We used Carolyn’s Sweets for our wedding, and they completely blew us and our guests away! They provided a massive lineup for us: a candy ferris wheel, a donut wall, a chocolate fountain, a selfie mirror, an audio guest book, and Tayto sandwich packs for the residents' bar later that night.
To say everything was a huge hit would be an understatement. My father still gives out that someone stole his bag of sweets on the day haha
The sweet treats and chocolate fountain were a paradise for everyone with a sweet tooth, and the selfie mirror and audio guest book kept our guests entertained and gave us the most amazing, hilarious memories to look back on.
As for the Tayto packs in the residents' bar - it was the absolute perfect touch to end the night, a hangover savious for some ;) and our guests are still talking about it!
The team was incredibly professional, everything was set up beautifully, and it took so much stress out of our planning to get so many amazing elements from one brilliant supplier. They were also fantastic value for everything we received.
If you want to take your wedding reception to the next level, we cannot recommend Carolyn’s Sweets highly enough! Thanks guys :)

We hired the post box, audio guest book and a selfie mirror off these guys and they where a hit all round. Both the phone and selfie mirror got so much use. Extra memories for the big day. So fun to listen back on the phone messages.

We got married in May 2025 and had a selfie photo booth from Carolyn’s Sweets, it was gas! Our guests absolutely loved it and it added such a fun element to the evening.
We received a lovely photo book with messages from our guests, which is such a great keepsake. We also got all the photos emailed to us afterwards, which was brilliant to look back on.
The whole experience was fantastic, easy, fun, and such a great way to capture some hilarious moments. Everyone had a great time with it and we’re so glad we included it in our day. Highly recommend!

We booked Carolyn’s Sweets selfie mirror for our wedding and it was the best experience.
Ian was amazing from the get go, his help throughout the run up to the wedding was next to none, even when it came to recommendations for other suppliers he was so helpful.
On the day Ian couldn’t have been more friendly and funny if he tried, everyone loved him and had great crack with him. Everyone also loved taking the pictures and the props, they got really into it and had so much fun.
At the end of the night Ian handed us a lovely photo album with copies of all the pictures which was such a beautiful touch. Couldn’t recommend Carolyn Sweets enough❤️

We would like to thank Carolyn's Sweets / Ian for everything since our first conversation in 2023. We hired the led dance floor, fairy backdrop (to use behind our cake table), vintage photoboth and big letters for our wedding at Druids Glen on 22nd August 2024 and we could not have asked for a best vendor to look after our magical day. So glad we booked the selfie mirror from Ian. It was such a fun treat for the guests. Everyone had a brilliant time getting photos and the album we got at the end of the night with a copy of all the pics is lovely to look back over! We also hired the candy ferris wheel (not a sweet left by morning), post box (all cards were kept nice and secure) and the audio guest book - what an absolute laugh that is. The messages we received got funnier as the night went on. Really happy with the service we received, would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely brilliant service 😊
Post box was perfect for all our cards, everybody had a great time on the 360° photobooth and all the kids loved the candy cart .. even the big kids!

I had the vintage photo booth booked for my wedding and to say it was effortless is an understatement, they came in set up, had everyone up getting pics with the props and having so much fun and then i was presented with the book at the end of the night

Where do I start this was a completely stress free hassle free experience?. As a bride trying to organise a large wedding this is what you want there was no over sell or trying to push products you didn't need quite the opposite honest opinions and support about what was needed on the big day?. There a very quick turnaround and response to my many questions an queries nothing was to much trouble for this team?. As the day got closer I didn't have a single doubt that everything would be as expected in fact it was this and more they did everything to perfection with no delay in sight my friends family and children where in there element with all the fun they created on the day and danced there socks off on the large sparkly floor?. I would like to say a big thank you to Ian and their team for providing such a high class service highly recommended and would use again and again Thank you so much for been part of our big day ?.. The chocolate fountain was amazing by all accounts and as you can see below my son simply adored it ????????My only regret was I wasn't as fast as my bridal party in grabbing a pick and mix bag ????????????

Couldn't recommend Carolyn's sweets enough. They supplied our sparkly LED dancefloor and our selfie mirror. The selfie mirror was a huge hit and its always my favourite part of weddings because you get to walk away with the pictures the night of and now as someone who's had it for their own wedding it was even better because we got a scrap book of some of the pictures and messages from everyone, it's the perfect keepsake! You also get all of the pictures that were taken on the night and they were amazing to look back on! The sparkly dancefloor really helped sent the atmosphere on the night as well. I wasn't sure we needed it at first but I couldn't have pictured our night without it now! Looking back on pictures it makes such a difference. Carolyn's sweets are definitely value for money and there's always different packages available for what you're looking for

We had the Light up Letters booked with Carolyn's Sweets from very early on and then decided last minute to also book the Selfie Mirror. I am so glad we did, it was an absolute hit on the night and everyone raved about it! I loved that we received copies of all the photos taken afterwards , it was great to see how much people enjoyed it. The Light Up Letters were also fab and really added to the room on the night.
We?d postponed several times due to Covid and Ian was always so helpful and accommodating whenever I contacted him, I would highly recommend !

