Lena and her team were so amazing, they took care of everything for us (including surprise gifts from well wishers here in Ireland). The food and the location was amazing and we really couldn't have asked for a more easy and pressure-free day!

Wedding on M?n
Nordic Adventure Weddings ("NAW") organised our wedding in an island of M?n as well as made all the necessary arrangements at the court and registration office.
We were pleasantly surprised at how express everything was and the always continuous and immediate response to our email enquiries whenever we contacted NAW (Lena). We appreciate the high level of professionalism. Lena helped us choose a beautiful and memorable place. She was very accommodating with our requests - and we had no shortage of them :). We were also lucky to have the personal and kind approach of the wedding and photographer ladies. We left feeling that as much as we had a wedding for two and didn't know anyone before, perhaps our wedding day couldn't have gone better. We wish Lena and her team to take such a marvelous idea as organising weddings for foreigners in a beautiful country like Denmark further and also help other fianc's to create as magical a day as they did for us.

Wow. We got married in Hammershus Castle Ruins in June. The amazing Nordic Adventures team arranged absolutely everything - all the pre arrangements and paperwork with great communication and a good payment plan. Then every arrangement from the minute we arrived on the Island to the minute we left. We stayed in the Falcon Hotel which couldn't do enough for us - a five star service. The hotel was so unique and they have a lovely relationship with the Nordic team so they are very much involved in your wedding too. Bornholm Island is such a fantastic wedding destination as you can choose to get married at any location - outdoor or Indoor. We chose the historical Castle Ruins for the ceremony - with photos all around the grounds. Then a surprise visit to a Lighthouse and Quarry (phenomenal views) for more photos and delicious lunch picnic. The Nordic team's photographer Justine was truly exceptional and as the day was ?about us and the photos? to capture the magical adventure, Justine really did add the extra five star service to make our day even more special. We cannot recommend Nordic, the hotel, Justine and Bornholm enough. This is definitely the perfect way to get married, we have the most wonderful and happy memories. We travelled from Bornholm to Santorini for our Honeymoon and chose to have a party back at home in the UK in July - so got to do it all over again with family and friends and wear my Wedding Dress again. Our Nordic Adventure Wedding was stress free, exciting, beyond beautiful and even better than we expected - a unique, personal and adventurous five star wedding. From the very beginning Lena made the process stress-free, hassle-free and an enjoyable experience. The most difficult part of the process was scanning our passports correctly.. so not difficult at all. Lena was quick to answer all questions and having her on WhatsApp made the whole process really simple. The whole day was very enjoyable and ran smoothly. We would love to come back. Would highly recommend ! Lena + Carsten will make sure your day perfect.

We are a busy couple an we want an easy no fuss wedding but at the same time intimate and memorable. Lena from Nordic adventures wedding responds to all my queries (including the silly ones) very quick. She was able to accommodate requests and give good recommendations as well. She introduce as to the lovely town of Maribo, handled the legal and romantic parts of the wedding including the flowers, online broadcast and photographer. I could be the most relax bride ever! The experience is very good and highly recommended for anyone who thinks of getting married in Denmark.

We came through Nordic Adventure Wedding by researching the best wedding planner and experience in Denmark. Overall the review were amazing and my husband and I can 100% confirm. The team ( Lena and Carsten) is the best.
From the beginning till the end they were always there for us and explaining all the plan and details via whatsapp and email.
We trusted them for organizing the place (romantic location), the best hotel for us and our guests, and the dinner location.
Our wedding took place in the beautiful and stunning island of Bornholm and made our special day magical.
Lena made it possible for us to get married in a short amount of time. She took care of all the legal papers and administrative organization. So it was stress free for us and she made everything easy.
Lena and Carsten are so kind and welcoming. They took us on a mini tour of the island, recommended some hotspots and gave us historical insight.
They are very professional and deserve the award of best wedding planner of the year.

Amazing!
Booking Nordic Advent Weddings was the best decision we ever made. From the moment we started planning to receiving our photos it has been so straightforward and easy. Lena was with us every step of the way, with dealing with travel restrictions and any question she was always just the other end of a text message. We had the most beautiful day and would do it all over again in a heartbeat. We also fell in love with Denmark and can't wait to return!

