I had Caroline for my make-up and Susan for my hair on my wedding day. I cannot thank them both enough. From the trial to the wedding day they were just incredible. In my wedding trial they both listened and were able to create the exact look I was going for, I couldn't have been happier leaving my trial and they had no problem re-creating this on my wedding day. All of my bridal party who also got their hair & make-up done were also very impressed by both Caroline & Susan. The morning prep was so relaxed and super chill and I attribute a lot of that to the ladies. Honestly cannot fault them, would highly recommend.

I recently got married in Enniskerry Co Wicklow and the lovely Sandra and Caroline did my hair and make up respectively.
When I say I cannot recommend these 2 amazing ladies enough is an understatement. They made me feel so special starting at the trial and their attentive check ins between the trial and my Big Day. They made the wedding morning so special for myself, my bridesmaid and both Mama’s. Sandra and Caroline were a joy to work with and the results they gave us were incredible. The compliments I got for my hair and make up on the day were constant and still getting messages two weeks later saying how stunning it was xxx If you are getting married anytime soon, please book Caroline and Sandra, you won’t regret it xxx

I came from the United States to Ireland for my wedding, and Declan and Dollie were wonderful for my hair and makeup. They worked with me to do my trial the week of the wedding when I got to Ireland, and really listened to what I wanted. On the day of Declan was so kind in doing touch ups and lending hairdryers to some of the other girls getting ready (not having their hair done), and did a phenomenal job on my hair including putting in my extensions and adding a crown. He was so pleasant to have around and I really appreciated the speaker he brought to add vibes to the morning! Dollie was similarly wonderful, and was so flexible in changing some things day of that I wanted different from my trial. She came so prepared, and made everyone's makeup she did feel like a princess. I also had a second team of Kim and Lorraine to help with my bridesmaids, and they did a phenomenal job and were genuinely lovely people to work with. Cannot recommend them enough for event hair and makeup!

Even without a trial, they made me feel comfortable immediately with their warm, friendly approach. Dolly's makeup and Sandra's hairstyling exceeded my expectations. They listened to my preferences and achieved the perfect balance between enhancing my appearance and maintaining my natural look. The result was stunning - I felt beautiful and confident, receiving many compliments throughout the day. They not only made me look great but also boosted my confidence. Christine (hair) and Helen (make up) had their work cut out for them on 17 Aug 24 in Waterford this year! They each had 6 clients to get through which was not a bother for these super women. As the bride, I felt it was important for me to be as natural as possible and Helen nailed the look; I felt absolutely gorgeous and it lasted all day. My hair was equally stunning considering the brief from myself was so vague! The entire bridal party were thrilled with their final looks and absolute 'rides' in my opinion 😍 These guys were the very definition of professional but also slotted in seamlessly into the bridal party and got involved in the banter! I cannot recommend these two ladies enough, magicians I tell ya!!! 😉

Dolly and Michelle did an awesome job at my wedding. They were very professional, organized and gave us all lovely looks. Dolly helped me a lot with the planning and took the stress away from it all. She was also able to make a light coverage natural look for which I got lot's of compliments.

Sandy & Caroline were our hair & makeup stylists last Saturday for my sons wedding. They were amazing from start to finish, so professional but also engaging & friendly & nothing was an issue for any of the five of us getting ready. I booked Declan and Dolly for my wedding on July 5th 2024 for my 3 bridesmaids, my mum, my mother in law and myself! They were absolutely incredible!

PRG have a fantastic service and made choosing a hairdresser and makeup artist so easy. I choose Sandy and Dolly as my team for the day and they surpassed my expectations. They put me so at ease at my trial that I knew everything would be good on the day. As an older bride I was worried but they managed to get myself and 6 others ready in time that morning. All ages were catered to from young to old. I would highly recommend them to any future bride and their family and friends.

Kim, Lorraine, Andrea and Janet were absolutely amazing on my wedding day and in the lead up. They not only provided beautiful makeup and hair services for 9 women the morning of the wedding, but they also helped put my mind at ease as the bride and I couldn’t recommend them enough. We had the amazing Dolly & Sandra to transform the mother of the groom, his two sisters and niece, the junior bridesmaid.
They were both so professional, the makeup done by Dolly and the hairstyles created by Sandra were exactly as we wanted. It was all so effortless and flawless. I could not but highly recommend them both and the Powder room Girls. Amazing experience.

I booked Lesley for bridal party makeup and Sandy for our hair (6 of us) and from first contact and trials to my wedding morning, both of these ladies were amazing. They went above and beyond for myself and my bridal party and made the morning such a great experience. Lesley and Sandy are fantastic at what they do and made us look flawless! I booked Dolly for make up and Adrienne for hair through the Powder Room Girls for my wedding on June 8th.
I could not have asked for a better pair to get me, my bridesmaids and the mums all glammed up. Everyone looked great, felt like a million bucks, and the hair & makeup lasted all through the night while we danced our feet off 🤩
Dolly really listened to what everyone wanted for their make up. Everyone was complimenting our skin and makeup throughout the whole day. I could have slept in my bridal make up, and it would still have been flawless the next morning!
Adrienne did things with hair I couldn't have imagined in my wildest dreams! She made every lady feel comfortable, chatting to us about how we wanted our hair to look and exceeded all expectations.
Both Dolly & Adrienne were so warm & friendly, which was really important to making the bridal suite a fun and relaxing space the morning of our wedding.

I had Caroline booked for myself, my three bridesmaids and my mam. All I can say is my face looked filtered and flawless. I felt like a bride once my makeup was done and I looked like a bride. My Makeup stayed put for the whole day. Caroline is amazing at what she does. She is super talented, friendly and profressional. I Would highly highly reccomend Caroline for bridal makeup. My makeup was perfect!!!!

Declan, styled me for my June24 wedding. He was excellent. he knew exactly what I was looking for and my trial went perfectly, adaptable isn't the word when I decided to change my hair length completely, The style I went for on my trial was no longer suitable, Declan wasn't phased and went off a last minute photo the day of my wedding and gave me the hair I wanted, bridesmaids were fabulous again being shown one picture then creating the style around the girls features, bringing his playlist and some solid advice he was a joy to have during the morning getting ready.

I am so so glad I booked with The Powder Room Girls, and especially that I got matched with Dolly and Declan. Coming from overseas, I was a little nervous about how hair and makeup would go since I never got the meet any of my vendors in person, or for hair and makeup, do a trial run. Dolly was my main point of contact throughout the booking process though and put me at ease with her kindness and professionalism. When the wedding day came and I finally got to meet the duo in person, all nervousness went out the window. They were so professional, but also easy going and fun. I really enjoyed getting to know them, but also can’t express how much I loved my hair and makeup. They did a wonderful job on me and my bridal party. I can’t recommend their services enough!

I would like to thank Adrienne who looked after my family and I on my wedding day. She was very professional, kind and really a great help in the morning. My hair lasted all day and all night which I was delighted about, and everyone else looked fabulous too! There was no hairstyle that Adrienne could not do! Not only that, but from start to finish from contacting the Powder Room Girls to picking Adrienne as my hairdresser for the day, and the hair trial, everything was made easy – especially helpful as a I was last – minute bride with everything! I hired the Powder Room girls for my wedding in February 2024. I don't know a lot about different makeup styles, but the Powder Room girls helped me find my own style and I felt so comfortable, confident, and beautiful with my look on my wedding day. My bridal party also looked stunning and we were all elated with our looks, and the makeup lasted all through the night. They were very quick to respond as well, and their prices are very reasonable. Booking with the PRG made the entire hair and makeup process so much easier

I had Helen for my make up for my wedding for myself, mam and three bridesmaids. I suffer from eczema and am always afraid make up will dry out my face after a days wear. Helen used products that suited my skin so well and felt so light. It didn't dry out or budge all day either even with all my happy tears throughout the day. My make up was exactly how I wanted it and I was delighted, as were my bridesmaids and mam. It was flawless and so many people commented on it. Not only was Helen professional, but she also was great fun the morning of my wedding, and we had a great morning. Would recommend her to any bride for their bridal makeup look

I honestly don't know where to start to thank Dolly (make up) and Sandy (hair) they had me and my girls looking absolutely stunning for the day of my wedding . Everyone looked flawless They are both so amazing at what they do and I can't recommend them enough.

Hi had the very lovely Helen getting me ready on the morning of my wedding in Dec 23. Helen did a phenomenal job on makeup, I was genuinely delighted with how it turned out and it stayed put all day. Christine and Helen did the hair and make-up for my Wedding. Having had a trial for myself and my sisters we knew what to expect. Both are absolutely wonderful at what they do, professional but so friendly. We had a lovely time the morning of our Wedding, the chats and laughs helped me relax and enjoy the day. Hair and make-up were beautiful and we received so many compliments throughout the day. They listen to what it is you want and how you want to look. I truly felt like a beautiful Bride. Christine is my hairdresser now and has been since the trial. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Thank you both for everything!

