From our first enquiry with Nicole to meeting for a show around, we were honestly blown away. All of our questions were answered and nothing was any trouble. She is a dream to deal with, is amazing at what she does and has great attention to detail. Communication throughout was outstanding!! We also had our day 2 on the rooftop and could not fault a single thing! It was perfect. Thank you Nicole and The Loughrea Hotel for the best 2 days, we will never forget it

"From the second we walked into the hotel and met with Damien we knew we were going to chose loughrea hotel. He couldn't do enough for us on the day and took time to go through everything and show us the hotel.
Throughout the whole process of planning Nicole was fantastic. Always got back to emails super fast, even though we never expected it as we know she is super busy. She was s always very friendly and professional and on hand to help with anything .
The day itself was amazing from start to finish. Nicole had Teddy's for our page boy and flower girl when they arrived and we just thought it was such a lovely touch and so thoughtful .
The food was amazing all the guests commented on it and how much of it there was .
Everything ran so smoothly, no wait time for getting guests seated and starters out.
All the staff at the hotel at the hotel are so friendly and the staff that were working the night of the wedding were fantastic. So many guests commented on them and how good they were.
We can't thank the team enough for helping us have the most amazing weekend and we would do it all again if we could. "

It's hard to believe it's been a week since our wedding in The Lough Rea Hotel & Spa!!! I know we were chatting to you during the week but we just wanted to put down in writing how grateful we are for everything that was done for us in the lead up to and on the weekend of our wedding. We have been talking to a lot of people in the last few days and everyone has nothing but positive things to say about the hotel.
From the reception on arrival to the meal and how well all staff engaged with guests, everything went down a treat! The traditional music on arrival has also been mentioned to us and was very much enjoyed. I met the two of them briefly as they finished but would like to thank them again. Also, our many thanks to Stuart, our fantastic car driver who helped to keep my very relaxed on the way to the church and kept my father busy talking about the connections they had in the town. He also looked after me and Colin on the way back to the hotel and made sure our prosecco glasses were topped up!!
On a personal level, Nicole you were fantastic to deal with and kept us both very relaxed in the build-up and we always felt assured that everything was under control. Any request we had, you obliged and always put our minds at ease. We loved absolutely every part of it and we were looked after so well over the course of the weekend. Your venue coordinator of the year nomination is well deserved!! You, Damien and the rest of the staff made sure that we were well looked after from start to finish and we are incredibly grateful for that. If you're debating Loughrea Hotel & Spa or somewhere else, stop wasting your energy and get a deposit down!
We had a Galway or Donegal debate but after meeting Damien on one of the open days our decision was made within days after contacting cathedral & band, we were in paying our deposit. When I say Damien made it so easy for us, I genuinely mean it, he went through everything and all the packages listened to our non-negotiables, swapped and changed things to suit what we wanted. We briefly met Nicole on this day as she was with other couples, however some people would see planning a wedding in less than a year a challenge but with Nicole on hand its more than achievable with out consuming your whole life. We wanted a no fuss type of day and I think Nicole realised this when she landed to the 'getting ready' room and hour before our ceremony and I sitting ready sipping champers and enjoying the moment! Nicole set up the room exactly how I had described it, oval table, centre pieces, colouring pages etc.
Nicole was always at the end of an email with the answers to ALL our silly questions! I had to reschedule our pre-meeting & dinner tasting, again not a problem. When we did have our tasting Clayton was a dream checking in suggesting wines and explaining the whole process to us.
Now for the week of the wedding; we had guests in Galway from the Sunday and the hospitality they received was second to none! The food, service, spa, rooms all incredible. Some guests spent two nights with 1 dinner and B&B for the cost of 1 night in other hotels. They all thoroughly enjoyed not having to travel the morning of the wedding.
Rachel in the spa left me feeling amazing and ready for the week, Ciara in reservations helped manage all our room requests, Aoife made sure my glass was full all night & Julian searched the hotel for mams flowers the next morning!
The only negative comment from the day was people had eaten too much food! Always a good complaint!

We got married at the Loughrea Hotel in August and it couldn't have gone any better.
We planned our wedding from Australia and Nicole and Damien made the entire process so so easy. No request was too much and they were there to help at every turn. Their responsiveness was second to none.
The entire lead up to the wedding was so easy thanks to Nicole's help and input.
The day itself was so amazing and again this was completely due to Nicole, Damien, Steven and the entire team. We didn't have to lift a finger or worry about anything because we knew that every detail had been covered.
The food was absolutely delicious thanks to Clayton and his team, and there was so much of it, no one went hungry. Presentation of the food was spot on.
And of course, the lovely Pawel who looked after us long into the night, ensuring we had everything we needed.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for the most flawless day/night of your life.

People always ask "what's one thing you would of done different for your wedding"
Well.. absolutely nothing says I.
Hands down, you couldn't ask better of the Lough Rea Hotel and Spa.
Anything goes with them. If you wanted a singing Giraffe doing a parachute jump from a jet I bet Nicole and Damian would somehow pull it off!
Our day was astounding. Everything was seamless. Food, drinks, staff, atmosphere, and of course the venue itself was just epic.
Very lavish but also affordable and convenient for both ourselves and for our guests who booked rooms and of course who kept the drinks flowing.
Couldn't of asked for better , I am so thankful to both Nicole and Damian for my fairytale wedding and who were so obliging to my request.

From first visit to Lough Rea Hotel & Spa, we knew it was where we wanted to celebrate our marriage. The hotel is stunning inside and has lots of modern features for beautiful photographs. The staff are so so friendly and helpful and on the day, they were checking in with us even late into the night. Nicole, Damien and the rest of the team are second to none and will go above and beyond to make your day everything you wanted it to be and more. Very responsive to emails and any questions we had were answered promptly and in detail. We also had our Day 2 in the hotel, a BBQ upstairs in the rooftop bar, which was perfect. The sun shone for the evening allowing us to chill out outside with family and friends and they even have heaters and blankets for the cool nights. The night porters were great fun amd interacted with everyone even in the early hours of the morning! Would absolutely recommend Lough Rea for Weddings 100% and would love to re-live our day all over again with them. Amazing team in a fabulous hotel

We had our Wedding Reception in Lough Rea Hotel & Spa and all we can say is WOW. From the 1st day we went in there, we were shown top class hospitality. Their Wedding coordinator Nicole will go out of her way to ensure that everything is perfect on the day and nothing is a problem at all. General Manager Damien, the rest of the management team and staff including house keeping are so friendly and never stopped checking that everything was OK on the day for us. We also had our Day 2 in the Rooftop Bar with a BBQ and it was amazing. They even have covered areas and outdoor heaters for the Irish weather! The hotel does not know how to stop feeding you and there was never a shortage of food or drink! Even in the early hours of the morning, Pavel looked after everyone with tayto sandwiches and had the craic with all the guests, he was brilliant fun! The spa also got use and were able to accommodate a big number of people in the thermal suites for those who needed recovery time!!! The wedding decor and attention to detail in the function room were stunning. Every single member of the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, a number of our guests commented on how lovely they all were.
The food on both days was delicious, arriving hot and fresh, and received rave reviews from our friends and family.
Our Day 2 on the rooftop bar was equally fantastic and it also has stunning views.
We cannot fault the hotel or the staff in any way, we literally do not have one thing to complain about.

