Hi Sona, I just wanted to say Thank You so much for the photos. They are stunning?. You were fab on the day and made us all feel so comfortable and relaxed? I usually hate having photos taken of myself but I was so at ease with you , i think it really comes across in the pictures. You just blended into the background and captured people as they were, not staged and poesy, just natural and I love that, it really captured the moments of the day which where precious to us and we are so grateful for that?.

When my husband and I were planning our wedding we felt one of the most important things to get right was the photographer. Because lets face it, you want to look back through your wedding album in 50 years time and remember every singe second! Once we saw Sona's website, we knew she was the one!
Because we were organising our wedding from abroad, we had our engagement shoot 2 days before the wedding! I always hated cameras and would run a mile when I saw one but Sona made me perfectly at ease. Although I felt awkward at first, I soon relaxed thanks to Sona's personable approach. We had a great day at the beach and I didn't feel so anxious about the wedding day.
On our wedding day, Sona seemed to be everywhere! She did a great job and everyone loved her. She showed us a few sneak peaks and I just couldn't wait to see the end result.
when we got the disks in the post we were delighted at how great the photos turned out. We are over the moon with them. Sona managed to capture all the important moments for us and I get to relive the day every time I see the photos. Sona has a brilliant eye for detail and is very talented. I love the candid shots and the different approach she takes.
I would highly recommend Sona to anyone. Her photography is awesome and I couldn't have been happier with the service she provided. My expectations were exceeded.

Myself and my husband Stuart chose Sona aka Lila from Lilas Photography to be our wedding photographer. We actually had entered a competition to win a wedding photographer and although we didnt win we felt an instant connection with Sona and we trusted her from the first time to spoke to her. We soon arranged an engagement shoot-as Sona highly reccomends this not only to get some fab photos but also to get to know her and to feel more comfortable infront of the camera before the big day! We had so much fun shooting this in Mount Usher Gardens in Ashford, we brought along out son Harry and we had a little picnic and the photographs turned out amazing. On our wedding day Sona came to my mums house in the morning while we were all getting ready and she stayed with us for the whole day in Ballybeg House in Aughrim up until the cutting of the cake. It was exactly the way we wanted it, although we knew Sona was there snapping away it certainly felt very natural and it really shows in the pictures. We just received our pictures this week-two beautiful discs with pictures printed on the discs in a gorgeous case. Sona gave us the full res pics for printing and also lower res pics to for using online-if we wanted to send to anyone or upload to facebook etc.. We could not be happier overall having chosen Sona as our photographer. Not only is she a very talented photographer but shes also a really lovely kind person and it makes a huge difference on your wedding day when you have someone you like and feel comfortable around for something so personal.

Lila did our wedding in August, on a typical irish rainy Summer's day. She spent so much time on the finer details, and the results were FANTASTIC. Original, modern photography, supplied by a quiet, relaxed, kind person, I wouldn't hesitate to book Lila as a wedding/lifestyle photographer.

We found Lila's by coincidence - knowing somebody who knew somebody... We were quite lucky, as it turned out; it was great how much time she took to discuss and come up with ideas for the shots, and we couldn't be happier with the lovely photos. We feel the engagement shoot as well as the wedding photos themselves really show us, as well as Lila's great eye for detail. The photos are a great memento of a beautiful day.

We recently had an engagement shoot done with Sona and found her absolutely fantastic to deal with. From our very first point of contact she has been nothing but helpful with any query we had and open to any suggestions we have made. The experience was really relaxed and the time flew by.An added bonus was the speed in which we received the finished photos. All in all, 2 weeks from the time of the shoot to the disc coming in the door, all ready for print / email etc. Sona has a great eye for detail and to be honest most of the photos that she took we never even noticed and nothing felt staged. I am so confident and relaxed about the way she takes pictures that I simply cannot wait for my wedding day knowing that the precious moments of the day will be captured with Sona behind the lens!

Lilas took our photos for our wedding day both myself and my husband were very pleased with how the photos turned out.lilas captured some great moments on our special day.she is very easy going which makes it more relaxing.i would highly recommend lilas she does a great job and ye will be very happy with the out come