Sandy did the hair for my wedding in November 2023 and she was ✨incredible✨! So so talented, listened to everything I wanted and nailed it. I had clip in hair extensions and a fresh flower crown, curls and some very elaborate braids. My hair looked like something out of The Lord of the Rings. Can't recommend her enough!

Dolly and Sandy were my make up artist and hair stylist for my wedding. Both of them were a breath of fresh air the morning of my wedding. They were so accommodating and patient with us all. The chats and banter were great and it felt like we knew each other for years!
Both ladies were extremely punctual and efficient. Their attention to detail was very precise also. I really appreciated the top up and examination from all angles.
My mum and bridesmaids felt listened to which was of utmost importance. I knew I was in safe hands having had my trial with them.
As the saying goes, they understood the brief. Their mastery blended seamlessly into our theme and guests were so complementary.
Dolly, I reserve possibly my best comment for you. At 2am a guest said to me "how do you still look like a porcelain doll?" I never touched up your fabulous work and even rocked the dance floor. All I did was touch up the lipstick before the ceremony.
I cannot thank Dolly and Sandy enough for bringing out my best features and turning me into a princess on my wedding day.
The company as a whole are extremely professional and easy to work with. I wish them every success in the future.

I was lucky enough to have the lovely Andrea and Rhona to get me ready on the morning of my wedding, along with my bridesmaid and the two important Mums of the day.
I have super long, thick hair that I wanted in an upstyle and Andrea delivered exactly what I wanted. It held all day and night and I even got day 2 out of the curls! My bridesmaid went for a glam down look with some hair jewellery and the Mums went for the bouncy blowdries. We were all delighted with ourselves.
Rhona did a gorgeous job on all of our make up. We each wanted something different and she was able to cater to all of us. We've even gone out and bought some of the products she used on us since the wedding as we were all so pleased with the make up and how it lasted!

Where to begin? First of all, as the bride, my hair and make up was even better than I thought it would be. Andrea, my hairdresser, did an amazing job at interpreting what I wanted and gave me great advice at my trial to make my hair look even more amazing on the day. Helen, my makeup artist, was just as amazing. She made my eyes pop and helped make my skin look flawless, despite the bad acne flare up I was having. She also gave me great advice to help have a flawless base for the big day. On my big day the final result was even better than the trial, which I didn't think possible! Both hair and makeup lasted til the next morning, as I passed out in my dress from too many jagerbombs LOL!
Andrea and Helen did just as amazing a job on my bridesmaids, who I wanted to look and feel as beautiful as I did. They also did a great job with my mother and sisters, none of whom wear makeup on a regular basis. They looked so glam! The make up didn't feel heavy on them and my mam loved her hair! Dolly did the makeup and Nelly did the hair for myself, my mom, and sister. Valerie did the makeup for my bridesmaids.
Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish. Booking was easy, communication was easy.
I was really happy with how hair and makeup came out, it was absolutely beautiful. Beyond that, it was absolutely lovely spending my wedding morning with all three of them. They were great to chat with and really contributed to how fun the morning was. Dolly even helped me get into my shoes and get my jewelry on! We had my brothers wedding last week and were travelling from Wexford to Cavan for the event. As we didn't know any makeup artists in the area we got a recommendation to try the powder room girls. From the first moment I made the enquiry we were looked after. Dolly was back and forth with emails confirming details and assuring us that all would be taken care of, this really did put us at ease as we were nervous not having used them before. On the morning Dolly arrived early and got set up she was efficient and organised she worked through the family getting all our makeup completed in time. I have to say she did an exceptional job with all our makeup varying to our likes and requests. We were all delighted and that it lasted well into the early hours of the morning. On a personal note I was delighted to have met Dolly we had great chats while she effortlessly worked away she has a wonderful personality and I would highly recommend her for any event, I will most definitely be using the powder room girls again. Christine was brilliant throughout all of our contact from first contact, to my hair trial, as well as in the run up to the wedding, and on the wedding day itself. She was really open to trying a number of styles for my trial, which helped me decide on what I wanted for the big day.

Declan looked after myself (the bride) my bridesmaid, my mother and both my daughters and to say he did a fantastic job is an understatement! Firstly, he put me so at ease during the madness of getting ready that I felt the stress just slipping away. He was so warm and cheery, really added to the atmosphere of the morning. He did a phenomenal job with my hair. I was blown away by the end result. It was EXACTLY what I wanted for my big day. I got so many compliments on it throughout the day. The same goes for everyone else's hair he did. Declan was the definition of professional. In the run up to the big day he was so quick to get back to me with any queries which left me feeling really confident going into the day itself. He was extremely punctual and had us all ready in plenty of time. (Not an easy task with my bunch!). You will not regret having Declan looking after you on your big day!

I had Declan for our hairs and he was so great. I was over the moon with my hair for my wedding and he even nailed some last minute changes as I am so fussy. He went above and beyond for the bridal party and was super quick getting 5 adults and two kids ready. I would totally recommend him! Such a lovely man!

I got married in July 2023 and booked hair and make up through the Powder Room Girls. I knew they were so reliable and professional from a friend's wedding in 2020 and was delighted they were available for my wedding. Adrienne Brennan was our fabulous hairstylist and Glenda McCabe was our equally fabulous make up artist.
They both brought such a calming presence and enthusiastic energy which really helped to make the morning so memorable. They were both so patient and kind. One bridesmaid wasn't used to having hair styled and Adrienne was really patient helping her find a look she was comfortable with. Glenda was a miracle worker too. A week before the wedding I fell and got 5 stitches in my chin which only came out 36 hours before the wedding. I was very worried about the scar but Glenda brought her war chest and she did an amazing job, no one noticed the scar at all or in any photos! The cover up job even lasted for my day two. Both Adrienne and Glenda made us all feel so glamorous and confident and we had so much fun on the morning getting ready.
I'm so glad both of them could be such an important part of our day and I will be sure to recommend them to any friends getting married in the future!

Both dolly and Sandra were outstanding. They flew to Italy and did make up for me for 2 of the days and to say I felt the most beautiful I have ever felt is an u understatement. They made me feel so at ease.

I reached out to the Powder Room girls to get a makeup and hairdresser for just myself. As I didn't have a bridal party it was difficult to find any other vendor willing to travel to my wedding location. I booked Nelly for both my hair and makeup and planned a trial with her a couple of months before my wedding. As we live abroad and were only in Ireland one specific time it was great she was available to do my trail that day. Nelly took a lot of time to make sure I was happy with both my hair and makeup. She asked a lot of questions and wrote down everything so she could replicate it on the day.
On my wedding day I asked her to change one thing with my makeup and that was no problem at all. I could not have been happier with my hair and makeup and love the way I look in my photos. While we were waiting to get ready Nelly even helped my friend with her hair which she didn't need to do.

Powder room girls we very professional to deal with. They were very responsive and answered any query I had immediately.
I had Lotte for make up and Claire for hair.
I was extremely happy with both of these girls.
From the make up trial with Lotte I changed a few things and she was very flexible and understanding and was very in tune with what I wanted on the day and the make up turned out just as I wanted it. It also lasted all day and night which was amazing! She was great to communicate with and even sent recommendation for skin care and tips and tricks for the lead up to my wedding which was much appreciated!

She was very accommodating on the day as well when one of aunts asked if she could squeeze her in for an updo, which Claire very kindly did and it turned out beautiful.

We booked Nelly from the Powder Rooms for the family of the Groom. Nelly was extremely helpful and organised on the lead up to the wedding. She was very responsive over email and made adjustments to the morning schedule to meet our needs with no hesitation. On the day Nelly was super efficient. I couldn't believe how Sandy was able to transform my hair, I was so happy with the look she created and she made it look so easy. One of my bridesmaids had dreadlocks which we were afraid a hairdresser would find too difficult to work with but it was no problem for Sandy who did a fantastic job.
Rhona did a super job with the make-up too. Myself and my bridemaids all have problematic oily skin and our make-up stayed on perfectly all day (and night!) with very little touching up, which we were delighted with!

I had Helen for makeup and Shelly for hair on the day of my wedding and I can't recommend the girls enough. There were seven of us that needed hair and makeup on the day and the girls were so calm and friendly and made everyone feel relaxed. They both made the bridal party relaxed and had a fun morning with plenty of laughter. They both even helped sew my dress to the cape that has broken that morning. They really were my dream team and can't say enough about them.