The hotel looked absolutely amazing to the new carpets and revamp of the hotel to the exceptional food and service the staff gave on the day, nothing went unnoticed. Guests are still talking about the fun they had with Dj. Scruffy Duffy from the moment they walked into the room to the moment they walked out. The photos and videos speak for themselves. Having our Day Two on the rooftop bar was top class. It made our day private and secluded from the hotel, we felt like we were abroad. Food again was amazing for day 2 and each guest had comfort in knowing they didn't need to drive anywhere for the weekend and just park up and relax. James and I had the most wonderful day. The staff at Lough Rea hotel is absolutely fantastic. From the moment we met with Damien and booked our wedding until the minute we checked out no task was too much for them to complete.
The atmosphere, food and general running of the day was second to none. The food honestly was so delicious!!

I have been singing the praises of The Loughrea Hotel & Spa to anyone who would listen since our first meeting with Nicole a year before our wedding. We felt so confident in Nicole and her team. Her relaxed and professional manner was the perfect fit for us as a couple, and she was always quick to respond to any query and to give helpful advice. I totally trusted the team at the Loughrea Hotel & Spa and they made our wedding planning process easy and stress-free.
I enjoyed my wedding day fully from start to finish. I never worried for a second about the decor, food, service providers, timeline… anything! The relationship we had built with Nicole and the amazing service provided by Damien and the entire staff of the hotel allowed me to relax completely. This was the best gift I could have asked for on my wedding day.
We were treated like royalty on the day, and since our wedding we have heard countless positive comments from our guests about the venue. The food was simply excellent! Special requests were catered for without hesitation, and everything was tasty, fresh and warm. Especially considering our large number of guests, everyone was so impressed with the food provided from the beautiful hot and cold canapes at the drinks reception, to the exquisite meal, and the delicious late-night bites.
There is lots of space around the ballroom, and many of our guests appreciated the opportunity to use the drinks reception area throughout the night. We had a sweet cart, tayto wall, wishing well, centrepieces of choice, fabulous large pieces of decor, crisps sandwiches in the residents bar, everything we could have wanted provided by the venue. I had very little to do and I really appreciated this in the days leading up to the wedding.
In terms of value and service, we feel that The Loughrea Hotel & Spa is a true gem! I would recommend any couple to sit down with Nicole and see what they have on offer. Compared to other packages and venues that we researched, we were impressed from the start with how flexible and accommodating this venue could be.
And now, having enjoyed the wonderful experience of being a Loughrea Hotel & Spa wedding couple, I can say that my expectations were far surpassed. We had the perfect day for us, and I am truly grateful to the team at the Loughrea Hotel & Spa for making it so special.

Lough Rea Hotel and Spa was recommended to me by a colleague who had attended a wedding at the hotel some time ago. Absolutely delighted, I reached out as I now too don't have enough kind words to say about the whole team at Lough Rea Hotel and Spa.
Nicole and Klaudia were absolutely wonderful and no ask was too big. Mary looked after accommodation for our guests. A room upgrade to the bride and groom was a lovely and an unexpected surprise.
Aoife and the team looked after us on the day and we couldn't have asked for a better service. We were only a group of 8, and every single one of us had the teams' undivided attention. I can confidently say - Lough Rea Hotel and Spa can host a wedding no matter how big or small.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. They put us at ease from day 1 about planning the big day. We had come up with a theme as well and the guys went above and beyond to ensure the theme was executed perfectly and threw in as many suggestions as they could think of. The whole planning process was enjoyable and painless.
It was all thanks to the help of Nicole and Damien at Loughrea Hotel and Spa. Although, all of the staff went above and beyond to help us on our special day. No request was too big or too small. The guys made everything work. They helped bring our idea to life. All of our guests had a wonderful time and the majority of this was down to the fantastic effort of the hotel. The hotel surpassed our expectations in every way. Their attention to detail was second to none. From meeting the team, Damien, Nicole and the little superstar Stephen who looked after us on the top table. The food was glorious and the service on the day was excellent. All our guests spoke highly about the great service they received. We had our day 2 at the Rooftop Bar and the team and service was just as amazing as our Wedding day. We did not want for anything all weekend.

The hotel did ever well.. We had two meal tastings , the first one which just me and my now wife which was good and the second was with me my now wife and her mother .. Which turned out to be a bit off a disappointment because the food wasn't great at all... But I will say the hotel took on board all the constructive criticism that day and when it came to the food on the day off the wedding it was second to none .. I don't think I had one single guest complain about the food or the service .. Plus the room service was very good , anything thats was phoned down for from any of my wedding guests was brought to the room.. I know because even though I was the groom I asked for 4 bottles of coors light to be brought to the room at about 5am and it was there in less than 10 minutes .. Overall I was very satisfied with the all round preference off the hotel on our wedding day .. Thank you loughrea Hotel and Spa for such a great day.

Nicole was so friendly and easy to deal with from the very first email I sent. Nothing was ever too much and there was no thing as a stupid question. The hotel was the ideal venue for us with locations close by for pictures and close to the church, which meant we got to spend more time with our guests. We enjoyed every minute of our time in the hotel, from the minute we arrived to the minute we checked out.

All I can say it that from start to finish, Nicole was always at the end of an email with an answer to every possible question a bride and groom could possibly ask. The attention to detail that the staff possess far exceeded the greatest of our expectations. I cannot stress enough how pleased we were with the service we received from entering the hotel first day to the tasting to the reception. I felt that when I left Nicole after the tasting evening that I am in great hands and the next time I will meet her will be at the reception of my wedding. The peace of mind that we felt was the most reassuring thing for us. Any worries we had was met with a calmness and an attitude that instilled confidence in us. If anyone was to consider Loughrea hotel as they?re a possible venue for their reception or whole wedding, I would highly recommend it. It will be the best choice a couple could ever make.

