Working with Patricia to organise our wedding has been one of the best experiences and better than we could have hoped for. WOW! We thought getting married abroad would come with its own speedbumps but with the help of Patricia and the team it couldn't have been easier!

Patricia was just a phone call away from day one and provided us with her own suggestions using her experience and we couldn't have asked for more. Every suggestion she made was absolutely perfect and both of us wouldn't change a single thing.

All our guests have said how much fun they had and that they were gutted that it was over, but this is such a credit to the organisation that Patricia laid out throughout the day.

People always mention how stressed they are when it comes to planning a wedding, but we had the opposite experience, and it was most definitely down to Patricia and team. We contacted Carin in November 2023 along with other wedding planners and I knew she was excellent and straight away chose to go with her and Patricia to plan our wedding. Nothing was a problem, very responsive and went over and beyond with everything. Unfortunately Carin could not be there on my day in the end due to medical reasons but she ensured everything was perfect beforehand and her colleague Patricia was excellent on the day and made sure everything ran smoothly, I would highly recommend these ladies and it was a great weight off my shoulders knowing they had everything in order. We were recommended the services of Carin from Glamour Algarve Weddings when we started planning our destination wedding. We were very grateful for this recommendation, as Carin was consistently communicative, approachable, helpful and her suggestions were always apt. In response to all of our queries, she was detailed and knowledgeable. We felt that there were no questions that we could not ask her. She knew our venue well and thought of all factors we would need to consider in preparation for the event. The vendors (catering, DJ, florist) she recommended were outstanding, and really added to the fun and celebrations of the night. We found that she coordinated with all vendors, so that we did not have to worry at all on the day of our wedding. Glamour were recommended to us by a friend who was attending a wedding planned by them and the fact they had a reservations department and could help guests even with this sounded like a really thorough service. We initially had a zoom with Patricia which was really informative and gave us an idea regarding the different venues we could potentially visit. We narrowed down to 4 locations to view on our first visit. When we first met Patricia and Carin they were amazing, they put us totally at ease and were such great hosts who listened to what we wanted and advised us in the best ways possible. We looked in their services and our venue straight away. That same day we were sent all of the potential suppliers we needed and all were secured within days! With all of this sorted so early on whenever anyone asked me how the planning was going or was I stressed I couldn't stress enough how invaluable our planners were I never felt stressed as I knew Carin had everything in hand, whenever anything was needed it was just an email and it was sorted! When we went for our food tasting it was the best few days ever, we had so much fun with Carin who was great at helping make decisions and again ensuring we knew the full run down for our big day. When I visited with my mam Carin went out of her way to come to the venue to meet us and show my mam around and was so kind even though she had a wedding that day, she goes above and beyond. We had our pre wedding meeting 3 days before the wedding day again we talked through every decision and were given the best advice. There were countless emails back and forth with Carin from choosing a florist to giving information about dietary requirements, all of this was invaluable communication and I appreciate every email as it made life so much easier. Our wedding day was seamless I didn't have one thing to worry about I knew it was all in hand. Even after Carin left we had a planner right to the last second ensuring nothing was left behind and all guests got home safely. Even after the big day Carin was on hand to help! Even organising where our day 2 venue should be and what dj to book. Genuinely I can't say enough good things or recommend them enough! We are so so so happy we made the decision to book Glamour as our wedding planners! We just want to do it all again!

Patricia was so amazing to work with. I cannot recommend Glamour weddings enough! Patricia was very attentive, quick with email replies and an amazing wedding planner. She has the best contacts and works with the best suppliers. Only after a few questions about style and taste, she sent us bands and photographers to choose from that were perfect for us. Not only did she plan the most amazing wedding day, Patricia had to organise it 3 times over. Due to COVID our 2020 wedding was postponed three times. Each time Patricia was straight onto the hotel for new dates and matched up all of our suppliers to suit. This made us so at ease. We definitely would not have been able to do any of this on our own. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect and the day went so smoothly. Patricia and Karin were there the whole day coordinating. We were able to officially get married in Portugal with the help of Patricia's lawyer. We also had the most beautiful blessing ceremony in front of our friends and family. The whole day had such an amazing flow. The decorations, flowers, band, photographer and DJ were all amazing! The cake was gorgeous. It really was a dream. I really cannot fault one thing. We recently had the privilege of working with Carin and Patricia from Glamour Algarve Weddings to plan our dream wedding at the Vineyard on June 1st, 2023. From the moment we met them virtually, their professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail were evident, and we couldn't have asked for a more incredible team to work with to plan our big day.

