Susan and John were great to work with. They were very helpful and communicative leading up to our wedding day. On the day, they did amazing work. At several times during the day, I remember wishing for a picture of a moment, then turning to see one of them there to capture it. When we received the photos, we could not have been happier. Right from the start Susan was incredible to deal with- so professional and Uber organized. We had a zoom to run though what we were thinking and Susan have great advice. In the run up to the wedding she sent us through a timeline for the day and then arrived an hour early to get set up! Throughout the day she was more like a wedding coordinator than anything! Kept us moving but in a very unassuming way. Just lovely to have around and in now was annoying. Susan’s husband John was also with us on the day and was equally as great. Relaxed and calming and pretty funny too! Photos were brilliant and nothing was too much to ask of either of them! Photos were sent through to us within 2 months and of excellent quality, some candid Gems in the mix of formal shots. Highly recommend!

We had our wedding in 01/08/2024 and booked Susan and her husband John to get snaps of our day. They were absolutely amazing! They arrived early in the day and were so professional but at the same time easy going which is exactly what we wanted! The were also great craic on the day and our guests have all said they were such good company to have around, particularly during the drinks reception where they took a lot of candid photos of our guests. If I could go back, I would 100% book with them again, they are a beautiful couple and were happy to do whatever it was we wanted on the day! Thanks for everything Sue and John xx

Sue was the photographer for our wedding in April, and I couldn't recommend her enough. Everything leading up to the day was very professional and well organized. On the day, she made us both feel free very comfortable and was great to be around. She knew the venue really well, which meant she was able to get stunning photos with just us, while ensuring we then had lots of time after to socialize/ take other photos with our guests. The photos were available two weeks after the wedding day, which was a lovely surprise and we've received so many compliments on them already. Huge thank you!

John and Susan were the photographers for my brother's wedding in 2022 where I was a groomsman. I was happy with their way of operating, which was nice and laid back while getting ready, and blending in while getting great shots. I was also able to view the finished product for their wedding so I had no hesitation booking for our own wedding, and we weren't disappointed, both John and Sue were great yet again, and the photos came out great. I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone.

We chose Sue and John as our wedding photographers and are so glad that we did. From the outset they were extremely professional and responsive. We had a consultation with Sue over zoom and Sue really listened to and took note of what my husband and I wanted. As a result everything went seamlessly on our wedding day. It was so great to have two photographers as all of the special moments were captured. Sue took photos with myself, the bridesmaids and my parents prior to the ceremony and John got photos of my husband and the groomsmen as well as our guests arriving to our ceremony. No time was wasted and group shots were taken quickly in a relaxed and informal manner which was exactly what we wanted. My Dad was quite sick on our wedding day and Sue was extremely mindful of this and kind to him for which I am so grateful! While Sue took our couple photos, John worked hard getting photos of all of our guests at our drinks reception. We couldn't have been happier with Sue and John and highly recommend them!

My husband and I were so happy with how the photos turned out! John did the photos for us. I loved the mix of contemporary but also traditional photos. The quality was just stunning. I am so happy that we decided to go with Susan Jeffries Photography. John was very personable and friendly. He even pinned the button holes onto the men when we were all struggling. The moment I told my hairstylist and makeup artist who was photographing the wedding I got positive reviews from them as they had worked with them before. I highly recommend this photographer.

I always knew I wanted Susan to be photographer for my wedding. She has done this for a few people I know so I was already familiar with her photographs. I love her work - she has a wonderful timeless style and always has a lovely mix of classic posed shots with beautiful candid moments that would otherwise be forgotten.

In the lead-up, Susan was a dream to deal with. We had a Zoom consult where we talked through all the details. I then received emails from Susan in the weeks before the wedding, answering questions that I hadn't even thought to ask yet.

We chose to have both Susan and John on the day which was amazing as we got shots of both bride and groom getting ready on the morning as well as guests arriving to the venue.

