This was the best gift ever I have never seen or heard of pictures made this way until my best friend asked me if I would like it as a wedding gift. My flowers were already dried so I wasn’t really sure what I could expect. So much better then leaving my flowers cast aside I have it hanging up in my kitchen so I can showcase it for everyone that comes to see our new place

Avoid this business! I booked Charlotte and paid a deposit 12 months before my wedding. I got married in March 2024 and sent her my bouquet straight away. After hearing nothing I emailed her in May for an update. In June she replied saying my flowers were ready and she'd be in touch. I heard nothing. After seeing comments from other brides on social media I was shocked. I commented looking for an update. I received an email saying she wouldn't work with me because she was afraid and she'd post my flowers back to me. She then asked to call to my house. I declined. In September '24 after a few emails back and forth, she told me she would complete my piece at no extra charge and it would be ready by the end of September. It is now January and I have not been able to get a response since. She has blocked me on social media, turned off comments and tagging and ignored my emails. She has also said she is closed for bookings on instagram. I have decided to take legal action to try to recoup some of my costs. This wedding supplier is a disgrace and has caused many people nothing but stress and upset. She has also taken something that was extremely sentimental and important to me away.

I got married 10/11/23 and hurriedly sent Charlotte my bouquets, looking forward to receiving the final piece to keep forever.
I heard nothing by March and followed up and Charlotte reassured me my flowers were received and ready. No correspondence then again until June supplier said there was an “oversight”. These things can happen so I let same go and paid my invoice and supplier said they’d be in touch soon for my shipping details. I followed up again in early August (9th & 14th) and Charlotte said she’d be in a position to ship in a week or so. The original turn over time stated was 12 weeks on her website and now I’m almost 10 months awaiting my piece. I also had recommended her to other friends of mine who are brides and am hesitant to do so anymore due to still not receiving my piece.

I sent my flowers to Charlotte over a year ago and have yet to receive anything. The communication from this supplier is very limited and full of empty promises, excuses (I say excuses as I am generally understanding but every time there is a different reason for delay) and some lies. I have been in contact several times via email, Whatsapp texts, instagram post comments and have tried to call also. A comment on 2 instagram posts asking for a reply to emails and update on my flowers was deleted and I know other brides comments were too and comments on some posts turned off. I have contacted and been contact by other brides in a similar situation (we found each other from instagram comments prior to deletion). I have found the service to be unprofessional and deplorable. I have been in tears over this on multiple occasions and informed Charlotte of this...ignored. I was told in Jan my flowers were ready to go and any asked if I had thoughts on final piece, I asked advise and had no reply, I was told in March the piece was nearly done and would be sent the end of the month, told in June I would get the piece complimentary due to the wait (I had only paid deposit has had my doubts when invoice sent in April), I said I didn't want it complimentary I just wanted my flowers, I was told in August the piece was nearly ready and I would get at the end of the month, I was then told in October that she has not even started the artwork yet. All the information I did get was after many emails requesting an update. I only emailed and requested updates after the date or timeframe she had given me on the previous email, I told her I would not be emailing and didn't mind waiting if she gave me an accurate timescale, I made this point on multiple occasions. I have also asked, several times, for my flowers back without artwork as at this stage I just want them back and can figure something else out. This request has gone unanswered. I would recommend to stay clear of this supplier. It is heartbreaking seeing her posting beautiful pieces of art when I don't know if I will ever see mine again. The emotional rollercoaster of getting excited that artwork will be with be soon following by silence for weeks and months was distressing. This woman is causing hurt and distress to brides and taking advantage of peoples trust and desire to have a piece of their day memorized forever.

I got married in October 2023 and quickly sent my flowers to Charlotte to work her magic. I ordered bookmarks, large frame and a medium frame all paid in full. Month after month I followed up asking for an update on my order. On the rare occasion I did get a response, all I’m told is ‘I’m working through a huge backlog of orders’.

I gave her the benefit of the doubt and let her work through this expecting an update at some point but nothing came in. Nearly 1.5 years later I’m still chasing this up.
I’m constantly seeing finished pieces of art for people that got married after Oct 2023 so I fear I’ve been completely forgotten about.

I’ve asked for a refund and to send my flowers back but again there has been no response.

Please save your money and precious flowers and send them to a reputable company who will work wonders on them.