We were lucky enough to have Ian with is for the night, all the guests loved him and he interacted with everyone.
We booked the post box which was very handy for cards, selfie mirror that everyone loved, sparkle dance floor which made the room look even more amazing, LOVE letters, fairylight backdrop, tableskirt and not to mention the tayto packs that everyone was delighted to get when the night was over!
Honestly I can't recommend Ian enough, even the value for money is amazing.

Ian was such a pleasure to deal with and made thing extremely easy for us. We were very last minute organising as numbers were so up in the air at the time but Ian was so accommodating. Ian provided Tayto Sandwich packs for our guests which went down a treat. They were like elves, we never saw they coming or leaving but the sandwich packs appeared right when we needed them!! Such a professional service and would highly recommend.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Ian from Carolyn's Sweets. We ordered the sparkle dance floor, the tall light up letters for our initials M&J, Magic Mirror complete with red carpet, vip ropes and huge box of props, a Post Box which the best man thought was great as it saved him having to run up and down the stairs to the safe in our room with all the cards, a beautiful Ferris Wheel which we placed our cup cakes on which looked amazing, and last but not least the packs of personalised Tayto's which our guests loved. Thank you so much Ian for such a professional and efficient service, you made our day so magical.

Had the 20x20 Dancefloor and tayto packs for our wedding 5th of October. The dancefloor brought an extra wow factor to the ballroom. The tayto packs came out at end of the night in the residence bar and were gone in minutes 100 packs, I didn't see any! Guests were raving about them thought they were a great touch.

Ian was amazing to deal with for our Tayto Sandwiches for our wedding. We left it really late and they already had a wedding on the other side of the country but managed to fit us in and dropped them off directly to us. Everyone loved them, we decided to get enough for two nights (got 160 with c 170 guests) and only handed out half each night and everyone went mad for them (people were hiding them). Easily the best money we spent!

Great service. The fella who was with us on the night was fantastic. Everyone loved him. Would totally recommend. Only issue was that we had to keep getting people to go out to him due to where it was positioned. Not something that could be helped but some missed out on it.

booked Carolyn sweets for our wedding on 14th August 2019. we booked photobooth, Fairylight backdrop top table and cake table skirt, thrones, up lighters , love letters and Mr &Mrs light up. candy carousel. the candy carousel went down a great treat with both the adults and children and there are a great selection of sweets to choose from. the photobooth gave everyone of all ages great fun . the attendant (sorry I never got your name) was amazing especially with all the small kids helping them use it and have fun without pestering the parents . just looked through all the fun photos from the night and I am so glad we booked the package with the album to have all the images to look back on . I would highly recommend booking this. people say these are all extras and no body notice all the small things but everyone noticed the detail at ours and it definitely added to the fun and atmosphere . thank you Carolyn sweets and pur amazing photobooth attendant for all you did

Brilliant service and upmost professionalism! The entire party enjoyed the selfie mirror, the white led dancefloor and large letter made the the dancefloor, we would highly recommend carolyn's sweets to any of our friends and family.

We had Carolyn's Sweets for our wedding and everything was top notch, we ordered the sparkly dancefloor, light up letters and selfie mirror and it was fab, the staff were brilliant and quality was second to none,. Everyone loved the selfie mirror and so many people complimented the dancefloor. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for these products :) thanks again for making our day so special :)

We were very lucky to be gifted an ice-cream bike and a selfie mirror by family and friends for our special day. This was such a lovely addition to our wedding and we were so grateful to have Ian there. He was so much fun and so enthusiastic! Ian was very friendly and served us delicious Ice-cream with a smile! After the meal, he set up the selfie mirror and the fun began! Everybody had a great laugh at the selfie mirror and everyone got a chance to take several group shots at the mirror! The props were brilliant and the quality of the photos was amazing! It was lovely that everyone in the group got a copy of the photo too! After the wedding we had so much fun looking through all of the photos in the drop box account!

Carolyn's sweets were a dream to deal with. I ordered tayto sandwich packs for our residents bar and the process was so easy. Any queries I had were dealt with efficiently and professionally. I would recommend this company to anyone... take the stress out of the day!!

What a fantastic service so many options with one service provider. Selfie mirror was a huge hit and the album will hold memories for ever!!

