I always wanted my wedding to be a chance to show off my home county as most guests were not from Limerick. I can honestly say that the guests were so impressed with everything about the hotel. I still have guests talking about how nice the food, gardens and the rooms were!
It really stood out to us how professional and friendly each and every member of staff were.
This created a beautiful atmosphere in the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and really felt like VIPs all weekend. There was absolutely nothing I would have changed about our stay.

We booked with the Dunraven in early 2023 for our July 2024 wedding. Everything was just brilliant.
The hotel itself is gorgeous, the bridal suite is stunning and the grounds and gardens are fab too.
In the lead up to our wedding they were so helpful - nothing was a problem for them. Anything we asked for was arranged with ease. The ballroom itself is a great space and our 170 guests had plenty of room. The food is amazing also - their beef was a huge hit with all our guests!
Overall I would have to say that we were so happy we booked the Dunraven. I would love to do the whole day again and I wouldn't change a thing!

Just want to say a massive thank you for having our wedding in the Dunraven on Thursday 28th. Myself and Joe had an absolute ball. Everything from the food, service, rooms was top notch. So many guests were raving about the dinner and again the breakfast next morning. Thanks so much to you both, Casey and all the staff in the Dunraven for making 28th Dec 23 so special for us. We loved everything about your venue.

Louis and the team at The Dunraven were amazing ! They were very flexible with trying to organise the wedding from overseas and so accommodating to everything we asked for. All staff were friendly from reception,cleaners bar and servers. All guests complimented on how friendly and professional they were. The food was amazing and the offer of seconds went down very well for guests. We couldn't of asked for anything more from them and they made our wedding day even more special for us. The bridal suite and the suites for parents were beautiful and luxurious. We feel very lucky that we got married there! The grounds of the hotel are immaculate and the nearby park and village are great for photos. I would 100% recommend to have a wedding here and can't wait to go back for a meal when next in Ireland !

The standard of everything from our first viewing of the venue right through to weeks after the big day was top class. Nothing was too much trouble, responsiveness was excellent and overall attitude was very positive.
So many of our guests commented on how brilliant the staff were, they were so friendly, helpful and attentive. Got a lot of compliments on the food in particular the beef.
Hugh was a pleasure to deal with throughout and was so accommodating with our every request. Paul, Casey, Mariah and Denis were particularly helpful throughout our wedding journey. We can't wait to go back to stay.

Dunraven arms was the perfect wedding venue. Such a beautiful hotel. The staff went above and beyond for us, they were so generous with their time and all our wedding guests commented on how friendly everyone was. We knew everyone by name by the time the weekend was over. The food was delicious, we found it so hard to decide on our menu as we loved all the dishes. With so much accomodation on site it was great we got to spend a lot of time with our guests many of whom travelled from Australia. The hotel's location is perfect, we all got to enjoy Adare village over the weekend. We highly recommend Dunraven Arms and we would like to thank all the staff, especially Hugh and Louis for an incredible weekend and wedding.

The Dunraven Arms was exceptional from the first time we set foot in the hotel up until our breakfast the morning after the wedding. During the build-up to the wedding the staff answered all our questions, no matter how outlandish the questions were. The meal tasting was a great evening out for us and our parents getting to taste excellent food (I would recommend going there hungry). As the day approached the hotel helped with everything from facilitating guests room requests, decorating the ballroom with our decorations as well as ensuring the big day would run smoothly no matter what the weather was like. The day itself was amazing. We still have guests complementing us on the venue and in particular the food (one guest said "it was the best mashed potatoes I have ever had", quite the statement for a nation built on potatoes). We were treated like royalty and didn't have to worried about anything on the day. The day couldn't have gone better. I would highly recommend the Dunraven to anyone planning there wedding. If we had the choice to redo it all again, the Dunraven would be the first item on our list.

From the very first moment we set foot in the Dunraven arms we knew we made the right choice. The hotel oozes charm, the staff and management are magnificent and no detail was overlooked. The support and professionalism of the team in the Dunraven ensured that the entire planning process was completely stress free. The venue, staff, food and facility were magical for the entire weekend, we couldn't have asked for more and this only added to make our wedding the most magical day for the both of us.