Both Susan and John were so unobtrusive on the day, they?re like a pair of ninjas! I was amazed at how little time it took to complete our couple shots after the ceremony, which was great as I means we got to enjoy our drinks reception.

We got our photos back so quickly too, I couldn't believe it!

My only complaint is that I have too many beautiful shots, I don't know how I'm going to decide which ones to frame.

Sue and John were a pleasure to have with us in our special day. From the beginning sue was extremely organized and planned everything down to the last. We knew our schedule early on. On the day she and John were prompt and got to work without any introductions.
I loved the fact sue was with me but at the same time John was with my John and his family watching their morning unfold.
After the ceremony sue had our list of requested photos and she organized everyone outside the church so quickly we had family photos done before we knew it. This was great as the weather held and she grabbed the opportunity when everyone was standing around so no one had to go looking for missing people, which often happen when crowds disperse.
Later sue was instrumental in getting fabulous shots of us which were non traditional around the grounds of the hotel and I love the fact ours are different and she didn't conform with the main stream photos. She tempted me with sitting in a boat but my John wasn't as brave so we balanced out on a lone rock on the lake with swans swimming by which now look superb on our favourite phots which we will have in our album forever.
We will treasure all our photos. Sue even sent us a fabulous sample and mix of our photos on our honeymoon via email and we were delighted to receive these so quickly, so we could see people and things we hadn't been aware of on the day.
When we came home our photos arrived so quickly and I look at them so often. Family could see them also as they were easy to access.
There are so many to choose from it will be difficult to finalize our album but I'm looking forward to trying.

We had a historical COVID19 Wedding! Having kept to our orginal wedding date during the COVID restrictions, we had a much smaller but beautifully intimate private ceremony. Having contacted Susan Jefferies a few weeks beforehand, Susan was very supportive and eager to help us out on our special day. Susan was very understanding of the restrictions and social distancing on the day, and was very considerate and delicate in her photo taking. Despite physical distancing, Susan managed to get the perfect shots and lots of terrific photos during the ceremony and in our garden (under the trees and in the treehouse) afterwards. We are delighted with the wonderful pics. Thank you Susan for ensuring we have such lovely memories of our uniquely different and perfect wedding day 2020!

We were very happy with the service we received from Susan and John. They were very discreet on the day, so much so that we didn't even notice them in the Church. They were very accommodating and really helped put us at ease during the photographs at the hotel. We are delighted with the photos we received and the slide show was great too.

Susan and John photographed our wedding last September. They're both really lovely, calm and friendly people who were lovely to have around on the day - and they really excel at capturing all of the natural moments during the day in a very non-intrusive way. It was fantastic having both of them as they were able to capture all of the moments on the morning of the wedding as well as throughout the reception. Would really recommend them if you're looking for photography for your special day.

We were so pleased Susan and John were able to photograph our wedding. They were the photographers for my sister's wedding and we loved that they were unobtrusive on the day,while still managing to take wonderful photos. We specifically asked for less time taking photos so we could attend the reception sooner so they both accommodated this request. They took lots of spontaneous natural photos of us and the guests and were overall lovely people to have around on the day. We were delighted with all the photos when they came back.

They are very warm, genuine people with a super sense of humour. This helped with capturing relaxed photographs as the camera was such a big part of recording our Wedding Day. Susan and John are inobtrusive by nature and looking at the photos now, they captured beautiful shots of some of the finer details in both the Church and at the venue. After our wedding there was a short turnaround time to receiving the photos and they are still available to answer questions or help with any additional items. I highly recommend Susan as a wedding photographer. Susan reassured me on the day with her calm, professional, and efficient manner. I wanted a photographer who wouldn't do too many 'posed shots' and would opt instead for a more intimate and natural style, and she very duly obliged! Our communication beforehand was all very straightforward and no fuss, which was perfect for us - Susan and her partner John are a very experienced and organised team, and took really beautiful photographs on the day.
