We had the pleasure of hiring Everita Kenny as our Wedding Day Coordinator. From the outset, my priority was to enjoy the lead-up to our wedding, rather than stress over last-minute details and phone calls. Everita provided a top class service for our wedding day. The welcome sign was absolutely amazing and how it was set up was beautiful. The post box was a must for the day and it looked amazing. I would have no hesitation in recommending Everita from price to delivery of service everything was top class

Great value, so nice to be able to hand my todo list over to someone else so I can relax on the big day, and was very helpful when things weren't going to plan. Lovely to work with and an essential vendor for any stress free wedding day :)

We had the pleasure and honour of Everita being our "On the Day Coordinator" over the summer and all I can say is....wow!! I have no words that can even begin to do her justice but I will try.
As a fellow planner, OCD organiser and the go to person that usually makes sure everyone else's special day goes to plan, I knew I needed someone with that extra something. I had looked into a few but they just weren't what I wanted or needed...
Then I saw Everita reply to a thread on a wedding group I was in on FB and her reply and how she engaged with that person caught my attention. I emailed her and we set up a call. Within 5 mins of being on that call, I knew she was the woman for the job. She just got me, what I needed and how big the job was going to be!!!
I had planned the wedding from start to finish, every detail so it was really important to me to have someone there wirh that attention to detail that could oversee it the way my vision intended it. I had also made a lot of the decor myself ie place-names, table numbers, extra bits for centrepieces, memory area, love story, hangover kits to mention but a few so it was a lot of extra set up and laying out things. There were also a lot of surprises for our guests so a lot of external suppliers and moving parts on the day to deal with. I went into the detail of it all with Everita and she took everything in her stride. We had several chats in the lead up to the day and I just knew I had nothing to worry about which was paramount after putting so much effort into the day and what we wanted our guests to experience.
The day itself arrived and Everita was on site early. We went through the run through of the day one last time and then I switched off planner mode and stepped into Bride mode. Knowing she was there, meant I could enjoy my day which was the ultimate goal. She was like a secret ninja, everything went seamless, the day, my vision, she made sure everything was how I wanted it, overseeing every last detail. She went above and beyond with the set up, dealing with the many suppliers and every guest commented on how friendly and helpful she was. My venue (Cabra Castle) spoke so highly of her to me on how well she worked with the venue Coordinators, the staff and anyone that was involved with the wedding.
She also took lots of beautiful pictures throughout the day of the setups, features, our surprises and some candid ones of myself and Sean which I was so grateful for because as a bride, you don't really have your phone or the time to take photos. This was something I had casually mentioned in a conversation at the start of our chats......Everita remembered and just delivered.
She is the ultimate perfectionist, a secret bridesmaid if you will, so professional, but so friendly like she was one of your friends, but so efficient not to mention her attention to detail is just phenomenal. Her energy and passion for what she does is incredible and I honestly can't thank her enough for how amazing our day went and allowing me to enjoy our special day as all Brides should....as a Bride!!
For anyone that is thinking of having an On the Day Coordinator, there is no one else you will want or need in your corner or by your side on the day but Everita Kenny!!

I couldn't be more thankful to have had Everita on our wedding day. It took the stress out of the day knowing she had everything organised and ready to go. She was so kind and had great communication throughout, and stayed to make sure everything was going to plan on the day. No task was left unturned- and things I hadn't even thought about were covered, like ceremony music which she sorted for us by contacting vendors to see if they were free for our day! We are so thankful to her and couldn't recommend her enough to any future couples :-)

Everita was so helpful and patient with us throughout the whole planning. She gave us some great ideas and our wedding venue looked amazing. Her wedding planning book that she gave us a present was a very thoughful gift and we loved it. I would totally recommend her to everyone who I know gor their wedding

Everita was tasked with full seasonal decoration of a retail shop for the Christmas season.
She was very easy to deal with and discussed our needs and created a clear vision of what we wanted. Due to the busy nature of our retail environment she created a plan that didn't interupt our trade and was very obliging.
She worked with another lighting contractor and our staff seamlessly. She used both existing decor supplied by us and sourced new pieces also.
Would highly recommend.

I contacted Everita about ordering a wedding post box. She got back to me straight away and all her emails were so lovely. She dropped the post box to the venue the morning of the wedding. It was really beautiful and very secure. I highly recommend her.

I have an in depth call with Everita, she was everything I needed to hear to feel reassured. She offers many wedding planning services, I had all the vendors booked but needed someone to turn to on the big day.
She drove 4 hours from the sunny south east (dedicated or what?!) and arrived on time and was ready to get stuck in from the moment she met me. I already felt like I knew her so well! When I was getting ready she sent me videos/photos of the ceremony set up to make sure everything was as I discussed with the venue/florist.
She took all boxes with wedding supplies and transported them from our ceremony to our reception venue. Even checking our bags into the bridal suite. She checked in on me through out the day to see how I was doing, made sure everything was set up in the dining room as discussed. And at the end of the night I totally forgot I didn’t do my father daughter dance, so she made sure to get it all on video and some pictures in so grateful for. Without her, I would have missed that special moment.
We booked Everita months out from the wedding and it eased my anxiety in the lead up knowing I had her to turn to on the day of something needed to be done.
Please don’t hesitate to book Everita. She’s a beautiful person inside and out and clearly is passionate about what she does! No regrets booking her and I would encourage and highly recommend anyone considering to book Everita as their wedding planner, to do so!! And save yourself the stress. 🤍🤍