Honestly we couldn't recommend The Dunraven Arms enough! Hugh and all the team were outstanding on the day! All our guests were looked after in a VIP manner and plied with endless food and wine at our reception...everyone remarked on the amazing food and how staff asked if they wanted any more food as they cleared their plates! Our guests also remarked that the hotel rooms were second to none with comfy beds and beautiful furnishings, super spacious And clean...we absolutely loved our room it was beautiful!!! In the run up to the wedding Hugh was so helpful nothing was a problem, he was open to any ideas we had to make our day unique and special for the very first day. We were treated like VIP's anytime we visited the hotel to discuss our plans... Alex was also super helpful with the reservations, she answered any questions I had in super fast time and did everything she could to help and make everything on that side of things run smoothly, we really appreciated her help over the year with our planning. We also and a personal waiter for the top table who was outstanding and on the ball keeping an eye on everyone's glasses and plates to make sure everyone had enough...she even got a blanket for my 90 year old nan when her feet were getting cold! We really had the best day and are delighted with our choice of venue for our special day!!! Anyone considering the Dunraven Arms for their wedding...it's a no brainer if you want a top-class reception that will certainly WOW your guests and make you feel like stars on your special day! A million thanks to the Dunraven Arms and all the staff who worked very hard in making our day amazing! From start to finish Hugh and Louis were absolutely on the ball!! We visited a few hotels trying to find the one for us and the minute we met Hugh and got the run down we had zero doubts.
The staff are so professional yet so friendly it is refreshing.
The menu tasting was a fantastic experience and the food was top notch...which unbelieveably followed through exactly on the wedding day. It is famous for the beef and it was exceptional and the guests are still raving about it.
It was zero stress when it came to the hotel for the wedding-everything is looked after by the hotel with your input. The rooms are all good size and very comfortable. The honeymoon suite is amazing!!
The grounds of the hotel are stunning and the whole layout of the hotel makes its a perfect venue for a wedding.
The day just ran so so smoothly and lots of our guests commented on the service on the day as being fantastic..we had 210 guests at our reception and it was very comfortable with space for more tables if needed.
I couldnt recommend the Dunraven Arms highly enough.
The staff are the best I have ever seen in any hotel, the atmosphere is great, the food is top quality, the grounds are beautiful and lastly the attention you get from Hugh and Louis organising the big day is the cherry on top. If its in your considerations go for it..you wont regret it from the minute you see it!!!

There are no words to describe the service the Dunraven Arms provided to us on our wedding day in June.
They literally took care of everything. The food, atmosphere and ambience in the hotel is perfection. We can't thank Louis and Hugh enough for their attention to detail on the day and look forward to visiting again on our anniversary next year. We had our wedding at the Dunraven Arms Hotel in June 2019. The venue is in a fantastic location in the village with great photo opportunities. Louis and Hugh Murphy were a dream to deal with and along with rest of the team at the Dunraven Hotel they went above and beyond with everything and made it all the more special and unique for us. Everything from start to finish was to the highest of standards and everyone who attended the wedding is still commenting on how good the food and hotel was. The Bridal suite is a dream and place to escape as well and only a visit to the hotel will justify the comments. For us it was a stand out Wedding Venue and can not recommend it enough everything was Top class including the BBQ the next day.

Our wedding was held at the Dunraven Arms in April 2019. The venue is positively stunning. The wedding funtion room was laid out to a very high standard and the view onto the gardens is beautiful. All of the staff went above and beyond on the day of the wedding. They were courteous, friendly and professional. The food was absolutely beautiful and my guests are still commenting on it. Hugh and Louis Murphy were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. No question or query was too much for them and they went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. The bridal suite is fabulous, I would strongly advise a trip to the Dunraven to see it as anything I say here will not do it justice. The wedding package is also very competitively priced. I have great memories of my wedding day at the Dunraven Arms Hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional wedding venue.

Overall excellent service from management to waiting staff. Hugh was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating - nothing was too much trouble (special dietary requests etc.)
We were lucky to have a sunny day so got to make use of the garden area for drinks reception, which was great. The bridal suite was amazing and all our guests were very impressed with their rooms and the hotel in general. Quality of the meal and the speed at which it was served was fantastic, couldn't have asked for better. The hotel is in a great location in the village - great photo opportunities nearby and nice walks for the day after. Would highly recommend.

So much to say about the Dunraven Arms hotel! The quality of the food, rooms, decor and service was beyond our expectations.
The staff are amazing, the most genuine and helpful staff and their experience shone throughout our day. So many of our guests commented on how nice and professional the staff were.
I wish I could do it all over again in the Dunraven Arms! Really looking forward to visiting again soon. It deserves every reward!!!!