Through the planning phase they made the whole process do straight forward and easy and they clearly have amazing relationships with all the best vendors in the algarve region. Carin was even able to crack the whip when we needed to get the finger out and make payments or send over some documents lol

We can't thank Carin and Patricia enough for everything they did for us in planning our wedding day. They made picking and choosing vendors so easy for us, and any questions we had in the lead up were answered very quickly. We booked our venue before we got the chance to view it as we trusted Carin's recommendation?and to say it didn't disappoint is an understatement! VidaMar was the most perfect location for us. We had some last-minute changes as it rained on the day for the first time in weeks, but Carin and Patricia had everything in hand so we didn't have to worry or think about anything (we got married under an umbrella and we wouldn't change a thing! ????) We also trusted them when it came to other vendors such as photography, videography, flowers and live music, and we are so happy we did. We were very lucky to have Carin from Glamour Weddings Algarve as our wedding planner. I happened to find them online when searching online and made contact. Me, my husband and some of our family arranged a holiday with the purpose of meeting Carin and she took us around to potential venues in 2018. We fell in love with our venues and Carin was so helpful and her attention to detail was amazing. Carin kept in touch via email or whatsapp and would answer all my questions in a timely manner. We arranged to go out to albufeira in 2019 for food tasting and more wedding planning. Carin picked us up and took us to where we needed to go and hepled us at each step. Whilst there we wanted tk do a pottery class and she suggested the perfect place, this wasnt even part of the wedding and yet she went the extra mile location and recommending a good place. Due to the pandemic we had to postpone our wedding three times finally getting married on the third date we set! Each time her communication with us was brilliant, we would update each other on each others countries restrictions and look at our options. This could of been a really stressful time for us but it wasnt, Carin was full of reassurance our day would eventually happen and kept us positive. When we arrived for our wedding we met to finalise details a few days before and Carin provided an order of the day for clarity. Carin was in touch with each of the suppliers and worked amazingly well for us and with them. Our wedding day went by without any issues, she was on the ball with everything and organising us and guests between two venues. It was the best day of our lives and Glamour weddings Carin made it that way. Our guests were speechless at the venues, decorations, food. Couldnt of asked for anything more if we are honest. Would highly recommend them. Definitely worth the wait.

It's hard to know where to begin with writing this review and it's hard to distill and summarize all the wonderful things there is to say about Patricia - our wedding planner at Glamour Algarve Weddings.

Planning a wedding is overwhelming. Planning a destination wedding, in a country you've never visited before, can amplify that feeling tenfold.

With this in mind, we realized quickly that we would need help navigating the planning process for the big day and so we set out on our search to find a wedding planner. At this point we hadn't picked a destination but had narrowed our list down to Croatia, Hungary and Portugal. We started going through Google, Instagram, Facebook and many other platforms to reach out to planners across these countries for a summer 2022 wedding but, with the backlog of weddings that were in the cue from COVID, a lot of the responses we got were less than stellar. Some planners responded, some didn't, some had a strong social media presence but on our zoom calls they didn't come across social at all. It did, at times, feel deflating to keep coming across companies that were very business oriented and cold, or others where it was made us feel that without a large budget our wedding wouldn't be a priority.

Then, by some stroke of luck we came across Glamour Algarve Weddings and received an email with a time and date to have a videochat on WhatsApp.

On that first meeting with Patricia, her kindness, her grace, her sweetness just came bursting off the screen. She had her camera set up and we realized that she had stayed up late due to the time difference just so she can meet us.
Everything with her just clicked.
After that call ended, my (now) wife and I looked at each other knowingly and confidently crossed off Croatia and Hungary off the list.

We were going to get married in Portugal.
We were going to have no one else but Patricia.

During the months that ensued, our calls with her became something we looked forward to. She responded to all of our questions, outlined all the options we could ever want and more importantly she was always transparent. She guided us through the entire experience and we always felt confident in the choices we were making.

We picked the venue, the menu, the vendors and everything in between from the other side of the world and never second guessed any of the choices because we could feel that we were in good hands.