I booked Grainne for makeup and Rosaleen for hair for myself (bride), my mam, 3 bridesmaids and my sister. They were amazing!! Absolutely thrilled with makeup, it didn't budge on the hottest day of the year in Galway, even my eye lashes stayed on place for a few days after. My hair on the day was a beautifully integrated updo which I didn't need to think about once done, it stayed exactly in place and looked gorgeous. We were all so thrilled with hair and makeup. Rosaleen and Grainne really listened to what each one of the bridal party wanted, and also made such great suggestions.
Having them both there in the morning was a pleasure, we had such good Craic and they were so calm, it kept me from getting overwhelmed in the morning.

As mother of the bride, you want your daughter to feel happy, reassured and beautiful. They did this and more. I had Adrienne and Dolly for my bridal party hair and makeup. Oh my goodness they were both amazing. From the moment I booked on with them they were extremely polite, professional and responsive. Helen and Michelle did my bridesmaids and my own hair/make up on the morning of my wedding from the trials up to the day of the wedding they were extremely helpful and easy to deal with throughout. Everyones hair and make up lasted amazingly through the day and night (even till breakfast the following morning for one of the bridesmaids)

I booked Christine Murphy for Hair for myself, my bridal party and my mom on the morning of my wedding. From the very start through email it was easy, Christine was always so friendly and professional. I decided to have a trial and I knew there and then she had to do my hair for my wedding. She was extremely fast and so knowledgeable about any type of style and what to do. So easy to talk to and have a laugh with. The morning of my wedding was so chilled, fun and easy she gave everyone a different style, exactly what they asked for, that lasted well into the night and we were all extremely happy! My bridesmaids are still on about her how amazing she was. I wouldn't of been able to get into my wedding dress on the morning without her, she was more than a hairdresser the whole morning, and I am so grateful for her and what she did for us, she was incredibly kind. I hope to be able to get her to do my hair again in the future! You have to book this lady I was so lucky I found her! So grateful and thankful, thank you!

In July 2022 at 10pm the night before my wedding day, I was sat with family enjoying the build up when I received a missed call from an unknown Spanish number. I received a voicemail shortly afterwards by the owner of the Powder Room girls. I was informed that the hairdresser was unable to make it to my house the following morning for myself and my wedding party of five.
To say we were shocked and disappointed to learn of this no show at 10pm the night before my wedding was an understatement. The owner informed me that she had no back up and advised for my bridesmaids to do their own hair. Getting a trial done before my wedding was a total waste of time and money.
For a company who advertise 'Take the stress and hassle out of your wedding morning', has only caused me stress and hassle. In my experience, I have found this company very unprofessional and would certainly not recommend them to any bride for their big day.

We are all so disappointed and so sorry that this happened, and we fully understand the frustration and upset it must have caused the night before the wedding.
In this case your hairstylist having tested positive for COVID 19 the night before your wedding called the PRG office to inform us of the situation straight away.
We tried to find a replacement immediately with all of our team and hairstylists outside of our agency however as it was at such short notice and late at night we could not source someone in time .
Due to the late hour, the time of year and the overload of wedding bookings caused by Covid 19 we could not find anyone that was free and regretfully at 10pm you were called to inform you of the situation and to let you know that we had a back up for the bride and she would come 2 hours earlier at 7am. She was your makeup artist, and she is also a very capable hairstylist but was just booked to do the makeup for you as you had 6 ladies so would only have time to do you -the bride and touch up the bridesmaids hair .
You agreed to this and the mention of the bridesmaids “doing their own hair”, I said that unfortunately they would have to start their own hair by drying it and the Makeup Artist/stylist would touch it up.
At this stage it was all we could do. I was glad that at least you the bride would have your hair done .
It really was the nightmare we all hoped would not happen all through the Pandemic and are really sorry this happened , it was the first time and hopefully the last but In this case we had to invoke our policy that we have in our T&C’s, and I can say that all monies paid have been refunded to you in full.
If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to get a replacement, costs associated with your booking from your trial payments and to your deposit will be refunded in full.
Unfortunately, this happened, and we apologies profusely again to you and your family. We have been supplying hair and makeup artists in Ireland for 15 years and pride ourselves on our fantastic team who are VERY professional.

Declan is not just an extremely good hairdresser but also brings calmness, soundness and even his own speaker for tunes!! I was delighted with my trial, everything he did looked just so elegant yet lively. On the big day itself I asked for something a little different and he did it so well. He also did all of the ladies- 3 bridesmaids and 2 mothers-and they all looked incredible on the day. Each hairstyle really suited everyone's faces and he really listened to what people were asking for. I don't think any hairdresser could have done a better nor a sleeker job. He also knew how the hair would behave under a veil so knew too give it more boost than a lay person(I!) would expect, and set the veil beautifully on top. I couldn't have wished for better. Best of luck with the rest of the wedding season!!

I booked Helen to do make up for our wedding in July. She was just so lovely and professional and everybody loved their make up on the day. She was so friendly and calm, which really added to the enjoyment of getting ready in the morning with all the bridal party.
Helen spend lots of time with me four my trial trying out different looks and was so easy going, making any changes I requested.

We booked 2 teams of makeup and hair artists for the grooms family and wedding guests on the morning of our wedding. We were lucky enough to secure Helen&Declan and Sandra&Caroline- our guests were so impressed by not only the service provided but how charming and attentive all the artists were, our guests are still talking about them. The artists all came to the wedding venue/site on the morning of the wedding and were so obliging. The communication from the day of booking to the day of the wedding was impeccable and Hugh was a dream to deal with all requests and queries from the minute i contacted him. I was very disappointed in how my hair came out. As someone who curls their hair regularly I know my hair holds a curl well. However 20 minutes into photos my curls fell out and I had to brush my hair straight for the rest of the night.

I was lucky enough to have Rosaleen style my hair and my bridesmaids for my wedding. Rosaleen is such a lovely person and was a pleasure to have with us on the morning. I had Pam and Lotte for my wedding in Cork in June 2022. They did hair and makeup for myself and 5 others in the bridal party including my mom. They were very easy to contact in the lead up to the trials and wedding and nothing was too much of an ask for either of them.
Lotte did my makeup and sent me through a skincare plan and advice sheet after my trial which was a huge help. On the day of the wedding my eyelids were very dry due to hay-fever but she worked her magic and the entire look lasted all day long. My makeup was glowing and I didn't feel caked in makeup and only had to touch up my lipstick. The girls' makeup was flawless and she made us all look beautiful. Lotte has experience working with all ages and so I knew she was the perfect choice for my bridal party and mom too.
Pam did our hair and again did a wonderful job. My mom came for a hair trial with me too and this was no problem at all to Pam who listened to exactly what she and I wanted and executed it perfectly. On the day of the wedding all of our hairstyles were perfect and lasted throughout the night, even with all the dancing.
Both girls were so lovely and such a calming presence on the morning of the wedding. Nothing was too much for them; they listened to what we wanted and topped us all up before we left for the church, making sure we were picture perfect and happy. They are both perfectionists and that shows in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for hair and makeup for any event.

I booked Nelly as my bridal party hair stylist and it was the best decision. She was able to do the trial at my house and she designed the perfect style for me. On the morning of the wedding she was so calming and worked so well with everyone.

Sandy did my hair beautifully for my wedding. It was soft, elegant and stayed in place all day. She also did lovely upstyles for my 2 bridesmaids and my mothers hair too - and they looked fab. Dolly did our makeup - it was natural, flattering and lasted all day and night. Both hit the exact right notes of getting the work done efficiently while being fun and relaxed company. Would highly recommend them.

Having read the excellent reviews on weddingsonline.ie, I booked Rosaleen and Dolly for my wedding hair and makeup on May 8th in Galway. I really cannot say enough about their excellence, professionalism, care and kindness on my wedding day. Both Rosaleen and Dolly were highly responsive and reliable in their communication from the beginning, and provided great guidance to myself as a person who did not have any particular "vision" for my appearance on the day! They not only made myself and the members of my wedding party look our absolute best, but also helped us to feel really relaxed and excited for the upcoming celebrations. Rosaleen and Dolly are not only supremely skilled professionals but also have amazing interpersonal skills! I particularly appreciated their compassion and kindness towards my mum who was initially a reluctant model. I absolutely could not recommend both Rosaleen and Dolly highly enough as a glam squad for anyone's big day! Huge thanks to them both.

They were both so so lovely, from my hair and make up trials, to the actual wedding day, they made the whole experience really special for me. If I could do the day all over again, I would pick them both again without hesitation. I had the amazing Glenda as my make up artist for my wedding earlier this year. She is so amazing. She totally got the vibe I wanted and gave me great skin tips at my trial. The morning of the wedding she was so upbeat and relaxing and made us all laugh at the emotional parts to save the mascara. Would 1000% recommend her.

