We had our Wedding in the Sheraton in August, Raj was brilliant to deal with and so helpful. We didn?t have to worry about anything on the day it all went so smoothly, place looked gorgeous Decorated beautifully,Food and drink was amazing 5star. I couldn?t recommend it enough .

We had our wedding reception 18th May in the sheraton and from the moment we entered the hotel they made us feel like royalty. Everyone from Floor staff to managers and wedding co-ordinators were unbelievable. Big shout out to raj our wedding co-ordinator he was amazing and made every part of our planning run so smoothly, we had zero worries with him. Also garrath and orla. Every time we pass the hotel we have all the lovely memories of our special day. Sheraton really brings the glam factor to your wedding reception such a fab ballroom????

I would really recommend picking The Sheraton Athlone Hotel for a wedding. I can not emphasis enough how much we enjoyed our day and the quality of service we received from all the Wedding team. Our Wedding liason Raj was just amazing, he was so helpful, easy going and just so easy to deal with. On the day he made sure everything was perfect. All the guests at our wedding were even commenting on how amazing and lovely he was. The food was delicious and the rooms are fab also. We had the best day of our lives and were so happy we chose The Sheraton Athlone for our wedding.

Spectacular is one of the many words we can use to suggest how wonderful The Sheraton Hotel Athlone is. We will be forever grateful for how magnificent they made our wedding day/weekend. The attention to detail was exceptional and nothing was ever too much of an ask and that?s coming from a very demanding (happy) groom but they outdid themselves in communication/ recommendations and always putting us at ease. Our guests were so complimentary about the atmosphere and ambience of the hotel and each and Every staff member from all depts treated our guests like royalty. Our hotel wedding team of Richard,Aoife, Erica, Anne/Marie, Garreth along with reception, housekeeping, kitchen, bar and banqueting went above and beyond our expectations and our suppliers were so happy with the ease of the venue and assistance given to them. This Hotel and it?s staff are truly remarkable and will hold a very special place in our hearts for the rest of our lives. We cannot thank them enough for the experience they gave us and our loved ones.

We want to say a huge thank you to the Sheraton team. Aoife, Alex, Gareth Eirica and Gracie in reservations and all the staff. You all work so great as a team and really go out of your way for your guests.
You were all so kind and helpful throughout our whole wedding planning process you put us at ease and made sure we knew you were all available at any time to answer and solve any worry we might have had.
You all gave us the time of our lives from start to finish. The food was exquisite. It tasted every bit as good as it looked!!!

I can?t recommend the Sheraton more . We got married in August and the staff went above and beyond. The food everyone is still talking about it was amazing and so much of it ! The hotel is absolutely fabulous, modern and elegant plenty of photo opportunity?s inside and in the amazing bridal suite . Garrett , Alex and aoife put 110% into our day we knew we were in good hands . We really didn?t worry about the reception at all , we had stayed over a few times before and rooms are lovely . We had a meal tasting before even booking and the food is second to none .. as it is every time we ate there . The staff really do shine through , always there to help nothing to big of small . The attention to detail the while day was exactly what we expected as for 11 months they had been so helpful .
I can?t thank the Sheraton staff for all they did . Amazing hotel , food and most importantly people . I would recommend every time , a friend of mine is getting married there next year and I?m delighted she took my advice she?s in great hands .

What can we say and where would we start...
We had a absolutely fantastic wedding day in the beautiful Sheraton Athlone Hotel. Everything from the first day we decided to have our wedding in the hotel down to the months & days leading up to the wedding was just top class. The staff were so helpful and professional and made you feel very special. The wedding team especially were just fabulous, they could not do enough to help and their attention to detail made you feel you were in good hands.
As for the food... everything was just fantastic and absolutely delicious!
We have got great feedback from all our guests everyone could not say enough positive things about the food and the hotel and the staff.
Words cant even describe how thankful we are to the Sheraton Athlone Hotel for the most wonderful and special day.
We would absolutely recommend the hotel to anyone who is thinking of getting married as well as any function or special occasion.

We had our wedding in the Sheraton Hotel in August 2014. Gavin and Pamela were very helpful and we could not praise them enough. Super hotel, fab location, lovely food, excellent staff and management. The Management and staff really stood out and were so helpful and just made the organizing so easy.

We had our wedding on 11th of July 2014 at the Sheraton Hotel Athlone and we were delighted with how the day went. Gavin was amazing to deal with from the moment we booked our wedding with the Sheraton. He was very professional yet had a lovely chilled personality which ensured everything ran smoothly in the run up to and on the wedding day.
They food was fabulous on the day and the waiting staff were excellent.
The bridal suite is a must see!
We recently stayed on our one year anniversary and were treated exactly the same way when we were getting married. All the staff were so friendly and its one of the highlights of staying in this hotel is its staff!
We also visited the spa and pool and both were fantastic!

Couldn't have asked for nicer staff in the run up to our wedding. Very professional and always there to answer any questions or suggestions weat have had. The day ran super smoothly and we were right at ease the while day knowing they knew what we wanted for our guests. Since our wedding we have been in the hotel a few times and the staff have remembered us and always treat us with the same warm welcome they did the first day. Will return here for many years to come.

This is by far the most superior hotel that we have ever had the wonderful pleasure of dealing with. The level of professionalism here is fantastic. We were truly spoiled as were our guests. All staff went above and beyond their call of duty to make us feel truly welcome and appreciated. We have since recommended to several friends who have booked their wedding there. This hotel is truly a gem in the heart of Ireland. Thank you so much for making everything just perfect and so seamless. Our guests still talk about the seamless dinner service and the fantastic food. Highly recommend to anyone.

We had a fantastic honeymoon and used the SPG points you gave us towards the Thailand leg of the trip. So thank you for that.

We had the most wonderful time from the moment we stepped into Sheraton Athlone doors until we left two day?s after our wedding ? we wished we stayed on for our honeymoon!!
Our experience here was wonderful everything we asked was done with the most professional and warm approach
Seamus & Johnny?s care and attention was second to none from our wedding tasting until the party we had on the day after our wedding in Sheraton Athlone.
All our guests complimented and raved about the wonderful food and service and the standard of the hotels accommodation.
Our Bridal Suite was magnificent the view from the surrounding area was an ideal photo opportunity
We would hand on heart recommend Sheraton Athlone Hotel - It was the best day of our lives.
The warm inviting atmosphere that the employees provide is fantastic so much so we will be back with our friends for a break in a few weeks