They say your wedding day is the best day of your lives, and it truly was, but I honestly believe that for us, it was in a large part due to our spectacular venue and its staff; hte Lough Rea Hotel and Spa.
We opted to hold our civil ceremony and reception at the hotel and it was, hands down, one of the best decisions we made. From the initial contact right through to the very end of our day (and indeed the next morning) everything was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Damien and his staff were nothing short of faultless and nothing was too much trouble for them or the hotel's wedding coordinator, Nicole. They made planning our wedding at relatively short notice a breeze.
The day itself went off without a single hitch and I can only attribute it to Damien and Nicole's dedication and attention to detail. Nothing was overlooked. As a bride you expect to be a little stressed on the day (and before!) But the team at the Lough Rea Hotel and Spa took all of that away.
The ceremony room was decorated to perfection, the food was out of this world and the serving staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The transition from meal to after party was seamless and the evening buffet was perfect. I heard more than one of our guests comment that they'd never been so well fed at a wedding!
The Honeymoon suite was magical, such a beautiful and elegant room. It really was the cherry on top of a fantastic day.
We cannot thank the hotel and staff enough for making our day so stress free and enjoyable for us. If we were to do it all over again we would not hesitate to book the Lough Rea Hotel and Spa again for our wedding and recommend it to every future bride and groom out there.

On behalf of myself and Brendan we would like to say a massive thank you for all of your hard work over the past few months, you were fantastic from start to finish, with everything & organising such a wonderful day, from the decor to the helping of my dress you were always on the ball, the food was amazing, the service was perfect, it all ran so smoothly, you are all brilliant.
We had a great time up on the rooftop for the bbq everyone was in great spirits. A massive thank you to all the bar staff for putting up with us, also a big thank you to Damien for all his help and helping us all in the evening and the next day! Also a bit thank you to Stephen for looking after Brendan and myself, and to Alix for filling in in the last min for babysitting

From beginning to end the experience that we had at Lough Rea Hotel was phenomenal. Nicole and the team at Lough Rea were fantastic from the planning to the wedding day. Nicole was so helpful, nothing we asked for was too much. Everything ran so smoothly on the day, no waiting time from guests being called to dinner and the starters being served. The food was amazing and all the guests commented on it and on how much food there was. All the staff on the day were so friendly and professional. We are so happy we decided to go with Lough Rea Hotel for our wedding day.

From the very first moment we contacted the Lough Rea Hotel, the service we received was top class!!
Nicole, the Wedding Co-ordinator made planning our wedding so easy and stress free! Her knowledge and expertise are apparent from the first moment you meet her. The whole process was so well organised and the care and attention to detail (no matter how small) was outstanding. Nicole talked us through every single part of the process and at what stage of the process details needed to be finalised. We were extremely impressed by the choice and variety available within the wedding packages which really allows you to create your own unique wedding day. No matter what query we may have had, we knew Nicole was always only an email away. Mary was so helpful in relation to the booking of accommodation for our guests and was always on hand to help if any changes needed to be made. We always felt so assured and supported throughout the whole planning process and that was down to Nicole and the staff at the Lough Rea Hotel.
On the day of our wedding Nicole, Damien and all the staff were so professional, attentive, helpful and really ensured everyone enjoyed the day. The decor was beautiful, the food was fantastic, the service was excellent and so many guests commented on this and the service they received from such friendly, attentive and caring staff. Everyone was looked after so well and we didn't have to worry about a thing as we knew it was all taken care of. No matter where we turned on the day, Nicole or Damien were on hand to help in any way they could and to ensure we were happy with how the day was going.
We had the most amazing wedding day on 21st July 2023 in the Lough Rea Hotel because of the 5 star service we received from the initial planning stage to after our wedding day. Nicole, the Wedding Co-ordinator made planning our wedding so easy and stress free! Her knowledge and expertise are apparent from the first moment you meet her. The whole process was so well organised and the care and attention to detail (no matter how small) was outstanding. Nicole talked us through every single part of the process and at what stage of the process details needed to be finalised. We were extremely impressed by the choice and variety available within the wedding packages which really allows you to create your own unique wedding day. No matter what query we may have had, we knew Nicole was always only an email away. Mary was so helpful in relation to the booking of accommodation for our guests and was always on hand to help if any changes needed to be made. We always felt so assured and supported throughout the whole planning process and that was down to Nicole and the staff at the Lough Rea Hotel.
On the day of our wedding Nicole, Damien and all the staff were so professional, attentive, helpful and really ensured everyone enjoyed the day. The decor was beautiful, the food was fantastic, the service was excellent and so many guests commented on this and the service they received from such friendly, attentive and caring staff. Everyone was looked after so well and we didn't have to worry about a thing as we knew it was all taken care of. No matter where we turned on the day, Nicole or Damien were on hand to help in any way they could and to ensure we were happy with how the day was going.
We had the most amazing wedding day on 21st July 2023 in the Lough Rea Hotel because of the 5 star service we received from the initial planning stage to after our wedding day. We would highly recommend the Lough Rea Hotel if you are looking for a top class wedding venue which provide a stress-free and 10/10 service.

I can't recommend Loughrea Hotel and Spa enough. The entire team were so helpful, friendly and professional. All of our guests were extremely impressed with the quality of the service and the food was just amazing.

Absolutely everything was above and beyond what we expected. The food and service was sensational. The staff were unbelievably good and helpful. Nicole was always there when I needed her. She went out her way to help us with every single thing we wanted and needed. I couldn't fault a thing. The Lough Rea Hotel and Spa was without question the ideal venue for our wedding. To every member of staff who was there for us on the day, Thank you so much. A massive shout-out to Stephen, he is an asset to the hotel and such a gentleman. The entire bridal party had the best craic with him and all day he made sure we had what we needed. Anthony the bar manager was such a great sport from the food tasting to day 2, making us cocktail after cocktail and making sure we were happy.
There are people whose names I have forgotten, The lovely young bar waitress on Friday night and the young man who was serving us on the rooftop on day 2 and it was only his first weekend if I remember correctly. To the people who set up the room and our fabulous driver, (Who we had a great laugh with when the photographers were pulled over by the guards), We thank you all infinitely for everything, and hope to see you next year for our anniversary

Everything from the moment we booked Loughrea was smooth sailing. We had to change our date a couple of times due to living overseas and covid and nothing was an issue with Nicole. Every question we asked was answered and nothing was too much. Nicole was so helpful with everything and knew exactly what she was talking about. Any email I sent was promptly responded too by Nicole, and any advise she had was given.
I want to give Damien a special mention also, when we went to him for our day 2 party to change things on the day he sorted it straight away. The hotel, the staff especially Nicole and Damien were amazing and we would 100% recommend Loughrea hotel & spa as a wedding venue to our friends and family.
The only thing we are sad about is that our day is over, we would love to do it all over again.

We cannot recommend the Loughrea Hotel & Spa enough for weddings. From day one there could not be enough done for us. Nicole and her team are absolutely amazing and nothing was ever too much trouble. There was a hurling match on which people wanted to watch and although it was only through streaming it we could watch it, this was no hassle to the hotel who got it up for us.
It was a pleasure to deal with the Loughrea Hotel & Spa and if you are in any doubt of where to have your wedding, we would 100% recommend you to not skip going for a look at this hotel.