For my wedding, I had Helen for my make up and Adrienne for hair and I was thrilled with the results. Both ladies were warm, professional, and calm on the day and lent a great presence to the bridal suite as we got ready. Everyone was so happy with the results for both hair and makeup, and we all had so much fun chatting with them. The way they stuck around to help with my veil and make sure I was picture-perfect as I had my portraits done was above and beyond. I had Caroline for my make-up and Shelly for my hair and I could not have been happier with the results. Caroline has such a lovely way about her, she even rang me a few times on the run up to the wedding just to check in, my make-up was amazing and my bridal party were also delighted with their makeup. I was also delighted with my hair, Shelly did my hair exactly as I had wanted it, Shelly was so friendly and excellent at her job. These girls are so much more than a makeup artist and hairdresser, they stayed with me right until it was time to walk down the aisle, they helped with flowers, shoes, veil nothing was too much trouble. They knew exactly what they were doing and made me feel amazing, i can't thank them enough.

I had Glenda McCabe for makeup and Declan Chapple for hair for my recent wedding and I couldnt recommend them more! There were 5 of us for hair and 3 for makeup and Glenda and Declan were so efficient and calm and everyone looked gorgeous by the end. They were both great with my 4 year old niece who had her hair done but as she is a little young for makeup Glenda still put her in the chair and did the bit of glitter and gloss and she absolutely loved it! I loved my own hair and makeup and it lasted all day, I didnt need any touch ups and could just forget about it. Both makeup and hair were still perfect the following day!

I had Rhona for my makeup and Adrienne for my hair. I couldn't have been happier. They were both amazing! Rhona was so quick and efficient, while doing our makeup exactly as we asked. Adrienne was also really efficient, and adaptable and advised on what hair pieces would compliment the style I wanted. We were all thrilled with how our hair and makeup turned out. Both ladies went above and beyond to help on the day, giving some great advise, helping with my veil and flowers and staying with me until it was time to leave. I was incredibly impressed with them and would highly recommend them both.

Helen was amazing at my wedding! She did mine and my three bridesmaids make-ups and we all agreed we have never looked so well! She puts so much effort into her work and yet makes it look effortless! I had Christine and Helen for my wedding hair and make up and my god it was perfect! Both the ladies were amazing! Both hair and makeup lasted throughout the day with no touch ups, only lips for photos. The bridesmaids hair & make up was fab to. Helen even got my mother in a full face of make up she LOVED! From my first contact with Powder Room girls they were so helpful and accommodating with arranging my trial and facilitating me on my big day! Kim was my makeup artist. She was so professional and really listened and understood the look I wanted for my wedding day. I booked Rosaleen for my bridal party for my wedding and we were all totally blown away by her creativity and how fabulous we all looked! All 3 of us have different hair types and style preferences, and Rosaleen worked well to tailor a hair style to suit us individually. I had Christine as my hairdresser for my wedding on 16/10/2021. I was nervous about choosing a hairdresser as I have very curly hair and a lot of the time it will be straightened then styled. For my wedding I wanted an upstyle to include my natural curls. Christine listened to exactly what I wanted and was open to trying lots of different styles at our trial. I was extremely happy with my hair on the big day, and it stayed in place all day. Would highly recommend to anyone with naturally curly hair!

Michelle and Rhona and their team were an absolute joy to work with! Everyone in the party looked absolutely gorgeous and felt so confident, which set the mood for the whole day! From the day of the trial in the salon- the first time I met Adrienne and Asta, all my worries were eased. With such a small wedding and all the females having their hair and make-up done by TPRG, I knew that they were going to be a big part of our day. Firstly, they are both so professional and really listened to each of us. In addition they are both so highly skilled in what they do and I knew without a shadow of a doubt that myself and my bridal party would be very happy on that day but in addition to that their lovely friendly calm personalities in the trial made me look forward to welcoming them to be with us on the big day. And on the day their lovely way really made our morning go so smoothly. Not to mention their skills. Asta is amazing at make-up and managed to make everyone's skin look so dewy and fresh as well as making everyone look so beautiful Asta created different make up looks for us all to suit everyone wants and needs- including for my 13 year old daughter who never wore make up so wanted a natural look. Adrienne is equally skilled when it comes to hair and transformed our hair in ways we didn't know was possible, Not only were our different request and ideas all looked after and the style we wanted created but each and every ones hair looked in excellent condition Adrienne was also so understanding when my daughter did a bit of DIY on her hair and it needed re doing.
I couldn't be happier with the team and with the end results. Not on are they amazing at hair and make-up but with all their wedding experience they guided us on what and when to do things and helped us with any issues that arose (even outside hair and make-up) and thanks to them the morning went smoothly, I couldn't thank them enough.

Pam was just a pleasure to work with. Nothing was a problem. She made contact before the hair trial & before the wedding making sure everything was in order, even requesting sample styles/ideas so she could be prepared. She was so friendly & chatty on the morning of the wedding! Myself, my 3 bridesmaids and my mother were all delighted with our hair and it even lasted the whole day without having to be touched up! Adrienne and Valerie were amazing! They traveled to my house in Bray for the trial and then were right on time on the day in Limerick. So accommodating and absolutely lovely to work with. I was so fortunate to secure Pam and Lotte for my wedding. From the initial contact, they were so professional, engaging and accommodating. They are both absolutely amazing at what they do, Lotte is so talented at bringing out your best features and gave me the most perfect, glowing bridal look! She has a wealth of knowledge on skincare and the most impressive make up kit I have ever seen! Shelly styled our hair on the wedding day and we were thrilled with it! The four of us have quite different types of hair and Shelly styled them all so well and made sure they last. I chose the Powder Room Girls for my wedding day and had the great pleasure to meet the lovely Lott and Pam. 2 months previous to the wedding i went for a trial and left feeling confident with little to no change needed. They just got me! The big day came and I have to say I can't speak highly enough for both ladies. Very chilled, fun and organised. I had quite a large bridal party with 7 heads to be completed the morning of my wedding. With that many people, things could have been quite hectic however with Pam and Adrienne from the PRG team, it could have not gone smoother. Not only are they the most professional hair stylists you would want for such an important day, they were exactly the type of people you want around you the morning of the wedding. Asta (make-up) and Declan (hair) were amazing!! I loved the look from my trial (4 months prior to wedding) and was able to wear my updo from Declan the next day to another wedding, it held that well! Asta also gave me skincare tips so I could prep my skin for my wedding day.
On the day of my wedding, Asta and Declan both arrived right on time and finished an hour early (five ladies in total including myself) but still stayed all the way until I walked out the door for the church, making sure my make-up was touched up and my veil was perfectly in place.
I received so many compliments on my hair and makeup throughout the day and even into the wee hours of the night when my friends and family commented how well my updo stayed in place through all the dancing and asked how I kept my make-up looking so perfect (I used blotting sheets once and reapplied lipstick but that was it!).

Shelly and Maria were so lovely to work with on the morning of my wedding. The entire morning was completely stress-free and the girls were very professional and pleasant. I would 100% recommend using the powder room girls.

I chose Rhona to be our makeup artist as she had been the makeup artist of 4 of my friends previously. I could not say enough kind things about Rhona. She is fantastically relaxed and easy going. Nothing is too much to ask. She made our morning very easy! 5 adults and 4 little girls to cater for and she did it with such ease that we all enjoyed our experience and felt absolutely amazing after. Her makeup style (that I have admired for years) is very natural while also being stunningly beautiful. The kids felt like absolute princesses and glowed with happiness after she was finished with them. My makeup was exactly what I had imagined but not only that but it lasted me perfectly for two days! Rhona is very responsive to email and also text. Her friendly manner and chatty nature make the whole experience such a pleasure. Delighted she was available for my big day. Would recommend her in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything Rhona.

I booked Helen and Michelle for hair and makeup for my wedding in December, they were absolutely amazing from the early hours in the morning. Everyone's hair was beautiful Michelle was amazing and did 10 different hairstyles. Helen was the same with our makeup everyone looked beautiful and our make up and hairs lasted right in to the early hours of the next morning. Nothing was too much trouble from putting me in to my dress to running up to the grooms room to pin on button holes for the men :) I can't thank Helen and Michelle enough they were so lovely reliable and helpful thank you ladies xxx

I had the pleasure of having Rhona do my makeup for my wedding this November. She was great to deal with from start to finish, and she did an absolute fantastic job on me and the girls and made us feel so relaxed on the morning. Declan did such a gorgeous job on our hair on the day. Stress wasn't an option with him around. Simple, chilled vibes and he got it right every single time. A lovely person who made us feel so at ease. I had Michelle Walsh (Shelly) as my hair stylist for my wedding day. I couldn't recommend her enough. She was very patient during the consultation phase as i changed my mind a million times and was always there with helpful advise. She was very professional, on time and had a fantastic, calm demeanour which helped ease the wedding morning stress. My hair is also not the most straight forward to deal with and she did an amazing job. She also did hair for my 3 bridesmaids all with VERY different hair types. Cant recommend her highly enough.

