For us choosing Springfort Hall as our wedding venue was one of the best and most meaningful decisions we made for our special day. We’re so glad we took my mother’s advice to visit, as she had fond memories from attending a family wedding there in the past. From day one it was a pleasure to deal with Springfort Hall. From our initial meeting with Marcella to the day of our wedding everything from start to finish was just phenomenal. Marcella is unbelievable at her job and she goes above and beyond to deliver an incredible service to the customers. Marcella was so professional, knowledgeable, experienced, warm, friendly, genuine, very approachable and detail orientated. It almost felt like she was a true friend by the end of it all. She was always at the end of the phone and so responsive with emails and texts throughout the whole planning process. You can really feel the care and attention that comes from Marcella and all at the hotel everything is so thoughtful and personal. Our whole day was truly an amazing experience. Everything from the hotel itself, the beautiful surroundings and the impeccable service. The room setup was beautiful and exactly how we envisioned it, the food was outstanding (people are still commenting and no doubt many of them will be back at the hotel for the food), the service throughout the day/night was flawless the staff went above & beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Everyone made our day one of the most magical and unforgettable days. We are so grateful to Marcella, and the entire hotel team for everything they did for us. We would like to sincerely thank Marcella, Michelle, Bridget, Brenda, Paul, the Restaurant/Bar/Kitchen/Cleaning staff and of course the amazing Chefs for making our day so perfect and magical, it was everything we dreamt of & more. Springfort Hall was the most perfect venue for our wedding, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.

From the gorgeous meal the night before with close friends & family to the calm, seamless atmosphere on the morning of the wedding, everything was handled with such care. We had a beautiful ceremony on-site and a drinks reception and speeches out in the garden.

Paul, Michelle, Bridget and the wider team were exceptional in the lead up to and on our wedding day. Nothing was too big to ask, and their reassurance made the build up and the day so enjoyable & stress free.

We heard great feedback from our guests about the gorgeous food and the service, especially given how well the team catered for our large wedding party (260 guests). Everything ran so smoothly and the meal was delicious.

We honestly have no faults and would highly recommend Springfort Hall as a wedding venue.

We got married at Springfort Hall on August 1st 2025 and we honestly could not have asked for a more perfect day. From the moment we first visited we knew it was the right place for us. There is such a warmth and charm to the venue that immediately makes you feel at home. Marcella and the staff were simply incredible throughout the entire journey, so accommodating and genuinely caring. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they made everything feel effortless on the day itself.

The food was absolutely outstanding. Our guests are still talking about it, especially the beef which was cooked to perfection. Every plate that left the kitchen was flawless and the service was just as exceptional. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt looked after from start to finish.

We got married in Springfort in July and can not recommend it highly enough. From the beginning we had the best experience dealing with Marcella and the team, they listened to all our needs and made the day so beautiful.
The service and attention to detail was exceptional on the day and through out our experience. We decided that we wanted our speeches done outside and before the sit down meal which was catered for with no issues, speaker and an area for us to do the speeches was provided. It mad the day so special as everyone got to listen to the speeches in a relaxed environment outside.
The food was exceptional with plenty of compliments from family and friends too.
We also had our day 2 in Springfort which was great for our guests to bring their children and they got to explore the lovely grounds. Day 2 was a great family day which is exactly what we hoped for.
Overall it was an amazing day and cannot recommend the venue enough, from the staff, to the food, to the accommodation and to the grounds.

We had our wedding here in July and it was absolutely the best day of our lives and we wish we could do it all again. The team at Springfort Hall go above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect. From the moment we booked our wedding date the service was outstanding with a special mention to Marcella our wedding planner whose professionalism is impeccable. No request was too big or too small.
We held the ceremony outside and it was just stunning on the lawn, we were blessed with a fabulous, hot, sunny day and the ceremony set up was beautiful and intimate. We did our photos on the grounds which are beautiful.
The drinks reception was also held outside. The set up and the atmosphere was just wonderful.We are still getting feedback from our guests on what an amazing day they all had, from the ceremony to the drinks reception to the dinner. The food was absolutely delicious with particular feedback on how good the beef was!!
The entire service from all the team at Springfort from the start to the end of the day was top class and everyone was so mannerly and helpful.
Another special mention to Michelle the banquet manager who overseen every detail on the day and ensured everything went smoothly, she was incredible.

We had our wedding at Springfort Hall and really enjoyed our day there. Paul was very nice to deal with and very helpful. He even worked a snow machine for me so I could have the pics I wanted on arrival! The day ran very smoothly and it was a beautiful setting with lovely Christmas decorations. Many people commented on how nice the food was and how there was so much food which is great to hear that people enjoyed the day. Couldn't have asked for a better experience really.