7/7/2021 Dream Wedding of Two Seniors
July 7, 2021, 70th birthday of my husband, Jens.
The decision to not miss out anymore on spending the rest of our lives together got crystallized only a month before. It is a culmination of a 39 year old love story. We never truly thought that after so many years in between, other relationships through the years, and living on two sides of the ocean ... that any chance of us coming together, much less be wed, was written in the stars. But having reconnected in November 2019 confirmed to us that there was still that very strong connection .. and it made our decision fast and firm to go for it. We knew and felt it was finally our time.
I, Cami (68 yrs), has been married and widowed before, but my husband wasn't. It was going to be his first time. So I knew it had to be something really special. Well he chose the date to be on his 70th birthday, and that heightened the pressure. I knew I had to involve the Best Wedding Planner available.
I scoured the internet, read lots of reviews from different providers and when I got to Carsten and Lena, both thumbs went high up!
Contacting Lena was smooth, the responses came in fast and clearly, the timetable given just perfect, and the cost - dreamy! I even took Lena to confidence to help me put together a huge surprise for my Jens's birthday on our wedding day. I knew he was not thinking of a birthday celebration at all... but being that it is a round number, plus he chose our big day on same day... I had to think of something special.
Lena and Carsten did everything I requested, gave superb suggestions, and kept everything on the down low. All these took place before we even met the first time.
We chose a garden romantic setting and we were simply pampered--- we were picked up from the hotel, brought to the location which fit perfectly what we wanted, champagne was flowing, cameras clicking, zoom setup ready so people we have invited from four continents could witness our union, and all three of them... Carsten, Lena, and Watham, our assigned photographer... were all hands and feet for us to excute everything perfectly. Even our Registrar who also wed us helped in all ways possible, and kept our spirits up and entertained! IT WAS FABULOUS!!
We can never thank Lena and Carsten enough for bending backwards to make our wedding day a 'superb senior wedding for the books', doing extra steps to make my love's birthday also unforgettable (and did not even charge extra at all, even gifted the gift, wow!), made us feel really special, and simply flowed with us as we became more playful during the whole ceremony.
We are forever grateful and already plan to go back to Nordic Adventure Wedding for Renewing our Vows in the near future!
Thank you Lena and Carsten for making us truly happy on our Big Day. You've made a fan out of us. More power and blessings to you! Please let us know when you visit Frankfurt!

They are the best! Always ready to help us, we had some problems with lock down in Ireland and they gave us all the support we needed. We just wanted to write a short message to express our gratitude for all Nordic Wedding Adventures did to make our wedding day so special and perfect; it was exactly what we wanted and MORE. Little did I know when I wrote to Lena through their website that it would be one of the best decisions I made in choosing Nordic Wedding Adventures. It really was a wonderful adventure and we are just so happy. From the minute Carsten picked us up at the airport, to meeting both of them for coffee and then on our wedding, they made everything so effortless and stress free for us ? it really was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Pragmatic , professional and super kind.
Lena and her husband Carsten were super kind with us, they treated us like their family. At the wedding day they did everything to make it perfect for us and I will always be grateful for their efforts. Our wedding was perfect and it was only because of them.
They are very pragmatic, flexible and easygoing. At our wedding day the weather was not good but they immediately provided us a new solution which made the day just perfect and lovely.
They were quick in responses and they never left us with any doubts. They showed an enormous sense of mutual understanding and made us comfortable at our most important day.
They recommended us very nice and professional persons for makeup and photographing.
They did extra efforts just to make our accommodation in Maribo much nicer such as suggesting nice sightseeings and restaurants. I wish Lena and Carsten the best.

Nordic Adventure Weddings is incredible and highly recommended for all those who want an extraordinary wedding. The team was very welcoming, they were very respectful and kind. We had a wonderful wedding ceremony at M?n. From the beginning it was possible to solve all the necessary paperwork online. In addition to that, Lena was always available and answered all our questions quickly and with great commitment. In general, everything went very well and we had the best day of our lives.
