I can?t comment on the photobooth as they simply did not turn up to my wedding. Their service was paid for in full a month before the wedding and they were a no show. We were incredibly disappointed and baffled that this could happen.
My bridesmaid rang the company when we realised they weren?t coming and then again at 9am the next morning. They were surprised by the no show and wanted to look into it. Apparently the person that was due at the venue had a family issue and needed two weeks off. We were told the refund would take 14 days even though we made the payment to a personal account. They offered their service in the future for a discount which is ludicrous. I told everyone about getting the photobooth and on the night, my wedding night, I was bitterly disappointed. Thanks to my bridesmaid the refund has now come through however I don?t feel like a refund and simple apology can make up for the missing part of my important day.

I won the free photobooth competion. we were delighted!! They were excellent to deal with in the build up, they sent us samples with our names and dates for approval. On the night jason who stayed with the booth all night was so friendly and he made sure the guestbook was filled in also. Everybody loved it!! Even people who i thought wouldn't!! It was so much fun.. there was a que the whole night for it.
It was great to be able to look through the book the following morning

I would like to thank you Adrian and your team for helping me throw an outstanding party. From your prompt arrival to extending your service time with short notice. We couldn?t have asked for more. The photo guest book is residing proudly in a prominent place. You have a skill in bringing the wild side out of people inside that spectacular booth of yours. Good job once again.

Myself and my partner hired Black & White photo booth for our wedding in January. It was one of the best decisions we made. All our guests are still raving about it and it was so much fun. It really adds to the whole atmosphere of the day. And the memories are hilarious we are still looking at our book and funny video messages left for us. It truly will benefit any event.