Our wedding day was packed full of moments which we will cherish forever and a huge part of it being a completely stress-free day and year of planning is down to the incredible team at Loughrea Hotel & Spa. From the day I contacted Nicole and Damien not one stone was left unturned. They had ticked every box. On the day everything was perfect. We had the benefit of a beautiful wedding car as part of our wedding package and John was so cool and relaxed as he ferried us from place to place and then on to our reception. The accommodation team, especially Mary, were highly efficient, organised and always at the end of the phone when I needed to check up on our room allocation or to take care of any special requests. The food was exquisite. We specifically asked for our steak to be cooked medium and every single person was complimentary of the chef as each course was prepared to perfection! Nicole and Damien checked in with us regularly throughout the day but worked away in the background. There was a laid-back, fun but professional buzz around the hotel and it was clear to see that all the staff at the Loughrea Hotel are very proud of their workplace and how they work together to deliver incredible weddings like ours. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect venue for their most special day.

I can honestly say we had the best day ever and it is all down to the wonderful staff at the Lough Rea Hotel & Spa. We got married on New Years Eve 2022, we could not have asked for anything more, everything was just perfect. The attention to detail was second to none. Damien and Nicole were nothing short of spectacular always there to answer any questions we had or just there to offer advice in general. The hotel staff the day of the wedding were just amazing , all so friendly and attentive for the whole night. The food was absolutely top quality, so tasty and plenty of it. We honestly couldnt have picked a better spot to have our wedding, we would both recommend having a wedding there, top class all round. We definitely had the best day of lives and everyone of our guests is still talking about the great day we all had. What an experience we have had with the loughrea hotel..
From back in 2019 when we originally booked for a 2020 wedding we were always met with such a professional attitude In regards to changing our dates.
Fast forward 2 years we finally got to have our day. From start to finish we had no issues with Nicole , she was so understanding and nothing was ever an issue.
The wedding day itself was so magical.

We had our wedding Day here on December 29th 2022. We honestly cannot praise the hotel enough. The food, decor, bridal suite, service and staff were absolutely fantastic. Our wedding coordinator Nicole, was amazing to deal with from start to finish. So approachable and friendly. She was always so efficient getting back to any questions we had. Damien the General manager was a pleasure to deal with on the day and so helpful.
The Staff are top class, and always so friendly, anytime we are in the hotel they always go above and beyond.
You won't regret booking your wedding here, you'll be well looked after. We wish we could do it over again!! We had the best day of our lives!! Five stars!!

We had our wedding in the Loughrea Hotel in December 2022. Nicole, Damien and all the staff at the Loughrea Hotel were fantastic. From the first meeting they were a pleasure to work with it. Our wedding at the Loughrea Hotel exceeded all our expectations. There so many options available to couples to make the drinks receptions suit their wedding, from the Candy Cart to the Gin Bar. The ballroom was beautifully decorated and the food and service was perfect. Damien was available all throughout the meal ensuring everything went perfectly - He really put us at ease. We also received so many wonderful comments from our guests on the hotel, staff and service. We would highly recommend the Loughrea hotel to any future couples.

The Loughrea Hotel & Staff are an absolute pleasure to work with and a credit to the hotel they sorted everything to perfection. Damien, Nicole and the full wedding team are amazing and nothing was too much trouble, the whole wedding from start to finish including a roof top after-party, all the food from the wedding day to after party was unbelievable, the next night was just as brilliant, I can assure anybody thinking of booking there wedding with the loughrea Hotel that they are in very capable hands and everything will turn out amazing and much more . Mary in reservations is such a fabulous person to deal with and also her reception team are excellent and will sort all that side of the rooms etc to the highest standards. Martin is also another very kind gentleman who nothing is too much trouble for him and is on hand to sort everything that is required or needed. All our wedding guests were so happy with everything from start to finish of our very special wedding ceremony and our full weekend, we cudnt put into words how very grateful we and all our families are and you will have many of our guests definatly back to stay with you over the course of time, thanks again for everything to all of you from a very happy couple.

Couldn't have wished for a better venue for our wedding day.
Nicole and Damien made life easier from the minute we stepped foot into the Lough Rea Hotel & Spa. Nothing was a problem and everything was done to perfection.

We had our wedding at the Loughrea Hotel and it was an amazing experience from the beginning. Nicole was a pleasure to work with, any questions or concerns we had she sorted out right away. We had been living abroad and booked the hotel prior to moving home and they accommodated us with zoom/voice calls as often as needed. The service was excellent and we didn't have to worry about anything on the day, literally everything is thought of once you walk through the door. So many of our guests commented that the wedding reception was amazing and they couldn't fault it. If your thinking of going with the Loughrea hotel it will be the best decision you make. Thanks to the team for making our day so special and helping us create such fabulous memories.

One of the best decisions we have ever made was to choose The Loughrea Hotel as the Venue for our wedding reception. Damien, Nicole, Hannah and the entire team were absolutely outstanding and so easy to deal with. All of our questions were answered so promptly and nothing was too much trouble.
The day itself was BEYOND our expectations. Damien and Nicole were on hand for the entire day to ensure everything ran smoothly and everyone including the Waiting Staff overseen by the amazing Hannah and the Bar Staff were absolutely Phenomenal.
The Decor was just exquisite . As one of our guests said to me, it was like walking into a Fairytale. The Tayto Wall, The Prosecco Wall, The Candy Cart, the stunning Cherry Blossom trees, the hotel itself - there's too much to mention!
The food was both absolutely delicious and so plentiful, so many of our guests are still raving about it. The atmosphere on the day was electric.
There are not enough words to describe how incredible the Team are in The Loughrea Hotel and we cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone who is considering choosing this venue also.

We found The Loughrea Hotel to be a great venue for our wedding. All of our guests were very complementary of every aspect. The trad band upon arrival was a great hit. The hotel supply alot of their own wedding decor such as cherry blossoms, prosecco wall etc meaning as a couple we didn't need to work with multiple vendors. The staff of the hotel were most helpful both in the run up to, and on the day itself. Anything we requested we recieved or an alternative suggested/provided.

We had our wedding at the Lough Rea Hotel and Spa and we couldn't be more happier with our decision. From the day we viewed the hotel, we knew that it was the one for us.
Nicole and Damien were so professional and thought of every detail without us even having to ask. Nothing was a problem and they couldn't be more helpful. We were so happy with how everything ran so smoothly.
Our food was amazing and all the staff knew their job and did it so well. The Connaught suite was such a fabulous spacious room overlooking the lake. We have attended weddings in this venue since and it was so nice to be greeted by Damien and Nicole and welcomed back to experience it all again from the other side of the table. A pleasure overall to deal with.

