Who We Are & What We Do?

Fore Distillery is located near the Fore Valley in county Westmeath. Our alcohols are inspired by ancient recipes originating from the Benedictine monks of Fore Abbey. We produce our alcohols with fresh spring water from the Fore Valley and in small batch runs to ensure the richest taste & consistency. We produce Golden Rum, White Rum & Irish Poitín (Moonshine) in a full range of sizes perfect for every occasion & price point!
