I was extremely happy with my decision to go with Bloomsday Florist for my wedding. Jesse is a perfectionist and has amazing taste. Nothing was forced on me and my personal style and preference was listened to and catered for. I couldn't have loved my bouquets more, they were so different and perfect for my theme. I absolutely loved my arch for my outside wedding, it made the ceremony. I made that decision quite close to the wedding and there was no issue. Jesse moved my flowers indoors to my reception after the ceremony which I loved as I got to see them all day and we got as much use out of them as possible. I couldn't recommend Jesse and Bloomsday Flowers more.

Jesse was confident and so enthusiastic throughout the whole process, from the initial face-to-face consultation to the day of the wedding, with a Zoom call a few weeks from the Wedding day for final decisions and arrangements.
Jesse’s passion for flowers and flower arranging shines through, with lots of ideas and suggestions, and able to tune into what we really wanted for day.
When there is so much to think and fret about, Jesse and her team take it all in hand, and managed everything with clear familiarity and finesse at the Wedding venue.
I was really touched when Jesse arrived on the day and we took a few moments with my mum to look at the bouquets together; and then the arrangements in the Ceremony room and dining hall, well what a Wow , just beautiful. We collected lots of the flowers and took them with us to our cottage in West Cork to continue to enjoy them for a few weeks after the Wedding weekend.

We are so thrilled that we booked Bloomsday Flowers for our wedding. Jesse was very organised and incredibly knowledgeable. She was honest about we would actually need for our venue and gave practical advice for re-using our ceremony flowers for the reception area. We have no doubt this helped reduce our costs and we really appreciated it.

We weren't very sure about what we wanted, we had a few photos and a vague colour scheme in mind. But Jesse created the most beautiful bouquets that far exceeded our expectations. We would happily recommend her for any wedding.

Where to begin...I wish I had any other excuse to work with Jesse and her team. I can not fault Bloomsday Flowers in anyway and the only issue I have is not being able to give them more than 5 stars. I love flowers and had a big list of flowers which I did and didn't want when I first met Jesse. Instead of saying yes to all my requests, she used her million examples to show where somethings would work and some wouldn't. She was so open to my ideas and likes and listened so well that she managed in all my sessions with her. She met me several times to answer my many questions and gave me such good ideas. The flowers on the day honestly couldn't have been better. I couldn't fault them in the slightest. I absolutely loved them and the first photo I framed after our wedding was one of my bouquet! The alter flowers were so elegant and the pew ends being moved and reused onto our candelabras at the reception was seamless. So many people commented on and praised our flowers. One thing I really appreciated was Jesse introducing me to pinterest to share my ideas with her. I pinned a load of bouquets i loved and then met her and pointed out particular flowers, berries, leaves etc. throughout and she absolutely hit the nail on the head with our flowers. I can't begin to say how fantastic Jesse was throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation up to the day itself Jesse was a complete breath of fresh air. Our flowers were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined and it was all down to Jesse's incredible talent. Jesse created the most beautiful flower arrangement and bouquets for my wedding day. They photographed so well and really gave our venue the wow factor. We got married outdoors in 28 degrees heat and our flowers still looked amazing at our day 2 venue. Nothing was too much hassle for Jesse she went above and beyond to make a vision a reality.

The flowers were a very important aspect of the wedding for me. I knew I wanted some colourful flowers but found it hard to get a clear vision. Jesse was so helpful during the whole process and had great recommendations. From the beginning I knew she would be the one for the perfect wedding flowers. During the process I added some extras, this was no problem for Jesse and all possible. When seeing the flowers on the day, it really made me emotional. They were just perfect! The bridal party, the venues and the cake looked amazing. They also lasted a while after the wedding so we could enjoy them even longer. Thank you Jesse.

Our flowers were my favourite thing about our wedding. So many guests commented on my bouquet in particular as it was so unique and stunning. With covid like many other couples Jesse and team were one of the first to reach out with a word of support to reschedule as restrictions were changing. Jesse and team kept in contact throughout the year and we were so lucky they were available to support us on our day.

Our wedding consultation was so easy, as the team had worked on a number of weddings in Cobh Cathedral and suggested arrangements to suit both our requests and our budget. They also supplied additional candle holders and arrangements which you can rent, which was amazing as it was one less thing to worry about.

We were also lucky that they offer a set up and hotel delivery and set up too, it was one less thing to worry on our day, as our flowers were collected, delivered and set up at our wedding venue in Kinsale.

From our initial meeting with Jesse we knew we were in great hands and would be getting a quality service. She was friendly and professional and made the whole thing very easy for us. She gave great advice to us who know nothing about flowers! She has worked at our venue Kilshane many times before so knew exactly what would suit for our ceremony. The flowers on the day were so beautiful, from the bouquets to the cake flowers, everything was just perfect. We even added a few extras just days before which was not a problem for Jesse. We couldn't have been happier with Bloomsday as our florist, highly highly recommend.