From the first meeting with The Dunraven Arms Hotel before booking it for our Wedding Venue I can honestly say I had the utmost confidence and trust in them to deliver the wedding day I dreamed of. No matter how great or small my request were the Dunraven Arms Hotel delivered. Couldn't praise this hotel and it's staff enough. Staff are highly experienced and friendly and the comfort of the hotel was exceptional. Several of my wedding guests have since booked weekends away at the Dunraven for future breaks and occasions after experiencing it for the first time at our Wedding. As for the quality of food, it is exceptional and in my opinion 5 star. Our guests still talk about the infamous beef and wonderful breakfast. I would highly recommend visiting this hotel and consider it as that special venue for your wedding day.

We would highly recommend The Dunraven Arms Hotel as a wedding venue. We both fell in love with this beautiful hotel the day we came to view it and from the moment we met Louis we knew we would be in safe hands. Louis, Hugh and the team were amazing to deal with. They did everything they could to ensure our wedding day went smoothly.
The weather on the day of our wedding was fantastic and our guests were able to go outside to the beautiful garden for the drinks reception. The food was absolutely amazing and so many of our guests commented on how amazing it was, especially the beef. All of the staff were so professional and kind to our guests and nothing was too much trouble. There is a lovely atmosphere in this hotel and this is down to the great management and staff. We couldn't recommend this hotel enough as a wedding venue.

The staff of the hotel are cut from the same cloth, and this results in a really relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The function room isn't a function room in the modern, square room with no windows sense, but rather a large living room capable of seating 240 or so people in comfort. It was exactly what we were looking for.
The food is exceptional. Embrace the tasting before the wedding. You won't regret it.

Our wedding at the Dunraven Arms was without a doubt the best day of our lives. Louis was a gent to deal with and no reasonable requests we posed to him were ever too much. We chose the Dunraven due to its reputation for good food. On the night the food was amazing and everyone agreed on this. People constantly commented also on the amount of drink which was flowing at our wedding and this did not exceed the agreed package. The staff were friendly and experienced and treated all our guests with respect we expected. The venue itself has an old world charm which is one of the reasons we chose to get married here. The winter fires gave the place a homely feel. We were also impressed with the presentation of the room on the night. Alan's wedding hire provided beautiful warming fairy lights for the windows. Grace events did some decor on the tables which we also thought was lovely. The chairs were pretty too and we opted not to cover them with seat covers. We preferred this look.

We had an amazing time at the dunraven arms for our wedding. There isn't one bad thing I could say. They looked after us so well, as well as our guests. The staff was so attentive and lovely. All our guest complimented the food, it was delicious, everyone's plates were empty with people looking for more, the staff kept the wine flowing at dinner and no one was left without. The rooms in the hotel were exceptional so comfortable and cosy. I would definitely recommend anyone to get married at the dunraven arms. They run an exceptional show!!!!

The food on the day was phenomenal and was a stand out part of the day for a lot of our guests. The staff were the most genuinely helpful and considerate I have ever come across. There was nothing that couldn't be done and always with a warm smile. We had a number of children as part of our wedding group and they were perfectly understanding of the energy 10 children under the age I?d 12 can bring :-)
The rooms were finished to a very high standard and very spacious, comfortable and clean. The four poster beds added another level of luxury.
I have no hesitation recommending the Dunraven Arms to anyone who is considering having their reception here.

We couldn't have been happier with our wedding in the Dunraven Arms from start to finish. Louis and Hugh were very helpful with anything we needed along with all staff members who made our wedding day hassle free. From our meal tasting to the wedding meal the food was second to none and so many guests complimented the quality of the food and also both wines we had on the day.

We had the most amazing experience from start to finish with the Dunraven Arms Hotel. We first considered the hotel because we had heard of their excellent reputation for food and for service, and both were second to none in our experience. We were really well looked after throughout by Hugh, but also any other staff member we came across along the way. Everyone was so kind any time we had a question or when we dropped in at any time before the wedding. They even happily let us practice our first dance in the ballroom several times before the wedding! From talking to the staff, it's clear that they are valued and happy and they pass this good feeling along to their guests.
On the day the attention to detail was incredible. We had our humanist ceremony on site, and it's a really nice touch that this takes place in a different room to the rest of the day. The bar and conservatory area are private for the drinks reception, and these rooms offer plenty of space for some of the guests to sit down if they find this too long to be on their feet. The meal, as always at Dunraven, was delicious and many guests commented on this, as well as the wonderful rooms and service for those who stayed at the hotel.
The Dunraven became a really special place for us as soon as we had chosen it, and I know it will continue to be somewhere we love to go back and remember our wedding day.

