When booking we asked if the mirror was full length and they confirmed it was. It was not. We asked if we would receive hard copies of all photos in the album provided, we also asked this again on the night to make sure we had a full physical album of all photos. Less than half were printed, we have the rest on the USB. Also about 2 days before the wedding they requested to do an hour less than the contracted time for a refund of 50euro, due to the fact they had overbooked themselves for the following day. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

We got married on 6th of August and had Ivaylo & Philip as photographers and Arthur as the videographer. They were brilliant from the very start of the day, there was no fuss but we got all the shots we wanted. I really felt they really listened to what sort of photos we wanted from the day. Our first dance was delayed and they stuck around until after 10pm without a bother. The package we got was great value for money. We have now received all our photos and videos and are absolutely delighted with them! We received them all through a link which has made it so easy to share with our family and friends. We would highly recommend these guys if you’re thinking about booking them for your wedding day! I also want to give a quick mention to Anne who dealt with any email queries we had before or after the wedding promptly!

We were so delighted to have chosen Precious memories photography to capture our special day on 3/9/2020 , From day 1 they were so responsive, informative and kind. Even through all the stress of Covid and all the uncertainty of everything happened around us Phil always had time for a call and spent hours of his time making sure we knew each detail and helping is choose a package that was tailored to our needs Tim was so professional and kind on the day and we had so many laughs felt so relaxed and at ease with him. We received our photos within 6 weeks of our wedding and I was so happy with them they are so bright, vibrant and colourful and captured so many amazing memories and moments we will both treasure forever. We received over 400 photos and haven't stopped looking at them since We cannot recommend Phil and his team enough. Thank you all again from the bottom of our hearts.

We had a great day on our wedding day and delighted that every special moment was captured. Each photo was better than the next and really captured the essence of the day. We really were delighted with the end product and on the day you wouldn’t know they were there. This takes great skill and a wonderful eye.

Just want to say thanks to Philip for supplying us with the selfie mirror. I would recommend this over a Photobooth any day. Everybody got great pictures and had so much fun using it. The props that were supplied with the mirror where fantastic. 100% recommend for anyone to use, great service

Myself and my partner met Philip and his team at my brothers wedding . Straight away we knew there was no one else we would want to shoot our wedding the following year . Philip and his team done everything in their power to suit the budget my partner and I had chosen . Philip and Camilla were so professional . Camilla was so sweet and understanding . We both agreed on ideas to include my little girl in the shoot . She took my ideas on board as well as her own . We also had the magic mirror which was so entertaining for our guests . I would highly recommend precious memories to shoot your special day . I'm so glad I got to meet Philip at my brothers wedding as the connection was super at ours . We got each other . . Philip was excellent and remained in the background all day, most of my guests say they didn’t even notice him which was great. I was thrilled with the video he did for us he really captured the day and the soundtrack was brilliant. I would highly recommend him.

We had Precious Memories for our wedding video and we were so happy. They were fantastic when I had any questions and on the day you didn't even know they were There! We got the bronze package which was the ceremony, speeches and first dance. It was exactly what we wanted and its amazing how much they captured.

Booked the video of the ceremony only (no arrivals or speeches) and this is just what I received. But I find it hard to justify giving any more than 1 star for the service. That sounds unfair, so let’s start with 5 stars and take a mark off for every item I think was wrong with the service: 1) Video Quality: Very pixelated in a lot of areas, and the light was over-exposed in other areas. Looks like it was recorded using an early Nokia mobile phone. 2) Audio: Sound was muffled throughout. Sounds like it was recorded from under a pillow. Very hard to make our certain words, then others are louder than the music in the background. 3) Footage: We asked for just the Ceremony (no arrivals or speeches) and this is what we got, but the footage is shockingly bad. Camera was never moved throughout the ceremony so for example during the Exchange of the Rings, all you can see is the back of my head. We can’t see the rings or our expressions. Even during the singing, the camera was never panned towards the singers, just pointed at my face for minutes at a time. It never even pans towards the crowd. I would have been better off putting a camera on a tripod for the whole ceremony and save a few hundred quid. Thankfully my uncle had a very old handheld video recorder (using VHS tape!) and the video he took was much better. Better sound, better video, and better perspective of the whole ceremony. He actually moved about the place to get different angles. 4) Delivery: We were initially told that we would get the video in 8 weeks. When 8 weeks came, we were then told it’s usually 8-10 weeks and to hold on. 10 weeks came and went with still no sign of a video. After just over 13 weeks, we eventually received the video. The video quality was unacceptable in my opinion. Not even close to what I would call a professionally taken video. Maybe he is better with photography than videography, and judging by the reviews this must be the case.

Declan you requested the cheapest package available. The package you received does not even appear on our normal packages. We have a bronze package for only €350 and thats the budget option, but you wanted a lot cheaper and I explained to you that this would just be a camera on a tripod as a document of the ceremony with no edits for €200 and you agreed. I explained exactly what you would receive but I actually provided you a little extra as we did colour enhance every shot and correctly adjust the audio via the celebrant's mic. If anyone would like to see this footage please do let us know and we would be more than happy to share it with you as proof that this footage is captured way above the standard Declan portrays for his €200 budget.