We got married in Springfort Hall, in August 2024. We had the best day of our lives. Looking back we had very little to do ourselves, as the team in Springfort were amazing To deal with down to the very small little bits. We fell in love with the venue years back and knew it was where we wanted our big day. The food is out of this world and people still talk about our meal. The wedding coordinators we had were angels, Marcella, Michelle and Paul take a bow. No question was left unanswered for us in the planning. The package deals they offer suits all different budgets. There was no pressure and no stress. All the staff down there are lovely i can't thank them enough. We decided on getting our pictures taken on the grounds there aswel so we never left the party. The team at Springfort Hall were incredibly dedicated to making sure that everything we dreamed about for our big day could happen. Marcella was our Wedding Coordinator and she was always very helpful and quick to reply to any questions we had, as well as being a friendly face to help ensure the planning was as stress-free as possible. Our guests were blown away by the natural beauty of the grounds, the gorgeous setting of the Banquet Room, and most of all the delicious food. Some of our guests who travelled from other countries are still talking about coming back to Ireland just to try the Springfort signature beef again!

The venue was beautiful. The manager Paul was incredibly helpful. From the very first meeting Paul was not only extremely professional but gave attention to detail plus was very caring. The staff worked extremely hard. Our guests have all commented on the service ,delicious food and the atmosphere of our special event. As a couple, and our family and friends we would absolutely recommend Springfort Hall not only for weddings but any other function.

We got married in Springfort Hall in May 2024. Paul and the team were so kind and helpful. They served delicious food and everything was perfectly presented. The room was able to be decorated to our taste and the staff helped out when needed. They stored our decorations in advance and helped us clear them out after. I must have sent 20 random emailing questioning different things and they always replied quickly and with a friendly attitude. The grounds are gorgeous and we have stunning photos.

We were lucky enough to have our Wedding Reception hear on New Year's Eve 2023. It was without a doubt the best day. This is all thanks to Marcella and her Team in Springfort Hall. From the moment we stepped inside the door and met Marcella, we knew this is where we wanted to share our special day. Marcella planned the day with us in mind and made us feel at ease throughout.

Her professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. Any request we had was never too much. The banqueting hall, all the team and the food are remarkable. We are living in Limerick with the Hotel only 40 minutes away which is so convenient.

Once you enter the gate you are in another world and don't want to leave. All our guests have been commenting on this since our special day. Thank you Marcella for your patience and making our day so special, we will never forget it. Also to Michelle who minded us all evening.

The hotel has only recently added some cabins to their accommodation suite. These were very popular with our guests and are a real home away from home.

From the moment we stepped into Springfort Hall we knew our wedding day would be amazing. Marcella is such an asset to this hotel, there aren't enough words to describe how fantastic she is! She goes above and beyond for you and does it with a smile on her face, I would say that whatever they are paying her, it's not enough as she really does so much more than her job description. Marcella is the reason we booked here and we will always be so grateful to her for making our wedding planning process so easy. Another special mention to Michelle who again deserves a pay rise, she was with us throughout the entire weekend and looked after us and our guests so well, at one stage the band were playing a dance song and Michelle took it upon herself to hand out all of our glowsticks to our guests as she thought it would be the perfect moment for them and it really was. They are both so brilliant at their jobs and really are made for hospitality. The whole team at Springfort Hall were so lovely, each staff member was so good to us and nothing was ever a problem. The food is also unreal here, if you're lucky enough to get married here you have to have the brie & the beef on your menu, you won't regret it! We are still getting text messages from our guests telling us that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding! We were so lucky to have our ceremony outside on the lawn which meant so much to us and we also hosted a BBQ the day after our wedding which was also unbelievable, again he food and service was brilliant. I never thought I would enjoy my wedding day as much as I did and that is down to the team at Springfort Hall, thank you all so much for everything!!

I have been delaying writing this review for quite a while, simply because I genuinely can not put in to words how wonderful Springfort Hall is. We had our ceremony, followed by reception at Springfort Hall and I wish we could do it all over again!
We were blown away by absolutely everything. Every single member of staff, the venue itself, the food... people are still talking about our wedding almost 12 months later! From start to finish, nothing was ever an issue, any queries or requests we had were dealt with with the utmost professionalism, expertise and kindess. I feel priviledged and grateful that we were able to have our wedding at Springfort Hall.
Marcella is truly one of a kind. Warm, kind, easy-going and professional. We knew we would book the venue for our wedding after our initial meeting with Marcella and we hadn't even looked at any other venues. We had our wedding on 3rd December 2022. From our first meeting with Marcella until we all checked out, we received amazing service. Nothing was too much. Friendly staff, beautiful venue and the food was excellent. We can't thank Marcella and staff enough for making our weekend so special!