Patricia made the whole planning process so smooth for us, to the point where we kept thinking ?why do people think wedding planning is hard??. We then realized that it's not that wedding planning is easy, but more so that she bore the weight of it all for us all the while making every decision and every interaction enjoyable. It truly speaks volumes about how she is a master at her craft.

Needless to say, the wedding was everything we could have asked for. It's hard not to sound cliche, but it was truly an enchanting experience and so much, if not all of it, is a direct result of Patricia.

The only sad moment we had at the wedding was when it dawned us on that after that night we would no longer have our back and forth interactions with Patricia. The wedding would be over and there would be no more texts, no emails and no more early FaceTime calls where Patricia would see us with crazy bed-head hair and greet us with her warm ?bom Dia!? (Good Morning!)

If you?re reading this review, I hope I was able to convey how great our experience was with Glamour Algarve Weddings. There are lots of decisions to make for your wedding, but for us, choosing them was the easiest one.

What can we say but these lady's where amazing from start to finish, 1000s of emails they had to put with from us as our wedding had to be postponed twice due to covid and they replied straight away putting us at ease through the whole process of moving suppliers each time. Wow - what can we say, working with Patricia to plan our wedding was a dream. From when we first spoke with Patricia, we knew she was the perfect planner for us. Patricia is so friendly and approachable and put us at ease from the start. She is so knowledgeable about weddings in the Algarve and all of her suggestions and recommendations were perfect. Patricia was able to turn all of our thoughts and ideas into reality and we had a perfect day.
Unfortunately due to covid-19, we were unable to get over to Portugal until just two months before our wedding, meaning almost all of the planning was done remotely. Patricia and Carin are AMAZING!!! Our wedding day was the best day of my life, in large part due to this amazing duo. As a covid-bride we had to postpone our date from Oct 2020 to July 2021 and Patricia made everything seamless. I am based in the United Stated and we did everything over email; I had visited the venue in 2019 which is how we decided on it, but everything else Patricia handled with me over email until we arrived the week of our wedding! We had been planning my wedding for over 2 years (bc of Covid), and Patricia is so detail oriented, attentive, responsive, and such a pleasure to work with. She knows incredible vendors and partners and had great recommendations to make based on pictures I'd show her or ideas I'd describe. You can tell they have a lot of experience in the Algarve which was an incredible benefit. The day of my wedding, this team went above and beyond in coordinating every detail and making sure everything ran SO smoothly. I could not be happier. These ladies put so much care and thought into their clients and are incredible at what they do!!

In May 2021 was our beautiful wedding.
Because of the Covid-Situation it was not clear if the wedding takes place or not. When the decision was clear that the wedding takes place we had to decide a lot of things very spontaneously. In a Short time Patricia organized everything. We had no stress from the beginning to the end. All in all, everything was a perfect Organisation. We are so grateful, thank you lovely girls from glamour Algarve wedding thank you so much for Organizing our best day ever.

I can not recommend Patricia enough, if it wasn't for her we would not of got married this year in difficult times. Originally we spoke to a couple of wedding planners but straight away when we spoke to Patricia we felt she truly cared was friendly and warm and really listened and understood what we wanted from our special day. We originally was supposed to get married in May 2020 but in March made the decision to postpone to October 2020 naively thinking everything would be ok by then. There was obviously still a lot of restrictions however because of Patricia we never lost faith that we would have our perfect day and that it was. She recommended a new venue which was outdoors, that we had never visited before but we trusted Patricias advice and was not disappointed I actually think it was a better venue than originally planned for what we wanted. Sometimes things happen for a reason. All recommendations were five star to the make up artist and hair to the choice of foods champagne etc. Everyone asked if it was stressful planning the wedding under the current situation, obviously there was stresses with the airbridge being taken away and guest list changing but nothing was ever a problem and Patricia always helped take that stress away. So I would 100% recommend using glamour Algarve weddings and getting married in Portugal as we could forget about the stresses at home and all guests felt completely safe and relaxed. We felt very sad saying goodbye to Patricia because we felt she became a true friend and hope to keep in touch especially as my husband wants to move out to Portugal ASAP!

