Helen O'Shaughnessy - Wedding Celebrant

From the moment we read Helens profile we knew that she was the right celebrant for us. Having only looked into a few, we felt we were clutching at straws. Many came from a performance, artistic or literature backgrounds (or others) that just didn't seem to fit. We both felt that her demeanour came across perfectly from her description alone (and one that stood to her). Upon meeting Helen (we don't live in Ireland but she made it very easy for us), she instantly made us both feel comfortable and with that we felt connected. Neither of us felt happy with having someone celebrate our wedding if we didn't "click". From the first email to the wedding itself nothing was too much for her. She gave us both the space to have things exactly how we wanted them whilst also having a friendly balance with providing her professional opinion - one which we greatly respected. She really did guide us through the whole process with ease. She made us not only feel comfortable throughout but also confident in details of our ceremony. It wasn't just us, the guests said they had never experienced anything like it. Helen captured everything about us perfectly with the perfect notes of our personalities. It is a true talent to be able to make a bespoke ceremony and get it right! We will be forever thankful for making our day so special. We would 100% recommend Helen without hesitation .