We would 100% recommend Loughrea Hotel as a wedding venue. The food was beautiful, the staff are all so friendly and the function room was amazing on the night. Nicole, Damien & Hannah are true professionals and nothing was too much trouble. They put us both at ease from the minute we got to the hotel and it all went off without a hitch. We only wish we could do it all again!

We had our wedding in the Lough Rea Hotel in September 2022. Our experience from start to finish with the hotel was fantastic. Nicole took on board all of our requests to make our day unique & special to us. The team were brilliant on the lead up to the wedding and everything ran smoothly on the day. The food was a key component for our wedding and the hotel delivered. It was top class. Service was brilliant, timing of the day was exceptional with everything running to the schedule. We received fabulous compliments from our guests on the hotel and all things which they provided on the day. We also had a special request to have "Supermacs" served as part of the evening snacks. This went down an absolute treat, and guests really enjoyed this little touch! Arranging a wedding involves a lot, but the team at the Lough Rea Hotel made everything easy. Nicole, Damien, Mary & Hannah were superb. We also had day 2 on the rooftop bar - it was fabulous! To any future couples, I would highly recommend this hotel for a wedding. We had a fabulous experience overall. Nicole you were a pleasure to deal with!

Nicole and her team went above and beyond, our day was everything we had dreamed of, no ask was too big or too small. There was no issues making last minute changes to our day. We highly recommend Lough Rea Hotel as a wedding venue for all future brides and grooms. From our initial meeting we were made feel very welcome. Lough Rea Hotel's prices are competitive and there were so many extras included in the packages. Food and drink were plentiful at the meal and the staff were exceptional on the day. Everyone was friendly and courteous and the meal ran very smoothly. Nicole is a great wedding co-ordinator and no request was too big or small. We have nothing but good memories of our wedding in Lough Rea Hotel and look forward to many more future visits!

We had the most magical weekend on Friday and Saturday which was down to Nicole and the wonderful staff at the hotel, Nicole the wedding manager ensured everything was seemless from our ceremony and the reception to our meal and day 2 the team ensured that we had absolutely nothing to worry about which was a big part of the reason we were both so relaxed. The Wedding staff were second to none ensuring we had everything we needed from start to finish.
Although we had rain on day 2 the rooftop bar was top class, the team ensured we had enough space for everyone by opening up a second room for people to sit and enjoy themselves, our guests were so impressed with the set up and service provided by Darragh, Sarah and the team that the rain didn't bother any of our guests.

Our wedding at Lough Rea Hotel and Spa was everything we envisioned and more! Nicole guided us every step of the way, and no request was too much! Our guests raved about the professional and efficient service of the staff and the food was to die for. The transitions between ceremony, reception and dinner went without a hitch and we had such a lovely stress free day. We especially couldn't have done it without the incredible Nicole. She was an absolute blessing, and made the planning and lead up so so easy. We will be singing her praises to everyone we know - she is an absolute gem and the biggest asset to the hotel! Nicole the wedding co-ordinator made everything so simple and easy. Nothing was a problem. She replied to every query instantly and went above and beyond with the little details and decor for us. All the guests raved about the room, the service and the food. There was more food than any crowd could possibly eat and it was all delicious. Staff were incredibly helpful and were very on the ball all weekend. Day 2 on the rooftop bar was ran very well and the barbecue food went down a treat. Couldn't fault a single thing and would chose the venue again in a heartbeat if we were back at the planning stage.

We would very highly recommend choosing Loughrea Hotel and Spa to any couple looking for the most perfect wedding venue. Not only is it a beautiful hotel but our wedding coordinator and all the staff that we dealt with on the lead up to the wedding and throughout the whole process were simply incredible!!! We honestly could not have asked for a more professional, kind and beautiful bunch of people to help us to plan the most special day. Nicole our wedding coordinator was just amazing when it came to absolutely everything and any couple who find themselves working alongside her to plan their big day are very lucky! Overall our wedding was amazing. The staff in Loughrae were brilliant. Nicole the wedding manager was always on hand to help and even helped with setting up a birthday surprise for the bride. Damien the general manager was also fantastic. We cannot thank then enough.
Our guests were also very impressed by the food on the day.
The day it self was seemless with no issues. We alsi had day 2 at the hotel and the BBQ was fantastic.

We cannot fault the Lough Rea Hotel. From the minute we viewed the venue right up to the big day, they were great!
I had a few questions along the way and they were answered quickly.
Nicole & her team were absolutely fantastic on the day. We had a few changes to make right up until the dinner bell and Nicole was able to help and nothing phased her.
On the day, we couldnt fault the service. All of our guests were well looked after while we were off taking pictures. The food was amazing and the portions sizes were great!
We had day 2 here on the rooftop with a BBQ which also was amazing. All our guests were raving about the food for the reception as well as the food for the BBQ.

All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help everyone. The food was fantastic and plenty of it. The function room looked fabulous and we could not find fault with anything. We would highly recommend Loughrea Hotel & Spa as a wedding venue, the staff were most friendly, helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful hotel with excellent wedding packages for future bride and grooms. Nicole (Wedding co-ordinator) and Damien (General Manager) are an absolute pleasure to deal with and ever so helpful! The food was excellent and many guests have commented on the fantastic service, the food served hot without delay and was extremely tasty. All waiters were so friendly. We were delighted with the service on our wedding day! Every guest commented on the fact that they got their meals all at the same time and piping hot! Dietary requirements were accommodated very professionally! The drinks reception went perfectly for our guests and I found Nicole was very professional and had all the little bits and pieces I wanted displayed as they should! We were so giddy leaving that day and then from the moment we worked with Nicole we knew we had made the right decision for us. Nicole helped us plan our day to absolute perfection. We opted to have our ceremony in the hotel also and it was the best decision we made. The ceremony was held in the ballroom and all of our guests loved that everything was on site.

We could not be any happier with The Lough Rea Hotel's wedding reception experience. Nicole the wedding coordinator is an absolute delight to work with. The hotel provided so much in terms of decor which really added to the ambiance in the ballroom. The staff on the day were completely on the ball, particularly Damien the general manager who was making sure we had everything we needed. Nicole and the whole team at Loughrea hotel were brilliant from start to finish. We had the best day of our lives and all of our guests were raving about the place. One of our friends practically had the hotel booked for his own wedding on the night and he isn't even engaged!! Such a beautiful modern hotel that I absolutely can not fault. The food was fantastic and there was plenty of it. There was no issue with any requests we had and the hotel did everything they could to help us. Their own decor was stunning. The bridal suite is amazing, you could play a game of tennis in the room it's that big and has a fabulous balcony that looks out over the lake. We got married at the height of the omicron wave of the pandemic and had several drop outs leading up to the wedding, including the day of, but the hotel were brilliant and made the whole day so stress free! All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating to us and all of our guests. Look no further, Loughrea is a 10/10 wedding venue!