Springfort Hall is the most beautiful venue for a wedding. Being from Mallow I knew straight away this is where I wanted to have my wedding. From day one Marcella was so helpful in going through everything with us. She was always at the end of the phone or email throughout the whole planning process and gave great advice to us. Marcella and all the staff at Springfort Hall, yhank you so much for all your help in the lead up to our wedding day. We knew from the moment we drove up the drive to Springfort Hall that we'd love to have our reception there and it did not disapoint, we loved the old traditional country vibe.
It was lovely to drive in on the day and see all our guests out on the lawn enjoying the drinks reception. The food was amazing, still when we meet people who were at the wedding they rave about how tasty and plentiful the food was.
All the staff went above and beyond for not just Daniel and myself but also all our guests between arranging taxis and even collecting some from the train station. We were all made feel so welcomed and at home.
The next day was so chilled and relaxed with no panic on us to leave the rooms, we were able to sit around the garden enjoy the sunshine and our last few guests.

When picking our wedding venue there were two things very important to us. We wanted to get married outside and we really wanted Restaurant standard in the food. We needed the staff to work with our vision and anybody whoever has the pleasure of having a meal in Springford hall knows the food is more than 5 star. The venue is more than a country house its a country home. The Location is so beautiful for the photos and the staff could not have looked after us or our Guests anymore. Hands down it was the best value for money and Quality for service in cork. All the staff made our wedding planning so much fun and nothing was a problem at all. If your looking for Professional but Relax venue Springford Hall has it all.

We got married in July 2022 and it was short notice only 3 months to Plano the whole wedding and the staff couldn't of been more helpful the day was amazing and they did everything they could to help me as much as they could we will be returning for our one year anniversary just to mark the occasion where we had our wedding celebrations the room was amazing looking after they put all my bits around and reasonable rate rooms we needed one four the baby sitter and four kids and they did everything they could to help on the day springfort hall is a great place to have yere wedding don't delay book today we where lucky enough they got a cancellation for the day we wanted thanks to everyone who works at springfort hall

We were so happy we chose Springfort Hall Hotel as our wedding venue. Marcella was so efficient with us from the beginning and she had so much advice for us about what is available with the packages and and how the day would run. She was responsive to all our emails and messages and really easy to get on with nothing was ever a bother and anything we wanted she accomadated. We found the staff really welcoming towards all our guests and the service was well done on the night. Since our wedding we have had multiple guests compliment the food from the night and were delighted with the choice available. We were able to take our photos on the beautiful grounds which was also an added bonus. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue for your day and we are looking forward to going back soon.

From the very start of our wedding journey Springfort Hall Hotel was an absolute dream to deal with. We got married on the 10th June 2022 and having my wedding with Springfort I struggled to relate to the cliche of weddings being stressful as Paul and his team took care of absolutely everything. The bridal party stayed the night before the wedding in the hotel and we were treated like royalty. Paul had organised rooms for the wedding party to stay and had the room set up in the morning for my make up artist and hair dresser. When it came to the day of the wedding Michelle wowed the room with introductions and stepped in to read best wishes from relatives abroad when it was too emotional for family to read them. Everyone from the wedding still talk about the dinner served especially the beef that went down as a favourite all round. I couldn't possibly explain how grateful we are to Springfort for everything. Having my wedding there was the easiest decision in the world and would highly recommend to anyone.

Marcella, Paul, Michelle and all the staff in Springfort couldn't have done more for us during the planning stages and on the day of our wedding. Due to uncertainty of the last 3 years around COVID-19 we had to reschedule our wedding twice and Marcella made the process very easy for us. She was always there at the other end of the phone to help and advise and was also a great friend! The venue itself and the food prepared and provided to our guests was top class. We had never been to a wedding ourselves in Springfort prior to our own big day but all anyone raved about when we mentioned our venue was the staff helpfulness and the beef!! We were particularly lucky with the weather on the day and this enabled us to have our drinks reception on the front lawn which meant that we really benefited from everything the beautiful grounds have to offer. Cannot recommend this place enough, from the minute we set our appointment to view their amazingly gorgeous banquet hall, we were treated like royalty. The staff are the most nicest friendliest people who are so obliging. I wish everyday we could re-live our wedding at Springfort Hall. There is not one thing I would change about our day, they took the stress out of everything for me & were there to help or answer any of the million questions I had. The day itself went so smoothly & I would not have been able to do it all without the help of Marcella & Michelle....they were amazing! Went above & beyond for me in every step of the way. Every single on of my guests commented on how nice the meal was at Springfort Hall (their beef especially is something else) & how nice the staff are, even the next day was so chilled. No one was rushed out of their rooms to check out so could take their time. I honestly wouldn't look any further than Springfort Hall if planning a wedding.

