Beatrice Italy Weddings

We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator than Beatrice for our wedding day! From start to finish, she was incredibly organized and ensured that every detail was flawlessly executed. Beatrice’s warm and friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease, and her dedication to keeping everything on track was truly impressive. She managed all the moving parts seamlessly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our day.

Beatrice is, without a doubt, the reason our wedding turned out to be as magical as it was. From the very beginning, she showed incredible patience and understanding, truly listening to what we wanted and translating our vision into reality. 

Our wedding took place at Castel Brando in the Treviso area of northern Italy. It was the perfect choice for us as a destination wedding, offering privacy, breathtaking views, and on-site accommodations for our guests, which was so important to us since our loved ones traveled from various parts of Europe. Being from Croatia, we knew planning a wedding abroad would be challenging, but having Beatrice on our side made it not only manageable but genuinely enjoyable. Her understanding of the local culture, language, and traditions was invaluable and helped us create a day that truly felt like a perfect blend of our personalities and the Italian charm of the venue.

Beatrice’s attention to detail is unmatched—nothing escaped her keen eye, from the perfectly folded napkins to coordinating all the vendors to be on time. She somehow knew exactly what we needed, often before we did, and was there every step of the way to guide us with her expertise, calm demeanor, and warm support.

What truly sets Beatrice apart is her ability to connect with everyone around her. She wasn’t just there for us as a couple; she made herself available to our guests, ensuring everyone felt cared for and included. Many of our friends and family couldn’t stop raving about her warmth and professionalism, and it was so comforting to see how easily she won everyone over.

On the day of the wedding, Beatrice was the calm in the storm, resolving any hiccup so seamlessly that it didn’t cause a ripple.
Beatrice doesn’t just plan weddings, but creates experiences that reflect her clients’ personalities, and she does so with a grace and dedication that’s truly rare. I will forever be grateful for everything she did to make our day so unforgettable. Where do we even start when it comes to reviewing Beatrice. From our first phone call we absolutely knew we were in the best hands. Beatrice is exceptional at her job and her attention to detail is out of this world. She listened to our ideas and went above & beyond to make them a reality, nothing was ever too much trouble. Organising an Italian wedding whilst living in Australia would not have happened if we didn’t have Beatrice. Beatrice’s professionalism on our wedding day was next level, she was always 10steps and had everything organised before it was asked of which simply made our day run so smoothly and efficiently. We booked our wedding at Castello di Montignano in the height of covid. All of our friends and family thought we were mad to commit to such a huge decision without even seeing it first but we were honestly not worried at all. We had spent hours researching wedding venues online and had narrowed it down to a few in the Umbria area. Given that we couldn’t travel, we’d arranged Skype calls with the wedding venues we liked so they could give us a virtual tour. We were instantly blown away by the warmth and kindness that Beatrice and the owner of the castle, Giuseppe showed us. We just knew that this was the right place for us to get married.

The whole wedding planning process was an absolute breeze thanks to Beatrice, we always looked forward to our meetings with her on zoom. Nothing at all was ever too much trouble, even catering to a gluten free and vegan bride!!

Skip forward a few years and a postponed wedding date due to covid and it was finally time for us to get married. Where do I even begin?

The weather wasn’t on our side before our wedding. We’d had thunderstorms on the days leading up to it. I’m such a sun worshipper and had my heart set on getting married outside in the sunshine so the possibility of that not happening made me sad. Beatrice however remained optimistic at all times and actually sold me on the plan B option if it did happen to rain which I never thought would happen. Everything however turned out perfectly in the end and the sun came out just as our friends and family were arriving at the caste the day before.

Our wedding consisted of a 3 day celebration. On day 1 we hosted an aperitif dinner in the hortus garden of the castle which was absolutely beautiful. The setting was so romantic and the food was plentiful and so tasty!

Day 2 was our wedding day. The organisation of the day was so well thought out and that was all down to Beatrice and her wonderful team. From arranging different breakfast times to ensure that me and my husband didn’t bump into each other on the morning, gluten free and vegan croissants baked especially for me, a gorgeous lunch made up for us whilst we were getting ready… everything was just perfect! The set up of the ceremony and reception was just as I’d imagined, if not better. We had just celebrated my best friend’s wedding in England and had to set up everything for that the night before but that wasn’t at all the case for us.Beatrice took care of absolutely everything and the whole day ran like clockwork.

On day 3 we hosted a pizza pool party. We’d prepaid for cocktails to be served on this day and Beatrice helped us to come up with the idea of giving our guests drinks tokens to use on the day. These were a huge hit with our guests, there wasn’t one cocktail that the bar staff couldn’t make and if ever they were unsure about how to make one, they would look up how to do it and make it for us. Absolutely everything about the day.. the cocktails, the abundance of pizzas and other gorgeous food.. we were again just completely blown away by how much we got and more importantly the quality of everything.

The whole 3 days from start to finish were simply magical. Absolutely everything was carefully considered and thought of, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Beatrice knew exactly what our vision was and executed everything perfectly… better than we could have ever imagined. Our friends and family were blown away by the level of hospitality and warmth they received from all of the staff at the castle.

Beatrice is worth her weight in gold and I couldn’t recommend her services highly enough. Don’t hesitate to book… just do it, you will not regret it.

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of having Beatrice as our wedding planner for our dream Italian wedding.
