The Music Planners

The Music Planners is bespoke Wedding Ceremony and Drinks Reception music outfit, based in Waterford and for surrounding areas. We also offer variety of packages for your day two celebrations and provide a smaller band for low key weddings. 

Piano and Vocals, by Jean Upton and Luke Donnelly, with the option of adding guitar, additional vocals and/or violin. 

Jean is the founder and owner of Waterford Centre of Music, where she teaches piano and musicianship and where Luke is our head vocal tutor. Paul Haberlin on guitar and vocals, with Ellenor Upton on violin complete the full outfit. 

We are all fully qualified music teachers and experienced musicians, each holding a third level BA Hons Degree in Music and have worked with a multitude of bands, orchestras, choirs and recording artists across the country. 

Wedding music is a speciality of ours and, with over 10 years experience in the wedding industry performing at ceremonies, drinks receptions and day two celebrations, we will work hands on with you on making a beautifully personalised wedding soundtrack that reflects your individual tastes. By blending your style, personality and life experience, with that of your other half, we will musically create a ceremony that is designed specifically for you. 

We love nothing more than creating a song list, from any genre of music, adding our contemporary twist, and make it fitting for the style of your ceremony.