A big thank you to Asta and Sandy from the powder room girls who did make up and hair for my wedding. They arrived well on time and helped calm any nerves. They did hair and make up for myself, my two bridesmaids and my mam.
My make up usually doesn't last long on my face but Asta is a miracle worker. My make up was perfect for the entire day and night! She made my make up look exactly how I wanted it to! My eyes are jumpy and she had all the tricks to work around this. I really cannot recommend her enough. Thank you again!

I had Delcan and Dolly and wow words can not explain how amazing they were for myself and the bridal party! They did exactly as I had wanted and made myself and bridal party feel truely beautiful. Delcan out did himself as he went the extra mile for us when we had some issues around getting ready as I was from off shore, he had great advise and suggestions. Dolly had so much fantastic advise for the day and building up to the day in regards to all things glam and skin. They both made the day easy, calm and amazing. I would like to highly recommend the Powder Room Girls professional services. I had the Dolly and Christine booked for my wedding on the 28th of September last. There were four of us for hair and makeup..the bride, two bridesmaids, and mother of the bride. There was also two flower girls for hair. I changed my hairstyle from the wedding trial on the morning of the wedding and this was no problem for Christine. I was delighted with my hair, it was a wavy down-style and lasted all day and night! Bridesmaids, flower girls and mother of the bride's hair styles all lasted very well and they were delighted with them. Dolly's work for our makeup was also top class. It lasted all day and was exactly the look I wanted. Both Dolly and Christine were true professionals and very prompt and efficient with their work. They were a pleasure to have in our home the morning of my wedding and calmed a lot of nerves. I especially want to thank Christine for using her fantastic sowing skills when I had a wardrobe malfunction just prior to leaving the house, I honestly don't know what I would have done without her intervention. Their presence and skills shown that morning enabled me and my family to have the best possible start to a very memorable day. Thanks again Dolly and Christine.

I really enjoyed having my hair and makeup done by Susan and Rhona. Susan is a wizard with hair and clocked what I wanted right away. She managed to weave my hair to construct a lot of volume for my updo which was really skilled and impressive, with a decorative plait as well that looked great. I really liked how kindly Rhona was, she was very gentle putting on the makeup and really listened to what I wanted. I don't usually wear much makeup, and in the past when I've had makeup done I haven't recognised myself in the mirror. Rhona understood my concerns and did a very tasteful and stylish job so that I just looked the best version of myself. She was also very patient with small tweaks.
I live abroad so I couldn't do a hair and makeup trial. It was no problem on the day as both ladies really listened and were very accommodating. They did hair and makeup for four ladies all together and everyone looked lovely. The service isn't cheap, but they are absolute pros.

We had Pam for my wedding recently. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. She was extremely flexible when arranging a date for my hair trial. On the morning of the wedding,she blended in seamlessly with everything that was going on. All the girls and myself felt very relaxed in her company. I just wanted to post a very well deserved review. Glenda did my make up for my wedding on July 12th, and can not compliment her enough. From her flawless work to her bubbly and friendly attitude, she absolutely added to the buzz on the morning.
She went completely above and beyond to meet my every need, as being 23 weeks pregnant at the time i was feeling already terribly insecure, and my skin was just not co-operating with me what so ever. Glenda was so patient with me, and worked with me until we found the exact look i was looking to achieve,even though it was a bit more glam than her usual look, she was happy to do what pleased me. She even went so far out of her way as to get me a very last minute eyelash appointment as i couldnt get a booking any where. She also helped me into my dress, and stayed to capture amazing pictures which i had little of until she sent them on to me.She really did look after me, and i couldnt have appreciated all her help anymore! All this in such a short time frame, as she also fit me in at a very last minute, after a previous disaster with my previously booked mua. I was so lucky she had my date free. Susan and Rhona were both amazing, from the first time I met them at the hair and make-up trial to the finishing touches the day of the wedding. They were both super chilled, professional and knew how to get everything done without anyone even having to think the morning of the wedding. Can not recommend them highly enough!

Glenda did my makeup for my big day at the end of June! Myself, my Mam and my 3 Bridesmaid were all absolutely delighted with our makeup on the day! The day ended up to be the hottest day so far this year and I was so afraid of it melting off us on the day but it stayed on perfectly! I am super self conscious about old acne scarring on my face and this was completely covered without having the caked makeup look which I hate! Glenda was great craic to have in the house on the morning and was so calm which helped settle the nerves! I would recommend her to anyone in the future and will definitely be giving her a shout for any future events I have coming up that I need makeup done! I got married at the end of June in castle Leslie in Monaghan. I had Rhona for makeup and Susan for hair. They were both absolutely brilliant from start to finish and I could not recommend them enough. Myself and my four bridesmaids aswell as the two mums were all so delighted with our hair and makeup and all got a lot of compliments on them both throughout the day. Both Rhona and Susan were so flexible on whatever we wanted. Both the hair and makeup lasted so well and was even perfect to wear for my day 2. They were also great craic and added to the fun and excitement of the morning. Because they work together, they almost co ordinate the morning and had us all ready to go an hour before we needed to leave. This was lovely as it gave us time to get photos and relax. I had Andrea and Dolly for hair and make- up in June. They were absolutely brilliant from the time of my trial to the actual wedding day. They were so professional, friendly and took on board what I liked. Everything was seamless and I was relaxed the morning of my wedding knowing my bridesmaids and I were in excellent hands. We all received so many great compliments on the day and both hair and makeup lasted so well all night I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much girls xx

Glenda did my make up on my wedding day and she was absolutely fantastic! She was quick to respond, gave good skin tips before my day and used quality products as my make up lasted for the whole day! I had Dolly (make-up) & Christine (hair). Dolly & Christine did my sister's wedding the year before mine & I was delighted to be able to book them for mine.
Both did a fantastic job. I wasn't good at wedding planning so I hadn't done enough research on the hairstyle I wanted prior to my hair & make-up trial. Christine couldn't fit me in for a second trial when I changed my mind but on the day managed to produce what I wanted. I have very thin hair so I decided to go with an upstyle. Christine managed to give me volume & it held all day.
I was more certain what I wanted when it came to make-up. I loved it & it photographed very well. I hadn't managed to get my eyebrows done before the wedding but it wasn't a problem.

Helen from PRG did an amazing job for myself and my mother for my sister-in-law's wedding. She showed up early and ready to roll. She was very relaxed and accommodating, especially with an 8 month old baby roaming around her feet. My mother and I were delighted with our make-up and felt that Helen really listened to what we wanted and also made sure it worked well with our outfits, etc. The make-up lasted for the whole day & photographed so well. I was blessed with Pam for my hair and Lott for my makeup on my wedding day. Planning a wedding from overseas was a challenge but after the trial I was put at ease that I was in the right hands. Pam used my hair extensions and diamond head piece to create my dream wedding style and I couldn't be happier. Pam listened to what I wanted and my makeup was just perfect and stayed put all night. Glenda did the make up for my and my maid of honour and my mum on my Wedding Day. I worked with her prior to this 2 years ago when I was a bridesmaid at a friend's wedding and loved my make up. Again, Glenda was super friendly, funny and professional. The trial was class and she helped me decide what I wanted and even took care of my little baby boy when I got my dress etc.

An amazing experience. Myself and the bridal party and even the grooms hair was styled to perfection as well the MOB and MOG's. Calm and helpful in achieving all our individual preferences and tastes. Makeup was beautiful and lasted the whole day! I booked Sandra Maher for hair and Lida Hertel for make-up through The Powder Room Girls and I can't recommend them enough. Both Sandra and Lida were so lovely and helpful. From tips for hair care to make up leading up to the wedding they were just great. Even the morning of the wedding they helped keep a calm fun environment for myself and my bridesmaids. I showed them a picture of what I wanted for both myself and my bridesmaids and both created a look that exceeded my expectations.
I would definitely recommend The Powder Room Girls to anyone. The first person I booked for my make up through The Powder Room Girls, unfortunately had to cancel, but straight away admin was on to me with a list of other make up artists who were available and had the same style, which made what might have been a stressful situation a lot easier. Definitely worth booking with them.

Very unfortunate I will not get the chance to try out their services. I booked their services for my wedding in May which was moved due to Covid. I now just had to cancel again because of Covid and they were very unapologetic. Very matter of fact in telling me they could not help me or refund me for anything. I understood the deposit but the trial, which I will never receive? Believe me I'm very upset I had to cancel my wedding and now they can't give me a refund for services they can't provide me. Every other vendor has actually cared and been so kind to give me at least if not a full refund, including deposits. During times like these its upsetting enough to cancel a life event, the least they could do is refund me for the services they aren't providing me.

