promoted in serving. We have had the bar food in the past which was good too and good size portions. The hotel it's self was lovely and has a lovely old Georgian entrance and staircase which looks great in pictures. Can not recommend this place enough

Excellent setting, in the country side. They have a one wedding policy so we more or less had the place to ourselves, and Caroline, the events manager was great to deal with.

We had a fantastic day for our wedding at Roganstown. All the staff were lovely and very professional at all times. They made sure the whole day went by as smoothly and stress free as possible. The food and service were top quality and the hotel is a great venue for a wedding with beautiful grounds for the photos. I would certainly recommend it to other couples for their special day.

Fab hotel. Can't fault it in any way. Caroline and all the staff were amazing from start to finish. They couldn't do enough for us, especially the chef who came to the rescue and fixed our cake.Would definitely recommend x

We got married in Roganstown on New Years Eve and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Caroline was brilliant to deal as was Nick and the rest of the staff. The food was amazing and the venue is stunning.

Roganstown has it all; the location, the venue, the food but most of all the wonderful staff! We first met Caroline at a showcase in the hotel and from that day on she couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating. There is no doubt she is an expert in her field. Roganstown was the perfect venue for our wedding. They went above and beyond and we felt comfortable and at ease from the outset. The rooms, food, service and staff were all excellent. The kids loved the leisure facilities also. We could not fault anything.

Could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day in Roganstown. Caroline and Leo did everything they could and more than we asked for in order to ensure that we had a great day. Every time we called before the day our issues were sorted quickly and professionally and the girls on reception were always very helpful, even on the day everything ran smoothly and perfectly. Would recommend this venue.

We had our wedding in there in July and I can honestly say I am delighted to have chosen Roganstown as our wedding venue. They were so willing to help us with anything we wanted which meant we had a stress free lead up to the day. Jessica, our co-ordinator, had our day planned out for us and let us know what times to tell other vendors etc. The food was amazing even better than our tasting and the service on the day was first class. We were made to feel very special and they consulted with us before starting speeches or cutting the cake to ensure we were ready. We stayed the following night too and even the next day we were made feel special even though our day was over. I couldn't recommend Roganstown enough as a wedding venue and I'll definitely go back time and time again. My husband and I recently went back there for afternoon tea and the staff that remembered us came over for a chat. You are guaranteed top quality service in Roganstown!

Our wedding was amazing. The room was the perfect size and was well designed to keep our guests in the room.. on the run up to the wedding we were well looked after and they tried their best to accomidate all our requests.
Everything was laid out perfectly. Our guests had a ball and we had the time of our lifes. The food was fab and feed back from guests was positive.

We held our Wedding Reception at Roganstown Hotel in September 2014 and I can only say good things about the organisation, the staff and the hotel. When planning the reception nothing was a problem, and the wedding co-ordinator there was brilliant helping with tips and being flexible to all of our requests. On the day, they were quick to respond to any request and the service was excellent. All of our guests commented to us that their food was amazing too. We couldn't have hoped for a better evening!

From the moment you drive into Roganstown Hotel & Country Club you are struck by the glorious well maintained golf course. The quiet and peaceful surroundings make you feel like you have moved to the countryside when in reality you are only a short distance from the city centre.
The first time we walked into Roganstown we were greeted with a smile from a warm welcoming receptionist. Cassandra the Wedding and Events Manager, at Roganstown cannot do enough to help ease the stress of organising a wedding. Nothing is out of her remit. She was incredible to us to say the least.
Des, the Assistant Manager was so attentive to us on the day of our wedding. In fact, the proficient, warm, friendly way all the staff treated us and our guests will forever be etched in our memories. We had our Civil Ceremony followed by a Reception in Roganstown Hotel & Country Club. We cannot say enough positives about Roganstown. It is so picturesque inside and out. The Green Room is perfect for having the ceremony itself as we wanted a small intimate reception. Our main reception was held in McLoughlins Restaurant which was ideal for the number of guests we had. Cassandra their Wedding & Events manager, treated us as if she was a personal friend of ours making sure everything was perfect. She could not do enough, and nothing was a problem to her. Des the Assistant Manager was also extremely attentive on the day and made sure everything ran smoothly. In fact we cannot say enough as to how friendly all the staff were.
Our guests were all delighted with the venue and raving about the food. Some of our guests stayed there a few nights and were thrilled with the location and the food in particular. If you are looking for something slightly different than a registry office I would highly recommend Roganstown. What makes Roganstown stand out from other hotels is the location, food and the staff. The hotel staff couldn't do enough for us on the day! In the lead up to the day itself their wedding co-ordinator Cassandra was extremely helpful! All we had to do was tell her how and where we wanted everything that we were bringing in ourselves and she did it all!
We had decided to name our tables after Cadbury bars and Cassandra had them printed up with a picture of the bars! I didn't even have to ask her to do that!

We had a fantastic wedding day and Roganstown played a big part in this. The hotel looked really nice on the day, the bedrooms were really comfortable and the food was lovely, which many guests commented on. Another big plus was having the bar in the reception room, which meant the guests all stayed together. The service we recieved was brilliant and we would have no hesitation in recommending Roganstown.
