Hi Nessa

Well where do I begin to tell you how extraordinary our wedding was?

I'll start with the first hurdle, considering that we live in the UK and had to organise our wedding via email was a daunting task. You were absolutely fantastic and got back to us asap with any query no matter how big or small. To describe what our vision was without speaking face to face, you and your team done better than we ever expected. We knew it would be good but you never told us it would be exceptional.

Throughout the whole day and weeks leading up to the wedding, you really listened to us and offered us advice (in which you were right of course!) and went out of your way to do everything we asked for and so much more.

The staff were phenomenal and so helpful and professional, we didn't have to worry about a single thing. The reception was so beautiful and intimate. The atmosphere was perfect, not only we but our guests were blown away. The food was sensationally and everybody commented on the roast beef, in fact my parents are still talking about it!

I want to give a special mention to our beautician Carla. She was unbelievable and is truly gifted. She really listened to what look I was trying to achieve. She made the bridesmaids and myself forget about the stressful time. It was so nice to just chill out and let her do her thing with such ease and comfort. She is a real diamond.

And saving the best for last...
Nessa, we cannot thank you enough for all your hard work, organising, chopping and changing, then changing back again. You were such a friendly face/emailer in a very stressful period in anyone's life. From the sublime to the ridiculous, you were there. You and your staff were like swans, look elegant and graceful on top but we knew you were all paddling like crazy underneath to ensure we had the best day of our lives.

To say you delivered would be an understatement.

Thank you to you/the night manager and all your staff for giving us a spectacular weekend.

Myself and my now husband got married in the Royal Hotel on the 14th of July and it was perfect, after being in constant contact with the staff especially Nessa for the previous 18 months we found that we built up a relationship with all personal of the hotel. The build-up to the day was great we had family staying in there from Liverpool, Manchester and all over Ireland who all had food in the bar and restaurant, it was so good there all coming back!!
The wedding day........well the staff esp. Nessa, Richard and Mrs O Connor were out of this world also including the waiting staff because everything was timed to perfection, not to mention the chefs and kitchen staff ....the food was amazing and our guests are still talking about it .The bar staff were great so patient with so many guests. If anyone wants to or is thinking off getting married in the Royal then our advice is 100% go for it.
Once you walk in the doors on your wedding day in the Royal Hotel you have nothing to worry about as all the staff have everything under control. You can't buy that!!!! it's a nice feeling .
