Our unique Rotisserie Roaster is the only one of its kind in Ireland capable of roasting up to Chickens at a time, or a Pig weighing up to kgs, allowing us to cater for up to guests. We use only the highest quality produce and our unique Rotisserie Roaster will be on display for your guests to watch the rotisserie process in action adding an aspect of mouth-watering theatre to any event.We offer two simple menu options - A - 'In The Hand' which consists of Pulled Chicken or Rotisserie Pork served in Baps/Ciabatttas/Sourdough accompanied by a Rocket Salad & Apple Coleslaw, served with Barbeque and Apple Sauce.B - 'On The Plate' which consists of 1/4 or 1/2 a Roast Chicken or slices of Rotisserie Pork served with Roast Potatoes, Fresh Salads and a selection of Breads. Our Rotisserie Chickens can be basted to suit your desired tastes and our Pigs are prepared and roasted with special attention to getting the best Crackling possible.
