We got this for the day after. I had booked it when I booked the ice-cream cart with Adare. I started to second guess things on the day and called them - I shouldn't have worried. They were all set-up and ready to carve when the guests arrived.
I am not a big meat eater, and I thought that I wouldn't enjoy this but that it would be nice for the guests. I was wrong there too, the meat was 'melt-in-your-mouth.' It was so tender.
At the end of the evening, the chef offered the groom the uneaten meat to take home (not that there was much remaining).
The chef and his assistant were great fun and professional. The guests really enjoyed this.

We booked Adare Farm to do a pig on a spit the day after our wedding, between family and friends we had about 80/90 on the day. It was a great success, everyone was catered for including veggie quiches for vegetarians. A great selection of yummy salads and sauces as well as wraps and baps. They come and set up about 2 hours before your chosen time and serve for another 2 hours, we especially liked that they carved up whatever was left over and left it in containers for people to feed themselves if they fancied a second helping later in the night. Easy, laid back and perfect for an after wedding party. Thanks a mil