Hi Sara , we are very sorry that you are not happy with our T % C’s. We fully understand that it must be a very difficult decision to have to cancel your wedding in Ireland. We are working with many brides to help them as much as we can to move over trial and deposits fees to new dates in the future. Our freelance teams have been very good to do this considering the huge loss of business to them due to the Corona Virus. As you had a large bridal party requiring hair and makeup you choose to book two PRG teams, one to look after you (the bride) plus 3 other ladies. For this booking you paid a "save the date" fee which also covers your trial. This payment ensured that your team held your date. When you postponed your wedding to another date in December 2020 your team transferred this fee with no problem to the new date. The other deposit you paid was to book a second team to do 4 other ladies and again they also transferred this deposit to your new date with no problem. Unfortunately you had to take the very difficult decision to cancel your wedding altogether in Ireland. We really do feel for you and all of the brides that won’t be availing of our fantastic teams expertise this year but we hope that next year we can make their day even more special and we are devastated that they won’t be doing much work for the foreseeable future.

I got the most fabulous eyelashes, which I don't normally wear and so was apprehensive about, but even my photographer commented that they looked amazing and not fake at all. I recently used the Powder room girls for my wedding on March 8th. Declan was my hair stylist and I cannot say enough good things about him. My friend used Declan back in September 2017 for her wedding so I knew I was in great hands. Declan is just amazing and great fun, all the girls where delighted with the way their hair turned out and so was I as the bride. I had Declan for hair and Deirdre for make up. They were both brilliant on the day. I knew from my trial I was very happy and Deirdre even gave me advice on my skin so it was best prepped for the day. They both arrived on time and put everyone at ease. Declan even brought a speaker with a brilliant playlist. Really added to the morning and something I hadn't thought about. Myself and my 4 bridesmaids were really happy with how we looked. The girls looked stunning. The girls just asked what they wanted and they both delivered perfectly. They both were really nice to deal with and added to the buzz of the morning. We did photos before the ceremony and they waited for touch ups right up to the ceremony. I cannot recommend Declan and Deirdre highly enough.

I am only getting around to my thank you's now! So apologies for the delay, I could not let it pass however without giving a review on the two ladies from PRG who helped us on the day. We had Helen Stedmond for make up and Michelle O?Hare for hair. I cannot express my gratitude to both ladies for their level of professionalism and conduct on the day, apart from the fact that they both worked miracles that morning, they also brought a very relaxed atmosphere to the house which was pretty much like grand central station with all the comings and goings. They made me feel less stressed and took all the ladies in their stride but at the same time in a very efficient manner. They did a fantastic job and we all felt gorgeous on the day. I can't express my gratitude enough for these two ladies they are a great team to work with. 5 star service all the way.

Christine Murphy did my hair and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding. I had a trial with her sometime before the wedding and she did 1 hairstyle and it was all I needed because she captured exactly what I wanted and really listened to me! She replicated it beautifully for the wedding. Some of my bridesmaids had very different hair styles and she complimented them and their style beautifully. Not only is she extremely talented, but she was so nice and such a calming presence for the day of the wedding. Even though my bridesmaids were late for their hair apt on the day, she kept totally calm which kept me totally calm. I couldn't thank her enough for her amazing work!! Helen Steadmond (make up) and Declan Chapple (hair) came to my house on September 15th to do hair and make up for me, my mum, my sister, my sister in law and my two nieces. I really couldn't recommend either of them highly enough. Both Helen and Declan were a wonderful combination of professionalism, skill and yet relaxed. They were incredibly responsive to any feedback and immediately shifted the style that they were doing to meet what you needed. There was nothing they couldn't do. When we initially made contact with them they always got back to me within 24hours and had ideas and feedback for what i was looking for. I felt in such safe hands and on the day of the wedding - they made sure i looked beautiful - which can be hard for a woman in her late thirties with a young baby at times!! So Helen, Declan - thanks for an amazing morning of hair and make up and for getting the day off to such a fun start. You were amazing.

Delighted with the lovely Helen and Andrea from the powder room girls.A lovely relaxed morning with 2 wonderfully skilled artists. I love the way Helen was so detailed with the makeup,I felt really glam and yet comfortable with the amount of make up. It lasted right through until the next morning despite some emotional moments during the day. All my bridal party were delighted also and Helen easily applied a few different looks.

The service they provide is perfect where they will travel to your location which takes the stress out of having to travel to multiple locations for Hair & Makeup. Michelle was the true professional. Coming from the United States for such a gathering was a bit scary-especially wanting perfect hair! Predictably, we did have some issues which impacted the amount of time Michelle had to do our hair. She was calm and did an absolutely beautiful job on all of our heads! Every one was pleased as each hairstyle was unique and "fit" the individual. Her warm presence and attentiveness was remarkable. I cannot say enough about Michelle. She was honestly one of the highlights of our event!!

Myself and six bridesmaids had Declan for hair and Dolly for makeup. We first met them for the trial a few months before the big day. As well as making us look wonderfully glamorous, they brought a great mix of professionalism and fun. On the day itself they arrived nice and early and in great spirits, even though we were staying at a B&B that was a bit out of the way. They got us all ready in good time, and gave us helpful encouragement based on their combined experience. Their enthusiastic company was much appreciated as nervous excitement took hold! They went above and beyond in helping us get the day off to a great start, even bundling me up in the back of the car in my gigantic dress! I would highly recommend Declan and Dolly for their excellent work and brilliant demeanour!

The Powder Room Girls were amazing! I had them booked in for both hair and makeup and honestly I couldn't have asked for two better women. They were so professional and nice from the first consultation to the wedding day. They both either stayed around a bit longer after some tears were shed to give me one final touch up before the ceremony. If I could do it all again, I would book them in a heart beat.

I can't recommend Trish and Dolly enough. They were both so amazing to work with, all my girls were in LOVEA with how their hair and makeup turned out for the day, but me especially. They made the whole process of getting ready so easy. Dolly even made sure I ate something beforehand because she knew it would be a while before I was able to again. I live in the US and so finding and trusting someone with my hair and makeup when I wasn't able to get a trial run was terrifying for me. They be made me comfortable as soon as they showed up and I knew I was in good hands. Everything was perfect. ??

Declan did hair for myself and bridal party on July 6th and I can't recommend him highly enough. He is so friendly and warm in all correspondence. He is also a genius when it comes to doing hair!!! He was chilled and calm on the morning and really added to the atmosphere with myself and the girls while we were getting ready, he arrived with his playlist and easy chat at the ready and helped to make the whole morning really special for everyone.

I had Adrienne for hair and Maria for make and they were both fantastic!!! They were so much fun to have around in the morning it felt like they should have been coming along to the wedding with us. My make up and hair lasted the whole day and the next day I was left with lovely wavy hair as if I had just got it done when I took my updo down. The finished looks were better than any of us anticipated. Myself, my mam and bridesmaids were completely transformed and we felt like a million dollars! Christine was wonderful! Planning a wedding overseas and not being able to bring my usual hair dresser was stressful, but Christine exceeded my expectations both on how she did my hair and make-up, but also because of her demeanor that morning. She was calm, provided us with music since our phones didn't work there, and waited until I had lunch to do the final touches (her idea!). Big big thank you to Shelly and Dolly from the Powder Room Girls who were absolutely fantastic. The ladies were true professionals but a lot of fun. Was really worried about someone else doing my hair and make up on my wedding day but they put me totally at ease at the trial which left me with one less thing to worry about on the lead up to wedding. They listened to exactly what I wanted but made it 100 times better. Have never felt more beautiful than I felt on the day. Compliments galore, everyone saying I looked like a model. Pam O Dea was my hairdresser and she was fantastic. She looked after myself, 3 bridesmaids, 2 flower girls and my mother and was equally as attentive to all of them, despite a long mornings work and a long journey that morning. We were all delighted with our styles and she was great fun and a lovely addition to the morning. She was also great for advice on keeping my hair in good nick in the lead up. She stayed in constant contact and was extremely flexible and helpful. Would highly recommend Pam.

I had booked Christine Murphy to do my hair as I had a trial with her & was very impressed. The night before the wedding my make up artist cancelled. I knew Christine did make up so I frantically called her. In 2 mins she had me calmed down & booked in for hair & make up the following morning.