We had the best day for our Wedding in Springfort Hall! The food (omg - the deep fried brie and the beef), the service, the setting... All amazing! Couldn't have asked for a more perfect day, Marcella especially was so helpful, answering my every annoying little question in the build up and checked up on me the morning of the wedding, giving me an update on and seeing how we were getting on (we stayed the night before). Couldn't recommend them enough!

Paul and all the staff were all so kind, helpful, professional and flexible. Theyre really there to help you have the day you want and take a lot of organising pressure off you if thats what you need!

Marcella and the team at Springfort Hall were so accommodating for our wedding in April 2021 - nothing was too much?trouble, ours was a level 5 lockdown wedding so we had very limited numbers - from the moment we arrived, the team treated it like the day was as special for them as it was for us - they treated?all our guests with such lovely attention and our day was absolutely perfect, all thanks to the team there on the day.? The food was beautiful, the grounds made for some fabulous pictures, the'venue itself was absolutely stunning, each of the rooms are filled with such character, with gorgeous views over the gardens.? I couldn't recommend?the Springfort Hall team highly enough - any weddings hosted there are in very safe hands.

Got married in Springfort Hall HOURS after Covid restrictions came in and just before the first lockdown. We had 40 hours to alter the wedding to suit restrictions and Paul and all the staff at Springfort were superb with all the last minute changes that had to be made. Our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be and we totally relaxed knowing everything was in hand. The food was exceptional, the decor amazing and the staff went above and beyond. I literally have only huge praise for this venue and would recommend anyone to get married here!

The staff at Springfort Hall are worth the entrance fee alone. They were extremely helpful both in planning what we wanted in advance and also when delivering on the day.Their flexibility to accommodate every request is unheard of. Having spoken with other couples getting married in other venues most people we spoke to were amazed at how accommodating they were at Springfort Hall. The food is the best that we have ever had at a wedding venue and all of our guests commented the same thing to us afterwards. Marcella the wedding planner was a key reason for us going with the venue and we honestly couldn't have been happier with her and the venue on the day. They promised a lot and delivered it all. Overall you could not pass springfort Hall. The venue food staff went sbove and beyond. Great value for money. Paul and Amy could not have done anymore for us. The garden reception was magical. We will never forget it. Anything we asked wasnt a big deal and they made us feel so at home in this beautiful country house.

The staff at Springfort Hall were fantastic, Marcella, the wedding co-ordinator could not have been more helpful and obliging in the lead up and on the day. Everything ran smoothly, the food was delicious and they really made every effort to give us what we wanted. They provided a very relaxed setting on the day, and a very welcoming environment for all guests. Their flexibility was top class, I was a little fussy on a few details and my needs were always met, usually with a laugh or a joke with Marcella! I would not hesitate to recommend Springfort Hall., Thank you!

Springfort Hall Hotel is one of the best venues around. Marcella and the wedding team are fantastic at what they do. They make you feel like you're the only couple in the world getting married and they are so accommodating of every and any request. Marcella was always on hand to answer all my questions and treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism.

The venue itself is so homely and welcoming. We were lucky to have our drinks reception out on the front lawn and it was great. The food is AMAZING! From the minute we contacted Springfort Hall we knew we were in good hands. Both Paul and Marcella were so accommodating and friendly yet so professional. We knew we didn't need to go see any other venues and booked right there and then on our first visit. Springfort Hall had exactly the atmosphere and surroundings we were after- a private country house feel but without the extortionate cost! But the high quality food, excellent service and hardworking staff were what really sealed the deal. We didn't worry about a single thing on the day as the staff went above and beyond to look after us and our guests. So many of our guests were raving about the food, the wine, the staff, the banquet room, the atmosphere. We can't recommend Springfort Hall highly enough. We couldn't have asked for more!

Absolutely amazing service! Couldnt have asked for a better venue for our wedding!

I could not recommend them highly enough!!! Our original venue had to cancel on us 15 weeks prior to the wedding in a panic I emailed and rang I don't know how many places! Then Marcella rang me one evening and it all went from there! The fact we had only 14 weeks to prepare didn't phase her in the slightest! It was like ringing an old friend to have a chat anytime I needed something or needed some reassurance. Springfort Hall has a home from home feeling tbey arw all very very calm yet super organised. Our guests said it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to! The day went off so smoothly and the food was absolutely incredible! If I could I would do the whole day again the exact same from start to finish! They are truly incredible to work with!!