We had our beautiful wedding on the 31st August in the Algarve. Carin had been helping us to plan since the end of 2019 and she was so patient with us (we had changed our minds about dates, the venue and the size of the guest list!) She was extremely helpful from the very start and gave us just what we wanted - a stress free Wedding! Everything was taken care of with our suppliers by Carin and we had nothing to worry about, we just had to make sure we showed up on the day. The church, flowers, photographer, hair & make up team, music, wedding car and the venue that she helped us to pick were all fabulous. We just can't recommend these lovely ladies enough, they are fantastic!

We got married on Oct 1st 2019. We had Ceremony on Lady of the Rock which was amazing and our reception in Vidamar. We were looking for wedding planners online and found Glamour Algarve Weddings and are so glad we did. We flew out to meet Carin last October and from the minute we met her we knew herself and Patricia were the planners we were going for. Carin took time to drive us to a few different venues and the advice she gave us was excellent it showed us how professional she was and any questions we had she answered without hesitation she has priceless knowledge and experience of Algarve Weddings and everything that goes with it. She Is so organised and our special day ran so smoothly without hi cup. Nothing is a problem for Carin And Patricia and they couldn't have been any more helpful if there was a Ten Star option to review we would give ten stars. We went with the Vidamar Resort and what a Venue from start to finish it was an amazing day and we would highly recommend this venue Carin And Patricia were there all day to ensure everything ran smoothly. Carin And Patricia are the Primary reason we chose the Algarve in the end as we had looked at other places All the venues they showed us were amazing but we chose Vidamar and so glad we did. Their Professionalism and attention to detail are second to none they are so friendly and nothing is a problem for them. Any time we called or emailed Carin was straight back on to answer questions. Even at the last minute we had a few last requests and this was not a problem. Please if you are looking to get married in The Algarve look no further. We booked our wedding with Glamour Weddings and worked closely with Carin over 2 years ago. From the very moment we booked, Carin couldn't be any more helpful and would respond to all my silly questions.

We didn't get a chance to visit Portugal or our venue (Suites Alba) before the wedding unfortunately so we were slightly worried that something might not be as we imagined. I can hand on heart say the venue, food, flowers (oura flores), music (DJ Tiggy), photography (Ana Parker), videography (Algarve Wedding Films), decor (unique and chic), makeup (Sharon Phillips), hair (Joana), photo booth (Memory Box) and everything else was absolutely perfect and we wouldn't of changed a single thing!

The whole planning process was an absolute breeze and nothing was ever too much. On the wedding day we were so relaxed and everything flowed so well and we got the chance to actually enjoy the day and process without having to stress about timings and guests etc.

I really don't know where to begin when saying how amazing Glamour Weddings are! Having visited Portugal at least twice a year for my whole life, I thought I would know what I wanted and where I wanted to get married but it wasn't until I spoke with Patricia (after being recommended from a friend) she opened up my eyes to the most amazing venues in the Algarve. From our first email, Skype call to meeting in person (lots of times) we knew that Glamour Weddings would organise us the most magical day. Patricia spent lots of time showing us around beautiful venues (some at least twice) and we ended up choosing the gorgeous Os Agostos. We also decided to have a big party at our villa 2 days before the wedding, which in itself felt like a mini wedding. This was no problem for Patricia, she organised everything for both from small details such as the LED floating lights decorations to the BBQ. She provided us a list with all the suppliers and every single supplier were just fantastic and all exceeded expectations! The caters for the villa party were so lovely to meet, the food was delicious and everyone kept saying how amazing it was. Mr Sax and DJ Farby were the perfect combination for the music at the villa, the music they played was exactly to our taste and what we asked for ? it was just amazing. For the wedding day I couldn't have asked for a nicer team recommended by Patricia! Sharon Philips makeup was so friendly and warm, she really made me feel comfortable, especially as I didn't have a trial she couldn't have done a better job. JAR styling girls did an amazing job with the bridesmaids! Ana Parker and the team at Orlando Horta were also so warm and made us feel so comfortable throughout the day and captured all our special moments. Father Paul was the kindest priest who ended up coming from our local village in England originally. The Originals were our band and I couldn't recommend them enough, I don't think the dance floor emptied once! We then had DJ Dhanny in the barn, which my friends called the rave cave and he was amazing, it was the perfect way to end the perfect day. The venue was breath taking, the food was delicious, the alcohol never stopped flowing! The majority of our guests said that is was the best wedding they had ever been to and that is testament to Glamour Wedding's hard work!