I would highly recommend the Dunraven Arms. We fell in love with this beautiful venue the day we came to view it, but what really makes this hotel extra special was the exceptional staff. Right through out the planning, and most especially on the day itself, the staff were professional, kind, thoughtful and always went the extra mile to facilitate us.
All of our guests were wowed by the fantastic food and the setting. Those who stayed the night loved the comfortable rooms and amazing breakfast.
We had such an incredible wedding day and the hotel was a huge part of that. I would advise anyone getting married to head straight to the Dunraven Arms. You won't be disappointed!!

Our wedding day at the Dunraven Arms was simply everything we had hoped for and more.We had a humanist ceremony in the conference centre, followed by a stunning drinks reception in the garden, dinner followed in the hotel with dancing in to the wee hours.
The hotel and staff were just out on their own, from the attentiveness of waiters/waitresses to the absolutely delicious meal from start to finish. Absolutely everybody commented on the hotel and how impressed they were with everything, staff, food, bedrooms etc. We really felt like we had the hotel to ourselves on the day.
John was fantastic in looking after us from the moment we arrived until we sat down for our meal and Julie was also exceptional in looking after us throughout the meal and in the run up to the wedding. Louis and Hugh were also fantastic wedding co ordinators and no request was too much.
We couldn't have imagined a better day and would say if you are thinking of holding your wedding here, just do it. Don't hesitate. You will not be sorry!!!

Don't know where to start, Hugh and the hotel were a constant support throughout our planning process and on the day they exceeded their reputation! We got married in august this year. Hugh dealt with our wedding. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They worked around our schedule and made themselves available when we needed anything during the organising stage of our wedding. On the day, all our guests raved about the food and service. We couldnt complement Julie and her team enough!

Obviously your wedding day is the happiest day of your life but there are so many things and people that help and support you to make the day so special. We recently had our wedding at The Dunraven Arms hotel and people are still telling us how wonderful a location it was. Louis and Hugh were fantastic throughout the whole process and such a calming influence. I became one of those I'll write an email every time I have a question type of brides which I'm sure was not exactly delightful for them but they answered every single question and promptly. Fiona in the reservations office was brilliant and sorted all our accommodation needs expertly. The food was fabulous, the venue was stunning with such a relaxed and happy atmosphere and everyone had a ball. Julie looked after the top table like we were her own family and was an absolute joy. I could not recommend this venue highly enough :-)

If I could give 6 stars for service, I would. Family run hotel that are incredibly attentative, no detail was overlooked. The food here is second to none, the wine flowed and all of our guests gave us glowing reviews. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Dunraven Arms.

Everyone at the Dunraven Arms Hotel, from the moment we first stopped in to inquire about their wedding packages, and throughout the planning process and especially our wedding week, were unbelievably welcoming, flexible, helpful and just all around amazing. Last-minute rain forced a change of location for the ceremony from the beautiful garden to an indoor location, and it was handled flawlessly. So many of our guests have told us on multiple locations that it was the best wedding they've ever been to. We, without a doubt, feel the same way! Thank you to Louis, and to everyone else who made our wedding everything we could have ever hoped for!

You won't have to worry about anything! The incredible team at the Dunraven Arms Hotel anticipated all of our needs, and provided us a stress-free experience. Our guests were beyond comfortable and more importantly my groom and I were too! My husband and I planned our big day from the United States, and the Dunraven Arms Hotel was always responsive and helpful with whatever questions we had throughout the planning process. They delivered the most magical day for us. The food was incredible, the venue clean and beautiful, and the impeccable staff did not disappoint. We highly recommend the Dunraven Arms Hotel.

We were married on 24 May 2017. Louis and his team in the Dunraven Arms could not have looked after us and our guests any better. Louis met with us whenever we wished. Everything was explained and any detail that we didn't think of was taken care of by Louis. The food was amazing, the bridal suite superb and the venue stunning. This is a four star hotel delivering a five star service.