Highly recommend Carolyn's Sweets! They were helpful and had a large selection of products to choose from. Our selfie mirror went down very well with our guests and the attendant was friendly. The popcorn machine got plenty of use too (we did this instead of a sweet cart). They gave us an album at the end which is fun to have on top of the individual photos given out on the night. Selfie mirrors are useful for smaller venues because they hardly take up any space and people are more likely to give it a go because it's so visible. Definitely added fun to the night! My granny holding a Bride Squad sign is my favorite photo..

We had the Selfie Roamer from Carolyn's Sweets and it went down a treat! We were thinking of getting a photo mirror but we felt that it would take our guests away from the dance floor. We were right. The attendee had the Selfie Roamer out on the dance floor and our guests could take their selfies while dancing. They sent us the link with all the pictures that were taken that night. We were very impressed with the selfie roamer and would gladly recommend it. It was one of the highlights for us.

We had the selfie mirror at our wedding on Friday & everyone loved it. The quality of the photos, they were so good. They were personalised for everyone to bring home as a souvenir of the day which we loved. The guy looking after us on the night was so friendly, helpful & patient with everyone. It can't be an easy job to look after drunken people trying to get in photos with a load of props .We got an album at the end of the night with all the photos that were taken, we had a great laugh looking through it. Great service from booking to end.

Could not fault Ian Dolan And Carolyn'ssweets Sweets from first contact till last! Amazing service. I sat on the fence about booking a selfie mirror for a long time and I shouldn't have! It went down a storm with all ages.... Would have been the first thing I booked if I'd known how successful it would be! The candy ferris wheel was fab! Looked great! I originally thought Id do a candy buffet myself.... But Ians prices were so reasonable it took all the hassle away for me! Looked the part too! We had Carolyn's sweets the day of the wedding I got a package that included 4ft love sign, candy Ferris wheel, popcorn machine, chocolate fountain and selfie mirror. They did an excellent job on the day everyone was commenting about the products. The staff member on the day was a lovely guy really polite and friendly I could not fault them at all and a few of the guests have already made bookings with them. Thanks again

Fantastic service from start to finish! Carolyn and Ian were so friendly and helpful, so easy to deal with and very quick and efficient to contact!
On the day they set up very quickly without any interruptions, they also did the same when packing up to leave! The quality of the various services was also fantastic!
I will be recommending them to anyone hosting an appropriate event and I will certainly work with them again!

We hired the selfie mirror and the candy wheel for our big day and I have to say they were a huge hit with our guests. I don't think the candy lasted 30minutes. Carolyn & Ian were fantastic and so flexible on the day when I had want to move the location of the mirror at the last minute. They were super quick in getting back to us as we planned our wedding from Canada. We couldn't recommend them any higher for your big day! This is one vendor that will not disappoint. Thank you again to Carolyn & Ian!

I think it's time for the truth to come out about this company, some people will go the extra mile for you but not this company, they go the extra HUNDRED MILES . my wife was at a family wedding and had photos taken which were lost at the venue . when i emailed Carolyn / Ian I had an instant reply ( i swear my finger just came off the send button ) and there was the reply " no problem with your wife's photo's we will get copies to you a.s.a.p " . no waiting around for three or four days wondering what's happening all sorted with no fuss or bother. a truly ace company to do business with we wish them all the best Mike / Liz Cunningham

Carolyn and Ian were fantastic. We got both the candy ferris wheel and selfie mirror. The choice of colour and selection of sweets on the ferris wheel was excellent. The selfie mirror was cool, everybody was talking about it and it came with great props. We received an album on the night and then a digital copy was also sent to us via a link. We were very pleased with Carolyn's Sweets.

Thank you so much Carolyn and Ian for the selfie mirror at our wedding. It was fantastic and everyone loved it ! The pictures were fantastic with everyone getting print outs. Getting all the photos of the night by email within a couple of days is brilliant it meant we could see everyone enjoying themselves ! It is such a brilliant idea and a talking point with guests ! We can't rate them enough !!

Thank you so much to Carolyn's sweets for providing us with a fererro table which was personalised and a selfie mirror. The fererro's went down a treat, i didn't even get one. It was presented so beautifully xx the selfie mirror was delivered by Ian later on in the evening and my god was it a fun factor of the night. Ian was so helpful and friendly. Delighted we booked both from carolyn's sweets. They were so patient with us when booking and responded so quickly to emails. Definately look no further for these supplies. Thanks so much guys. You's were top notch xxx

We had the Selfie Mirror at our wedding last week and it was brilliant all our guests loved it and wore delighted to have printed photos to bring home with them, Carl was working the photo booth and he was Absolutely amazing all our guests loved him, and then we got an album with a copy of all the photos with our guest to sign it which was a great touch, 100% recommend, 👏