Our wedding was top class from initially deciding on the hotel up until we checked out the day after. Despite all the planning happening during lockdown and changes with wedding coordinators there was never any confusion or hassle.
The food was spectacular from the scones, canapés through to the delicious main course and finishing with the night buffet. All our guests raved about the food. We had our wedding there in October. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The function room was very impressive and the food and service by staff was excellent on the night. The bridal suite has great views of the lake and is very spacious. Very accommodating in organizing certain elements of the wedding and made the whole process very easy with very little stress involved. We felt that anything we asked of the hotel, they were more than happy to accommodate us. The package was also very good value compared to other hotels.

The process was very easy and the Lough Rea hotel and spa couldn't do enough for us. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. The food was fantastic, the staff were amazing and the hotel itself was perfect. "Sally wedding coordinator was the main reason we choose Lough Rea hotel based on our meetings.
Sally was was promoted, but she still kept in contact and handed over to Jacinta. We then dealt with Jacinta/Natalie for the rest of the wedding planning and they were amazing.

We are not sure where to start with this review as we are left absolutley speechless from the moment we decided to have our wedding at Loughrea Hotel & spa on September 10th 2021.
Every single thing about our wedding reception was just outstanding.
Our lovely guests, our friends, family and my husband and I have not one bad word to say.
A big shout out to the staff at Loughrea Hotel & spa for there wonderful hospitality I dont think we could have gotten better, they done everything they could for us and more !!
The food was just perfect and our bridal suite was like an apartment ! Also our breakfast that was brought to us the next morning was amazing !!

We recently had our wedding and a bbq on the rooftop for day 2 at the Loughrea Hotel & Spa. We cannot thank them enough for the most amazing weekend. From the moment we arrived there was zero stress and both us and the guests were so relaxed.

It was a real rollercoaster for us trying to plan a wedding in the middle of a pandemic. But Jacinta was always easily accessible via e-mail or phone. The team were extremely flexible and so helpful in navigating what the various restrictions meant for us and our day. Our little big day was perfect and the venue looked beautiful. There was ample food and drinks for everyone and we got lots of great feedback on this from our guests. The meal and service throughout the meal was excellent. Louise supervised the meal delivery to the highest and most professional standard. She was everywhere on the day and anything we needed was there before we even needed to think about it! Big thanks to all the staff they did a great job but special thanks to Steven & Pawel our lovely barmen for the nights. We would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone getting married in the future!

This has been a very difficult year for the staff but their efforts made our day so special. Yes, we wanted many more important people there but sadly that couldn't have been, however the hotel staff were excellent at making a small wedding feel so special. Loved everything, the staff were absolutely exceptional! Louise was fantastic to deal with, so easy going, so thorough with everything, so pleasant. She didn't forget a thing even though our plans changed so many times. Her attention to detail was brilliant. Jacinta was so lovely to deal with anytime we contacted the hotel, she was also exceptional especially when we had to postpone our wedding 2 days before it last March. She has been at the end of the phone with so much positivity and I know a smile when rearranging the wedding during. Louise and Jacinta make an excellent team along with the rest of the excellent staff there in Loughrea Hotel. Also we would like to mention Sally and Anita who were also excellent when we were dealing with the hotel initially. We appreciate everything you have all done for us on our wedding planning journey. The hotel was fabulous, the decor was gorgeous in the wedding reception and wedding room, a fairytale theme, it made the day extra special and we are so grateful for that. And the food was delicious, so tasty and so much of it all day long, and the service was excellent. The rooms were fabulous, our honeymoon suite was fab, and our guests were so happy and comfortable in their rooms. Our guests have not stopped complimenting the hotel since as well as us.

I couldn't recommend the Lough Rea Hotel and Spa more! The venue is in a beautiful location overlooking the lake in Loughrea. The ballroom is fabulous with beautiful chandeliers. There is a separate piano lounge which is perfect for the drinks reception. Our wedding coordinator Natalie could not have been more helpful and easy to deal with. She answered all of our questions and never made us feel foolish for asking! She really went above and beyond to make our day special for us. She also helped with my train when getting up to the top table which I didn't realise until I saw the video... thank you Natalie!! All of the staff in the hotel were very helpful, friendly and easy to deal with, in particular Mary in Reservations. The food was amazing and was commented on by all of the guests. No one left hungry!

I can not recommend Natalie and her team in Lough rea hotel and spa enough. The positive feedback we have got from our family and friends about our day and how nice all the staff were during our reception. It has been amazing we are so happy we had our reception in lough rea hotel and spa.

We had our wedding at the Lough Rea Hotel & Spa on the 6th September 2019. It was the best day of our lives! It was everything we wanted and more. The hotel were great to deal with from start to finish. We were blown away by how well the room looked. Indeed the whole hotel was spotless. All our guests are still talking about the beautiful food and the brilliant service. In the run up to the wedding, they were so accommodating with our menu choices and couldn't do enough to help. Special thanks to Natalie our brilliant wedding coordinator, Martin who was so helpful at our wedding tasting, Mary in Reservations and to Merek the incredible chef. I highly recommend getting married here and would love to do the whole day all over again!

We can't recommend Lough Rea Hotel and Spa enough. All the staff were incredibly helpful and polite, the food was delicious and the honeymoon sweet is amazing with an incredible view of the lake! The hotel was the perfect base for our guests who flew in from around the world to stay and they all had the best time. The hotel is really clean and the bar stays open ridiculously late which meant a lot of sore heads the next day! Sally and Natalie, the wedding planners are brilliant. They helped us tailor our special day with just a few face to face meetings and the rest via emails as we live in London. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Everything was just perfect and great value for money for what you get. We will remember our wedding forever. I'd really recommend having your wedding at Lough Rea Hotel and Spa.

We had our wedding at the Lough Rea hotel in June this year and I would highly recommend the venue for any future brides. The food and the service were absolutely fantastic and all the team went out of their way to ensure we had the best weekend of our lives. The loughrea hotel were a pleasure to deal with on the year lead up to the wedding and on the day. We dealt with sally the wedding coordinator and she is excellent at her job, nothing was ever an issue and would make you feel at ease knowing everything would run smoothly on the day. Absolutely amazing! Couldn't fault anything, the service was very good and the meal was beautiful, all our guests were very impressed! Nothing was ever too much to ask and my flower girl sat at top table and she was well looked after by all staff! The best part was that even when the night was over and we were in the residents bar the bartender made me a ham and cheese sandwich when I asked for one! I was fully expecting him to say no at 5 in the morning but he did without any objections! Absolutely amazing hotel, could not recommend it enough as you will be treated like royalty!