Jesse did the flowers for our wedding in August and we couldn't have been happier with them. Jesse was so flexible and really relaxed and the flowers were exactly what we wanted! We found Jesse so great to deal with. She went above and beyond for us and made the whole process really relaxed and enjoyable! We had rescheduled our wedding twice due to covid and Jesse was so accommodating and hugely helpful especially when we first had to reschedule three weeks before our wedding in April 2020 just when the pandemic started. We would definitely recommend Bloomsday florist to our friends for their weddings!

I had Bloomsday look after the flowers for our wedding in June 2021 & I couldn't recommend them enough! Jesse was very helpful to deal with, lots of ideas, very straight talking in terms of what would work and what would not. She asked me to send on some inspiration pics & from that she created exactly what I wanted - the most gorgeous bouquets, altar/candle arrangement, buttonholes and pew ends etc for our day. I put my trust in her completely and I wasn't disappointed! She and her team went over and above even when there were some last minute changes to the set up at the reception venue. We had loads of comments on the flowers! Very happy overall!!

We knew Jesse was a florist for our wedding the second we met Jesse for the consultation. She knew exactly what we envisioned for the day. Jesse picked out best flower and colour combination. On the day I was blown away by the flowers. My bouquets was just so breathtakingly beautiful that I managed to preserve a lot of it. Everyone was wowed by the flowers. One thing I regret is not getting more flowers from Jesse for the wedding and having flowers everywhere. :)

Bloomsday flowers did an amazing job at our wedding on 20 October 2018 in Garryvoe Hotel. The bouquets and arrangements were stunning! We met with Jesse twice before our wedding day and she was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. Being an Autumn wedding we wanted lots of autumnal colour and textures and Jesse gave us exactly that and more! All the arrangements from the bouquets, to the chair poseys and to the buttonholes were absolutely beautiful! On the day all the arrangements were perfectly laid out and Jesse went to great lengths to make sure everything was just right. We could not have asked for more beautiful flowers. Jesse and the Bloomsday team made our (more me than the husband) dreams come true. I wanted bright colours and flowers that would make people happy. Absolutely delivered on that and the amount of people I had come up to me saying how much they loved the flowers filled me with joy.
We live in London but that was absolutely no issue, they were so accommodating of us using Skype and when we were able to get over they made time for us.

We got married in November 2016 and I was a little worried that id be hugely restricted with what we could have but Jesse has such a creative eye and great ideas that what we ended up with was perfect for our day. Everyone commented on our beautiful the Eucalytus swags looked in the church and they loved how we re-used the pew ends wrapped around the candelabras in our venue. Another genius idea of Jesses.

My husband and I traveled from Alberta, Canada to beautiful Gougane Barra for our wedding in May 2016. Planning a wedding from a distance was a huge challenge, but working with Jesse was a breeze! She knew exactly what I envisioned, and coordinated the delivery out to Gougane Barra and everything. I was not stressed in the slightest! Great service! Stunning ????! They were fab, exactly what I wanted!

I found the experience of dealing with this florist upsetting. She is a talented florist, but quite brash. When we were negotiating on the price of the flowers for the wedding she used the terms "pleasant indebtedness" and "you don't want a Gyp wedding"- referring to the gymsalum flower, not gypsy- for what it is worth.
On the day of the wedding she forgot that we had paid a ?300 deposit, and proceeded to harangue me on the doorstep (in my wedding dress) for more money.
She also has a contact for return of a ?15 jug, that if you do not return, I dare not think what might happen.

The flowers were stunning, everyone commented on how beautiful they were, but the florist was a diva.

Jesse was absolutely amazing to deal with and has a true talent. I am still receiving compliments about the flowers at our wedding and have the most beautiful memories of all the intricate details. I cannot recommend bloomsday highly enough.

I cannot recommend Jessie and her wonderful Bloomsday Flowers highly enough. Living abroad, it isn't easy organizing every detail of a wedding, but having regular emails and phone chats with Jessie I knew I had nothing to worry about with flowers for our big day. I didn't have the first idea about flowers and with planning my entire wedding from Melbourne, Australia I knew I had to make some decisions regarding the decor of my wedding. I just came across Bloomsday online, saw a few pics and really liked that their flower arrangements had a bit of character and a bit different.

When i got in touch with Jesse, you could see straight away her passion for flowers and wanting to make sure that every little detail was covered. I got married in Castlemartyr resort so Jesse had done the flowers there before so she gave her honest opinion of what was needed and gave me a few different options.

I literally only met Jesse two days before my wedding and we only spoke a few times leading up to my wedding and everything went exactly to plan and the flowers really brought the room to life and added a bit of character. I also really like how she reused my flowers from the ceremony into the reception room as well, no waste and beautifully designed and different to your usual wedding flowers. Jesse made me completely at ease and made the whole processes stress free and seamless.

I would definitely recommend Bloomsday Flowers for a wedding. Jessie's knowledge of local venues and her advice to showcase them and the wedding party with your choice of flowers is brilliant. She is very accommodating on the day delivering flowers to the house and venue. Value for money was fantastic. Lastly the compliments we got on the day for the flowers reflected the great choice we made.