She had colour print outs of the photos she had taken from the trial so there was no guess work on what we had discussed from the trial. My bridesmaid was also delighted with hers. Christine got my photographer to take a pic with his camera & she checked it to make sure all looked good in HD. My only gripe is that she lives so far away from me..otherwise I?d have her booked all the time

Trish was my hairstylist for my wedding in April and I can't recommend her highly enough- she did a fantastic job and couldn't have been more pleasant or obliging. Pam from the Powder Room Girls was fantastic to work with. I met her for the hair trial in December and we planned out how we would do my hair. We also discussed how I'd need extensions to really make my hair wow. She was able to match the extensions and bring them to me on the day of the wedding which was above and beyond service.

On my wedding day and had Deirdre and Rebecca from the Powder Room girls doing hair and make up for myself and my 4 bridesmaids and I would highly recommend them to any bride. They were so friendly and professional and did an outstanding job on myself and my bridesmaids, we were all so delighted with how we looked and our hair and make up remained immaculate all evening. Lotte and Pam are so talented. I couldn't have asked for a better hair and makeup team. Lotte has an amazing talent for make up, I felt so beautiful. The entire bridal party's makeup was flawless and lasted all day. Pam has a real flair for hair styles and we were all delighted. Both kept in touch in the lead up to the wedding and answered any queries promptly along with being so relaxed with additions the number of us being changed. Couldn't think higher of them. I had Declan to do our hair and he was amazing. From day one he was so easy to contact and great to reply. On the morning of the wedding he did an amazing job on everyone's hair, we were all delighted. We had a can atmosphere in the room and had a laugh which Declan definitely added to. Hr also put on a great playlist (better than ours). I'm delighted I, without any doubt would highly recommend him.

Susan and Dolly did an amazing job on myself and my wedding parties hair and makeup, seriously couldn't have been better! Everyone looked stunning and none of us had any issues throughout the day and evening. They both were so much fun and we enjoyed the time we go to spend with them. Susan and Rhona - what an amazing team! such lovely ladies to work with , so professional, offered great advice and great Craic. It's really difficult to try to arrange a wedding from abroad but I never doubted these lovely ladies for a minute So easy to deal with , flexible with fitting me in for a trial around my schedule, they put you at such ease. My hair and make up was still beautiful and in place at 6am the next day , they made the whole bridal team look amazing . An absolute pleasure is an understatement x

It was a pleasure to have Declan from powder room girls involved in our wedding day. From the very moment we made contact he was nothing but professional and so easy to deal with. He arrived on the morning of the wedding and just blended into the background and got on with it. He was so relaxed and everyone's hair was perfect and lasted the entire night. I was especially delighted with my own - even after changing my mind mid way through on the morning - nothing phased him. He was happy to make the changes and made me feel so relaxed. Declan and Janet were absolutely fantastic, I was delighted with my hair and makeup as the bride. We also had four other adults for hair and makeup and two children - and we're all still getting compliments! In particular Declan and Janet worked fantastically as a team on hair and makeup and were very calming and friendly on the morning, everyone really liked them and they were both fantastic with the kids! I would certainly recommend them both individually or as a team.

For my brother's wedding, Adrienne from the Powder Room girls came to our hotel in Kildare. It was very convenient and took the stress out of getting to and from the hairdresser on the morning. Adrienne was fantastic. My aunt hadn't booked a hair appointment but Adrienne was able to fit in her. We were all delighted with our styles. I would highly recommend The Powder Room! :)

Cannot recommend the PRG enough. We had Declan Chapple doing our hair (me and 4 bridesmaids) for the wedding. He was so lovely throughout the morning. Highly professional and skilled at what he does.A true talent! We all loved our hair. The bridemaids had upstyles and I had my hair down and wavy to one side. Declan was such a calming influence on the morning, he even played music on his speakers for us which was great and provided a really nice chilled out atmosphere :) :) Thank you Declan for everything!

I had Glenda Kavanagh MCabe & Declan Chapple from the Powder Room Girls providing the hair and make up for myself and bridal party.
Both were just fantastic from the trial right up to the wedding morning.
Glenda did a wonderful job on our make up which stayed in place for the entire day, I did not have to touch it for the day and it looked wonderful in the photos. She was fun, calm and relaxed for the whole morning, my bridal party were delighted with their make up.
Declan also brought a quiet calm and great tunes to the morning and again the hair was beautiful and stayed in place for the day.

I had Susan Peggs doing my hair, and my bridesmaid hair, She did an amazing job on the day of my wedding, My looked really glamorous and did not move during the whole day, Susan went even further that morning as my flowers arrived and my bouquet was far to big, I could not even get my two hands around it, Susan just put it up on the counter, opened it up and took out half of the flowers and then put it back perfectly, She is a amazing person. Lott from the Powder Room Girls done make up for myself and three other girls for a hen party back at the start of October. Lott did a wonderful job on our make up which stayed in place for the entire day and night, I did not have to touch it for the night and it looked wonderful in the photos. I had the most amazing experience with powder room girls. My last hair stylist ended up not being able to do it 2months before the wedding but PRG to the rescue. Then the experience on the day was unbeatable Glenda and Declan did such an amazing job, the girls and I still talk about it constantly. My hair and makeup was as perfect at 4am as it had been at the ceremony!!! I cannot say enough positive things about Glenda, Declan and the whole PRG team. Highest recommendation!

Sandra(Berstock) from PRG made me feel so beautiful and made me glow on my wedding day.
She is a pro at what she does and I am so glad I went with her.
I didn't really know what I wanted when I got my trial done but I showed Sandra pictures of my dress and she knew what what style would compliment it (and me) straight away.
My hair on the wedding day itself was even nicer than the trial!
It didn't budge for the whole night (and it was a late one) even with people touching off my hair while hugging me :-)
I would highly recommend Sandra to any bride to be. She is amazing and you will be in good hands.

I didn't really know what I wanted when I got my trial done but I showed Sandra pictures of my dress and she knew what what style would compliment it (and me) straight away.
My hair on the wedding day itself was even nicer than the trial!
It didn't budge for the whole night (and it was a late one) even with people touching off my hair while hugging me :-)
I would highly recommend Sandra to any bride to be. She is amazing and you will be in good hands.

The girls from The Powder Room are ultimate professionals.They catered for myself and my 2 bridesmaids and also my sister and 2 of my nieces on the day of my wedding. From start to finish they were a dream to work with..
We had Christine as our hair stylist..i had been for a trial with her prior to the big day and she replicated the style I wanted to a t!! So many people commented on my hair that day..it held in place all day..she had 6 heads to style that morning and took it all in her stride..both herself and our MUA had a system set up so that there was always a person being worked on..
Our MUA was Dolly who is just fantastic at what she does..again she had 6 faces to make-up and also took it all in her stride..my make-up was absolutely flawless on the day..again I had plenty of people comment on how lovely my make-up was And it never budged all day..
It was a fantastic and stress free wedding morning and I feel both Christine and Dolly played a big part in putting us all at ease..
Both ladies were an absolute pleasure to work with and I'm so happy I chose them to do our hair and make-up on my wedding day.

Got married on the 9th September and booked Glenda Kavanagh McCabe to do my wedding make up. Glenda did the make up for my two sisters weddings in 2012 and 2013 and everyone was so impressed, so much so, that she was the first and only make up artist I contacted when I was arranging my own wedding! When Glenda said she could travel from Dublin to Brooklodge to do my make up I was thrilled!!! She is professional, friendly, funny and so down to earth that she kept me totally relaxed on the morning of the wedding - the laughs we had! The make up was exactly how I wanted it to look, bridal and natural. She made me look and feel amazing, which is exactly how every bride should feel on their wedding day! She was very open to suggestions and did not force me to use any products or colours that were not to my taste. I couldn't recommend Glenda enough!

I had Glenda do my bridal make up, my 3 bridesmaids and my Mam. She was AMAZING!! I don't wear much makeup and was a bit worried but it was perfect and it stayed on all night. I couldn't recommend her enough.

She is amazing at what she does. All of us girls loved our makeup. Very natural but glamorous at the same time. She does exactly what you like, she also advises on what would suit better. Glenda McCabe was our lovely MUA for my wedding in June this year. I knew very quickly after meeting Glenda that she was perfect for what I needed. She really listens and very client focused. Not only is she a great MUA she's a lovely person and it's so important to have someone like Glenda who has both the talent but also the personality. The powder room girls are amazing. I booked them for my wedding and they appointed Glenda McCabe as my make up artist. Glenda has such a talent for make up and an amazing bubbly personality. She planned out the whole wedding morning so that I didn't even have to think about what happens next. All of my bridesmaids looked stunning as their make up was just perfect. I had used the PRG for my wedding for hair and makeup, I had the lovely Christine to make me over for the big day, she is amazingly talented, and done both hair and makeup for myself and the bridal party. Everyone was well impressed with their hairstyles and makeup's. Christine is very professional and found her very enjoyable to work with. Rebecca Keogh was my hair stylist on the day of my wedding but she did a lot more than just style hair by helping out wherever she could. I couldn't sing her praises enough. When we met for my trial it was like Rebecca could read my mind. I was so happy. I emailed her a few days later about the type of clip-in extensions I should get and she advised me perfectly. In the few days running up to the wedding she got in touch to confirm all the details, very reassuring. On the day itself, Rebecca was just brilliant. Everyone looked amazing. She even managed to do the flower girls' hair... no easy task! For the final touches, she had a hawk eye and was able to fix the few stray hairs. She helped my mam decide on which pair of earrings to wear too!