We decided to get married in the algarve and I have to say it worried me planning an abroad wedding, however as soon as I got in contact with Glamour Algarve Wedding Planners I needn't worried! We mainly dealt with Carin who was absolutely fantastic with taking us around to view the venues she had suggested to us and helping us choose suppliers, even when we returned home nothing was too much and Carin kept me up to date or answered questions via Skype calls and emails. Glamour Algarve Weddings are just wonderful. From the first email, we found them extremely helpful and more organised than a lot of the competition. They are happy to work with your budget and are definitely value for money. They are responsive to emails and they certainly know the area. The location they helped us find was perfect, we couldn't have been happier with it. On the day of the wedding, they worked their magic quietly in the background, not bothering anyone. Overall we were very happy that we chose them and would highly recommend.

Two very competent ladies, there were a lot of emails, a few phone calls and an extra trip or two to meet in person. Patricia and Carin are very professional, very easy to talk to. They were quick to respond to any queries I had regarding planning, they sent me lots of really useful info which I kept and was able to keep dipping into. Patricia and Carin organised meetings with the venue to do food tasting, the venue which was Tivioli at Portimao was absolutely stunning, the views, on the marina where we could watch the boats go passed, when we had chance of course on the day. The food was delicious and the staff really looked after you. The ladies also organised for me a pre make-up and hair session, which I found so useful and the for the hair and make-up ladies to arrive on the day for myself and bridesmaids. They organised the cake, the flowers for the church and the photographer, who was superb. On the day you didn't notice the photographer taking pictures, so many of them were so natural. On the day Patricia and Carin guided everyone to where they needed to be, the flowers in the church were so beautiful, we had sunshine, blue skies, excellent. My husband and I had a truly magical, perfect day. I really cannot say thank you enough to everyone involved in our most perfect day in the Algarve. To any couple who read this, I would say to you without any doubt in my mind go for it, certainly use Glamour weddings.

What can I say about Carin and Patricia! From the moment we met them over in Portugal to view wedding venues, we knew they were the right planners for us. Nothing was too much for them. They were well organised, professional and most importantly, so friendly. Any questions we had, we would email them or Skype and they would go above and beyond to deal with our requests. They were very efficient. They kept the communication open at all times, letting us know when they would be out of the office on business trips etc. Assuring us they would pick up any emails on their return. Which they always did. They would recommend suppliers to us, ones they had worked with before and had a good experience with. They were also happy to deal with new suppliers that we had found ourselves. When we arrived in Portugal for the wedding, we met up with Carin and felt at ease that everything was set in place for our big day. On the wedding day both Carin and Patrica worked endlessly to ensure the day went seamlessly. From personally delivering flowers to the hotel, taking all the wedding favours, presents and picture frames to the venue to set up, nothing was too much. They coordinated the ceremony to precision. We had many guests, including lots of children and all were so looked after. Including my father in law, who isn't very mobile. Both Carin and Patricia stayed at the wedding for the whole day and most of the night, leaving only when the dj and party got into full swing. We can't thank them enough. Patricia and her team were an invaluable asset for our wedding planning in Portugal. Planning a wedding while being abroad is quite challenging and the level of service and care from her team I cannot recommend enough. When my husband proposed we knew it could only be one place we could get married, Portugal. We looked into getting a wedding here in the UK but it was awful ? The planner we spoke to kept trying to persuade us to go to the Maldives to get married instead of understanding what we wanted. After this we knew we needed to find planners who lived in Portugal. After a few searches on the internet I came across Glamour Weddings ? Fell in love with the website especially when as I saw the word ?Rustic? on their website I knew they would appreciate what we wanted (as this was the only word I could think of to describe the wedding we wanted). The website itself tells you everything you need to know about Glamour and what you see is what you get, these two women who make your dreams come true. Once looking through the different types of weddings and their bio I knew I had to get in contact. After inputting my information into their page a few days later I received an email and I was not disappointed.

Immediately after enquiring these these lovely ladies set our minds at ease and did everything to answer our questions. Considering we hadn't hired them at this point they replied to my 100 of emails within a day of receiving and offered to take us to three venues they recommended from our discussion. We met them on 03.06.2017 the first venue we saw was the venue we had for our wedding ?Villa Termal das Caldas de Monchique? when discussing this venue they had hardly any photos as it was very recently on their books but they assured us this would be a venue we would like from what we described. As soon as we arrived I knew this was the place. Carin/Patricia could of got our venue you more right for us if they tried ? It was exactly what we wanted. Very Portuguese/No Beach/Rustic/Open Plan/Beautiful views, the best place for us. From that moment I knew we had nothing to worry about and instantly booked them to do the whole wedding.

