I'd just like to take the opportunity to thanks the Wineport for making our wedding day and weekend so special. Right from our first meeting with Celine and viewing of the beautiful venue we were left with little doubt that this was the place for us. Celine made us feel so at ease and everything we requested both in the run up to the wedding and on the weekend itself was done with the minimum of fuss and nothing was too we requested was any trouble for the staff at the Wineport to organize for us.
Our night at the food tasting was also a highlight when we had the opportunity to sample several of the fantastic dishes that the Wineport had to offer. Even though the Wineport is well known for it's food the standard of every dish delivered that night really was excellent and it is a testament to the quality that we had such a tough time deciding on what to serve.
The venue itself really is in a stunning lakeside setting and we were blessed on our big day that the weather also matched stunning setting and all of our guests were incredibly complementary of the grounds and the views.
The room itself was really beautiful on the day with all the tables having a stunning view of the sunset during their meal. The quality of the food on the big day really was exceptional and we lost count of the number of of compliments that we received telling us that it was one of the best meals people had ever had and easily the best wedding food that people had tasted. Again compliments to all the staff here as they served the food with brilliant efficiency and were very professional and helpful during the whole day.
Another highlight was also the rooms at the Wineport. They really are all stunning rooms, each with a beautiful view of the lake and breakfast again was a reminder of the quality of the food available at the Wineport.
Overall one thing that the Wineport really has is an incredibly relaxed atmosphere throughout and the fact that we had the place to yourself for the majority of the weekend (And exclusively on the wedding day) really made everyone feel completely at home and this fact was one of the best parts of the whole experience.
From the perspective of the bride and groom some of the little touches that were part of the weekend really made us feel extra special, from the stunning room itself to the champagne and flowers in the room and the amazing massages that we had before we left every little thing was taken care of in making it an unforgettable weekend.

Celine, we had the most amazing day and certainly a day we will never forget. I don't think I could have ever imagined how seamless the day could have gone and that was all down to you. Everything from the decorations, the food, the timings of everything was perfect. I think I surprised myself at how relaxed I was all day!
You are certainly a great asset to The Wineport and I would highly recommend you and The Wineport Lodge to anyway looking for a wedding venue.

We held our wedding reception at Wineport Lodge in June 2013, and we were absolutely thrilled with the service and support we received from beginning to end. Celine and all the staff at the hotel made us feel so special at all times, and their professionalism and standard of service really went above and beyond in everything they did, exceeding our great expectations and making our wedding weekend utterly memorable.
Our guests are still commenting on the beauty of the venue, the spectaular food and the service of the staff. Celine's support was warm and very much appreciated by us - she helped us organise the wedding of our dreams, in budget and in a short space of time. We got married at Wineport Lodge in January 2013 and can truly say it was an amazing day which surpassed our expectations in many ways.
Put simply, it was magic and that was due in no small part to the team at the Wineport who helped make us and our guests feel special.
The lodge, nestled on the banks of Lough Ree, is beautiful with stunning views across the lake. The accommodation is second to none and the food is magnificent. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Wineport for a wedding.

I just thought I would drop you a mail. We have been to a few weddings since our own and our eyes have been opened. Nowhere have we seen the level of service, the quality and the flexibility that the Wineport offered us. Of course, it was our wedding; we are going to be biased, but we honestly feel that none of the venues have come close to the professionalism that you and your team offer. Happy new year.

Both my wife Jean and I would like to extend our deepest thanks to you for making our wedding day so special. In fact not just the day form the moment we decided to deal with you about our special day you all were nothing but exceptionally helpful and accommodating form the very start. And im sure you enjoyed my wife's transition from (im not sure about that) to (oh yes that sounds fabulous) as amusing as I did.
Your advise and expertise that you kindly offered us, helped us shape the day which turned out to be a dream come true for us both. Despite the dull and damp weather (not your fault at all) on the day, your venue and staff helped brighten the whole day, we still have our guests talking about the wedding even now when we see them. The food was unbelievable and enjoyed by everyone and your management of the whole event was seamless.
The WinePort Lodge is an beautifully intimate location in stunning surroundings that leaves you feeling that it is nothing short of a magical place. The WinePort now has a place in our hearts and our lives for the foreseeable future(as often as we can visit). We very much look forward to visiting you again soon, and cannot thank you enough for making our day that every bit more special.