Charlotte sent the work one year later. Without my consent today she has posted a comment to say how impressed I was with her work, she also posted a photo of myself and my husband again without my consent. I do not know what part of this is ok to her. She has blocked me on Facebook too.

I had a horrendous experience with Charlotte and I could not recommend her services.

Charlotte is incredible at what she does! Flowers came out beautifully and is a really special piece for us! Had to wait longer than expected for final piece but that was understandable as I know myself it takes time to press and create, especially when she sent update photos and gave the option of changes throughout the way. Sometimes had to wait on communication back and forth, but again was totally understandable and worth it for the quality of the piece we received and by how busy she seems to be. Was recommended by a friend and would highly recommend her service again, if you’re in a position to wait for her art, it’s so so worth it!

I have had no contact from Charlotte since May, I sent my bouquet to her in September 2023 and made full payment in March 2024. She has not responded to 9 emails/texts/messages since. I am very disappointed that this is the way she is treating customers and that this service is being advertised on this page. On her Instagram page she is advertising for bookings and has limited the opportunity to comment/make contact

Unfortunately not the review I thought I would be writing but when I originally booked this vendor there was nothing online showing how bad the situation was to deal with. So I am posting this to warn others away from having to deal with this scenario.

I originally booked Charlotte in May 2023, was provided with packages and timelines (10 weeks) when I paid my deposit. I had no communication until I followed up with her the days before my wedding seeking postage details.

I posted my flowers along with some of the bridesmaid ones to her to ensure she had lots to choose from. I heard nothing about the flowers being received so I emailed to ask. I did get a reply a couple of days saying she had received them. Fast forward to Oct and I had had no communication about my piece or a design for same. I then followed up again and got a response and told her what I wanted and paid the remainder of the packages I had been provided with in May. I heard nothing again and followed up intermittently to see if progress was being made. At the same time I noted on Instagram that #gifted pieces were being made for prominent Irish influencers mothers, which was frustrating to say the least.

I finally got some traction in feb 2024 that the piece was almost ready and did I have any thoughts on it. I noted that the progress looked well but was told it was to be filled out more. The piece was then shipped to me in March however when it arrived it was badly damaged and I realised that no further work had been done to it since the pictures I received on Feb. I straight away contacted Charlotte. I was met with some hostility and it was then noted that she had changed her packages on framing and what I had gotten was no what was agreed under the original packages.

At this point I asked for a partial refund and I would get the framing sorted myself however this was not accepted and I was told to ship the piece back. I was told the shipping would be covered and I would get a second piece with the rest of my flowers which had not been used along with the bookmarks which were meant to be part of the package.

I shipped the piece back and again heard nothing. I followed up until May and was then told the piece was ready to ship however it took under the end of Aug (a full year after my wedding), to get my piece back.

I was told in Aug that the second piece and the bookmarks would follow in the coming weeks but nothing was received. I have been requesting updated since then and it took me requesting a payment through PayPal last week to finally get a response.

I got an immediate response attaching my invoice which told me I was ridiculous for seeking any sort of compensation, where I was previously promised an additional piece, the cost of the shipping to be covered and the bookmarks I was planning to give to my mum and MIL. None of this was being delivered on now.

The final email I received told me Charlotte was ceasing communication with me. There was no second piece made or being made as all the additional flowers had been added into the piece when it was sent back. And my shipping costs would not be covered because the piece had to be reframed as it was damaged in the shipping process. I believe the rest of my flowers now have either been used somewhere else or they were binned a long time ago.

It has been completely torturous to deal with Charlotte with my flowers. The amount of excuses, empty promises and misinformation has been insane. All I wanted was for to deliver on what she promised in writing to me in her emails.

The only plus side is I managed to get my back which I have seen isn’t the case for some many others. I have sent Charlotte one final email basically mirroring his review and I do not believe I will receive any further communication or items from her. She completely tainted the whole process and I wish I would have gone somewhere else.

I would suggest anyone struggling to get communication from Charlotte to seek a refund through PayPal or request payment that was as that was the only way I finally got a response.

Best of luck to anyone still struggling to get their flowers back xxx

I am honestly blown away. I had my wedding flowers pressed and framed and I was able to give all my ideas and see them come to life. So worth the wait I cannot thank you enough for helping us preserve these special memories forever. An extra suprise was the gorgeous little bookmarks I was able to gift my Bridesmaids and a small piece for our daughter Sarah who was also our flower girl. Patricia & Dermot.