We had an absolute magical wedding in Springfort Hall in July. The whole day from start to finish was perfect and this was all down to the professionalism of the wedding planner, Marcella. I honestly cannot understand why people get married elsewhere! Everything from the beautiful hotel & gardens, the food, the wine & the hospitality we received was top class. Marcella and the team at Springfort Hall really couldn't have done enough for us, we were blown away by their hospitality. From the moment we arrived until the minute we left, nothing was too much bother. All of our guests commented on how incredible the food in particular was! A lot of our English guests couldn't get over the amount of choice and how hot and delicious all of the courses were. From the moment my dad and I came to visit last year, we knew we had found a really special place. Springfort Hall is so welcoming, homely, peaceful, and full of character.
You and your staff went above and beyond to give David and I the best wedding day possible. Nothing we suggested or asked for was too much trouble, from the blaas, to the fussball table, to my dad's favourite wine. We were able to put so many personal touches to the wedding, which made the day so memorable and meaningful. Thank you so much for decorating the venue so beautifully. Everything was perfect, from the table plan, to the shot glass arrangement, to our little trolls arranged on the tables.
The food was out of this world, and so many guests commented on how great it was. We also really appreciate you allowing us to serve some craft beers at the welcome reception and the limoncello after dinner.

From the moment we walked in the door on our first visit, to the time we left to go on honeymoon, the service was faultless. We had looked at other local venues, but the professionalism, friendliness and efficiency shown to us in Springfort Hall made it very easy to choose.
Marcella took us under her wing straight away. She is totally professional, calm under pressure, very friendly and great fun. We felt we could trust her straight away. Nothing was a hassle. Our every need and requirement was met. The staff were amazing, so much so, that at 4am on the night of our wedding one of the night staff took some of our friends to their B&B in her own car! Now that is service above and beyond!!
We didn't worry about a single thing leading up to our wedding or during the day of the wedding because we knew Marcella, Paul and the Springfort team had it all under control. This allowed us to relax and mingle with our guests instead of of worrying about anything, and we were able to really enjoy ourselves.
Even after the wedding when I had to contact Marcella because my Mother lost her own wedding ring at my wedding, Marcella pulled out all the stops with people looking for it, staying in touch and updating me. The wedding ring was found elsewhere. But I feel it is important to note that the after service was as good as all the other service.
To Marcella, Paul and all the gang at Springfort, you gave us a great day. All of our guests have commented in some way or another on the venue, the food and the warmth and friendliness of the staff at Springfort.

We had our wedding here on November 4th last and everything from start to finish was just perfect. Paul, Liz, and Marcella were so attentive, and no request was too big. Every email or telephone call was returned very quickly, and the welcome extended to us all had us feeling like we were in a friend's home rather than a hotel. The setting is wonderful - a beautiful country house, tree-lined drive. The food is second to none (try the Featherblade!). Every member of staff excelled. I couldn't find a single fault with our day.

Not only is Springfort Hall a beautiful location with great food, the staff here are amazing and helped to make the day really stress free. Paul and Liz offered great advice and support. They helped us with everything from lugging boxes into the venue to setting up the room and even putting together gift boxes for the kids. Nothing was too much trouble! We would highly recommend the venue and can't wait to visit again.

Pure perfection from start to finish. Springfort hall was absolutely amazing. We loved every minute of our wedding day from the champagne and red carpet reception to the yummy food in the residents bar. Every single detail was covered everything that we had asked of them they went over and above to do. We got married in Springfort Hall earlier this year, we had our Civil Ceremony there and our reception afterwards. I couldn't speak highly enough of the venue. It's a naturally beautiful venue full of character, combined with great staff, exceptional food and service, it really is top class. Paul and Kieran worked with us from the start to make sure everything was perfect on the day. They were incredibly flexible with the ability to have our drinks reception inside or outside weather depending. The room for our ceremony was beautifully laid out and again transformed in the evening for the reception.The food was absolutely delicious and the service excellent. All in all it was the perfect venue and would have no hesitation in recommending.

We had our Wedding in Springfort Hall this Summer and couldn't be happier with our choice. We looked at quite a number of venues and from the start Springfort stood out from the rest. The staff there, in particular Paul & Kieran were extremely helpful, flexible and thorough, always making us feel at ease. Attention to detail was second to none, from colour schemes to menu planning to drinks reception, everything was seamless. The venue itself is beautiful and has a more intimate feel than a lot of hotels we saw. The food was top class, so many of our guests commented on it. All in all I would really recommended Springfort Hall, it has character, excellent staff, beautiful food and we felt it was very good value!