Sally the wedding coordinator was excellent. We were treated like royalty from start to finish. All our guests are still talking about what a fabulous hotel it is and how amazing the food was, and the endless supply of food there too! Ruth the banqueting manager was excellent at making sure everything went smoothly on the day, all the waiting staff and receptionists were so polite and constantly checking on us. Sally the wedding coordinator is amazing, she was so helpful throughout all the planning and on the day, always checking up on us, and making sure everything was perfect for us. I would highly recommend getting married in Lough Rea Hotel & Spa, they made our dreams come true and gave the guests a day they would never forget too!

From the day we booked our wedding with the Lough Rea Hotel and Spa, they were so helpful, professional and accommodating. Sally helped us plan our big day for months and made everything so easy for us! The attention to detail was amazing and nothing was missed on the day that we had asked for. Sally always replied to our many emails very quick and was always so helpful with everything, she took the stress out of planning a wedding! The staff at the hotel overall are excellent, from the waiting staff to bar staff to reservations staff, they were all brilliant. The food was so amazing, many guests told us afterwards that they really enjoyed the meal. The food was out so quick for everyone which was brilliant. Ruth and Brian were there on the day and everything ran so smoothly. Ruth kept checking in with us to see if we needed anything, and we were able to relax for the day as everything was organised so well. I would give the hotel a 10 of 10 for weddings!! They exceeded our expectations, and we were so grateful that we could also enjoy the build up to the wedding stress-free, we knew we were in good hands and didn't need to worry about anything. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for a super day!!!

We recently got married in The Lough Rea Hotel and Spa and we were so thrilled with how everything went. The wedding coordinator, Sally, went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy with every minute detail. The food, wine and service on the day were second to none and we have been getting such positive feedback from our guests. We will certainly be booking the hotel for future family events and would highly recommend the hotel to future wedding couples.

What can we say about the Loughrea hotel and spa?
Over the last 18 months, we have had an amazing experience.
The management and staff have been nothing short of amazing.
We were treated so well and the lead up to our wedding we had over 140 guests arrive from Tipperary UK and Dublin.
The food was fantastic and asking all our guests how was everything they had nothing but good things to say about the hotel staff rooms and food.
Karen was the first wedding coordinator we met and then we met Sally who was there for us at everything we needed, so helpful and kind and anything we asked was done. Thank you Sally so much. You are so fabulous at what you do.
All the staff from front of house, bar, waiting restaurant floor, all staff were so lovely and helpful.
Our wedding day we could not have asked for more and everyone was treated like kings and queens. Food was amazing and we asked each table how was food and they had all enjoyed it so much. Thanks to the chefs and kitchen staff.
Everything went off more than we expected and more again.
They worked with our suppliers so well and nothing was too much trouble.
Sometimes things happen and go wrong and if anything went wrong it was fixed in an instant.

From the very first visit to the hotel, we were sure it was right for us! The meeting with the original wedding coordinator was so relaxing and stress free! We gave her an idea of our budget and some dates and she worked through everything with us! Then we had a transition to a new coordinator, which worried me at first but was seamless! Sally was brilliant from start to finish! And put up with all of my million questions with such patience!! The food was so highly complimented by all the guests! The staff were incredibly flexible as we had a few unusual requests in terms of evening entertainment and nothing was a problem! I honestly cannot fault a single thing from booking it through to two days after the wedding when we eventually left! We would highly recommend it as a wedding venue to anybody! It's exceptional value for money!

My Hisband and I were so happy with the way the Loughrea Hotel and Spa took care of everyone and every detail before during and even after our special day! Martin and Sally were so kind and specific about their jobs that they felt like friends and family to us. Even two days after when we departing from the hotel Sally was out in the parking lot making sure we were happy had all our belongings. I have absolutely no regrets about choosing this venue and if I could do it all over again they would still be my number one choice!

We just had our wedding reception at the Loughrea Hotel and Spa July 1st 2017. We could not have asked for a more welcoming and professional staff to serve our wedding. We had our wedding in the Loughrea Hotel and Spa and it was absolutely amazing. Karen and her team could not do enough for us and our guests, everyone was so well taken care of. In the months leading up to the wedding Karen put us at such ease she was chatty, funny and friendly she said whatever we wanted just shout, she was amazing. The day of I had not one worry regarding our venue I didn't even think twice that's how much confidence was instilled in us. The service was so quick, the food was piping hot and so tasty, it was an amazing experience I really couldn't recommended this venue enough. My husband and I now regularly visit the hotel for lunch and dinner now and all the staff greet us and still ask about our day which makes it very personal. The Loughrea Hotel is a fantastic venue for a wedding! Karen, the wedding coordinator, was excellent to work with. She was flexible to meet our needs, very responsive and friendly to work with. The venue is lovely, your own private piano room/lounge for the drinks reception, the wedding suite is beautiful! The food was great, as all our guests commented. The onsite spa is handy for getting tan and nails done in advance, along with hair and makeup on the day. We had a number of lunchs at the hotel over the Christmas period and all the staff were friendly and efficient. Please look no further and book your wedding at the loughrea hotel- you won't regret it!

"We recently celebrated our wedding at the Loughrea Hotel, it was the most amazing 2 days we could have hoped for. The staff were so obliging in every way possible! I cant praise Karen enough for all she did for us. I was in contact with her ALOT during the planning stages and she was just amazing. She made me feel so at ease and every idea i had she made happen! After the first dance i was having trouble tying the train of my dress, Thankfully the lovely Catherine in reception saved the day and managed to get it sorted. The food was out of this world and 4 weeks later our guests are still talking about it. We invited our guests to staye for a second night and we enjoyed a barbecue on the rooftop bar to continue on our celebrations. Again the food was just amazing and more than enough to go around. Although my big day was over Karen still went out of her way to pop up and make sure everything was going well and that we were happy! The bar staff and night manager were so lovely, they were full of craic even heading into the early hours of the morning. We live overseas so had to organise our wedding from abroad and so happy we chose Loughrea Hotel. Karen was great to work with, she was so organised and always responded quickly to any questions we had and nothing was an issue. On the day everything was amazing and it was so well organised that we didnt have to think or worry about anything as the hotel were so onto it. The rooftop bar was amazing too and we had a party there the day after our wedding. I would highly recommend Loughrea hotel and highly rate Karen as a wedding coordinator.

We could not praise the staff of the lough rea hotel enough. Our wedding day was absolutely amazing from start to finish and it is still being praised by our guests. Karen and all staff members went out of their way to ensure everything went perfectly and it did. Nothing was too big or small for them to deal with and the hotel is amazing value for such service. The food is on par with any 5* resturant if not better. I couldnt recommend this hotel enough for anyone thinking of getting married or for any occasion.

