Massive thank you to everyone at Segrave Barns for making our dream wedding a reality. Every member of staff couldn't do enough for us. Not only did we have the best weekend but our guests loved every minute of it too.
A very special venue that will always have a special place in our hearts.
Hopefully we return as a guest one day!

When we got engaged this was the first place we wanted to view and see if it was a match for our big day - when we went to meet Eugene and John and view the venue we didn?t even bother looking anywhere else and we couldn?t have chosen a better place.

Eugene and John were both so helpful and every me ever of staff on our day were so accommodating and so friendly and our guests were singing their praises.

This place is absolutely fabulous and there is surprises all throughout the day. We couldn?t recommend this venue more to people who ask us.

The attention to detail and beautiful spaces made it a wedding experience better than any I have ever attended.

We got married in July at Segrave and words can't describe this venue and all the staff, so professional, but so friendly and fun!
We had the best day of our lives there and this is a credit to this beautiful venue and all the staff. Everything runs like clockwork but in the least stressful way ever, we didn't have to worry about a thing.
I would choose Segrave everytime without hesitation.

Segrave Barns as a venue could not have been more perfect for our day. The beautiful setting and options for indoor or outdoor ceremony meant that the Irish weather was never a worry for us. From our first visit John and Eugene were happy to guide us and answer any questions we had - they were also just lovely, friendly people. They made us feel relaxed. Arriving the day before gave us a chance to settle in, we felt at home and were able to explore and become familiar with the grounds. We met John for a quick run through of the day to ensure we did not forget anything.
Getting ready in Ashtree Barn was like a dream. The amount of space was more than enough for the whole family to enjoy breakfast and still feel involved in the hair and make up party. The amount of light in the room created a lovely, fresh atmosphere and allowed for amazing prep photos.
The staff were fantastic in guiding the bridal party to the forest for the ceremony and being greeted after with a glass of bubbly was such a nice touch. From entering the forest ceremony, to the ease of the reception, the fantastic relaxed area for speeches and being serenaded by the singing chef - it was, for us, the most amazing day and we could not have asked for more out of Segrave Barns. They gave us the day of our dreams.

John and Eugene, along with joe and Jeff and all the rest of the staff made sure we had the most perfect day we could imagine! Nothing was too much trouble and we did not want to leave! Every guest has said to us how amazing the venue and staff were. Highly recommend!!!!!!

We could not recommend Segrave Barns enough. The grounds are stunning & the barns are decorated beautifully. John & Eugene were amazing leading up to and on our big day & were always responsive with any questions or queries we had. They also gave us recommendations on suppliers, which we took their advice on & they were spot on. We chose one of their recommended caterers & the food was amazing on both day 1 & 2 - we got a lot of compliments from our guests. John, Eugene & their amazing staff really go above & beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. They really made us feel at ease leading up to & during our wedding. We stayed there for the weekend and it is a such a chilled environment.
We cannot thank them enough for such an amazing day/weekend!

This was the only venue we were ever going to get married at. I cannot rate it highly enough - there are not enough words to explain how amazing the people who own and run Segrave are. The venue itself is stunning, the attention to detail is other level and so much is done to make your life easy. I wasn't great at planning all the extra bits like table decorations and flowers and they helped me with it all. Their advice was as good as having a full planner. The day ran so smoothly and they became part of our day. My family are still talking about the venue. We cannot wait to go back as guests for a wedding (and if I could do it all over again I certainly would!!)

We could not recommend Segrave highly enough. From the minute we viewed it we fell in love with the rustic venue. John and Eugene made us feel so welcomed and could not do enough for us. All our guests were in awe of Segrave and will still speak about it on occasion. Its not your run of the mill wedding venue, its so so much more! The views, facilities, the hospitality you receive from start to finish. We?d do it all again if we could.

I was here for my cousins wedding in June 2019. Without a doubt, it was the most magical day with all the family. I stayed in a pod and they were very comfortable, cosy and great value for money. The staff were second to none and nothing was to much trouble for them. Food was top class .I really hope to return here soon.

We wish we could give Segrave more than 5 stars! From the moment we attended our first opera on the lawn we knew this was the only wedding venue for us. Eugene & John took our request on board and the most magical venue expanded to inclued the newly built Willow Barn. it was absolutely beyond anything we could have envisioned. This is a 5 star venue but deserves so much more. Thank you to team Segrave for making our wedding day perfect in every way.
