Susan at Enchanting Brides made dress shopping such a fantastic experience. She put everyone at ease and knew the exact dresses to suit me. There was a gorgeous selection and the boutique was beautiful. We'll definitely return when bridesmaid shopping also. A trip to Enchanting Brides is a must for choice, value and a special day out.

Susan was fantastic from day 1 she couldn't do enough to help. What I really found fantastic is how easy going Susan was. She kept reminding me that this was my wedding and I had to be happy. I would highly recommend Susan at enchanting brides.

I found Enchanting Brides the most enjoyable experience. Susan was so helpful helping me in and out of beautiful dresses, There is lots of dresses to suit everyones style and she was very flexible with times that suited me after work for alterations.Highly recommend for all future brides.

My wedding dress shopping experience with Susan was amazing. I didn't feel pressure to decide on the spot like some other bridal shops.
After I picked my dress a week later I was having second thoughts about another dress. Susan encouraged me to try both gowns on again to help me decide.

I would highly recommend enchanting Brides Susan was so friendly and so accommodating. I felt so relaxed and at ease on each visit. When I booked my appointment I had only came across enchanting Brides by chance and it was my weekend off work it was great to be squeezed in for an appointment. I kept looking at this particular dress but didn't think it would work and thanks to Susan for picking it out and telling me to try it on, last dress of the day and it was the one ???? Very happy memories and wish could do it all over again ?

Enchanting Brides is a little gem in the heart of Waterford City. There are lots of dresses to choose from but not too many that you get overwhelmed. Susan is fantastic and so helpful. I even got my bridesmaids dresses there! A must visit for your dream dress!

I found Susan in Enchnated Bridal an absolute dream to deal with. Pleasant, friendly and honest! The range that she stocks is fantastic and if you're looking for that special dress that's a little bit different - this is your place! I got my tea length Lou Lou Bridal (look them up - fab dresses) here and was absolutely delighted with the result. I had pockets put into my dress, hem change and a take in and all was done without hassle, stress and to an impeccable quality. When you go in, you're made to feel like Susan's no. 1 customer. I couldn't recommend Enchanted Bridal enough!

What can I say only fabulous service by Susan! She made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable and was always so polite to my family members! She was very responsive to emails or texts and ensured my dress was perfect leaving the shop! May I also add I got my dress altered by her dressmaker and Susan was at every fitting! A pleasure to deal with she has the most beautiful dresses!

We met with Susan to look at bridesmaid dresses - Susan is super friendly, accomodating and so professional. The dresses we picked were absolutely gorgeous and Karen was fantastic with the alterations. We also needed a junior bridesmaid dress along with the two adult ones and Susan's suggestions were so helpful and she went out of her way to ensure she could order in the exact material of our dresses to have the junior bridesmaid made to order. Our bride was coming home from Australia and Susan very generously offered to steam her dress for her as a courtesy. Amazing service & I would have no hesitation in recommending Enchanting Brides & Susan to any brides to be for their dresses or bridesmaid dresses.

Susan offers a fantastic service at Enchanting Brides.She has a fabulous selection of dresses available and the service offered is second to none. Due to my work schedule Susan was very accommodating and flexible in meeting my needs. The service offered is extremely personable and professional and my only advice to future brides is to ensure that Enchanting Brides is on their list of bridal shops to visit!

I fell in love with my lace White Rose gown as soon as I saw it, nothing was too much trouble for Susan including all the last minute extras that I decided on. She is a true professional at her job and I know she has a bright future ahead in the wedding industry.

I got 3 brooch bouquets from Enchanting Brides & received amazing service from Susan. Susan advised me what to include making the bouquets extra special. She went the extra mile including a personal experience into the bouquet. So many guests commented on how beautiful they were plus I have my bouquet on my mantle piece as a reminder of my special day.

Enchanting Brides what an experience from the moment I walked in to the room I was put at ease. Everything was so calm and stress free. I loved the decor and Susan is an amazing person she had so much advice & ideas. Definetly worth the visit

Susan was absolutely amazing in every aspect of her work, most importantly her customer service! She made everything so seamless and effortless which to me made my whole experience so much more enjoyable. Like every bride I was up to 90 with all the planning and organising and had met my fair share of "professionals" who turned out to be anything but.. When I met Susan she was literally a breath of fresh air, so easy to deal with and so patient with any ideas I threw at her, she literally took everything in to make sure my bouquet was as special as I had imagined but it far exceeded my expectations! I cannot reccomend her highly enough! If I was to do it all over I would go to her for everything and have the beautiful experience she provides from start to finish! Thank you again Susan! :)

Susan was very approachable and willing to tailor the wrist corsages to each of our mothers liking and match colours. She went out of her way to make sure we got timely delivery to Dublin. Great service, beautiful keepsake results!