We picked our wedding date a year on from the day we saw the venue 03.06.2018 which gave us less than a year to plan. With the girls help this was easy ? We used mainly all their suppliers apart from our band but again Carin/Patricia were so accommodating. They still organised the band even though they weren't a recommendation from them ? Anything we needed they did with a smile and with ease. They took what we wanted and made it happen better than anyone that we would have hired in the UK. I honestly don't know what we would have done without them. When booking the venue we had to pick a set menu ? My husband and I like choice and wanted to offer our guests a buffet styled dinner with all our favourite foods rather than a set menu ? We listed our foods to Carin/Patricia who worked with the venue to make this affordable and what we wanted (on the day the food really exceeded our expectations, was perfect). That's just one of the ways they went over and beyond to tailor our wedding for us.

After this Carin/Patricia would then send through checklist/suppliers/wedding costs break downs throughout the planning process always making sure everything was running smoothly and nothing was missed.

My parents were a little wary of us using a planner aboard due to all the horror stories you hear on the news/social media. When speaking to them and describing the way they have both Carin/Patricia has been so helpful and only requesting a deposit to kick start the planning's they were really impressed even more so when they met them. We met up with Carin before our wedding to taste the food go over last minute arrangements. We met at the venue and Carin had organised with Rui ( the manager at our venue) a private tasting. Ryan and I investigate the food beforehand by going to Portugal a few months before by staying at the venue for a few days to understand what it was like. We was impressed with the food but not the drinks and I bought this up with my planner. So when we had this tasting Rui/Carin organised the drinks to be made with perfection by their top waiter - We were overwhelmed by the complete dedication from both Rui/Carin to understand our concerns and rectify without hesitation. The drinks therefore were incredible at the tasting and even better on the day! Also on this mini break Carin picked up various pieces of cake for us to try from the nearby baker and dropped it to our hotel for us to try when we were ready after a day trip on our holiday. That level of customer service is unheard of and really outlines the kind of people Carin/Patricia are. Dedicated/Hard working/LOEVLY!

The day finally arrived and couldn't of gone smoother. I'm a perfectionist and it's really difficult for me to let go of doing things myself and allowing other people to do things for me. Carin was at venue with Ryan and I, Patricia was at the meeting point for our guests to be picking up by our coach to be taken to the venue. Carin make sure all the suppliers were at the venue on time ? knew what they were doing when and made sure everything was running smoothly. Patricia made sure all the guests were on the coach on time and showed all guests where to go once they arrived. Honestly when I say we had the best day? I'm not just saying it. WE HAD THE BEST DAY. Everything went to plan and even if it didn't we would never of known as Carin/Patricia took care of everything. Honestly can't thank the girls enough for everything they did ? They have become friends as well as our planners and if you don't use them your honestly missing out. THANK YOU SO MUCH GIRLS, you know we appreciate it and love you!!! xxx

We met Carin and Patricia at the Wedding show in Dublin and booked them after chatting with them and explaining what we were looking for, they were then our wedding planners and we couldn't have done it without them.

From every email to text message I sent Carin was so quick to respond. To meeting my dad out in Portugal when he brought wedding bits over for us. Nothing was a problem.

The morning of the wedding they were there check everything was going according to plan and on time.

We had carin as our wedding planner and my word she was amazing! From our very first meeting with her in Portugal we instantly felt at ease with her planning our wedding. We met up twice prior the wedding day just to decide on the big stuff such as venue and florist etc. Everything else was spoken about over email. Carin was so helpful and i can't even describe how perfect our day was. I was very sceptical about it being 'the best day of your life' but thankyou to Carin and Patricia it really was. Without them all those small details that make a wedding so special and personal wouldn't have been there! They are so good at what they do I would recommend them a hundred times over! There was no question too big or too small for them and they forever gave us advice and recommendations throughout the whole year towards planning!
Saying thankyou to these guys would never be enough. I would say if you were to have a wedding planner in Portugal you should always have these two wonderful ladies!