We held our wedding reception in The Lough Rea Hotel & Spa in Loughrea on the 30th of October this year. ?From our first meeting, the General Manager John Coen, gave us a very warm welcome and was completely professional. ?All our requests were catered for no matter how unusual. ?The standard of food and service on the day of our wedding was exceptional. There is an excellent team of staff throughout the hotel, each of whom are friendly, courteous and professional. ?On the lead up to our big day we received great help, support and advice from John. ?On the day of our wedding our guests were blown away by the fabulous hotel, the excellent service, the high quality of food which was served promptly by a great team in a beautifully decorated ballroom with a fantastic atmosphere. ?Our meal was out of this world and served hot with generous portions. ?It was enjoyed immensely by all our guests. ?John had our day run to perfection. ?He was in contact with all other suppliers we had booked for the day to ensure the smooth running of our wedding day for us. On the night after, we enjoyed a lovely time with our family and friends in the hotel's roof top bar where we had live music, drinks and finger food. ?We had a brilliant night in this wonderful facility and again John was there to ensure our night was enjoyed by everyone. ?I would highly recommend The Lough Rea Hotel & Spa to any couple considering it for their wedding reception. ?

We had our wedding here in August 2015. The whole experience of dealing with the Loughrea hotel and spa was absolutely excellent. From the minute we walked in the door to view the hotel we knew we would love it. We can't praise and thank Karen and all the staff enough for everything they did and also for their attention to detail. Every single member of staff went above and beyond for our special day. The food was a big hit with our guests. This is a fantastic wedding venue. I cannot say enough about this hotel, our wedding day was amazing. Thank you all so much. David and Aislin x

We got married in the Loughrea Hotel and Spa in July 2015. From our first viewing of the hotel at a wedding show the November previous we were totally taken by the sheer awesomeness of the hotel. Karen and her team couldnt do enough for us and met all our needs. On the day the piano lounge was bright and spacious, all our guests(300+) enjoyed the drinks reception and piano player. The decor in the function room was spectacular and emphasised our colour theme.
The staff were amazing. Food was top notch. Everyone of our guests was very impressed by the service.
Also the hotel couldn't have been more helpful catering for our two children.
We would and have recommended the Loughrea Hotel and Spa to other couples getting married.

We attended a family wedding in the Loughrea Hotel and Spa on July 16th 2015 and was blown away by the Service and friendliness of staff.
We arrived after the service to check in and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist named Mary. Check in was fast and Mary was very efficient. We proceeded to our room. The view our room was breathtaking looking over Loughrea Lake.
We then proceeded to the arrivals area where there was lovely piano music been played to entertain guests and were greeted by smiling waiting staff offering food and beverages for guests.
The meal was amazing, the best Beef i had tasted! Sophie was our waitress and was very attentive checking on our table at each course and topping up our wine and water.
We were so delighted with the venue that we now have booked our own wedding for 2017 at the Loughrea Hotel. Karen has been excellent to deal with and nothing was a trouble. We were able to amend a few minor details in our package and again it was all about what we wanted and making sure we were happy with everything!
We are so excited to be planning our Wedding here and know we have picked the right venue!!

From the imprint we walked through the door of the hotel we knew this is where we were having our wedding. John, Karen and Mary made everything run so smooth from start to finish and were available to talk to and answer any question day or night. There were so Many things that they had taken care of that we did not even think about until the run up to the wedding. It's such a professional venue to have your wedding in and they are also so open to ideas when you want to put your own "slant" on your special day. Could not have asked for more.

The wedding co-ordinator was always very quick to respond to our queries.
All the hotel staff were very helpful during the planning stages and also on the day itself.
The food for our wedding was amazing and the hotel looked fantastic.

I would highly recommend the Lough Rea Hotel and Spa for your wedding. The food, staff and facilities were excellent. The attention to detail to all our requests was exceptional. All our guests loved the hotel, rooms were large and comfortable. There was also a spa so our guests could relax the next day and also spent time on the hotels roof top garden, where we had a bbq the next day. It was really relaxing and served lovely cocktails.

We had our wedding at the Loughrea Hotel and Spa in April. The staff were very professional and helpful. They made the whole day go very smoothly and took away all our worries by their hard work. I would definitely recommend them for anyone wanting a hassle free wedding.

Everything ran very smoothly. Nothing was a big deal. Staff were very organised. All guests were served food quickly. Each table had their own server. The hotel was Good Value for Money
Our band was Sean Slattery and the connections and our photographer was Lisa Hynes

We held our wedding here in the Loughrea Hotel, it was the best decision we made. The staff were outstanding,efficient&very helpful.The Hotel service was excellent, & we had nothing to worry about. We had our wedding in the hotel in February 2015. Rose was a great help to us with the planning and the finer details of our day. The staff were excellent on the day. Ruth was on hand to deal with our every need on the day. The hotel is an excellent venue for your special day.

We are just back from honeymoon so it's finally back to reality! We were delighted with the hotel on our wedding day and would without doubt recommend it to our friends who will be getting married in the next couple of years. The food was excellent and everything was well organised and ran smoothly. So, we'd a fab day Sat, so true that it goes by in a flash! The staffs were all great, excellent service and seemed so effortless and relaxed! They'd really a great manner with people and helped with anything that was asked and we had lots of strange requests
Staff were lovely with the kids even bringing up bits from play area for evening, and thank you for getting bits from shop too, that was over and beyond!
We thought the room looked lovely and we really enjoyed our dinner, everyone said the meal was delicious!

I just wanted to drop an email by way of thanks to you and Carl for the excellent service we received from you for our wedding. It is quite hard to organize a wedding from abroad but at no stage had we to worry about anything as you were always prompt to reply to our emails and queries. On the day everything rang smoothly and a huge thanks to Carl and also all of the staff on the day. Even for the time that we stayed in the hotel after the wedding the staffs were fantastic. Everyone that attended our wedding from home and abroad couldn't praise the hotel enough. We will have no problem in recommending the hotel to everybody that we meet.

Colm & I got married on March 30th and we held our reception in the Lough Rea Hotel. When we were looking for a venue to hold our wedding reception we looked into 5 hotels and this hotel by far ticked all our boxes. We were so impressed from the start by the welcome we got from the staff and they were so helpful. It was an easy decision in the end.
Our first meeting with Helen was super and we were put at ease straight away, Helen made sure that everything we wanted was included in our package and at a great price too. Helen was able to guide us and we found her to be very good at what she does. She was always quick to respond to my emails and calls and no question or request was ever let unattended.
We were so happy with the way our big day. The champagne greeting we got on arrival from the staff, the lovely comments from the staff, the drinks reception area everything was just so perfect. From the second we arrived we were treated like royalty. Our time plan from arrival to the time of dinner ran perfectly and this goes down to the brilliant staff and to Helen.
The function room was decorated exactly the way I wanted it. It really is an amazing room when you see it all done up. There was loads of space of our 180 guests and plenty of room for them all to dance the night away...