A week before our wedding our videographer had to cancel due to an emergency and Philip from Precious Memories stepped in! As you can guess we were a little anxious due to the last minute change but we neednt have worried! From the very 1st phone call Philip put me at ease! We found him to be very professional yet friendly at the same time! On the day of the wedding it was almost like he was invisible but he was working very hard in the background! Your wedding day goes by like a blink of an eye and we were so delighted to receive our wedding DVD just as we got back from honeymoon just to relive it again! Two and a half weeks! Now that was fast! The quality of the DVD was second to none and the price was very reasonably considering the high quality! We both found Philip very easy to deal with and would highly recommend him!

Philip was our videographer for our wedding in December. We initially had only wanted a photographer for our wedding but following a friend's recommendation we decided to have the day recorded. We are sooooo glad we did and even more glad we picked Precious Memories. We can't recommend Philip and Precious Memories enough. Our day was captured so well and we didn't even notice Philip and his colleague there. So many different angles were captured without us knowing and the DVD itself is amazing. The editing work with the footage is fantastic and we now have a super memory of our day. The DVD was ready within weeks and produced to the highest quality. Great ideas and wonderful presentation. It was an ease to deal with Philip both before and after the wedding. A great wedding service!

From the very first moment I spoke to Philip until the last he was a true professional. He was so accomadating to any requests we had and he captured so many special moments in our day. He disappeared into the background and worked fantastically with our photographer as well. It was fantastic to see snippets of our day in the 'trailer' that he had ready while we were still on our honeymoon. The variety and descriptions of packages available were really helpful and made it very easy to pick what we wanted for our day. We will treasure th DVD and will be recommending precious memories to everyone!

Philip and his team were an absolute delight! My husband and I are so glad we hired Precious Memories for our wedding. Our photos and video are beautiful. We also opted in for the selfie mirror which was a huge hit, and the attendant was so lovely. We highly recommend Precious Memories to anyone. Precious Memories were a pleasure to deal with and produced a gorgeous wedding video for us. Philip talked me through all the packages and services, ensuring we knew what we were booking for the day. All of the staff we dealt with were equally as nice and very quick to respond to any query. David, our videoman on the day, was so nice and we hardly noticed he was there, yet he captured everything. The presentation of the parcel we received with our video was beautiful. I would highly recommend Precious Memories and would use them again for other family events.

We hired the Selfie Mirror for my niece's 30th party and it was great fun. Philip was great to deal with. It was great value considering what other companies were offering. Myself & Jeff both want to say a HUGE Thank You to you both for capturing our wedding day in a memorable way & all those special moments we thought no one had seen, not only between ourselves but with all our friends & family too! I couldn't believe after all our planning Our day went by so fast. We came back from our honeymoon with fantastic memories & all our family, friends telling us stories & showing us lots of wonderful photo's of our big day, only to discover our dvd was almost completed so you can imagine to our surprise when we watched it for the first time we were both very moved being able to re-live our special day through our dvd it was AMAZING from our ceremony, saying our vows, shots in the bar of all the gang enjoying the party & craic right through to our speeches & first dance. Precious Memories Videography had captured all those special moments which we were part of but also the party, fun we missed due to photographs etc etc as our day went so quickly. I really want to say for any couple who are planning to get married & we all know how our budgets/costings of things can really spire out of control i truly cant stress enough BOOK YOUR VIDEOGRAPHER and don't think if you have a photographer you wont need it, trust me we had both & it was the best money we ever spent. Its fantastic to be able to watch our special day over and over again! Thank you........

From the outset, Philip was extremely thorough and professional in his dealings with us. He left no stone unturned in the lead-up to our wedding day and this is reflected in the final product. Precious Memories provided an excellent service on our big day. On receiving our DVD, we realised they were everywhere but completely unnoticeable at the same time. They were very professional, polite to deal with and synced in well with our photographer. Within 24 hours Philip and his team had a short clip of Our Wedding highlights on his website. We had so many people abroad that were unable to make our Wedding and seeing this so quick after made them really connect with our Day. We have had so many positive comments about it. Precious Memories provided an extremely professional service, and produced a dvd of the highest quality. I found them to be extremely competitively priced and with a wide range of packages to choose. From the start they were totally focused on what we wanted from the day. We met beforehand and visited not only the church and venue but also, at their suggestion, the gardens where we were having our photos done. This was very reassuring, as I knew everything would run smoothly on the day. I was pleasantly surprised at this level of commitment and planning. On the big day, they were very discreet. I barely noticed them before and during the ceremony, however they were well placed to record the whole ceremony, and to catch any special moments. They then went on ahead to the gardens to catch us arriving there. I would not have expected them to cover this, however I am now so glad to have it, as it was a very special part of the day. The words of congratulations recorded from our guests are one of best parts of the dvd, and not something I’ve seen on any other wedding dvd. It was something I wasn’t sure people would be comfortable with, however Precious Memories had a great ability to put people at ease, and even got a song out of one guest! The finished product absolutely blew us away. The presentation of the dvd alone was of better quality then anything i’ve seen before. I would not hesitate to recommend them for their professionalism, friendliness and the quality of their work.

We enjoyed watching it from beginning to end, Philip managed to get everything in. The Highlights are excellent, perfect if you want to get a quick overview of the day. We began the search for a videographer a bit late and were worried that we wouldn't find a good one with only a few months notice but we were very lucky to find a great selection with the date still available. Precious Memories instantly stood out to us from the samples they had on their website and through contact with Philip we went ahead and booked them for our wedding. Throughout the booking process and right up to the big day I found Philip a pleasure to deal with and he was professional and helpful at all times. On the day itself we barely noticed he was there! He blended in great with the photographer and the guests and got some great shots without being intrusive. We received our DVD the other day and we couldn't be happier with it.