We got married in September in the Algarve. From the beginning I had some trouble getting responses from some wedding planners in the area. After our engagement in Dec 2016, we knew that getting married in Portugal in the summer of Summer 2017 would be tight in terms of time. We spoke to several wedding planners, but after speaking to both Patricia & Carin, they instantly made us both feel 100% comfortable & we knew straight away that we wanted Glamour to plan our wedding for us!

Patricia took the lead on our wedding & we rested assured that despite only having a 7 month window to plan, that we could have the special day we?d always wanted. We also took a brief trip out to meet Patricia & Carin in April so we could visualise venues, meet the caterers & have some dedicated time to iron out all of the details that go into such a big day, which was really valuable & the guys couldn't have done enough for us.

We had the most amazing time planning our wedding with Carin from Glamour Algarve Weddings. She is so professional in her work and was always on hand to offer advice and guidance. Back to normality but with some wonderful memories to treasure. Our venue let us down 3 weeks before the wedding but thanks to Carin and Patricia we still had our dream wedding and I wouldn't change anything about it. My favourite wedding story now is how amazing Carin and Patricia were to get us Suites Alba at such short notice. It was fabulous. Some of our guests said it was the best wedding they?d ever been to. It certainly was for us! The kids keep asking if we can get married again. We wouldn't think twice about recommending these fine ladies. True professionals.

Our wedding is in June 2017 - these ladies are sooooooooooooo amazing cant do enough for me always at the end of the phone or email...Some planners I contacted made it feel like a factory and that I was a number - not with these guys - couldn't recommend them enough!

When we first decided to Marry in Portugal I wondered whether I needed a wedding planner and whether my OCD could cope with somebody else being involved in my wedding but wow the girls at glamour were absolutely amazing and worth every single penny.
I emailed them day and night for 22 months and they never complained. They were always quick to respond or at the end of the phone if I needed them.
They met us on the days before the wedding and gave us a full breakdown of the day and how it would all come together. This made me feel so at ease so much so that I was so relaxed on the day and didn't have to worry about anything.
I cannot praise them enough for making our day as beautiful as it was.
They were both so professional and had fantastic sense of humour.
After the wedding we felt sad that we would never speak to them again but I was wrong I think we have found friends for life.

From the moment I met Patricia in the RDS in Jan 16 I knew she was the wedding planner for me! She immediately put me at ease, listened to everything I said and gave me so much information on getting married in the beautiful Algarve. Within a month myself and future husband had travelled over to Portugal to view potential villas to get married in. Again Patricia had taken on board everything we wanted and picked the perfect locations. The next 7 months of planning involved a lot of late night emails, text messages and a couple of Skype calls. Patricia was always there to advise and offer solutions to any problems I came up with! These planners are incredibly flexible and never tried to push a pre-packaged wedding format on us. Our wedding truly was tailored exactly to us and nothing we asked for was too much hassle. One of our concerns about getting married abroad was not being able to trial everything e.g. food, hair and makeup. Every service provider that they recommended were spot on. Best decision we ever made was to book with these beautiful girls who are Glamour Weddings Algarve!? We wanted a relaxed and intimate wedding (there were 27 of us in total) and Patricia & Carin fully helped deliver exactly that.? They kept in constant contact, helping me make decisions, sending me pictures, giving me ideas and everything ran so smoothly and stress free.? Even when I was getting nervous on the actual day of the wedding they kept me calm!!? On the actual day they were there every step of the way, guiding us through every single process.? They even had a great rapport with our guests who also said how lovely these girls are.? Our outdoor wedding at Suites Alba couldn't have been more beautiful, the views were absolutely breath-taking!? We had a Pianist playing throughout our ceremony and hearing him play our songs had most of our guests crying with emotion!? He was fantastic.? Our photographer Joao Mascarenhas is one of the nicest guys you could meet, he made us feel so at ease even though we both can be quite camera shy!? We had our wedding meal at Restaurante Casa Da Fonte.? The food was fabulous and the staff couldn't do enough to help, they were so friendly and always on hand to serve everyone in a timely manner.? Considering neither of us had ever been to Portugal before, it definitely more than lived up to our expectations and we certainly couldn't have done it all without Patricia & Carin.? Getting married there was just amazing.? My only regret is that it is all over now!? I would so love to go and do it all over again, it was just perfect and I wouldn't change a single thing.