A huge thank you to the Declan from the PRGs for styling hair on the day of my wedding. I was thrilled with how my hair looked and how it lasted for the entire day. My bridesmaids also really loved their hair. Declan was very relaxed which helped all of the bridal party stay cool and collected. Declan was very professional and I felt we could ask him to change anything if needed (although everything was spot on first time round). The booking process etc was also very smooth and easy. Jenny McCully did my hair for my wedding in April. As i live in london they were very flexible in doing my trial ovee christmas rather than me having to fly home another time. Christine did my hair exactly how I wanted it. I never wear my hair up but I wanted it up for my wedding day. I was so impressed how she gave me volume and kept my hair nice and soft around my face. I booked Susan and Rhona for my wedding last February based on the recommendation of a friend and colleague and I was not sorry I did so. They are both extremely skilled at what they do and did an amazing job both at my trial and on the big day for me, my bridesmaids and my Mum. Everyone was delighted with them! Not only are they fantastic at what they do, but they are also also extremely relaxed and easy going as well as being fantastic time-keepers who managed to have us all ready with time to spare on the big day. My colleague had said, if they are free grab them with two hands, and I would say the same to other brides. Look no further! These guys are everything you're looking for! I got married last October, and Helen Steadmond did an absolutely amazing makeup job for myself and the rest of the ladies in my family. I lost count of the number of compliments that I and other members of my family got about our makeup, and all thanks to Helen. The girls were just amazing. They were involved so much of the big day, hens make up, wedding day make up and trials. They did a fabulous job and were such a calming influence on the day. They listened carefully to everything we wanted and we got so many compliments on the hair and make up. We've just gotten the photos and all their hard work paid off! I would recommend them to any bride for her big day without a moments hesitation. But not only that, I would recommend them for any special occasion. I am going to a wedding myself next month and have already booked them for my hair and make up! It's worth paying that little bit extra for true professionals, people will be taking your photo right until you go to bed on the night and my make up did not budge all day!

Ask for Jenny. She came to my parents on the morning of our wedding, she was punctual, professional and has a lovely way about her putting everyone at ease. I had Lesley Whelan and Sandra Talbot from the Powder Room Girls for my wedding in Cabra Castle in July this year! They were absolutely fantastic, such ladies and great fun. Lesley did stellar work on our makeup and it lasted all day (and the next day!). She made sure we all looked beautiful and chose makeup that really accentuated our natural look. I booked Rebekka from The Powder Room girls to do our hair at home on the morning of my wedding. She arrived nice and early (we weren't even showered :o ) and blended in straight away. Rhona and Rebecca were booked for our wedding on the 18/01/13 in Carton House. They arrived nice and early on the day of the wedding around 09:30 and then got to work. They were a calming influence on the morning using their experience of past weddings to help and guide myself, the bridesmaids and my mum as to what should be happening or what we should be doing next. Ready to go in plenty of time for our departure to the church and my makeup and hair looked amazing as did the bridesmaids, very friendly and it was more like having two friends round to do your hair and makeup. Everyone commented on how fabulous and elegant my hair was and how natural my makeup looked which was all credit to the girls. Thank you both so much for making my big day so special and for making me look flawless and feeling a million dollars. XX

Susan Peggs and Rhona Cullinan done our hair and make up for my wedding in Aug 2012 and I cannot recommend them enough.. They were amazing and we looked amazing after they were finished! I had 6 ladies for hair and 8 for make up. The PRG gave each and everyone one of the girls the same level of time and effort to ensure they looked their best. Our hair and make up lasted all day and night and remained perfect throughout all ours photographs. The PRG are well worth the money and I would highly recommend them for any occasion. Janice

I was delighted with my hair and makeup on my wedding day and so happy to see that all my sisters and Mum were delighted with their own hair and makeup also on the day.
I remember turning to my bridesmaid when we arrived at the church going ?God our hair and makeup is fab!?
I decided to go for a trial with Susan and Rhona with my bridesmaid and was so amazed with my transformation after that I decided to book them there and then.
Noleen also had a chat with me as I wasn't happy with my hair colour and after a colour change I was really happy with how glossy and healthy it looked on the wedding day and in the photo's.
They are lovely ladies and very talented ? it was really nice to have them arrive to house and as soon as you sat down for your transformation we had a chat and a laugh which really helped the nerves!
We received our wedding album yesterday and I have to say looking through it, if you want picture perfect hair and makeup for you and your wedding party that will last all day, you should definitely book with these ladies!!!

Three short weeks before my wedding, I went panic searching for a hairdresser and discovered the Powder Room Girls. I contacted their website and received a prompt reply offering me a trial with Rebekah for a few days later. I visited their studio and spent the evening trying several hairstyles before deciding on one. Rebekah arrived early on the morning of my wedding and spent the morning doing hair for my mum, sisters and I. By the end of the morning, we felt like Rebekah was one of the family! The friendly, professional and reliable service provided by Powder Room Girls is second to none and I'd strongly recommend them to everyone. Prices are very competitive and they travel nationwide.

We booked Sandra Berstock from PRG to do our hair (bride, maid of honour, and two mums) for our wedding in July 2011 and can't say enough about the experience. Sandra was a pleasure to deal with via email in planning the wedding and did a superb job for us on the wedding day too (and she is pleasant and relaxed, exactly what you want on your wedding morning). None of us knew what type of hairstyle we wanted and Sandra was able to recommend styles all 4 of us loved that suited our dresses. A real professional and we would highly recommend anyone to book her!

We had the Powder Room girls for our hair and make-up and was a great decision, without a doubt. Christine Murphy (hair) and Tanya Pepper (make-up).
We had a trial beforehand and went through several styles and looks ? the girls were really encouraging to try new things. They took loads of photos at the trial so that we were able to achieve the exact look again on the day.
On the day, the girls travelled over to Mayo (early start for them!). They helped us off to a great start ? they were friendly, comfortable to be around and great fun. They had a great time manoeuvring through the dodgy back roads to get to the house!!
They did bride, 2 bridesmaids, mother, sister, 2 nieces ? all in quick-smart time!
I have to say, we all looked great ? the best we've ever looked. The hair & make-up stayed in place all day (even one person got the next day out of it?am not saying which!!!) The girls also stayed around until I was fully dressed and ready to go ? doing any last minute touch-ups (Tanya even got roped into fixing flowers, false nails and a few other things beyond the call of duty!!) .
My biggest thanks to Christine & Tanya for a hassle-free and beautiful look

Rhona did make up for myself, my bridesmaids and my mum at my wedding in July. She is a gem and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We all looked amazing and she knew just how to make the best of everyone's features! She has a way of making you feel at ease - the time flew by that morning, we were having so much fun! I would recommend Rhona to anyone. She is a true professional.

What can I say about Rhona, she is more than amazing!! She travelled to Kilronan Castle to do the bridal party make up (And some families make up also!!). She is extremely talented and is a master at what she does. So much I wish I had her everyday to do my make up! It was like having your best friend in the room and she made everyone feel so relaxed! She knows exactly what will suit you and what doesn't! Girls if you want to look like and feel like you are the star of a movie at a Premiere.... Rhona is the one for you!! I booked Rhona for my wedding a few weeks ago, she did an absolutely amazing job! Really calmed me down on the morning of the wedding too and helped make it great fun. I'd strongly recommend her but book early because she's a busy lady!

Two words........ absolutely fantastic... The Powder Room Girls did the hair and makeup for my sisters wedding, they were highly professional, extremely helpful and the girls obviously knew what they were doing. We all looked great!!! Even when one of the wedding party broke her veneer and had to go to a dentist, they waited for two hours for her to return so she could get her hair and makeup done..... They really were excellent, every request made to the PRG team before the wedding was dealt with immediately and to the fullest of their ability.... I would recommend to anyone getting married.

I booked Rhona and her colleague Susan Peggs to do my hair and makeup for my big day and I was absolutely delighted. All my pictures are perfect because of the hair and make up and it lasted all day and well into the night and next morning. I would highly recommend them both.

Rhona did an amazing job with the make up on the day of my wedding, the make up looked really glamorous but was still natural and the only thing that needed to be topped up during the day was the lipstick. She is very relaxed and was a very calming influence on the morning of the wedding.