We had the best possible experience you could imagine for your wedding day - I loved working with Louis he was so relaxed and literally let me do whatever I asked! Julie was a god send and all the bits and pieces I left the night before we're laid out exactly how I imagined! People still comment on the service at the wedding and the quality of food 5 months later - I'm so delighted we chose to have our wedding here. We met Louis just before moving to Australia and instantly knew we would get married in Dunraven Arms. They have only two weddings a week, one per day and they really understand what weddings are all about. They were amazingly flexible, and nothing was too much trouble. Being across the world and organising the details closer to the time was effortless; immediate reply to all emails, any issues/queries I had were sorted immediately. They also provided some great advice which helped us a lot with planning in general.
They have an amazing bridal suite which is tailored to the wedding day which I haven't seen in other venues.
On the day, attention to detail was impeccable, everything flowed as it should and the food was incredible! We had their signature beef which is carved in front of the guests and it lived up to expectation. Everyone's glasses were always full. Photos were so easy with the church next door, beautiful park opposite and cute drawing rooms and staircases in hotel itself.

We couldn't recommend The Dunraven more:) Louis, Hugh & their team were amazing to deal with & did everything they could to ensure the day went smoothly. We planned our wedding from Australia but were able to meet with Louis just over a year beforehand. From the moment we met him we knew we were in safe hands. In the months leading up to the wedding we contacted him a few times about various ideas we had & questions we wanted to ask & he was always so great to get back to us & made the whole planning process so easy. The food on the day was amazing & so many of our guests commented on how great it was afterwards especially the beef. The weather on the day of our wedding was fantastic & guests were able to go outside for the drinks reception. The ballroom is such a beautiful room & fitted our 180 guests with ease. The bridal suite is gorgeous & even has a special room for bridal parties to have their hair & make-up done before the wedding. There is a lovely atmosphere all over the hotel & this is down to the great management & staff. We couldn't have picked a better venue:)

From the moment we met Louis it was utter professionalism, enthusiasm and the want to ensure he would have a satisfied customer. We could not fault any aspect of the venue, from initial meeting to walking away the day after our wedding. Dinner tasting evening was fantastic, the range of food that was available for menu was superb not to mention the quality. All people really want on the day of a wedding is great food and great music & you can be sure Louis delivered on the quality of food to the fantastic service on the day. There was no hanging around as I had requested.
We would do it all over again with the team in the Dunraven. It's a pure credit to Louis and you can see it is a family run business which supports the atmosphere in hotel.

We had visited several venues in Munster before finding the Dunraven and as soon as we visited and met with Louis and the team, we knew it was the right venue for us. Dunraven Arms Hotel was the perfect venue for our Christmas wedding this year. It was the most wonderful day and every one of our needs and requests were catered for. Once we booked the hotel, Louis and the team in Dunraven Arms organised everything for us and made the entire planning so so easy. Dunraven Arms is without a doubt the most professional hospitality establishment I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The staff are excellent, the prosecco was flowing and the festive atmosphere was at its best. Moreover, the food was mouth watering and delicious. Our guests were talking about the meal for months afterwards. Donald and I enjoyed every minute of our wedding day. I would recommend Dunraven Arms Hotel as one of the top wedding venues in Ireland and I have been to alot of weddings over the years all over this country. We found the entire team in Dunraven a pleasure to deal with, in particular Louis, Hugh and Fiona whose insights and knowledge really helped us in the lead up to the big day.
The food and service in the function room was outstanding and the general atmosphere was relaxed and fun which is what we had wanted.

This customer service is even more evident in all your staff members who we got to know really well. They were all so nice, helpful and professional not just to us but to everyone they encountered.
A special mention to Casey who met Anne Marie on the Thursday/Friday before the wedding and helped her with bringing in sweet carts etc, this act of kindness and helpfulness was so appreciated. She even took the time to sit down with us both on Sunday and chat to us about how things went the night before and if there was anything that could be done for Day 2.
On the day of the wedding Mariah was so professional and no question or request fazed her, she was excellent in all areas. with such a high attention to detail.
Your probably tired of hearing this but the food was as always to the highest standard, the biggest question I had was if you could replicate the same standard on the wedding day as we had at the meal tasting and of course I should not have even contemplated that it would be anything less. Everyone enjoyed the meal and had great reviews of the offering. Massive thaks to your kitchen staff and all the teams involved in preparing and cooking the meals.
Speaking to people who stayed in the hotel as part of the wedding they were impressed with the quality of the rooms offered.
For us both we wanted our wedding to not just be about us but a way for family and friends to come and enjoy themselves and for them to head home be that after an hour or 2 days and say that they had a great time.
You and your team helped us achieve this goal and for that we are so thankful.
We would have no issues with recommending the Dunraven Hotel to everyone for their wedding and while we will definitely be back for our first-year anniversary have no doubt that you will see us and our family/friends visit numerous times before then.
