I am Marta, a Cake Decorator and the proud owner of a thriving Cake Shop— “Piece of Cake”—located in Dublin's Finglas Village. My passion for baking started eight years ago.

This newfound hobby quickly turned into a business that I ran from my own kitchen for four years. In 2020, I finally took the plunge and opened "Piece of Cake", a dream come true.

I specialize in baking and decorating cakes for individual orders, ensuring that each one is unique, just like the person it's for.

I source the highest quality ingredients and put my heart into every creation.

One of my favorite aspects of my job is creating wedding cakes. There's something magical about being part of a couple's special day, and it's a responsibility I don't take lightly. I work closely with each couple, getting to know their likes, dislikes, and vision for their wedding. This allows me to create a cake that not only tastes delicious, but also reflects their unique love story.

Marta made for us 3 tier white wedding cake with the icing looking like its peeled back a bit and galaxy icing down the opening with star wars rebel symbols on the side.

Marta is amazing! And we could not recommend her highly enough! She made our 2-tier wedding cake in 2 different flavours. The floral decoration she used were spot on . She was very reasonably priced too, including delivery.
Any time we have contacted Marta, she has been very easy to deal with. Super friendly and responsive. We will definitely keep contacting her for cakes in future, 100%!
