Paid my deposit, confirmed all the details of the booking just before the wedding and everything was fine. Agreed to pay the balance in cash and there was no issue. On the day they never turned up. Never contacted us. The hotel tried ringing, texting and emailing on the day to contact them and they never answered or replied. Today I contacted them only for them to say that they had asked for payment numerous times and it was their terms and conditions to pay the balance before the day. They never asked for payment and have no message to show they did. I never received any terms and conditions or requests for payment. A total scam. Avoid avoid avoid.

Payed the deposit and then was meant to pay balance on the night but they never turned up. Tried to contact them to ask why they never turned up. Found out they had done this to a lot of brides and grooms I would avoid this company total fraud.

Failed to provide services paid for. They provided a Mr and Mrs sign which was flashing on and off all night, a selfie mirror which never worked, an LED dance floor which had to be removed as it was dangerous, a candy cart was supplied with a serious lack of candy. When these issues were addressed a refund was agreed, then by Monday morning we were told it was a new company with new owners and they were not obliged to give a refund. Their emails became extremely abusive. They blocked reviews etc even though it was obvious from their own posts on Facebook they were still the same company. Absolute joke. Complaints were made to a National radio station by several individuals and now questions are being answered. It is the same individuals running the business. Stay well clear several complaints of no show at least they turned up to my family members wedding. Waste of time though.

We booked Foyle?s LED dance floor, Mr & Mrs light up
sign, candy cart, magic selfie mirror, memory book & got free travel after 50 miles. The showed up late to set up, the dance floor could not be used due to health & safety reasons, the selfie mirror never worked so no memory book either, the candy cart had very little on it but thankfully it was filled by the hotel & the mr & mrs light up letters kept turning on & off. We paid them ?720 up front & now they refuse to make any refund. They won?t answer calls, emails or texts!! They are now trading under the new name of ?The Wedding Guys?
Beware....I advise you all to steer well clear

We had such a great night on saturday night, every guest couldn't get enough of the magic selfie mirror and all said of how much they enjoyed it. I was delighted with the memory book the next morning had a great laugh ring though it the next dyad great memory to keep. The light up love letters made a huge difference to the room and we are so glad we booked both. Caolan was a pleasure to deal with thorugh out, down to earth straight forward and made everything that bit easier. A good honest company who are more than happy to help and advise were they can. Would highly recommend.

Me and my husband used Foyle photo booths for our wedding. I would definitely recommend them. They were brilliant so professional. We got the selfie mirror everyone loved it. We also got the big love letters they were amazing and really stood out..
